Introduction & Overview

SIM AI versus NA10. Today we're going to be testing them out side by side and seeing which one performs the best. Now, if you've not come across SIM AI, basically like very similar to NA10, but it's a lot simpler to be honest with you. And we're going to be testing out side by side today versus other workflows. It's pretty cool what you can build in here. If we go to start now

What is Sim AI? Quick Tour

for example, and I'll show you around how it works. So, basically, you've got, for example, this co-pilot that you can actually build stuff with over here. You could build some workflows and tell it exactly what you want. Or the other thing you can do is you can actually use a chat and then you can actually drag and drop different agents. So let's say for example you wanted a browser use agent. Well, you could just drag that in over here. You can see that you can start manually or you can use the chat etc. And then you can plug in your API key, choose a model and boom, shakalaka, you're living the dream. You're off to the races and you can just start building out your workflows. Now, this

N8N Example: Daily Quote Machine

is like a simpler version of NA10. If you ever seen NA10 before, let me show you some examples here. For example, what we got? What can I show you? That's pretty cool. So, this is like a daily quote machine that I actually built that links with Loveboard. Did a live stream on it earlier today. Essentially, with this, what you can do is you can link into other apps with a web hook and then it will go off, take the data from the app, plug it into a spreadsheet, send some emails, loop that over, and just run that daily. So basically automates a newsletter or that sort of thing. So we're going to be testing this out side

Automating Newsletters & Webhooks

by side just trying to build something with it and seeing how well it performs.

Pricing: Free vs Paid Options

Now one thing to make very clear here is that I'm paying for NA10, right? So you can host it locally. It's a little bit messy but you can host NA10 locally and then it's free. But usually most people that I know are paying for it and hosting it online because otherwise you have to restart the workspace. It's hosted locally. It's a lot of messing around etc. Whereas, for example, if we're doing this directly on SIM, this is free from what I've seen so far. And then you just plug in and bring your own API keys. So, you can see here they do have these paid subscriptions as well. So, you can get like a premium option or you can just use it for free and you get

Integrating Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, Slack)

like $10 of credit for free. You can also plug in some API keys over here. So, you can actually click on create key and then plug that in. And then also we've got for example our account environment as well. So you can actually plug an API key over here. And then you can actually integrate different apps directly in the settings. So for example we can integrate Gmail with Google Drive or Google Docs or Guushies etc. Okay. If this is useful by the way let me know. Just smash a yes in the comments. I don't know who we've got watching tonight which countries you're from as well. Just let us know. That would be interesting to know. But essentially what you can see here as well is you can actually add a backend quite easily with one click. It's kind of like the bolt new of creating your own workflows. You can also for example like oneclick setup air table even Reddit that sort of stuff and it's really simple to do. So if we wanted to connect for example like Slack we can click on connect over here then we can allow this and that should just integrate in one click with Slack directly in our settings. Right? So

Sim AI vs N8N: Ease of Use

super easy to do. And then for example, if we let's see if we can add Slack in here. Yeah, we can. So now we can just add Slack in. We can use our bots directly from here. Choose our workspace. Choose a Slack channel that we want to post in. And then we can have a workflow that's connected with Slack. Now I can tell you now that normally when you're using Slack, for example, and you're trying to integrate it with NAN, it's a lot of messing around. Is I'll tell you that for free. whereas this seems to be a lot easier as well. So, it's kind of if you're not that technical or if you're a little bit intimidated by for example using edit and that sort of thing, then this is one great way to do it. Now, let me show you for example the this is the slim studio. So, that app that we just connected directly to SIM is directly here, right? So, you can see how much easier that is.

