Today we are going to build and launch an entire application from ideiation to creation to launch all on this live stream using Claude Code. You're going to learn a ton. If you've never used Claude Code before, you're going to learn how to use it. If you've used it a ton, you're going to learn a whole bunch of little tips and tricks that will make you so much better. Lock in. Get into it. Welcome to the live stream. If you're watching the replay, say hello down below in the chat. Let us know what you're building. up to. If you're watching live, say hello in the chat. And let's get straight into it. Here's what I want to build today. It is very similar to what we built on the last live stream, but slightly different in what I think is a really interesting way. And that is a 3D agent manager. I want to build a 3D agent manager like this. Check out this video I've seen from Dominic Schultz where you have this 3D world with this little tiny AI agent walking around and you can click on it and give him commands and he walks around and does tasks for you in this like 3D agent world. I think this is the future where like managing three where managing AI agents is going and I want to get ahead of it. I want to build it. So let's build it together. Let's build this together using clawed code. I think this could be sick. And the reason why I like this, too, is it's something we can all use uh on our own at home to make our own lives and workflows better. So, I think this is sick. Let's build it out. Let's do it. We're going to use 3JS for this. And as you can see, the little 3D avatar walks around and you can click on him, give him commands, and he goes and does stuff for you. Let's see how people are doing in the chat. Conrad Major 8695, what's up, brother? How you doing? What's up, Slender Morris Furnishings? What's up, Josh? How you doing, man? Let's get into it, huh? I hope everyone had a good week. I've been gone the last couple days. We did not live stream on Wednesday. Uh because I took a little trip, took a little road trip down California. It was great. It was a good time. California is the most beautiful state in the world. It's incredible. Hello, Goat. Good to be back. What's up, Tiamara? What's up, Goat? How you doing, Goat? I need to build my own eBay because their fees are ridiculous. People still use eBay. Is that a thing people still do is use eBay? Um, people are still like uh on eBay. I haven't talked to one person who uh used eBay in quite some time. Uh, accept terms help. Let me accept terms and we will help Claude. All right, here we go. Let's share our screen. Let's start building this out. I'm going to go into Ghosty. I use Ghosty for Claude code. For those who haven't watched the last stream, we use Ghosty. It's a terminal. It's a terminal we can use on our Mac. I like the layout. We can split it. We can run our server logs on the other half. It's free. It's a free. We don't use VS Code anymore. We don't use cursor anymore to host our Claude code. We do it just straight up in the terminal now. I use Ghosty. I'm thinking of building an MVP every week. I'm thinking about 5 seconds. That's the Claude Code life. You're thinking about building something new every 5 seconds. I have a great project I'm working on. Looking for beta test. Well, what are you building? eBay's still popping. All right. I used to like sell t-shirts on eBay back in college 15 years ago. Going to build a gamified online portfolio RPG style. That's kind of what we're building today. Not exactly portfolio. All right, let's do this. I'm going to first screenshot that video I just showed you and put it in a folder that I can then give to Claude Code. I make a screenshots folder that I put screenshots into. Uh, and then I tell Claude Code to look at that folder and uh check out the screenshots in there. So, let me just do that real quick. I'm going to move that over to the screenshots folder. Okay. Uh, let's talk to Claude Code. Let's get this pop. Let's build something cool. I want to build a 3D agent manager using 3JS. In this topdown 3D world, we can manage 3D avatars that represent AI agents. When you click an avatar, it pops a clawed code terminal where I can give them commands. They then go to different stations in the 3D world to run that command and do the task. We're going to do this in plan mode. So, shift tab, shift tab. It's basically almost a gamified

3D AI agent manager all powered by Claude code. Uh let's see here. Oh, we're going to call this screenshot OG. Uh, check out OG for what I want it to look like. Does this make sense? Bro is making 3D 9to5 for AI. Yeah, like I want to feel like I'm managing like employees. I think one of the cool parts about AI is like people who don't run businesses can feel like they're running businesses, right? I feel like people like it's kind of a cool feeling to feel like you're running a business to feel like you have employees and AI gives you that capability and it doesn't feel like we're at that point yet. even though we have the capabilities, the tooling is there to make it feel like you have employees. I want to make that tooling. So, let's do this. Does that make sense? I don't know. Is there any video game nerds here? Like this is like making turning AI into a video game. Like I feel like it'll get people I feel like this interface will get people to kind of understand how AI works better and make it more fun to use, which will get more people using AI, right? Let's build this out. It's like with Robocop. They killed him and still make him go to work. Uh, okay. When one of the 3D agents has finished his task, can it look bored and want some attention? Yes. This is what I want to build out, Anthony Hasslam. And we kind of worked on something like this a while ago when we first started streaming like four to five months ago where I built this kind of firsterson shooter 3D world where agents walked around. But I like the um I like this layout though. of like the kind of top down. I feel like this is easier to understand and control than a first-person shooter. I feel like for most people, WD firstperson shooters aren't intuitive, but I feel like this kind of click and drag interface with top down 3D avatars is more understandable. So, I kind of like that. That's what I want to build out. And yeah, you they'll like have different animations and expressions when they're done work. You'll have different places to check on the work they did. I think this is going to be cool. really cool. All right, let's see what we got here. Uh, I can see your vision from the screenshot. It shows a cute chibi style 3D avatar labeled clawed on a dark grid floor with what appears to be a station structure on the right side. Very gamelike aesthetic. This is a fresh project with no existing code. The concept makes sense. Essentially a visual management layer for AI agents where avatars represent individual clawed code agents. The 3D world provides spatial metaphor for task management. Station provides different task workspace. Clicking open termal interface for commands. Before I plan invitation, I have some questions I want to clarify. All right. How should the claw Oh, let me put on the background music so you savages get some dopamine hits when I'm quiet. Here we go. Lowfi 20. All right, there we go. How should the Claude code terminal integration work? Should it embed an actual terminal, use the Claude API directly, or simulate the interaction? That's a good question. Should we have it be using clawed code to do the tasks? I guess we could use the claude code SDK embed terminal use or similar to embed a real terminal that spawns claude code CLI API call cloud API directly from the web app with a custom chat UI. Start with a mock simulated terminal for the MVP. Add real integration later. Start with a mock simulated terminal for MVP. Add real integration layer. uh to embed a real terminal that spawns claude code CLI. H I think we do the CH API integration. Or can we use the cloud code SDK? Hm. Uh, can we build a custom UI that uses the Clawed Code SDK, please? Let's do that. Let's build some of the Claude code SDK. Huh? What stations interview me in detail using the ask user question tool about literally anything? technical limitation, UIU, UX, concerns, trade-offs, but make sure the questions are obvious, says Ko Hahara. Uh, but isn't that what's going So, I see this tweet a lot on X where people like, oh, have it ask it to use the ask user question tool, but isn't that what it's doing right now? Isn't that literally what's happening right now? Is it's using the user ask question tool?
10:00

Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

Isn't that literally what it's doing? Why would I ask it to do what it's doing? Like do you do that so it asks you more even more questions or I guess what's the goal of h manually asking it to ask you questions like isn't it asking me questions right now? I don't know what I see that tweet so much like oh make this is AGI make sure to ask it to do the uh ask user question tool. Isn't that exactly what it does by default? I don't know what stations workspace do you envision agents moving to? Taskbased stations like code, research, debug, deploy. Project based stations representing different projects or repositories. Custom flex will let users create and name their own stations. I don't know. Task based seems normal. Yes, it asks more questions and many times it helps. So, so the goal is to uh have it ask you even more questions. All right. Do you do that before it asks you questions originally or do you do it after? Like during the plan mode? Do you ask it to do that or do you do it after it asks you the original batch of questions? I don't know. Um, I built a shift ascent. Please roast me for a moment. I don't know what that means. What does that mean? I built a shift ascent. I'm going to roast you for like I feel like Vam I feel like you've done this a few times where you do things in the chat. I literally have no idea what you're talking about. I build a shift ascent. That doesn't make any sense. Please put all chat messages through chat GBT and ask it does this make sense before sending the chat message please is my request to everyone here. It's significantly better than default but you should only use it on big projects features before. Okay. Basically start over what you're doing is not that simple. So what you're telling me to start over? You think I should just do this all over again? Do you think I should start from square one? Yeah, boom. Boom roasted. Uh, makes sense when you send chat messages. Boom roasted. What's your priority for the initial build? Visual polish first. Cahoo. Should I start this over so I can have it ask me those questions? Is that what you're saying? Visual polish first. Focus on matching the cute avatar aesthetic with smooth functional rest. Get the agent management and terminal working. Polish visualiz balanced approach. We want to balance approach. I know I'm going to show you a link of my SAS here. Did everyone hear about the anthropic restrictions on claude code subs with third-p partyy environments? I have read that. I have seen that. Um I'm mixed on it, right? Because on one end, you know, we should want an open environment where you can build whatever you want on top of existing technology. But on the other end, Anthropic's really subsidizing by giving you that subscription. Like the $200 subscription seems like a lot, but at the same time, that's really subsidizing the API. Uh, and so if you build stuff on top of that, you're taking advantage of their subsidized, you know, they they're a business. They got to make money, right? They're losing a ton of money on it. Um, I don't know. I go back and forth on if it pisses me off or not, cuz on one end, uh, you know, we should be encouraging openness and build whatever you want, but on the other end, they're a business. So, it is what it is. Uh, let's submit answers. Bye-bye. Oh my open code for me, but I built a version for Claude Code. Al treaties is coming. Yeah. So, is that what they're I think that's what I read they're doing is they're going after open code. Like, that's their target. Next stream, you should build a gibberish English AI translator for stream chat. I think I got to There's just so much gibberish in this chat. Sometimes I feel like the chat's all bots. Musbec, Create with Claude Code, a vibecoded project that creates vibecoded projects. It's a rapper of a rapper. Huge thanks for mentioning Ghostly. Easily 3x efficiency and effectiveness now says Pricket213. I got to buy I got to make a video. I made the video on the workflow from um Boris the Claude Code creator, but I think I got to do a deep dive video on Ghosty just from my own workflow, how I do it. I feel like that's a good call, right? I feel like that should be a video I do next. I think my next video is going to be on the Ralph Wigum plugin. Have you guys seen the Ralph Wiggum plugin? Is that a thing people have seen? the Ralph Wigum plugin where it's able to run it on its own claw code indefinitely. Uh I'm thinking about making a video on that next
15:00

Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00)

and then uh and then doing a deep dive video on my new workflow with Ghosty which you're looking at right now. I'm using Ghosty right now. I feel like I think that should be my order of videos. What do people think? 3D agent manager implementation plan. and a gamified 3 a man using clawed powered agents through a visual interface. Agents are represented as cute chibby avatars that move between task stations. I've drafted the implementation plan. A few more questions to finalize the D. It's asking me more questions. I didn't even need to ask it to do more questions. It's doing more questions for the chibi avatars. Do you want to use the exact style from your screenshot which would require 3D model file or start with simpler geometric shapes we can style later? I'll provide or will source a chibi model file for the cute look. I'll just do the recommended. How should new agents be created in the world? Button spawn pod. Click add button. Agents appear as spawn point. Click anywhere. We're going to do button spawn point. Submit answers. I saw someone tweet recently. Do they calculate they're consuming the equivalent of $2,300 a month with their 200? Yeah. So like Claude, they're like subsidizing your usage when you subscribe for $200 a month. You're subsidizing their usage or they're subsidizing your usage. So when people build stuff that use loopholes to use the clawed subscription, you're just like taking advantage of those subsidies. You know what I'm saying? And so it would make sense for Anthropic to not want that to happen, you know, especially when people build rappers sort of like Ralph Wigum that automate it to use it even more. That's going to cost them even more money. So I don't know. I go back and forth, but I mean it might sound crazy, but I kind of lean toward being on anthropic side. That might piss a lot of people off that I just said that I kind of lean towards being on anthropic side. People will probably call me a paid shill for saying that. I'm not a paid chill. Anthropic's never paid me a dollar. In fact, they've never even talked to me in their life. Anthropic just does not talk to me. U but I'm gonna defend Anthropic on here. At the end of the day, they're a business. They have to make money. If they're going to improve, they have to make money, you know. Yeah, just watch Greg Eisenberg video on Ralph Cook. Uh Greg's the man. I watched the video as well. It's great. But what I want to do is I want to make like that video explains what Ralph Wigum is. I want to make a video where I like actually build an entire project with it. Like that's I that's what I kind of pride my videos on this channel is like very practical videos that show you exactly how to use it step by step. I like to make it like I build a new project for every video. So that's what I think my angle will be with the video. Um let's see here. Okay, we got seven phases. 3D agent manager implement a gamified 3D agent manager. Okay. Front end 3D world agent UI command panel backend. All right. Project structure, project setup. We're going to build the 3D world. stations, agents, avatars, UI, command panel, backend, connect everything, polish. All right, let's build it. Huh? Yes. And auto accept, of course. Uh, use Ralph last night. It worked. What' you think about it, though, Phil? Ralph? Did you like it? You enjoy it? Is it worth making a dedicated video on? Ralph can burn a lot of tokens if you aren't careful. It does best with individual features. Every time it iterates, it feeds that prompt back to itself. Are people interested in learning about it? I've dismissed Ralph Wiggum as a secret plan to burn through your allocations at lightning speed. Although I've read Anthropic doesn't like that people are using it. So, I don't know. Auto Claude does the same thing. Eats through tokens, but it's autonomous. See, Alex, I am trying to share my SAS with you where I built the SAS from your inspo, but I'm unable to send my SAS link here. That's why I sent my SAS name. Join the uh Vibe Coding Academy. You can just DM me your SAS link on Vibe Coding Academy. If you I get a lot of requests for people to review their SAS. If you want me to review your SAS, join the Vibe Coding Academy link down below. I'll review your SAS. But if I reviewed everyone's SAS who sent me a link on YouTube, I'd be sitting here for 10 hours a day reviewing SAS because I get so many of those messages. You want me to review your SAS, join Vibe Coding Academy link down below. Do you think AI company will eventually make code agent to be profit model? They can't just take a loss forever, right? Can you justify two that uh you're right? They can't take a loss forever. You're right. But we are in uh hypers scale mode at the moment. So these companies are willing to subsidize your usage in order to get you using it. Uh
20:00

Segment 5 (20:00 - 25:00)

