NEW Claude Cowork Plugins Changed EVERYTHING!

Today we are going to be looking at the huge update from Claude plugins this week that triggered off a massive change in the market. So you can see for example here this actually triggered off a huge change in the market this week and it's primarily down to something called Claude Co-work Plugins. Now I'm going be covering exactly what it means, how it is, etc. You can see this literally changed the world, right? The market took a big dip this week. people uh were totally spooked. There was a lot of fear around the markets. And today I'm going to show you exactly why that is, why Claude is so powerful and what these plugins mean to you. So, let's get straight into this. How do you

get access? Well, the first thing you're going to do is download Claude desktop. Make sure you're on the pro plan. And then from here, you're going to go over to Claude Co-work, right? So, there's three different options at the top. You got chat, you got co-work, and you have code. All right? And we're going to be focusing on something called co-work today. Now, the way that co-works is that it can actually, for example, link directly to your folders as you can see locally right here. And the biggest change in all of this, the one that actually created the huge change, you know, in the world, in the markets, all the fear, all the spooked people, um, was this section right here, which is

called plugins. All right. So, you can see, for example, we have a productivity plugin here. You can actually use these plugins for multiple different um skills. You can use it for different types of stuff. You can add multiple different ones here. You can upload your own plugins. And you can see there's some default ones from Anthropic directly. You can also add marketplace plugins uh marketplace by yro plugins as well. You got to be careful if you're installing external plugins that you've just checked through them and actually made sure they're good. And then you can see from here we've got for example bio research or customer support etc. Right. So if we click on install here and then we go to manage. What we've done now is we've added two different plugins into this particular section of claude

co-work right number one is productivity. So what we can do is we can set up my tasks, my memory systems. We can create to-do list etc. Right? But what we can also do here is we can switch over to customer support and then we can for example like triage and prioritize an incoming ticket. We could research a customer issue across all our sources. We could draft a response to a custom issue. We could package an escalation for engineering etc. Right? So if you've got a customer research team, you no longer need to have like customer support software. You can just install something like claw plugins and then get claw plugins to automate the 8020 of the process. The other big difference, and this is one of the reasons that people are so scared right now, is that if you're using something like Claude Co-work, well, this is the easiest way for the normal people out there, you know, the people who don't use AI day-to-day um to actually leverage AI in its most powerful format, right? So, for example, literally all someone has to do is download this and go into co-work and then just get the AI to help them. So, for example, we click on draft response over here. We can actually like draft customer support responses, right? We can automate customer service tickets, which is pretty amazing. You can actually see the full skill right here. So, it says uh draft a professional customerf facing response tailored to the situation, customer relationship, and communication context. Right? And then we've got some examples here. So, it's like draft response. Here's what they're asking for. draft response, customer explanation, um draft response responding to a feature request we won't be building, right? And so all of a sudden, we've gone from like people not knowing how to use AI at all to something that's actually very intuitive and also works on someone's desktop, right? And that's a big difference here. That's why people are scared. It's like it can replace pretty much any SAS tool. This is the worst it's ever going to be. It's easier than ever for anyone to use and it's very, very powerful and actually useful, right? So you imagine every single company in the world who has customers probably needs some sort of customer support. And so if they can automate it with something like Claude, well all of a sudden it's going to be adopted by a huge amount of people. I mean there's already probably millions of people using Anthropic and Claude out there, right? So for example here we can use the plug-in customer support. We've got that. We can actually select these commands or we can do for/draft response and actually call the commands and the skills individually from each uh plugin. Right. So if we put in here it's like okay draft [sighs] um a customer facing support response for a feature inside my AI automation community the AI profit boardroom that we will not be building for a feature request. So let's say for example customer requests a feature. It's like no we're not building that mate. But we want to say it in a nice way. We want to sort of like just not even have to think about what we have to say. Well, we can use claw to help us automate that. So if we click on enter now what that's going to do is draft and automate a response inside our folder for creating this. Now we're using the plug-in for customer support but we can also use the one for um productivity. It's very easy to use. It's quick to get your head around and you know you can actually import external plugins as well. Then you say, okay, what channel will this be posted in? So you could select like community, email, or chat, DM. So we go with email. What tone fits your brand and community. So it actually gives you multiple different options or you can just type in your style here. And then once you've selected the three options that Claude actually comes up with, you don't need to worry about creating it yourself. We've got the full response automated here. Things to know says now the audio is good. I'm glad to hear. And then Lean says, nice. Yeah, that's what we're talking about. So this has automated the response. Like you see, so we selected email. It's created the subject line and it's like, "Oh, thanks for taking the time to share the idea with us. We appreciate it, but we're not going to do it, mate. " But it says it in a nice fluffy way that makes people feel good, right? And we didn't need to worry about it. And then it also has like this notes for you section. So it's like here's why it works. Here's something to verify. Here's some of the risk factors if there's follow-up needed. You can see it right there. And then also what you could actually do from here is you could connect it. So you could connect and set up a connector with something like

