Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)

Today, I'm going to show you how to automate your customer support with AI. No more answering the same questions over and over. No more losing leads because you've responded too slow. Just set it up once, let it run. This chatbot answers questions, captures leads, and handles support while you sleep. And I'm going to show you exactly how to set it up. I'm going to walk you through everything. How to build your chatbot from scratch, how to train it to answer questions about your business, how to set it up so it actually captures leads that turn into customers. and I'll show you the exact setup I use for the AI profit boardroom to handle thousands of questions about hiring a bigger team. By the end of this video, you'll have a chatbot that works for you around the globe. So, let's get into it. Hey, if we haven't met already, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's helping clients get more leads and customers, I'm here to help you get the latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads every comment. So, make sure you comment below. This is an AI agent that can basically do anything. So, as an example of this, we pull this up. Here's uh an example voice note. — Excited to have you here today. Hey everyone, welcome to the live stream. Super excited to have you here today. I show you Claude. This free AI personal assistant is absolutely insane. It clones your voice. — So, clone my voice, created a voice note, actually created a thumbnail for the video that we're talking about. Um, here we've actually got a video animation that it created, right? So, it created this cool little video animation for the example and it created a couple of clone videos of me uh using Hey Genen. So, if we pull this up, — everyone, welcome to the live. I am so excited to show you Clawbot today. This is honestly one of the most insane AI tools I've ever used. Stick around because I'm going to show you how to build your own 247 AI personal assistant completely for free. Let's get into it. — That's not me, by the way. That's my AI clone and we created it directly inside Claudebot. Um, and you can actually see here as well, literally all we said was now generate a video of me, a voice note of me, a 5-second video animation, a video hook, and a thumbnail like the attached but better, right? Um, and it did all of these automatically. Pretty insane. So, it's pretty wild. Um, you can see how we set it up. I'm going to show you some cool stuff that we're going to do. If you want to get the setup instructions for today, you can do that inside the AI Success Lab. Completely free link in the comments description. Comes with an extra video tutorial, all the setup instructions, like you can see right here, a 30-day plan, 100 prompts. Um, we're going to be testing out today to do even more. Now, so far what we can do for example is we can using the clawbot automation framework that I've created for you. We can do avatar video generation like you see voice cloning, browser control, schedule tasks, thumbnail creation, document creation, email automation, and pretty much any API that I seem to throw at Clawbot. It can just take it and then go, right, we'll save that as a skill in the future, right? It's pretty insane. Pretty insane stuff. I think we could even for example take one of these videos, take one of the avatar clone videos and edit it with animations using remotion. Right? So we could actually edit one of these videos that we've cloned of ourselves using my voice and my avatar clone and then we could edit that using reotion to create like a nicer version of that video if that makes sense. So, not only can we automate the avatar clone, but we could also edit it using Remotion and the video skills, so it looks nicer and it's actually got B-roll or animations inside it. Pretty insane. Now, some people um I actually did a video on this like 24 hours ago, and when I used it the first time around, I couldn't get my head around it. I'll be 100% honest. I didn't realize how powerful it is. Honestly, I have changed my mind. It's by far the best thing I've ever used in AI. It's the most mind-blowing thing I've ever used. Um, and we're going to try and set up some new stuff today as well. So, here's what I can already do with this. I can do avatar clone videos, voice notes, generate video animations. You can also do browser control. So, if we go inside Clawbot here, um, we're like, okay, uh, research the latest AI news today and give me a breakdown of the headlines using browser control. Once it's finished the current task, which you can see it working on right now, we can also get it to do that task as well. So, we can queue it up and then it will move on to the next task later. So, it's like a virtual assistant that never forgets anything. You can also save skills. So, if we go to, for example, forward slash here, we have a skill for YouTube thumbnails, for reotion, uh, video frames, slack, etc. Coding agents. If we do forward slashskll, um, we've got a bunch of skills right there. And it's pretty insane what you can do with this, right? So, it's now editing the avatar video with Remotion, and it should create a better version of that in a second. You can also schedule tasks. So, you can say inside the chat, okay, do this every day at 4:30 a. m. in Thailand time or whatever. Um, and it will just schedule that task for you daily as well. Press says, "Crect me if I'm wrong, but it's in no way related to Claude. " So, yeah, you can use this with any API. Like, it's not related