they want to hypers scale for many different reasons. one so they get you using it so that you become a customer for life. Uh two they want you using it so that they can train their models right you use their you use claw code more use codeex more. You use amp more. You use whatever more. Uh it helps train the cursor. that helps train their models the more you do stuff. So they want you using it for that reason as well. So that's why they're willing to subsidize. They're willing to subsidize to get you sticky onto their app and to get your data so they can train their models. So that's why they're losing money. Eventually they can't lose money forever. Eventually they're going to have to make money. Uh you can't no one's they're not no one's going to invest in them if they've been losing money for 48,000 straight years. So eventually they're going to have to start making money. But right now, we're so early in the game that they're all willing to lose money in order to get you to use their tool. Um, so that's why they lose money and that's why Anthropic doesn't want to lose more money by have allowing you to build rappers around cla code in the subscription so that it uses it even faster. Alex Finn, please provide a tutorial on how to set up terminal. Go. Okay, this is a good call. And time for another uh time for another poll. Poll time. We're going to do a quick poll. First of all, let me make this not set for kids so that it doesn't turn off um the chat halfway through now. Let me go and open up a poll for you guys. You guys ready? Here we go. plus start a poll. Uh, which video do you want next? Um, let's see here. Deep dive on ghosty terminal workflow or Ralph Wiggum deep dive tutorial. Here we go. Start poll. Boom. Poll started. Vote now. Uh, whatever one wins the poll, I'm going to the video I'm going to build next. npm install. Here we go. How do you think future IT companies will build products with vibe coding or will they still rely on manual traditional coding? Uh, vibe coding. I mean, I think in the next 12 months, uh, 99% of coding will be vibe coding. I think in the next 12 months 99% of code written will be by AI. I think we've already passed the point where AI is better at coding than the average human being. I think Opus 4 5 was that step past that. is better than the average coder. And so I think it's just going to take 12 months for the people to kind of swallow that. I think in 2026 is the year that people swallow that and accept that AI is better at coding than 99% of code will be written by AI. So future IT companies will all be building products with uh what are we doing here? Oh, it's killing. Have we built it? Has it built it already? What are we doing here? It's just killing all my tasks in the server. Just connecting front and back. And has it already? No, there's no way it's already built all this out, has it? All right, it's still building. I pretty much use claw code to set it all up. And I didn't really investigate the stories, but it went through the whole project and it was relatively simple and finished. More work needed. Are you talking about Ralph Wiggum still? Let's see what the poll's doing. 26 votes and we're split 50/50. All right. The only reason I lean toward Ralph Wigum is because my last video was on Claude Code Workflow. I mean, Claude Code Workflow is clearly my most popular videos I create. Uh, every time I make a Cloud Code Workflow video, it takes off like hotcakes. Uh, but that was my last video. I feel like I gotta switch it up and try something new and go like the Ralph Wiggum route. I don't know. But if you guys vote on the workflow, I'll make another workflow video. I would like to see the oh my open code reaction from you. Would love a video on Ralph with actual use cases. Thank you for all your videos. They are very useful says Anthony Hasslam. Thank you Anthony Hasslam for watching and tuning in to the live stream. I appreciate that. Have people been using Ghosty for Claude Code since I posted that video earlier this week? What more needs to be done on
25:00

Segment 6 (25:00 - 30:00)

that? Yeah, well, the video we did a few days ago was uh kind of covering what Boris's workflow is. What I would do is a deep dive on kind of what my own workflow is using Ghosty and all that. It is subtly different. It's not completely different. It's only subtly different. Good afternoon, says Pixel. Twitch community is popping off on today's live stream. Is Twitch is tw are we blowing up on Twitch? Someone from Twitch tell me how many people are watching on Twitch right now. Someone from Twitch chat how many people are watching on Twitch and how many followers I got on Twitch. I don't even check. Deep dive. The other video was covering Boris work. Yeah, that's the thing. The other video I did earlier this week was covering Boris's workflow. This one would be more custom my workflow. We got two. Okay. I got 29 followers on Twitch. We're organically growing that. I do not advertise my Twitch. If vibe coding actually becomes the industry standard, I bet the term itself is going to evolve into something else entirely. Maybe I think the term vibe coding is cringe. And I'm going to be honest, I don't like it at all. But it's the branding we've kind of I feel like we've all settled on, even though it doesn't really make any sense and I don't think it's appropriate for how most people use it. U but it's kind of just a thing we've settled on. I mean, it's kind of like artificial intelligence. It's like the intelligence artificial. It's not really artificial. It's real intelligence, but we've just kind of settled on the term artificial intelligence. So, it's just what everyone's agreed upon. It's kind of like vibecon. I think it doesn't really sense for what it is. I think it's terribly cringe and every time I say it, a part of me dies, but it's just kind of the brand. I feel like everyone's agreed upon, so it is what it is. The 3D agent manager is complete. It's already done. Holy crap. four task stations to run npm rundev. I got to run the back. Why is it Why do they have the server separate from the front end? I hate when they Why is the server separate from the front end? Can we just use NextJS here? I don't want this to be complex. Why are they doing it separate? I hate when they do it separate. Uh CI/CD GitHub work. I get a lot of people asking me to uh You're right. That's unnecessary complexity. That's refactor. Yeah, just make it simple. Um I get a lot of people asking me to do like a GitHub dedicated video. I'll eventually go through like a deep dive on GitHub, but I think I want to make it part of like a larger video. So, I don't think a GitHub dedicated video would perform well on YouTube. I don't think many people would click it. I think I get a few clicks, but not many. So, I think when I do my deep dive workflow, that's when I'll do a deep dive on GitHub. Did you miss me? Well, is this the guy who was lame on the other one? Was this the guy who did the bro does not even know beads from Stephen? Oh, this is the Steven Yaggi guy. I prefer Twitch for chatting during live. This is the Steven. Is he going to keep talking about Stephen Yaggi the entire live stream? Is this what's going to happen here? I prefer Twitch for chatting during live streams, but for YouTube for video consumption. I wish there was a best. Why is the uh why is the chat better on Twitch than on YouTube? Ralph video equals guarantees no anthropic merch. So, Anthropic doesn't like the Ralph Wigum thing. Wigum. I shouldn't do I shouldn't alienate anthropic doing the Ralph Wigum video. What will be the advantage of vibe coders if everybody IT companies start a vibe code in the future? How can we take advantage in doing this now because it becomes something normal? This is like the most uh I think this is the lamest objection to vibe coding ever. No offense, Muhammad Tomas. I get this at least 10 times a day. this objection and I think it's the absolute lamest objection ever like the absolute worst. Just because everyone can vibe code doesn't mean vibe coding is useless. Is posting YouTube videos useless? Is getting out of bed in the morning useless? Everyone can get morning. Everyone can post YouTube videos. It's very easy for anyone to post a YouTube video. Anyone can turn on their phone and record themselves. So, is posting YouTube videos worthless? Just because everyone can do something, doesn't mean everyone will do it. If like you tell yourself, "Oh, I shouldn't learn how to vibe code because anyone can do it, so now apps are useless. " You're just like convincing yourself not to like you're just try you're just like excusing your own
30:00

Segment 7 (30:00 - 35:00)

laziness. I'm not calling you lazy, Muhammad. This is just such a stupid objection of vibe coding. Like I get that so much like oh uh if everyone can build an app then apps are useless and we shouldn't build apps anymore. No, just because everyone can do it doesn't mean everyone will do it. Just because everyone can build an app with cloud code doesn't mean everyone will wake up and start using cloud code tomorrow and build million dollar apps. It still requires effort to do. It still requires creative thinking and 99% of people know Claude code can build them a life-changing app and build a revenue stream but will still wake up tomorrow and just like go on TikTok for 20 hours a day and that's it, right? Like just because everyone can do something doesn't mean they'll do it. 99% of people in this world are outrageously lazy. Like I write tweets on X about how great Claude Code is. Each one gets 100,000 impressions. Do you think a 100,000 people are then going and using Claude Code? No. Out of those 100,000, maybe 40 of those people will go and use Claude Code because of my tweets. So, if you're going, "Oh, I'm not going to do it because anyone can do it. " You're just like making up excuses. You're just making up excuses for your own laziness. And I'm not calling you lazy. I'm just saying the people that go around, "Oh, well, if anyone can build an app and apps are have no value. " No, you're just excusing why you're not going to build apps. Abs. Absolutely. Apps. Absolutely. Apps absolutely still have value. It just means the people with age who can like get up and like be productive now have better tools to do that. It amplifies stuff, right? It amplifies the people with drive and ambition, right? It gives them more tools to do that. That's why claude code's great. Do you recommend ghosty cla code for newbie vibe coder or start with VS Code cursor cla pro plan enough? Uh, no. The pro I mean the pro plan's enough to get off your build like a simple calculator app, the $20 a month plan, but it's not enough to build a complex app. Do I recommend Ghosty plus Claude Code for newbie vibe coders? Yeah, why not? Like on what planet does Visual Studio Code make it easier for new coders? You know, uh just one server, one command. All right, let's see this. Should we test this out? It's saying it's done. Should we test it out? Here we go. Let's test it out. I don't know. Is it going to work? Let's see. 3D. All right. What we got here? We got a black grid add agent. Add agent does nothing. Let's fix it. All right. Claude code did not oneshot it. our uh 3D agent manager. Clicking add agent does nothing. There we go. Remind me. And how are you? How are you doing your GitHub work without using IDE? You tell Claude code to commit your code to GitHub and it does it. Is that the question? Is the question how do I commit to GitHub without an ID? You say, "Hey Claude, commit the code to GitHub. " Then it does it separately for security best practices. You just made it be insecure now. Lol. Whatever. Who cares? We are from Sri Lanka says Sahan Hiar Chi-Chi. Well, Sahar Sahan Hiard Chichi greeting. Shout out Sri Lanka. Uh, Alex, do you have any interest in beta testing at treaties? I am running it head-to-head against the regular cloud code as we speak. Screenshots will be in Discord. Uh, sign up. I'll I'll beta uh join the Vibe Coding Academy. Join the Vive Coding Academy if you want me to uh beta test your tools mostly because I moderate a lot of Twitch channels and moderation tools are much better on Twitch. Yeah, but on here I can't moderate Twitch. I can YouTube from the Streamyard generally to moderate Twitch. What terminal are you using these days? Do you usually run multiple tabs? I'm
35:00