Claudin Chrome and then just get it to send the actual email for you. Right? So you can see here for example we've got Claudin Chrome set up. We can configure that. Just make sure it's enabled. And then if we go back to draft response over here we can say okay now navigate to I'll just make sure I've got the email set up for my account. Yeah. So we can say okay now navigate here and then send the email to you know I want to say now navigate to via here via Chrome and email julian goldie@gmail. com this response right and then we'll just make sure we have the chrome enabled like this we've got that set up. Beautiful. Now we hit enter and you can see that's beginning to open up Gmail inside Chrome to start sending the response. So we go over here and it's going to open up Gmail as you can see. Then we can allow all browser actions. It's going to navigate to my email inbox. So the AI is doing this. I am not touching this, right? And this is so easy that anyone in the world could use claw plugins. It's like you don't have to be an AI expert to sit to click draft a response and then to say send this as an email, right? Doesn't take any work, doesn't take any skill. And literally all I had to do was click two buttons to do this. Right? I had to click the draft response and then uh use this in Chrome. Right here you see the AI is writing the email directly. So it's going to begin to send and fill in the subject, the email address, etc. And we're good to go on this. Right. So M says, "Brother, I have a question. Please answer it. I've heard that we should not install mobile on a laptop because I mean like here's what I would say is like if you don't feel comfortable and if you're hearing information like that and you do not feel comfortable installing mobile, don't install it, right? Like if you're not 100% sure, just don't install it. That's my advice. Can we download a Linux server and use mobile inside instead? I would say that is worse because you're using a VPS and VPS's can easily be sort of um you know VPS's can be manipulated as people scraping VPS's etc. Wouldn't recommend it. All right. Human says Julian on a treadmill. That's indeed the truth. And then YouTube short says give me some um API trick to use it for free. So you're not actually using the API with Claude Co. So you don't even need to worry about APIs, mate. That's what I would say. And so you can see that's now started sending the email. How easy was that to set up? Quite easy and powerful. All right. So that's exactly how claw plugins works. If we go, this is using AI in the background to draft the email. Going to click off there. Now for now, what we can also do here is we can type in okay claw plugins marketplace. Right.

And I want to be very careful. Number one, just be careful about installing external plugins. But you can get claw code plugins and marketplaces for this sort of stuff. And some of these are really powerful. You just want to be careful. Check through the skillmd files. Check through everything before you actually install it directly to Claude co-work. But and also see who the contributors are and then also check the skill MD files. Run them through Claude. Make sure they're okay first. Check them for security etc. So you don't want anything to you don't want to install anything you don't understand etc. Right? If that makes sense. Um, but that's essentially how it works. All right, I'm just going to stop Claude Co-work right there. So, you can use Claude Co-work and then you can go through the marketplaces. You can actually create your own and share them with the world, too. That's another option. Nick says, "I'm sure I've worked I've watched you walk 20 miles. " I usually do about 20 to 30,000 steps a day. I think today, let's have a look. Let's have a cheeky gander. See what we got here today on the step count. Yeah, 27,000. So, not bad. Does this yet replace open claw or not yet? I mean it depends what you want to do, right? So I would look at okay ask yourself why do you need to use open claw and is it something that claude code or claude co-work can't do because there's a lot of stuff that I see people using claude co-work for or using openclaw for that claude could easily do right so it really depends what you want to do. Uh the main use case really I think is like you can use open claw and then you can it can install stuff itself. It's got a good memory right so that's really useful and then finally as well it is accessible through like telegram and stuff like that. So for those reasons I would use it.
