Intro to Amparm

OpenClaw already feels like having a personal assistant on your computer 24/7. But what if your assistant could hire its own team? That's essentially what Amparm does. One command and your Open Claw now runs seven agents, a planner, a coder, a tester, a reviewer, and they ship real code without you touching anything. It's free. It's open source and it just dropped. You can see an example of it right here. So, you kind of get like a Trello board for each of your agents running through Open Claw. This is a great article by Ryan Carson. You can check out X. And essentially, we're going to run through this and get it set up. Now, you can get access via here, and we're going to begin to set this up with Open Claw. So

Setting Up OpenClaw Agents

let's get straight into it. And if you haven't checked this out already, basically what you can do is you can set up a whole team of agents. You get these agent team workflows and they kind of run in a camb board like you can see right here, right? And literally all you need to do is copy this command, tell openclaw agent to run it and you should be good to go. So if we go back to openclaw here and say okay install this and we'll get started from there. Chuck says thanks Julian learning a lot happy to help. Alexi Alex Francois says which do you recommend the freeway with openclaw or mold bot? So mbot and openclaw are the same thing right and the one that I really like the most is probably chach codeex. I think that's the best option for using open claw. For me personally, I run it locally. I don't have a problem with that. If someone is worried about security, then they would use something like mo worker. And also my number one advice there is just like don't do anything you're not comfortable with. Right? If you're like ah not you know I got a few things locally I don't want to share on the world. Okay, no problem. Just set it up on mo worker. Just you know if you have a bad feeling before you install this, don't install it. The other piece of advice I would say is like you can always just check out what I do with open claw and then you don't have to use it but you still learn about the technology. So you can check out my videos and that sort of thing. For real says he is clawbot and what is the free way? Well there's four

Free Ways to Use OpenClaw

ways to use open claw for free right we've got a full training inside the aruffer boardroom but essentially the ways that you can use this for free. Number one you can use miniax. Number two you can use alarm of kimk 2. 5. Number three, you can actually use Codeex OS, which is free for a limited time only, and install it that way. And then number four, you can actually use Pony Alpha. Pony Alpha, I've got a video on YouTube about how to use it, but basically you can plug that in as a free API directly into Open Claw. Texan says, would you set this up on a Mac? Yeah, I'm running it on a Mac Studio. The other interesting thing to know about this is it's built on the Ralph Loop pattern. So each agent gets a fresh session with clean context and memory that persists through git history and progress files. If anyone remembers Ralph Loop that came out a couple of months ago, what LM are you using? I'm using the API, the free one from Pony Alpha, which is rumored to be GLM 5. So, I've got a full guide on YouTube on exactly how to set up Pony Alpha with Open Claw. Basically, all you do is you go to models here. You make sure you have a key from open router and you plug that into open claw. Right? So you can see an example here. This is Pony Alpha, right? It's got a 200K context window and it's completely free to use. Obviously, it's not going to be available forever, but you might as well use it whilst it's in the beta testing period if you want a free API and it's been honestly better than using Kim K 2. 5. So would recommend. Taking a little while to download. Alex says, "I want to do it to automate anything. just want AI to Yeah. I mean, like bear in mind like all these tools are only as good as the people who set them up, right? So like when you're using this, it still requires your effort, your energy, etc. The these are amazing tools, but you got to use them wisely. It's like it's the same as a laptop, right? It's like, you know, some people can't use a laptop at all. Other people can do magic with it. And I think it's the same with open floor. It's like you've got to get used to using it yourself, right? You got to use your own innovative energy. So whilst that's waiting to download

Amparm Dashboard Features

let's talk through what it does, how it works, etc. So basically, you can manage an agent team and have them do workflows to ship real stuff. Right? It's free. You get a dashboard. You can see an example right here. So you can see, for example, it's got the plan, the setup, the implementation guide, the verification test, PR, etc. Right? So it splits up all the tasks into multiple agents. And you can click into a task to see the details. So here's an example. If you click on a single task and then with this one GitHub command, you can install a full agent team. Agents verify each other's work. Each agent gets fresh context and you don't need to use like Docker or anything like that to set up. So you can see this is now installed. So it's installing three workflows. It's finished and then it says start a workflow with ampfarm workflow run and then insert your task. Right. So let's try this out now. And then I think we've got a dashboard running locally. So you can see here we've got the amparm dashboard and we can select the workflow that we're working on. Right? So we can switch between these. These are the different trella boards etc. So if you're working on a project and you vibe coding it, you can now visualize it better using this camb board that is built with open claw. And again all of