Segment 8 (35:00 - 40:00)

using Ghosty. G H O S T Y. And I typically do use multiple tabs. I work on multiple projects at one time. Could you explain how your school community works? Yeah, it uh it's a vibe coding academy. It has a claude code master class, an Xgrowth master class. We do weekly calls on Fridays. We're doing a weekly call immediately after this live stream ends where we do hackathons. I review your apps. I beta test your apps. We give each other advice. feedback. It's a full community of builders. Join it. link down below. Everyone can v most people see it through. Most don't think they have discipline to see it through. Yeah. And that's the just because everyone can build an app doesn't mean they will. Just because everyone can vibe code an app doesn't mean they will. Um, okay. Let's see what we got here. Okay, I see this in the log, but nothing appears on my screen. We're going to get this working. these 3D agents working. And for those who are curious, maybe you joined a little late, curious what we're building. Here's what we're building. Let me show you what we're building. We're building a 3D AI agent manager. Check this out. So, this is what this guy built. I want to build something like it. The 3D avatar walks around. You can select it, give it commands, and it goes and does work for you in this 3D environment. I want to build this. We're building this now. We are building this now. Here we go. Let's go back to claude code. We're using claude code for it. If it's not visible, might not be a material camera, but you see the forces. I see absolutely nothing except an add agent button. Everything else is hidden. Let's see. That's just an excuse. Anyone can do it, but only one in 2% actually do. Yeah, only one% of people ever take action. Separation of front end and back end is best for security purposes. Yeah, I think so. Uh, have you seen the new anthropic model leaked? No, there's new anthropic model leaked. What? What model leaked? Let's see. Let me see. New anthropic model. Um, the new co intelligence anthropic is inventing this week. Entirely new program anxious. No, there's no new anthropic model leak. I just searched a there's nothing on there. Um, just dropped in. What are we building today? Oh, I think I just described it. Perfect time for me to describe what we're building. Can you turn the music down a bit? Audio cutting out. Okay, I'll turn the music down. There we go. background music. — What is going on? — One second. Someone just rang the doorbell. One second. All right, we're back. Sorry about that. All right, let's see what we got here. Um, 3D agent manager. All right, the music's down. We should be good. We should be good now. All right, I had go to open with three terminals. Refresh. Now container is fine. 3GS is initializing nothing. Container has no dimensions. It flashes red. Just fix this. This isn't rocket science. Make it work. I might have it rebuild this entire thing. Phil Blanchet with $2 donation. Try Ralph on this three guy you want to make. Should I just do Ralph Wiggum on this right now? I'm still learning Ralph. Um So I don't want to do it here and I get confused and I have to sit here and read instruction manuals. Uh I'll figure it out. We'll do it after the Ralph I think it looks like the Ralph Wigum video is winning the vote.
40:00

Segment 9 (40:00 - 45:00)

Let's see here. Is Ralph Wigum? Yeah, Ralph Wigum's winning the vote. It looks like my next video will be on Ralph Wigum. All right. What's it doing? Got it. Let's rewrite this properly. Oh. All right. It's starting to build it. Let's see what we got here. Things are starting to show up in our 3D world. All right. So, we have the four workstations. workstations here. Done. Refresh the page. You now have dark grid floor forward color sections. Add agent to spawn a purple character. Oh. Okay, it does those things. Okay, we're getting somewhere. Love the run always. Did I turned the music down. Is it working? Is it good now? Music's good. Uh, it's easy to vibe. Doesn't mean it's easy to do it if it's really I mean, great. Now, click on an H. Open the command panel. Write some code. Send. I'll help you with that code task. Moving to the station. Write and edit files. Did that work? It gave me a response to say it's moving to the code station. It the avatar disappeared though. I guess uh the problem is too it's just set and wait. L not a good show. Yeah, it's not a good show and you're watching it over and over again. Sorry asking but I must know. Do you think using D UI is better than Shad CNN? If I use pre-built UI the codebase reduces drastically. about I don't know I just use shad CN every time I don't think about that I just do whatever is easiest my thought process whenever I'm building anything with claude code is what is the absolute easiest thing I can do the key to Ralph is I don't care about code this might sound crazy to all the devs here I don't care about code efficiency I just don't care I just like I want whatever is the easiest thing to do because I have faith that uh drawing will get so smart eventually that it doesn't matter. Write some code. Same thing. The agent disappears right when I click it and it says idle after I send the command. Claude's annoying this morning. Let's work this out. Claude's annoying. Claude's uh is taking multiple shots to do pretty simple things. Did Claude get stupider? Hello from Are you building gamified agent manager interface? I'm doing the same right now with card. Yes, that's exactly what we're doing today, Johnny. I'm building agent manager. That is exactly what we're building today. Wait, I see the bug. Oh, it's messing up today. For those curious, we are building. Let me do this. Let's do this. This is what we're building today. This kind of 3D avatar manager. This is what we'll be building today. Uh right now, this is where we're at. We're getting closer. Fix the scene was being destroyed and recreate every time you click because the callback functions changed. Now try adding an agent again. Click and add a command. Okay. Add an agent. What? — Write some code for me. Send. Okay, there it goes. It goes to our station. Okay, I said write some code. Then the agent went to the station, then it sits there. Is it supposed to be doing something? All right. Getting closer. We're getting closer and closer. By the way, as we do this, uh, leave a like down below. Let's get more people in the party. The more likes you
45:00

Segment 10 (45:00 - 50:00)

leave, the more people get in the live stream, the more people we chat with, have fun with, ask questions, more we all learn. The more likes, the Everyone leave a like down below. Search for Sonnet 47 league. All right, let's see. Sonnet 47. Is that the leak? Is that what's coming? Still nothing. I searched clownet. I searched sonnet 47. There's nothing on Twitter about it. I see a bunch of people saying Sonnet 47 will release will be accelerated after 5. 2 sm after GBT 5. 2 smashes all benchmarks. That didn't happen. 5. 2 smash all benchmarks. 47 release will be accelerated during Christmas after 5. 5. 2 didn't smash all benchmarks. Oh, some old ass leak, bro. Right now it's a visual demo. The agent walks the station. You get a simulated response. The actual cloud SDK isn't connected. To make agents actually do work, you need to install. Okay, so install the SDK. Let's go into plan mode real quick. Do you think the clawed agent SDK is the best way to handle these processes? Here's a little tip for you. Always ask questions. Get its opinion on things. It's smarter than us. It's better than us. Actually, the show would be setting up from the cloud commands. No one has done that yet. That's what I did last night. Uh, actually the show would be setting up from cloud commands. No one's doing it yet. I just said claw to get and told to follow directions when ready. GBD codeex high is running circles around opus 45 currently. I can't trust opus impl front end changes without are you sure? I feel like I get this every other day someone says oh codeex is doing so much better and then I try codeex and it's not even remotely close to what I'm getting from opus. I mean, Opus hasn't been doing great on this stream right now, but uh what should agents actually do when they work at a station? Conversational AI. Agents give advice, explain code, answer questions, actually write files, run commands, search web, full agent capabilities. Each agent spawns an actual pod code session in a terminal for this 3D AI agent builder manager. What do we want the AI agents to do? Do we want some of them to be clawed code, some of them not be clawed code? I think we want it to be high level generalized where it can write code and can do other things. Anyone do that? I think Claude did get dumber from yesterday. Does things twice and three times for what should be easy peasy. I've experienced this with every AI, though. Every AI that's happened. I think I feel like every AI I've ever used in my life has gotten dumber over time and then they release a new version and it's smart again. I feel like every single AI has done that. At some point we'll be seeing Opus 6 look at old code and be like wait did I build that? I must apologize for my earlier self. It's true. I mean Opus 15 makes right significantly better code than like Sonnet 37 or even Sonnet 4. Ralph doesn't seem necessary. The bottleneck isn't waiting reviewing Claude not waiting on Claude usually. I don't but I don't understand this message. The bottom neck isn't waiting. Reviewing Claude not waiting on claw. Can we include punctuation in our chat messages, please? I feel like commas and periods go at 20 different points in this message and change the meaning of this message. Can we start adding commas to our chat, please? Four shots for very simple feature. Is did Opus get stupid today? What's going on? Let's see what the recommendation is here. 3D agent manager SDK next at running on local host 3D world with stations. Agent spawn can be selected panel opens. Agents walk to stations
50:00