Building an SEO Writing Bot (Live Demo)

Whereas, for example, if we wanted to add Slack inside NAN and we wanted like a Slack bot to send a message, for example, what you actually have to do is you have to create a new credential, right? And then you have to add in your ORF tokens and then you actually have to go to api. slack. com. And it's a lot of messing around when you're setting this up. So, for example, if you go to api. slack. comapps slack. comapps and then from here what we have to do is then set up the SEO bot and you basically have to make sure you get all the right secrets set up the o permissions and then eventually it'll be ready to go with n right and then you have to allow all the permissions and everything else it's a lot of messing around it's a lot harder so you can see how basically sim is designed to be a lot easier when we're using this so we got here we've got smooth life wellness from New Orleans, Louis, Louisiana. Shout out to you. And FTZ Kenny says, "Yo, good to see you. " And Naz says, "Please to look at the new Stitch update from Google today. It does great in original UI designs. " Might take a look at that in a minute, actually. That sounds cool. All right. So then what we're going to do is we're going to try and build something here. So let's just pretty basic. Let's, for example, delete that. We've already built a slackboard basically, but if we wanted to create something a bit more interesting, let's have a look. So, let's see. We got a bunch of options right here on the left hand side. And then what we can also do is we can go inside the chat here and say, okay, build an SEO writing bar, something like that. Let's see if that can do it. We have to use the co-pilot. So, the chat here is actually for triggering the workflow. So, that's how you trigger the workflow. Then if you go over to pilot here then you can say for example build an SEO writing bot and then we should be good to go. And Belvin Dran Ranjan says this is what I need in automation all API gateway with single senon I think something like that. We're getting spams from I'm seeing some LinkedIn spam come through. We got to get rid of that. We

Community Shoutouts & AI Money Lab

can't be having that. And then it FTZ Kenny says he can do what Claudian cursor can do. It'll be interesting. So let's see what we got here. So it's analyzing what we're going to do is I'm going to fetch your current workflow to confirm the starting point. Then I'll build an SEO right bot look passes a brief researches generates an outline writes a long form draft etc. Right? So basically instead of any where you have to build everything yourself, right? And you can use AI but it's quite slow, they have an assistant here, but it is quite messy to be fair. Whereas if you use this, I think you can just go off and start building this out. So you can see now it's analyzing the block choices and it's going to load the available blocks to start using. Now it seems like you can also switch between modes. So for example, like agent and balance mode. And I'll be interested to know whilst we're waiting for that FTZ Kenny, what sort of stuff include are you trying to automate that maybe we could do with Simai today? Just let me know on that. All right. So now it's building out the workflow and again we haven't paid for this so far, right? This is on the free plan. It's pretty simple and easy. You can also connect, for example, like Twilio and stuff like that as well. Kenny says that AI has been stressing me, not going to lie. Yeah, I know the feeling. I know the feeling, mate. I feel your pain. So, let's wait for that to load. By the way, whilst we're waiting for that to load and it's building out the workflow, if you haven't already, check out the AI money lab link in the comments description. You can see that we're dropping new trainings pretty much every single day, giveaways and stuff in there, too. But also inside the classroom here, you can go down and scroll to NA10 automations. We have some templates for podcast AI agent, a nano banana agent, cold email

Getting Your First Client: Tips & Mindset

agent, over a thousand free NA10 templates, a Slack bot for NA10 ready and set up outbound calls agent, personalized news newsletter agent, and then a love board and NA10 automation too. And you can get all of these trainings inside the AI money lab as well. So really cool stuff right there. Plus a community of 23,400 people. So if we go back now, you can see it's actually built out the workflow, right? So, it's coded it out, which is pretty cool. It's actually written, looks like it's written the JSON over there, which is amazing. And then we've got the start workflow, which you can do with the chat over here. All right. Now, what you'll see is that we need to insert an API here. All right. So, it's going to go with model GPT40. Then, it's using GPT40 for this. Let's have a look at the copilot. It's given us the option to run it. So, let's try running that now. So now it's fixing that. It's quite a long workflow. Look at that bad boy. The only thing I would say is it's pretty hard to see it all in one workflow. You see how it's all spaced out quite a lot. Let's try that. We'll click on accept over here. So we need to set up our open API key and exit API key. So I'm just going to ask it how to set my API key. And I'll grab one in the background. So sim settings environment variables. All right. So let's go to settings over here environment and then we can plug in the