Building an AI Website Demo

this is free to use. So let's test something out now. I'm going to say okay and farm run workflow run and we'll say create an AI profit boardroom website. I'll insert some information about my website. This is my AI automation community. So we'll just test it on creating a new website for it. Take that information, go back to open core and see if we can vibe code this out. So I've put in all the information about it and we'll put create a beautiful modern interesting AI profitable website. Let's see if it can do that. And so essentially what we've done is we've taken openclaw and then we've augmented it with this free plugin that allows you to build teams of agents that you can visualize inside a Trello board, right? And then you can just tick off the tasks as you go along. You can visualize what each one of them is doing. And you can use this for anything that you vibe coding out. The blanket says, "Hey Julian, where can I find a path for automating um and scraping leads? " All right. So, if you're inside the air profitable boardroom, all you do is you go inside the classroom here and you can just type in leads at the top, right? And then you can see all of our trainings on this. So, one good training to start with is the GenSpark lead generation method. We got full video tutorial and a step-by-step guide on exactly how to do that. And you can use GenSpark for generating leads right there. So, if you want like a no code option, you can use that. Otherwise, just have a look through the other workflows that we've got here. So you can use the search bar at the top kind of like a Google but for the AR profit boarding community workflows. So this is beginning to deploy our team of agents using ampfarm. And then if we go back to anarm here you can see that we're beginning to build out the project for this. Right. So it's got the plan setup implement verify test PR and review sections. And you can see it's still in progress. Now, it depends what API you're using here as well. I think the Pony Alpha because it's a free beta one may be a little bit slow when it's building stuff like this out, but we'll give it a bit of time. The blanket says, "Anyway I could get it automated by OpenCore for searching for leads. " Yeah, so you could say like to Open Claw, okay, how can I automate my lead generation workflows? And then you it will give you instructions like what APIs it needs to help you with that. Alex says, "Is this being recorded so I can rewatch and implement? " Yeah. So you can check out the live stream section on my YouTube channel. We record all the live streams there. So that is basically how to set up ampfarm. What is it? It's

Feature Recap and Summary

a free open- source CLI tool that helps you build a full team of specialized AI agents, planners, developers, verifiers, testers, and reviewers. It's built on the Ralph loop pattern. And to install it, you can just copy and paste this directly into Open Claw. It's got a bunch of options. So for example, feature def, security audits, bug fixes, etc. And then you can see some of the example workflows you can work right. So it's useful because agents verify each other. You get fresh context per step, automatic retries, and it uses the same steps in the same order for every single plugin. So it's not just like the agent has to remember to test. It follows the same workflows each time. Works in three different ways. And then you can create your own custom workflows like you see. And there's a list of commands that you can use as well. This is a full guide inside the AR profit boardroom link in the comments description, but you can basically go from there. And then once you've set it up, it's going to look like something like this. And as soon as you give it a task, it will run through all of the different sections inside the trellboard. Shintai says, "What are the hardware requirements to run Kimik 2. 5 cloud with O Lama? " I'm not 100% sure, but I think you could check out on the website. From what I tested, I didn't have any issues, right? Cuz it's just running through a cloud API, which means like, you know, it's not running locally or something like that. We, you know, it should be easy. How do I even get it running? I've downloaded it like a 100 times. Are you talking about open claw? Cuz you just literally all you do is you just copy and paste two commands to get it set up and it's pretty simple. Hendrick says, "Julian, are you still using memo claw? Seems like me was left behind for open core. " Yeah, I don't use memo at all anymore, but it was fun to set up and test. It's just like I think open core is um much easier to