Segment 11 (50:00 - 55:00)

based on commands currently using mock responses. Integrate cloud agent SDK so agents can execute real tasks. All right, let's build it. Do you know if the cloud opus used in claude code is the same as the opus available with anti-gravity in Google's Gemini or is there a functional difference? I'm assuming you need claw for cloud opus. Um the model. So there's two different things here. Godson chickloo There's the model and there's the harness. The model Opus 45 is the same Godson, but the harness is different. Claw Code and anti-gravity are two very different harnesses. And that's why the behavior is different between anti-gravity and claude code is because Anthropic built the Claude code harness. They designed it and they know their model best. Anti-gravity obviously is built by Google. So they built their harness. So they work with the model differently. So that's why I like code better than anti-gravity as a harness. Although I like the direction anti-gravity is going with their agent builder. So I like to see where they're going. What's the startup about? Says Osherb 791 says we're building a 3D AI agent manager to manage multiple AI agents in a 3D world. Agreed. Not sure why people are obsessed with automated agents that run over and over. The issue is Opus doesn't take its time like Codeex and requires debugging. That's why I like Opus though. It's very eager. I like that Opus is so eager with Codeex. Codeex pisses me off sometimes because I feel like I have to say, "Okay, do it. " So many times we'll do that thing. " Like I'll give it like a command and then it'll talk about doing it, but then it won't actually do it. It's like not eager to do work at all. Codeca's opus is very eager to do work. It goes and it does work. Up a little bit more. Yes. But I like the eagerness a lot more. It's a lot more fun to work with. You know what I'm saying, dog? The point of Ralph is to give it a detailed list of stories with clear requirements and let it run while you do other things. It's not interactive. It's AFK. Yeah, that's it. You can give it a list of things to do. You can't really do that with Cloud Code. You can't really give it a list of things to do because there's no real interface for it. You know, I think we eventually get to the point where the standard interface for claude code is like a canban board with a whole list of uh like tasks you can queue up and it goes and runs through those tasks. I think we eventually get to that point, but we're not there yet. And so I feel like Ralph Wiggum is a uh half step to that. Did you collect on your latest Kali belt bet? That's a good point, Amaya. I forgot. I forgot to check that. We should have collected on the Koshi bet. For those who missed it, I bet like $700 that um Claude Five wouldn't release this year in 2025. Let's see if it paid off. Let's see if I got my money. Boom. 81. I got it. So, let's see. History. We're undefeated. We started off with a $600 bet that Apple would release a new VR headset last year. We got it. Boom. $122. Then we took all that and we betted on will Google release Gemini 3. 0. That hit extra $45. Then we turned around. We bet philanthropic release claw five. And I said, "No, add it. " $67. We're at 83. We grew this from 600 to 831. Should we place another one? Should we put take all that money and double down again? What will be the top? I hate these bets. top model? Because it's based on BS metric. Best a no. Hate that. When will Tesla launch unsupervised FSD? I would bet yes on this. You're gonna release it soon. F unsupervised FSD to robo taxi. Let's see what the if Tesla launches unsupervised
55:00

Segment 12 (55:00 - 60:00)

FSD in their cars, including a robo taxi service. Yeah, they're going to release robo taxi with no one in the car. I place a h 100red. How much are you? $1,000. This feels like the bet. They'll robo taxi. Oh, maybe March is the bet. Puts 100 on that. But I feel like it's more fun if we put all the money on it, huh? Oh, man. I have a lot of comments I missed here. Uh, what's the link again for Viber? I'll share it in a second. What about code security? Apply answer thousand times. I've seen many vibe goers who were vulnerable connection was good. Uh people ask you all the time how your app secure don't make it insecure secure app. People oh vibe code to code so insecure. Okay well then don't make it insecure. Make it secure instead. How do you do that? Ask the AI what are security best practices and how do I implement them? Hi, just to let you know, have you already made money with a startup using Claude? I'm trying to figure out if it's really efficient to use, says FZ F3132. Yes, I released Creator Buddy on X makes $300,000 a year. Yes, I make money. It's Claude. Is it really efficient to use? Yeah. Is it what? The leak is essentially a fanic models are being trained using Google's T. Does that mean they're working on 47? I bet 47 is with a few days of release. Dumbness 45 is showing now. I use BMAD and love it. But like I think Alex will find Ralph to be too much pomp and circumstance first base. I haven't mastered yet. So I'm still using Ralph. I'm still figuring it out. But I'm going to make a video on it for the people who want to learn about it. I meant I probably don't need Ralph because Claude works fast enough already. So reviewing what Claude does is the bottleneck, but I feel like Ralph is more for building things in the back end. This uses API in your subscription expensive experiment, but it Yeah. Alex, what's your thoughts on where you like to write and curate your prompts for Claude? I tend to write my initial prompts in something like the NOTAP on Mac OS and I copy and paste. Maybe I use claw code differently than most people, but like why do you need to are you write prompts outside of claude code first? Are you writing like super complex prompts? Like I just tell Claude what to do. Like what do you like? I don't know. I I'm just I feel like Opus 45 is so smart that I don't need to write like 18 paragraph prompts to it. I just freeball. I just type in claw code what I want. Are you like editing prompts? What do you mean curate your prompts? Like you're reusing prompts. What kind of prompts are you reusing? CL. I'm curious. I'm not making fun of you. I'm just curious like what prompts do you reuse over and over again? You have like an Apple notes folder of prompts for claude code. I'm curious of your workflow. Hey man, love your content. Tried working with Claude inspired by your videos. Do you have any tips on debugging? Claude is now adding way too many bugs with each iteration. Oh yeah, copy and paste the bugs into Claude code and say, "Hey, this is a bug or screenshot it and then paste it in. " Ralph won the poll. All right, so we want next video is a Ralph. Let's see what we at 55%. I guess we're going Ralph. Uh I hadn't used GPD since 5. 1. Thinking 5. 2 might be better for the type of research stuff I do. Going back to Gemini 3, I feel like it was a still far superior, at least for my use case. I like chat GPT 5. 2 for research. I don't know. Take $800 and put on the patch this Sunday. Yeah, but this is a tech stream. We got to put it on something techreated. Uh, which AI company will have the best I hate these which coding models are the best. Uh, when will open AI achieve AGI? Stupid question. XX launch. Which comes out the top ranked AI model? Hate. Why is everything which is the best model? It's such a stupid question. When will XAI release rock 4. 2? Be kind of slow at releases, huh? I feel like we've been waiting for 4. 2 forever. Uh, they have to release this month, don't they? Don't month? How much am I at? 841. If I bet 841
1:00:00

Segment 13 (60:00 - 65:00)