Scaling Your Agency & Lead Generation

API key over here. We just need to add a variable. So you name it as that and then you set the value. Okay. Interesting. So if we go to settings over here, we enter the API key over here and then we enter the value over here. All right. So let's try that. We're going to copy this. Go to settings, environment, API key, and then we'll grab the API key in the background that I'm going to use. There we go. Hit save. And then we just need to get an Exa API key, which I've never come across before, but let's try and get this. So

Podcast Generator Demo (N8N)

if we go to the API dashboard, just going to log in. JD says, "Hey, thanks for the free stuff that you give out, G. Appreciate it. Happy to help, mate. " That's what we're talking about. If you want to know something crazy, I actually counted up like how many people we reach per year and help with AI across our channels and it's 120 million people per year which is absolutely mind-blowing to be honest considering like maybe two or three years ago I had about 3,000 subscribers on YouTube. So it's crazy. And I think one of the things I learned is just giving away value for free is going to help everyone. That's what it's about. All right. So, I'm just going to grab this API key over here. By the way, as soon as you log in, you get an API key. So, you know, you don't need to worry about that. We're going to copy that. And then this is on Exo, so we're going to use that for part of our workflow inside SIM. And then we need to grab the name. So, we're going to copy this. Then, we shall go to settings, environment, add variable, API key. Grab

Customizing Workflows & Voices

the API key from Exa like and then copy that in. I don't know if this is going to work, by the way. Like I'm just testing out. Hopefully it works, but we'll see. Okay, so add them. Go to your start block and run a brief. Let's see if we can run this now. I have a feeling I this the pessimistic side of me says this isn't going to work, but let's try it out. So, I'm going to go inside the chat. We'll see if this works. Vox says, "Yo, what's up? " And Herman says, "Yes, that's what we're talking about. " So, we'll cancel that and we'll rerun it now. And Jason's hub says, "I've just started integrating SIM into my workflow so far. I'm loving this. So much so that I believe I'm going to step away from NA10. " Wow, that's crazy. That is crazy. But that's the thing, isn't it? That is the thing. So, why is this not working? I'm going to try and just build my own AI agent. So, I'm just going to go to new workflow here. say, okay, let's get an agent here. Use GPT40. You can actually add tools inside the AI agent as well, which is pretty cool if it works. And then we've got system

Staying Focused in the AI World

prompt and a user prompt. There we go. All right. So, basically, that's how to easily build like a simple chatbot. Honestly, from what I saw, like the default agent here was not working at all. So when we using this just doesn't seem to work. If we click on run variables it says no value app path start input etc which is not ideal my friend not ideal at all unless we need to delete that but yeah that doesn't seem to work at all. Bear in mind like this is one of the first few times I've actually used Sim AI. So it might just be that I'm not that skilled at it. But this doesn't seem to work quite so well is when we use for example the chatbot directly here which was really easy and fast to set up to be fair. So if you want to set up a little basic chatbot like you can see first of all what you're going to do is set up the environment inside your settings. You add your API keys here and then you're going to go start agent and then inside the chat here you just map which part of the agent you want to respond. So you can see how it's written the content here. So for example, we could now

Final Thoughts: Community & Support

switch this to like claude five, right? Medium, sorry, chat GBT5. And then we could take a classic prompt for writing content like and plug this in inside the system prompt here, right? And then keyword equals. I wonder if we can plug that in. I'm just going to X cancel the execution here. See if that works. There we go. All right. So, I've got it. Just need your exact keywords to get started. So, I'm going to say, okay, keyword equals SEO train in China. Create the content or you could just plug it into the user prompt over here as well. You can also add memories here. So, you can add like a memory section and then we'll plug it in. JD says, "Can you give some tips on how to get your first client or how to approach them? I'm always nervous and tell myself I have to master every single thing before I approach my first client. All right, good question. I JD, when you're approaching clients, like I would say the best way to get clients, this is based on what's working for us is just

