This new Chinese AI destroys Google Genie. And this thing is crazy. I'm talking about Yan. It makes interactive videos in real time. This AI can generate playable scenes plus real-time edits just from text and image at 1080p 60 frames pers. While Google Genie runs at 24 frames pers, Yan runs at 60 frames per second. Google Genie makes 720p videos. Yan makes 1080p videos. This is like watching David beat Goliath, but in AI. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads every comment, so make sure you comment below. Let me tell you why this matters. We're not just talking about better videos. We're talking about a whole new way to make content. Imagine typing make me a racing game and boom, you get a full racing game in seconds. No coding, no design, just words. But here's the thing that blows my mind. This Chinese company called Tencent just dropped something that makes Google look slow. Here's a wild example. It looks like GTA 6, but it's completely AI generated. You see a character running down a street, real shadows, real physics, cars driving by, all made by AI in real time. You press keys, and the character responds instantly. No lag, no glitches, just pure interactive magic. And that's just one example. The Yan website shows incredible demos. There's a character exploring a fantasy desert with mountains in the background. There's a tropical jungle scene with realistic lighting. There's even a colorful cartoon world that looks like a kids game. All running at 60 frames pers or completely interactive or made by typing simple text prompts. So, what is Yen exactly? It's what they call a foundational framework for interactive video generation. That's fancy talk for it makes videos you can control in real time. Think of it like this. You know how video games work? You press a button and something happens on screen instantly. Yun does the same thing, but instead of pre-made graphics, it creates everything with AI as you play. The crazy part is how fast it works. Most AI video tools take minutes to make a few seconds of video. Yan makes video instantly. You move your mouse and the video changes immediately. You press a key and the character moves right away. It's like magic, but it's real. Google has something similar called Genie. They've been working on it for a long time. Google Genie 1 came out in early 2024. Then Genie 2 came out in December 2024. Well, now they just announced Genie 3 a few weeks ago. Each version got better. Let me break down the numbers for you. Google Genie 3 runs at 720p resolution at 24 frames per second. That's okay, but not great. Yen runs at 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. That's more than twice as good. It's like comparing a regular TV to a 4K TV. Once you see the difference, you can't go back. But it gets even crazier. Google Genie 3 can only keep things consistent for about a minute. After that, things start to get weird. Objects might disappear. Colors might change. the world starts to break down. Yan can keep things consistent for much longer. We're talking several minutes of perfect video. Here's what really gets me excited. Yan has three different parts that work together. They call them Yansim, Yanhen, and Yanedit. Each one does something different, but they all work as a team. Yansim is a simulation part. This is what makes the interactive worlds feel real. It handles physics. It makes sure when you drop something, it falls down. When you hit a ball, it bounces. When you open a door, it swings the right way. This part runs at AAA game quality. That means it looks as good as the most expensive video games you can buy. Yanzhen is the generation part. This takes your words and turns them into interactive worlds. You can type make me a medieval castle and it creates one. You can say add a dragon flying around and suddenly there's a dragon. You can even use pictures as starting points. Show it a photo of your backyard and it can turn that into a playable game world. Yan edit is the editing part. This lets you change things while you're playing. Don't like the color of that car? Change it instantly. Want to add a new building? Just say so. Want to change day to night? Done in seconds. This is where Yan really beats everything else. Most AI video tools make you start over if you want changes. Yan lets you edit on the fly. Now, here's where it gets really interesting for business. This isn't just about making cool videos. This could change everything. Think about marketing. Instead of making boring ads, you could make interactive experiences. Your customers could play with your product before buying it. Think about education. Instead of watching videos about history, students could walk around ancient Rome. They could talk to historical figures. They could see how buildings were made. Learning becomes playing. Think about real estate. Instead of photos, you could let buyers walk through houses from their computer. They could change wall colors. They could move furniture around. They could see how the house looks at different times a day. If you want to stay ahead in business, you need to understand these tools. That's why I created the AI money lab. It's where I share all the latest AI tools and show you exactly how to use them to make money. The link is in the comments of description. Don't wait on this because AI is moving fast and you don't want to get left behind. But let's get back to the technical stuff because this is where it gets really wild. The team behind Yan trained their system using data from a game called Yuen Monstar. This is a popular Chinese 3D game that has complex physics and lots of different environments. Compare that to Google. They trained Genie on internet videos. That sounds good, but internet videos are messy. They have different

qualities. They have different frame rates. They have different styles. Gaming footage is much cleaner. It's all consistent. It's all high quality. That's probably why yam works so much better. The compression technology in YAN is insane. They created something called a 3DVAE that compresses video data by 32 times. That means they can fit 32 times more information in the same space. It's like having a suitcase that can hold 32 times more close. This is why they can run so fast and look so good. They also use something called KV cachebased shift window denoising. I know that sounds complicated, but think of it like this. When you're watching TV and the signal is bad, you get static. Denoising removes that static. But doing it in real time is super hard. Yan figured out how to do it so fast that you never see any static. Everything looks perfect all the time. The action control in Yan is also way better. When you press a key, the system knows exactly what you want to happen. If you're controlling a character and you press the left arrow, the character moves left immediately. The system doesn't get confused about what should move. It knows the difference between the character and the background. The Google Genie sometimes gets confused. You might press a key to move your character, but instead the clouds move or the trees move or nothing happens at all. This breaks the experience. It makes you remember you're using AI instead of playing a real game. The editing capabilities of Yan are probably the most impressive part. You can change two different types of things. Structure changes and style changes. Structure changes are big things like adding buildings or removing objects. Style changes are smaller things like changing colors or textures. Most AI systems can only do one or the other. If you want to change the structure, you need one tool. style, you need a different tool. Yen does both with the same system. You just type what you want and it happens. For example, you could type add a red sports car and appears. That's a structure change. Then you could type make the car blue instead and it changes color. That's a style change. You did both with simple words. No technical knowledge needed. The image to interactive video section shows how you can take any picture and turn it into a playable game. The text to interactive video section shows how simple words create complex worlds. The diverse scenario simulation shows multiple game types running at the same time. Every single demo has the FPS counter showing 60 frames per second. But here's what really gets me thinking about the future. This is just the beginning. Yarn is impressive now, but it's going to get much better. The team is already working on improvements. They want to make it run even faster. They want to support even higher resolutions. They want to add sound and music. We're probably going to see a race between American AI companies and Chinese AI companies. Both sides want to win. Both sides are investing billions of dollars. This competition will make the technology better and cheaper for everyone. But with great power comes great responsibility. This technology could be used to create fake news that looks incredibly real. It could be used to make inappropriate content. copy someone else's work without permission. We need to be smart about how we use these tools. The key is to stay informed and stay ahead. Technology isn't going to slow down. If anything, it's going to speed up. The companies and individuals who adapt quickly will thrive. Those who ignore these changes will get left behind. That's why I'm always researching the latest AI developments. That's why I share what I learn in the AI money lab. That's why Julian Goldie stays on top of every new tool and technique. This isn't just about being curious.