841, I win 932 if they release before Feb 1. That feels like a pretty solid bet. What's three more? I mean, it's definitely before April 21st. They're not going all the way till April before their next release, right? Because zero liquidity on this um 841 I get 98. They release it before January 26. That's about two and a half weeks away. I don't know. I almost kind of want to buy the extra few days there. If XAI releases 4. 2 before then the marker resolves yes release must be made public outside of a closed beta. They're limiting to a high cost subscription tier is acceptable. What if they go straight to like rock five? Does this hit? If it goes rock five and they release it, does this hit? No way. Feb 2026 too soon. Mike is cutting out. No, it isn't. I'm planning out building out major features. This allows me to get organized. What is What are you organizing though? Didn't Elon I feel like most people get benefit so much more from ghosty terminal workflow? So you think I should go with the I was thinking about angling it like here's how you use the terminal for claw code and it's like hyperfocused on using the terminal for claw code video. An exac account was supposedly testing 4. 2 and posting screenshot results. Let's see. Uh Grock 4. 2. Brock 4. 2. Let's see if uh is 4. 2 coming sharing. I don't see any information on rock 4. 2. It's got to come out this month, right? Groc 4. 2. Anyway, let's go back. We're not gonna place the bet now. Let's see what we got here. Uh, okay. I need to add my anthropic API key or should I create a NV? Okay. All right. I got to create a dot I got to put in my anthropic API key. Hold, please. No, not new folder. I'm going to say create aenv. lo file for me, please. [snorts] Alex, Mac desktop app now has plan mode baked in. Does it does claw desktop now have plan mode baked in? — Is that confirmed? Here we go. Code. Wow, we have plan mode. Mic is not good. I don't know what to tell you. The people complaining mic I'm just going to turn off the music. It's got to be the music. It's plugged into my computer and it's on. I don't know how else to improve the mic. The com It's plugged into the computer and I'm talking into it. I There's no other I don't know what else to do with the mic. Every live stream people complain about the microphone. It's like a $500 microphone I plug into my computer. Stop complaining about the microphone. The microphone doesn't work for you, log off. I don't care. I thought Neon said rock five in February. That means 4. 2's got to come this month, right? Hello there. What's up, Swiss HD captain of the the community? Let's see. Share screen. Claw desktop. Plan mode. We got a plan mode. Should we test this? Where's uh
1:05:00

Segment 14 (65:00 - 70:00)

project management? Why can't How do you create a new folder in this window? I'm gonna have to do that separately. Do we test this new uh claw desktop real quick? New. Okay. New folder. New projectman. All right. Let's test this out. Let's see. Build me a beautiful Canban project management tool with tons of features and functionality. Let's see how good this is. The new plan mode in the desktop app. Just this workspace. Uh, thanks for letting me know CL Punt. Elon can't avoid making Grock 4. 2. He loves a good meme. I think people don't realize how much more efficient you can be. I just learned GoC. It's incredible how much more Yeah, I think I got to go with uh like are people going to be using Ralph Wiggum for a long time, but I also feel like Ralph Wiggum's getting a lot of searches and clicks right now. I feel like a lot of people are searching. I want to kind of capitalize on Ralph Wig getting a lot of searches and clicks. It was a few days ago. I guess it's coming out this month since Garlic has supposedly come from GPT. What are your thoughts on using a PRD when you first create the project? Um, I think that's fine. I'm just a fan of when it Oh, look at this. Oh, this is cool. How should data be persistent? Local storage. What features are most important to you? Rich task management. Oh, this is cool, huh? This is a nice UI. What visual style do you prefer? Modern minimal color dark mode focus professional enterprise. That's nice. Huh. I like that. The question is, is this now better than the terminal? I don't know. I don't think so. This is It's easy to What is this? Does this ask me for permission to 20 different things? What is that? Do I just allow all this? Is it like doing three things at once? What is this multitasking? Why did it just ask me permission for three different things? Is it using four tools at once? Oh wow, that's kind of cool. Is this better than the terminal though? That's the question. Would I switch from the ter This is See, this is a tough part. If I decide this is better, this claw desktop, and I make a video going, "This is the best workflow ever. " I'm gonna get a thousand replies to that video saying, "You so much hyperbole. You're such a loser. You said a different workflow was the best a week ago. What's wrong with you? Screw you. I'm never watching your channel again. " But it's like, this is how it works. They update this stuff every 5 seconds. Of course, the workflow is going to change every five seconds. They change everything every five seconds. What is this? Searching do stand undo redo middleware pattern 2025. This sounds like one of the chats in my YouTube chat. What is this? All right, whatever. I'll just allow If you want to search for it, you search for it. So, like what if I'm working on like five projects at once? What do I do? I guess I just have this one clawed window and they all different sessions here and I just switch between them. I guess that's what I do. As opposed to the terminal where I have multiple tabs. You got to think the terminal takes up less memory than the claw desktop app though, right? What does this button do? Well, that just means it's local and that's just your path. Cloud is working. Okay. Oh, and you can include images. That's the issue with the terminal. You can't paste in if you just use the terminal by itself. What are options? Flash commands. What happens if I do that? Slash
1:10:00

Segment 15 (70:00 - 75:00)

doesn't autofill the slash commands. That's a big advant The only downside with the terminal was you can't paste in images. That really slows you down. I hear him better when he started to speak louder. There you go. Alex, do you code on MacBook? If so, with your setup, what do you use to connect everything? Monitor. Looking for a good one that's not wonky. What do you mean for a good what? monitor or good MacBook. Yeah, I use MacBook and I have a ultra wide monitor. I have like an ultra wide monitor and then I have a new setup now where I have my iPad. I have a stand for my iPad on the left and I keep visual I keep a terminal open on it at all times. I've been watching your videos back toback between Christmas and New Year. I knew you'd be happy to see plan mode in the app. Hey, thank you CL. I appreciate that, bud. Thanks for thinking of me. Thanks for enjoying the videos. I appreciate that. What do you want to see next, DL Plant? What's your favorite What do you What's your favorite type of video I make on Claude? What do you want to see more of? — What do you want to see next? feel like it's taking a long time. The cloud desktop app here. This is not taking a long. The terminal is quick and snappy. I have a comprehensive plan from the design phase. Now, let me write this plan to a file and check if you have any final preferences before we proceed. I feel like this is slower than cloud code in the terminal. No. Only thing Elon has said was new version of Grock imagine dropped update your app. Who cares about Grom? Enough Grock imagine. Why use Ralph and back learn ghosty now then bake in Ralph for Ralph the guy said spend an hour doing stories in PR best results you're talking Ryan Carson yeah he in his explainer video he does talk about spending a ton of time on the PRD and it's like if I'm going to use Ralph isn't the idea is that it'd be saving me time by doing a whole bunch of stuff autonomously Like I don't spend any time on a PRD when I use cloud code. I just like brainstorm and go back and forth with cloud code on what I want to build and we eventually come up with an answer and it starts building it out. I don't really spend much I don't do much PRD stuff in cloud code. If you watch any of my workflow videos, I never talk about PRDs. Okay, so what do we got here? It put the plan in this like popup window. I can what? I click this. This is kind of cool. And you kind of the structured markdown file to read it. I like that. Man, this is tough because this is a really nice user interface. This is really nice. I mean, obviously significantly better than terminal that you can have like this really nice structured markdown that you can easily read, right? When you're in the terminal, you can't really read it as good as this. Core features risk rich task management subtask. This is really nice, huh? But is it enough to switch to CL from the terminal? What do you guys think? This pretty nice you switching from the terminal fist. Let's hit approve. Let's request changes. What I do is type in here. Do it in nextJS instead. I'll update the plan next. js. All right. Yeah, it feels more efficient. It feels faster and snappier. But this is a really nice user interface though.