Browser Automation: Sim AI vs N8N

position yourself as an authority and create content like every day, right? There's two reasons for that. Number one, it will make clients come to you. Like we have clients booking in calls every day. And number two, it positions you as the expert rather if you go to someone else and they've got 10 outreach emails a day from AI automation agencies, then it's going to get really messy, right? So when you're trying to land clients, it's always best to get them to come to you rather than you go to them. And how do you do that? What's the easiest, simplest way to do that? I would just create workflows. Let's say you're trying to get AI automation workflows. You can just create workflows every single day on YouTube. record them, show them what you're doing, even if you're not very good, just document the process. That's the main thing. And then people, the warm to your personality, etc. And then eventually they'll buy from you. That's basically how it works, right? That's what we do. That's how we've grown an 8 figureure agency. And it works really

Advanced Web Automation in N8N

well. By the way, if you want to get like a full step-by-step road map on exactly how to do that, go to the AI profit boardroom classroom agency course over here. And this runs you through step by step exactly what you need to do in six weeks to really scale your agency and start getting some good clients, right? So, we show you how to do lead generation, how to master the sales call, how to get high paying clients rather than $500 clients that are not going to really pay you that much and then from there you can really scale. So, that's basically what I'd recommend. Vic says, I'm very convinced that once N10 comes out with their aentic flow builder and will come close. I would agree with you. I think that from what I've seen today, SIM is pretty cool, but it's not on the same level as NA10 from what I can see. Like NA10 is just is absolutely wild what you can do here. Let me show you an example what we can do with NA10. So, for example, here you got these basic workflows that don't seem to work that well uh when I've tested out using the chat to build it, using the co-pilot to build it, which is okay because I'm not an expert. It's when you're doing this, for example

Courses, Coaching, and Community

it's not going to work that well. But when you're using NA10, it's absolutely insane what you can do. Let me show you some examples. So, if we go back to the AI money lab, we've got all these podcasts and flows and all that sort of thing inside the AI money lab and AI profit boardroom. But if you wanted to, for example, like create podcasts. Let me show an example. So, this is the podcast generator, right? Basically, what it's going to do is when you click start, it's going to take a RSS feed of the latest news and then it's going to send that to 11 Labs and create the podcast. So, if we click on execute workflow like so, you can see that's now scraping the RSS feed, scraping and

How to Get More Help & Support

validating the URL. From there, what it's actually going to do is write a script, validate the script, and then finally from there, it's actually going to record the audio, right? And so eventually what you get is something absolutely amazing where you've essentially got like a podcast created