If you want to see something hilarious, ask Claude desktop, build me an army worthy of Mordor. What? I do that. The mic cannot keep up with the movement. You need to be directly close to the mic. Oh, is that the issue with the mic is I move my head around a lot. You can paste images in terminal. It's control V instead of command V. Nah. Oh my god, it is. No way. I have been wasting so much time over the last few days using claude code when it came to pasting in images. I have been like creating folders in every project where I click and drag screenshots into and then I go into cloud code and I say, "Hey, look at the screenshot in this folder and analyze it. " Because command V doesn't do [ __ ] inside a inside the terminal. It is just controlV this entire time. And I've gone to chat GBT. I've spent hours talking to chat GBT. Hey, we need to figure out a way for me to paste images into the terminal. We need to figure out a way to paste images. I'm spending too much time linking images. We need to be figure out a way to paste it. And he goes, "No, no, no. You can't because you can't do it. Not possible. Give up. Control V. Not command V. Control V. Shout out Swizz HD. Shout out Swiss HD from the Twitch community. Figuring it out. You figured it out. You're gonna save me so much time. " I think with that being said, I have to stick with terminal instead of claw desktop. Alex, can you try past image one more time? You can control command altv with the terminal full screen. Make the image the last thing you copy. Just control V forest. Just control V. I have ultra wide laptop monitor mon. Yeah, you got you always No matter how many monitors you have, you fill them all up. No matter how many monitors you have. Claw desktop, man. I mean, this is nice, but now that I know how to paste images into the terminal, I don't know if I can switch. So, how to master front end design go other skills would be great. Any way, I should check. Maybe you already have some. I do have a skills video. I released a skills video a couple weeks ago, dude. First awesome. My name is actually Finn. Oh, shout out Finn. What's up, Finn? Second, I built a web app for my company I work for following your videos. In just weeks, licensed my software them. Thank you. Let's go, Finn. Fins are the smartest people in the world. Shout out CL Plant. That's awesome. Congrats, man. Good work. You took action. Not many people can take action. As I was saying earlier, allow pod skill to use. Okay, so it's picking up the skills. Nice. That's good. It's pic. I didn't ask to use a skill. I picked it up. I like that. Here's the thing, CL. I say this a lot. 99% of people, they watch my videos and do nothing. You're one of the 1% that watched my video and actually did something and licensed the software and made money. You're a hero, right? I'm the same way, which I just why I just like cla PRD in stories. It worked okay that way. Yeah. I don't think UI will ever be better than terminal. Cloud code is a terminal tool and will always be terminal first for features and releases. Claw desktop web are good for background. I think that's a good point. SN Bart that's a good point which is like yeah this claw desktop app might have caught up here but at the same time the features always come out for claw terminal first. It always comes out for the terminal first. So like it might be caught up for this second in time but it's not going to be caught up for long. You know I think you got to stick with the terminal. That's actually a really good point. Let me write that down in my script. My new video.
1:20:00

Segment 17 (80:00 - 85:00)

Let me write that down for my script. That's a good point to call out in the video. Um script terminal always gets the latest updates. That's why you need to use it. That's a good point. Alex, I've been trying to tell you that for like a week now, dude. Forest, I apologize. I didn't believe it. I didn't believe control V could do it. I didn't listen you guys. Sorry. I just thought you guys were fooling around because it's command V on Mac. It's command V. Control V worked. But like I I didn't try it because it's command V on Mac. I didn't think controlV would actually do anything. Wait, I take that back. It didn't work. Won't work for me. How many inches is your ultrawide, Alex? Oh, um 49 inches. The Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo. Terminal copy and paste. Command option shift. I don't know. I just did controlV and it worked, dude. Does that work on Ghosty for pasting images? And yeah, controlV just worked on Ghosty. I just showed you. Look at this. Control look image one. Control V worked. It put the image in. How do I delete it now? How do I get rid of it? I just screenshotted a random thing. I don't know. Let's split this. Right. NPM rundev. I plug in uh I got to plug in my environment variable to get this 3D agent working. Let's get the Let's plug in the environment variable. Get the 3D agent working. Huh. Plug it in. 3D manager open. I got to get my uh Do we bet on 4. 2 releasing this month? You got to think rock. 4. 2 releases this month, right? You got to think up arrow to select and delete. Oh. Wow. Thank you. Thank you, Amaya. That worked. That worked rather. I got Maybe I listen to chat more, huh? Maybe I gotta listen to chat more. Maybe I don't listen to chat enough. Please link the ghosty setup. Well, my last video uh Abdullah is Boris's workflow. Boris is the creator of Claude Code and so I lightly go over Ghosty in that. But I think what my next video might be if I don't do Ralph Wiggum even though Paul said Ralph Wigum is a super deep dive on setting up the terminal. that. Let me make sure also go over how to paste in images. All right, let me real quick, if you guys don't mind, get my anthropic console, my uh API key, so I can plug that in. We can try out our 3D AI agent. You guys want to try out this 3D AI agent we built? I have my API key from Claude. You should ask your buddies at XI to give you preview access to the new Gro CLI. Yeah, they're about to release that soon. I did ask to get early access. I doubt they gave it to me, but that'd be sick. Yeah, Ghosty is sick. Should I make a I maybe I should maybe that should just be my next video. I feel like Ralph Wigum like that that's just kind of a trendy phase. Like that's not gonna be super long term. And I hear that anthropic going after people who I don't know. Should I make the Ralph Wigum video? Let's see. Let me just get my uh API key real quick and plug it in here. You can try out this 3D AI agent manager. Huh? H I said the other day in the stream I read on one of the anthropic docs control V instead command. Yeah, well I screwed up. 3D AI manager. I screwed I

should have listened to chat. I apologize chat. you. I should have listened to you chat. All right, let's test out the 3D AI agent manager. Huh? Let's see what we built. For those just joining, we got a lot of people that just joined. We're building a 3D AI agent manager. Boom. — I can add an agent. Click on it. I just put in the API key. So, let's test this out. Uh, write me some Let's just see what happens. Build build me a project management app. Send I'd be happy to build you a project management app. Here's my step-by-step approach from the deploy station planning phase one. Define core features. Would you like me to elaborate any specific aspect or predict features? You can proceed with the plan now. It just went over here. I bet. All right. So, what did it do first? So, it's at the deploy station. I'm happy about how you receive but I don't see a specific plan that we've discussed. Could you clarify what plan you like me to work on? If you need I can help with writing or reviewing code. Did it forget? Did it forget the message for the last one? Build the project management app. Would you like me to elaborate? Start. Okay, it's clearly not taking the previous messages. Okay, the API. Let's go back to cloud code. It's clearly not remembering past messages we sent it. Let's do this window. Go back to cloud code. Okay, the API works, but I give it a command to build something for me. Then it gives me a plan. Say yes. Then it forgets what everything we talked about before was. So it clearly isn't continuing the conversation from before. Um, let's see what we got here. A lot of messages. But if it isn't exactly 4. 2, would you still That's the question. It doesn't say in the here if it has to be 4. 2. If XAI releases Grock 4. 2. So, what if they release five? I think I got to hit bet yes on this. I think it's got to be G rock 4. 2's 2's got to be before Feb 1 first, right? In what scenario do they go another month without release? I mean released opus GPT released 51 and 52 before the last release. I think it's got to be before Feb 1. No, I might have to switch from YouTube. Why do you Twitch to YouTube? Why is that Swiss HD? Yeah, they have to go for now. Which one's more expensive, Cursor or Claude Code? I have the max plan on Cursor now, but I burned through it in just a few days. On paper, Claude Code's more expensive, but Curtiser doesn't subsidize to so I think if you like it looks cheaper on their pricing page, but I think it's the exact same amount. I think cheaper. I mean, it's hard to know because neither company tells you exactly what you're paying for at this rate. Will even let alone open?
1:30:00

Segment 19 (90:00 - 95:00)