Outro & Next Steps

in one click using this process. And like I would say any 10 is far better. But Sim it looks cool to be fair. It's free. You can't complain. From my first impressions I would say Sim is like a really nice simple way to build AI agents and just drag and drop. It reminds me of a little bit of vector shift. I think it was. Yeah, I think it was vector shift, I want to say. Yeah, this is it. It really reminds me of that. It looks so similar. Very similar sort of process. I'm sure you can do a lot more with Sim. For example, like adding the tools and stuff, but it just seems like that. Whereas, for example, NASA is the goat. You can't beat the GOAT. Like, it's just crazy what you can do with it. By the way, Vic is leading the AI profit boardroom. He's an absolute legend. And if you haven't joined the AI profit boardroom, what you doing? Who are you? So, for example, here you can see we actually got a testimonial from Michael today posting about how good the trainers are inside the AR profit boardroom. If I pull this up, this is insane. I'm not even asking for these testimonials, but we get them every single day. So, you can see here, for example, 38 pages of testimonials about the AI profit boardroom and what we're doing and everyone just sharing wins together is absolutely wild. And that's the main thing is like we're creating a community where we're basically changing the world because we're empowering entrepreneurs. And when I say we're the whole community together, not just me and Vic. And we're basically creating something where we empower each other, we learn, we grow together, and we're all riding up the same mountain together to become the best versions of ourselves at AI. So, let's get back to this before I go off on a crazy tangent. So, if we go back to NA10, we've got the audio delivered over here. And then you can see we've got this audio like so. And if I turn off the audio echo cancellation and background noise and then I'm going to play this. This is something you can do with anything that I haven't seen anything else do the same. Right. So let's play this — to the daily AI news Google News. Your quick and trusty guide to the coolest happenings around town today. Let's dive right in and see what's coming up. First up, if you're ready to soak in some creativity, don't miss the East Side Art Walk this Friday evening. Downtown East Austin will be buzzing from 6:00 to 10:00 p. m. with galleries and pop-up exhibits opening their doors for a night of culture and community. It's the perfect chance to discover emerging local artists. — You just you can't do that with any other tool that I know of. You could do it with, for example, Notebook LM, but the thing about Notebook LM is like is using you can't customize a voice. Whereas this one, I can choose a voice. I can create custom prompts, etc. So, SIM is cool, but is very basic. Kenny says, "Not going to lie, with new tools coming out every day, it comes down to how good your understanding is on the long term. I actually want to show you something that we just posted inside the AR profit boardroom and this is basically how I stay focused during this, right? You know, this is the start here page when people join the group. We actually have here a full protocol on how to stay focused, right? Because the worst thing about AI is that you feel overwhelmed, you feel crazy, you don't know which tools to use, what are the best ones, you got about 10 million subscriptions, and before you know it, you're paying thousands of dollars per year. Whereas, if you follow the ultimate focus manual that I've put inside the AI profit boardroom and you just follow it step by step, it's like a checklist that I personally use, that will save you so much time, so much money, and it will help you get bigger, better results. That's how I can pump out so much content, how I can scale my business. And let's be honest, I'm so calm and chill right now. I'm not even stressed. And that's because I have the focus manual. So, get that inside that profit. We just added it as a fast action bonus today. What else? JD says, "Thanks a ton. Happy to help. " Vic says, "Let's go. Love the breakdown. Appreciate it. You're a legend. " You're a legend, too, mate. And then Herman says, "I want to learn how to use this. I know it's free when installed locally, but what about the cloud version? " Yeah. So SIM is free on the cloud version as well up to a certain point, right? So you get like $10 in credits like you can see right here. So you get free inference credits, 10 runs per minute, 50 runs per minute async, and then a 7-day log retention. So you can use this for free if you want to. And screen Logan says, "Bro, I made a multi- aent X4 app in Google AS Studio of Gemini 2. 5 Pro. " Yeah, feel free to share it inside their profit boardroom. Like we're happy to take a look. There's a lot of people who are looking for like beta testers and stuff like that inside here as well. So feel free to post inside there. And then Vic says, "We do an amazing job and it's all because of the amazing community that we have. " 100%. That's what it's all about, right? It's about community about being part of something bigger than ourselves and creating a movement culture of winners essentially. Monk mode for the win. That's what we're talking about. All right. So basically, I've shown you how to build with Sim AI, how to use it, etc. Honestly, I don't like the I love the idea of the co-pilot, but it just didn't work when I tested out. So, as cool as it looks, if it doesn't work, mate, what's the point? That's what I would say. So, not