I don't know, man. I feel lonely on Twitch. Oh, because you can't see. Is it better, Swiss HD? Is it better if I have the chat up on the screen for you? Do you feel less lonely if I put the chat up on the screen here? Are you less lonely if I put the chat there? I'm doing the community call today. Oh, call in half an hour. I hope to see you there, my man. Community call in half an hour. Do I place the bet? It has to be before Fab One, right? 841. I win $100 if I hit. All right, let's talk to our agent here. Build me a project management app. Cursor gets way less usage for the 200 than from what I Yeah, I think Claude code's the better value. Looks good. Proceed. Great. I'll start building the project management app. Let me begin with the foundation. Setting up the project structure. All right. So, what's it doing? Is it just writing a whole bunch of code in this window? It's writing just window. All right, let's go back to quad and say what's it doing? Oh, it looks like the conversation works now. Where is it writing code to? just started writing a ton of code into the chat window. Uh Grog did research for me and said 4. 2 very likely late January. Yeah, I was always running that cursor. Yeah, I think cloth code's a better value. And it's just better overall than cursor. Alex, did you try Grock 4? How would I try Grock 4. 2? It's not out yet. How do I try Grock 4. 2? I think I got a place to bet. It's got to be this month. It has to be. It has to be this month. Are people getting early access to 4. 2? If people are already testing it, then it's definitely coming this month. Is any are people testing Grock 4. 2 early Grock 4. 2 2 could be fun. I'm just searching Twitter to see if other people are saying anything about Grock 4. 2. Of course, there's 100 Grock put bikinis on her message I'm seeing. Um I think it's got to be this month. Rich Gillan, welcome. Welcome to member on YouTube. Thank you. Uh, I think we gota Let's just do it. Boom. Cali is unbelievably non-lquid. So, I'm sure I just moved all I did. I just moved the market from 75% to 96%. This unbelievably illquid market. more illquid markets. Look, we just moved we just moved that entire market 25%. There's you now have better odds on February 1st and April 21st. I'm already three for three, Amaya. three. This will be the fourth one. I've already hit uh Apple new VR headset last year. I hit Gemini 3 and I hit quad five. This is this four for four. Wendy's four for four deals. We hit this. Gemini says it's being tested. 4. 2 performed really well in the alpha arena. All right.
1:35:00

Segment 20 (95:00 - 100:00)

It has to be this month. Now it's back down to 75%. Did someone start buying? No. Whatever. Right now, it's just talking about code, not actually writing files. The regular Cloud API only gives text responses. To make it actually write files, I need to add tool use. So, Claude can write a file. Let me add that. It would let agents actually create edit files on your system. Yes, please. I'm having Claude Code give our 3D AI agent manager writing capability so it can actually create files and build applications for us. Is this a prank? Am I getting pranked? Why don't you use Whisper Flow? Because Whisper Flow allegedly hacks your computer and steals all your information. That's why I don't use Whisper Flow. Cursor added dynamic memory or whatever it's called in their new update. Basically handles contact much better. But I'm intrigued, but I still don't think Yeah, Cloud Coach is better, dude. It's just smarter and better. It just is what it is. Curser is what got me into the vibe coding game. So that's why I'll always be grateful. I'll always be grateful to cursor for it. But like CL codes right now cla smoke Grock a Grock 4. 2 perform well in Alpha Arena. Yeah, it's getting beta tested from perplexity regarding Elon Gro 5 by mid November 20 that Xi is laying Grock 5 to early next year to allow more. So 4. 2's got to be coming. 4. 2 is so much better at coding. They have to release a coding tool. I don't know what's going on. I don't know why Grock doesn't have a coding tool. I feel like they've been do for a coding tool forever now. Hey, would you mind taking a look at my project if you've built it using level? It's called Get Studymate. Sebastian, if you want me to beta test your product, join the Vibe Coding Academy. I will beta test all the people. I get 20 people ask me to beta test their product. If you want me to beta test your product, join the Vibe Coding Academy. Link is in the description. Cursor is the OG first good coding agent, but sadly they don't have anything to offer anymore. Overcooked code. Well, Cursor's issue is this is they don't really have a product direction. It feels like they have like a bunch of people working at cursor and they're all work what it feels like working on different things releasing a hundred different things and there's 100 different bugs and like they're trying to like invent this new product style of everyone like everyone's a developer designers product managers everyone's a developer everyone can ship code. But there's a reason why that's never been a thing since the beginning of software engineering. You know, like there's a reason why they only really allow developers to ship the code is because if you have everyone shipping code at a company to production, then you just lose like your product focus, right? and you lose a lot of the process of like not getting bugs and all that. Like you go from like a tip of the sticker approach to like a shotgun blast approach, which I just don't think really works. You know, I think they have a great team. I think they're experimenting. I think they're trying new things and I think they're failing and all those good things. But I don't know if the experiment of letting everyone at the company ship codes work out in my opinion. I don't know. We'll see. It just doesn't seem like they have like a clear product direction. Well, it feels like Claude Code has a very clear product direction that everyone at the company's pushing behind. No. Anti-gravity feels like has a very clear product direction with like their agent manager. Every time I log in to cursor, it says you have a new product. I got to reset. Then I come back and do product update, reset, new product update, reset. And everything's changing. The UI is constantly changing. I feel like you they just need a little bit more focus, you know, focus. It feels like cursor is trying to weld together the best of everyone else's ideas. At some point, that just builds. Yeah, that's a good way to word

If you don't like this audio, I do not care. Do not go in my chat and tell me the audio is bad. I do not care. Deal with it. I bought a $500 microphone. I plugged it into my computer. There's no other there's nothing else to configure here. No changes will be made. Anyone who complain about audio will be banned from the chat. But being able to chill while Claude cooks is very fascinating. Uh what was I talking about before? Frankenstein cursor or something like that. Yeah, I don't know. Claude code's better. Who cares? [ __ ] Christ. Just try out. Don't try to help me. No one I don't want help. I don't want anyone's help. Do not help me. Do not come. Audio sounds fantastic in South Africa. Okay, everyone go to South A. If you want better audio, go to South Africa. I don't care. Go to South Africa if you want better audio. Audio banned. Banned from the chat. Peter Broham, banned from the chat. It's not that I don't like it. It was just a friendly comment and I didn't realize it's been a topic for a long time. I got the same mic so that was the only reason I mentioned banned from the chat. That's what she said. I just joined. Is the marketplace live? Audio is fine. Let's move on. Thank you, Simon. Uh the mar the marketplace is live. Should I share the link again? Let's share the link again. Vibe app store. Here you go. I'm going to put it on the real domain. to building Viber on Monday. You still need to call out the example. Yeah, I got to get rid of those, too. I I'm going to clean most of that up this weekend and we'll put it on the Viber URL and I'll ann I haven't even announced this on X yet. Oh, someone messaged they want me to do a video on marketing uh apps. I've done a couple videos on how to market vibecoded apps and they performed horribly. The only videos I put out that perform well are like very practical stepby-step how to use Claude code videos. Those are the only ones. So that's what I'm sticking with for now is like the practical Claude code tutorials. So the question comes which do you want more Ralph Wigum tutorial or setting up the terminal tutorial? Raymond Killilfoil Ace from South Africa became a YouTube member. Thank you my friend. I appreciate it. Ask Ralph Viber sample cleanup for video material. Maybe I do both. Maybe I do the Ralph video too. If we could upload a video and some images in the listing, that would be cool. Excited. You can do images. There's a screen. Yeah, screenshot. Look, you can do images. Wow. Shout out uh Pinky adding the updates in here, too. Shout out Pinky. He's going all out on this. I love it. Up vote. Up vote for Pinky on that. Great job, Pinky. Really taking advantage of all the features. You could upload images right in here, my friend. Can you upload videos? I don't know if you can upload videos. Let me add that to the to-do list. Be able to upload videos to the app store listings. What was my bet here? What did I bet? I bet 840 to win 942. What if I close this? Can I just close it and immediately make money? No, I lose. Classic Koshi. I place a bet. If I were to immediately close, I lose tremendous amounts of money on it. Whatever. It's the most illquid place. — Come on, Elon. Release 4. 2. I want to make my $102 release at least 4. 2. Pinky took the T. Yeah, Pinky bounced back. I was crapping on Pinky. Pinky and he bounced back. Look at this. Well done, Pinky. Great description. DBT, how much is rock plan? $100 a month, something like that. Grock's expensive, man. They made that expensive for uh not releasing as many updates as the other. It's expensive. All right.