the best right there. I want to test something else out here. So, I actually saw this the other day. So, I'm going to delete this block. We're going to add a new block in here, and I want to see if this actually works. So, there's something called browser use here. And so, you can tell it, okay, what do you want the browser use to do? And you can save the browser data. You get a browser use API key. So I think we can use GT4 for doing that. And then we can type in what we want it to do. So let's say just super basic. Google the price of the S& P 500. All right. And I want to know if this actually works or not or whether you need to get a separate API for this. Maybe So we're going to go inside the chat here. and X off that. And then we're going to say okay, go and see if it can actually do that. So, it says browser use unauthorized. You might need to get a separate API key for that. But yeah, that didn't work very well. So, you might need to get It doesn't tell you which key you need, but we've got an API key plugged in. Maybe we just have to add like a secret key directly inside there. So, that wasn't great. Whereas, for example, and I might do a breakdown on this soon, but for example, if you wanted to build a browser agent inside Nit, it's a lot more work. complicated like you can see, but it is absolutely insane what you can do with it, right? So, you can actually input what you want. It will go off, do its magic, etc. Let me show you what I mean. Right? So, if we go back to NA10 over here, then we're going to go to our airtop automation. And this can basically automate your browser. All right, just trying to find it. Then if we execute workflow, going to open up the chat over here. All right, then we're going to go over to ads. So the ads channel and I say, okay, go to apple. com and browse buy an iPhone, something like that. And so what you can see is this web automation specialist is now initializing a browser use page, right? And essentially what this is doing is like opening up a separate browser inside airtop where it's going to browse the web start doing crazy stuff using the chat right so we say go to apple. com and do this and then if we go over to the SEO bot we can actually watch this live right so we get the link for the live view over here and then you can see it's now this is the browser use agent actually navigating to apple. com as you requested inside N10 right so you can see it's working its magic over here. So you can watch it in real time, see what it does, you can see what it's doing, the target, so the website target, when it started, and then you can watch it in real time browsing the web and that sort of thing. So you can see now it's got different tools. I might do a full video on this if you want to see more about that and how it works, etc. But essentially, that's how it went, right? So if we go in here, we got links and we can see that it went off. Browse apple. com for the latest products, etc. Pretty cool. So that's an example of the power of NAN, which you can't really do inside SIM from what I've seen so far. Or you just really need to become like a it might look simple on the outside, but it seems quite complicated on the inside from what I've seen so far. So thanks so much for watching. That's my comparison. I'm still going to stick with NA10. I think it's mainly because my brain is trained to it. I do think SIM has a lot of opportunity and a lot of potential. It's just my brain is so used to NA10 and I'm already trained up on it and I've already got the skills for it. So, I'm going to focus on NA10 for now. If you want to get free trainings on NA10, go to the classroom, then scroll down to the free NA10 automation templates. You can see all of my templates down here along with all these different trainings you get inside the AI money lab like you can see. And then additionally, if you want to join the AR profit boardroom, this is basically where we share what's actually working, how to implement this stuff into your business. A lot of people struggle with setting up NA10 workflows and that sort of thing, and they need technical support. So, what we actually do is, as you can see right here, we offer unlimited tech support, right? So, you can create a thread, you get answers when you need to. You also get five weekly live coaching calls, we do loads of giveaways, and there's a double refund guarantee, right? is a 7-day risk-free guarantee and a 30-day ROI guarantee. So, feel free to get that link in the comments description to the Aero Profit Boarding comes with all my best trainings. Like you can see, these are all different courses. And then also inside the calendar here, you can see all the live calls that are happening this week. So, we do five per week. And if you ever get stuck or if you need help in between those sessions, you can post inside the community here. And you also get the focus protocol here. So, you never have to worry about overwhelm again. Right. pretty amazing. And also, if you just want to hire us to do this stuff for you, then feel free to book in an AI automation session. Basically, on that call, we call it the AI time machine method because what we're going to do is analyze where you're spending your time, then how to build automations that actually save a lot of time. And then, if you want to hire us to become a client, usually about $2,000 a month minimum, then feel free to hire us. And if that's outside of your budget, no worries. Just join the AI profit boardroom and it's far more affordable. All right, thanks so much for watching. I will see you on the next one. Cheers everyone.