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

to Claude. Um, it's got it's called Clawbot, but different. It's like claw as in cl l a. Uh, Jay says, "Just popping in to find out if this is another affiliate link. " No, it's I mean it's free. It's free for anyone to use. You can just get it at GitHub. If you go to GitHub, clawbot, like you see here, it's a free tool. Um, and then even if you want to run it on free APIs, you can actually connect this to O Lama and using O Lama, you can generate this stuff, right? So, it's up to you. Now, also, we've got the edited video that we just edited now. So if we have a look here. — So look at that. It's added Claudebot here with the free 24/7 personal assistant. We've got the subscribe button on the left hand side. We have the Claudebot live now image right here. And basically it's taken that video of the avatar clone and then edit it using Remotion. Right. So it can actually edit videos for you. you had an AI assistant that runs 24/7, your voice, creates avatar videos automatically, and browses the internet for you. Today, I'm showing you exactly how. — Just to be clear here, you can, you know, you don't need a thumbnail designer anymore. Um, you can create audio, you can create video animations automatically, you create avatar clones of yourself with your actual voice. And then also what you can do here is you can edit existing videos that you have and then use those to generate outputs too. 10 things to know says do you need a separate API key? No, you don't. So you don't need a separate API key for this. Um you can use your existing ones but also you don't need to use clawed API key. I'm using clawed cuz I think it's the best but you don't have to use it right. There's many other options for that. Is it actually insane? Well, I mean, this is essentially what I see this is like it's kind of like um NA10 but in a chatbot, right? So, if I say create this workflow, it'll create it. It will work first time round. I don't need to be able to code. It's free to use. Um you can do basically anything you want with it. And also, it never forgets anything, right? So, it can just it can create this stuff and then you save it as a skill and then you never have to worry about doing that again, right? So, here's another example. We actually created the social media post to promote this live stream right now using Claudebot. And then also what we did here is we saved it as a skill, right? So you see how it says skill saved. And then if we say, okay, use your skill for social media posts to create a social media live stream post about, I don't know, the new chat GPT update. It'll actually save that skill and then we can use it later if that makes sense. And boom, look at that. We got this. We got the links to the We got the social media post right here. And then also it's got the links to post to this. So we can just click on these and then quickly make a social media post like I did inside my group just a second ago here. Right. Um so that's pretty amazing as well. Saves a lot of time. Pressro says, "Can you please elaborate more on why this is the most impressive AI tool you have ever seen? " Yeah, sure. So just to recap here, right, Claw, it can create AI avatar video clones of me. It can create voice notes for me and clone my voice. It can automate my browser. It can research tools and topics and create content whilst I sleep. There's voice note integration. So I can, for example, say, okay, I am going to China soon. Give me a voice note that teaches me key phrases in Chinese to learn before I go. Or I could say, okay, I need to learn about Claudebot. Give me a breakdown of what Clawbot does. And then teach me some stuff right there. Goshi says, "So you talking to it in Telegram right now? " I am indeed. So this is set up in Telegram. It runs 24/7. That's the other cool thing is this runs on all my devices. So if I open up my phone now, this conversation is synced. So I can see all the previous history, but then also I can actually generate more outputs on my phone when I'm on the go, right? So I can access this anywhere um at any time. I could be using this on my iPod um I mean iPhone, my iPad, whatever. Jay says, "Is this an IDE? " I currently use anti-gravity and it's open code and VS Code. So, you can actually you can code inside the chat, but it's not an IDE, right? Um, but what you can do, and I'll play this voice note in a second, but what you can do is actually set up Netlefi, and then you could code inside the chat here, create whatever you want, like a mini app, and then deploy it to Netifi whilst you're on the go. I'll show you how to do that in a second as well. And DJ, a thanks so much. Safe to use on main computer. Um, I would be careful with this sort of stuff, right? So, I don't know what I'm not an expert on that. That's the only thing that I would say. So, just be careful and use it however you want. If you want to be really safe, um, probably the best way to do that is to set it up on AWS in a virtual private server. And if you want to learn how to do that, we have notes inside the AI success lab, which is a free community. If you go to this section right here, you can go to Claudebot and then actually have the

Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

setup instructions for AWS, right? So, I show you how to set this up on AWS, like you can see right here. All right. So, that's probably the best way to do it if you if you're worried about that stuff. Um, 10 things to know. It says set up an extra workspace. Yeah. So, this is what you would do, right? If you want to learn how to do that, um, this video actually talks you through how to set it up on AWS. And then if you want to set it up on a virtual private server, you can use a free server on AWS using these instructions. And I show you exactly how to set it up and install it inside AWS on the AI success lab as well. Right. How can we get access? Link in the comments description or just ask chat GPT for Julian Gold's AI success lab. Um, and you can get the setup instructions directly inside here. Can we copy and paste that and get Claude set up by itself? Yeah, 100%. So, you can actually what you can do is you can take the whole GitHub like this, right? Then you can open up a new terminal window, open up Claude, write Claude code, click yes, continue, and then you can say set this up, right? Paste in the GitHub instructions like you can see. So, we've pasted in the lines here and we just have to log in. If we authorize claw code now. There we go. All right. Now we're logged in on the terminal. We'll press enter continue. We'll paste in the instructions from GitHub. Go to terminal and say set this up. Right. And then you can actually do it like that. You can also sandbox it as well apparently. So I've not tried that, but you could sandbox it as well. But yes, it's insane what you can do. And so if we click on yes, don't ask again. Now we can install clawbot locally and run this GitHub locally and then just get it set up. Right. as you can see right here. Right. Um, so that's how you can run it inside claw code. Pretty simple and easy. Doesn't take long at all. Now, if we go back to Clawbot here, we can open this up. So, I'm going to play this uh Chinese voice note that should teach me Chinese. — Hey, here are essential Mandarin Chinese phrases for your trip to China. First, — by the way, that is in my voice as well. It's using the 11 Labs API. — Greetings is good morning and one is good evening. The most important phrase is which means thank you. You will use this constantly for thank you very much. Say when you need to get someone's attention say which means excuse me or may I ask for sorry say at restaurants. — Duki is not right. It should be but you get the point. — Ask for the menu. Say what you want to order. Point and say meaning I want this one. To ask for the bill say but how much does this cost? Say z yes is she or we no is for you she or may you to say I don't understand say what and do you speak English for getting around where is becomes th — so you get the point like it can teach you Chinese it can create voice notes in your own voice it can clone your face and your videos um it can create thumbnails like here if you connect it to the AI studio API key you can create video animations and also it can edit your existing videos and turn those into nice animations as well. Like you can see right here. This is edited video of myself using the remotion skill. So it's pretty much limitless what you can do with this. I mean someone asked is easy to set up, right? Is it hard to install? As you can see right here, you can just use claw code to help you set up and install it. So it's it doesn't take a long time. I'm doing this whilst talking to you and you can quickly build this out, right? Easier setup all free. So the thing that I'm paying for is the API keys, but again you can set them up for free if you're using something like um right so you can use free APIs like running clawbot locally with local on Lama and then the whole setup is free right uh also you can see it's now set up so someone was asking is it hard to install this is not hard to install. So, if we actually open this up, you can see that we now have the chat and it's actually saved the messages that we had from Telegram as well, right? So, you can see how it says, right, here's a voice note, here's a message, blah blah. It's got the MP3 right there. It's got the chat right there. We can also see the skills inside here too, like you can see right here. And then we can also add more skills, create more skills. We can actually save uh if you I mean, I wouldn't do this, but you can save passwords inside here too if you want to. And you've got the overview, the channels, the instances, sessions, etc. Skills, nodes, blah blah. Right? So, you can see how easy and fast this was to set up. I did it whilst I was talking to you. Um, we've got the chat history over here. And I want to set up some new stuff now. So, what I'm going to say is, okay, how to set up Netlefy so that you can code and deploy to Netlefy directly, right? And by the way, if you want if you need like more help on ideas for using this or like support, etc., join the AR profit boardroom. You can actually direct message me. This is the only place I direct message people. Um, so you can direct message me. You can post inside the community. You can get help and support whenever you want to. Um, and it's an amazing community full of people focused on growing their business with AI automation, right? Um, but yeah, if you need some more ideas or help on this, you're getting stuck or you're struggling with anything, just join the a profit boardroom and I can

Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00)

help you inside there and give you some tips, etc. Right. So now what we can do is we can authenticate this with Netlefi and we can just give it a token right here so that it can code stuff and then deploy the new website that we've coded directly to a custom uh subdomain which is pretty crazy. Juan Carlo says I hope it is not like reotion which is clickbait blah blah. Um so it's up to you. I mean like it can do anything that you want it to do right? So it's only as powerful as the skills you give it and that's down to your creativity. But I've shown you what it can do today. Right? So, you've seen already it can create avatar clone videos. It can do voice notes. It can generate video animations. It can do browser control, schedule task commands. Um, again, social media posts. It's pretty cool. I actually trained it to create better YouTube thumbnails as well. So, it's only as good as you make it, right? You have to install these tools these skills yourself, but you've seen all the cool stuff it can do. Um, and again, from my personal perspective, it is the most impressive tool that I've ever seen when it comes to AI, right? What else we got here? Does it use a ton of tokens to do this? I think you do have to be careful with tokens, but again, it depends what API you're using. Um, and if you're worried about token usage, just use Olama like I was saying about how can one set up an extra workspace on Mac where AI tools and AI assistants have no access to other data. So, just use AWS. Like, you don't even need to use your Mac. If you're worried about data and stuff, just use AWS, set it up on a VPS, like a virtual private server, and then you're good to go, right? Um, Digital Romance says, "I love the community. Can you do more demos on this? " Yeah, it is so much to learn. Yeah, I'm planning to do a lot more videos on Clawbot. Bear in mind, over the last 24 hours since I started using it, I've already created three videos, like you can see right here, um, three live streams, and then two different videos here as well. Right? So, I've made five videos on this, five demos in the last 24 hours to try and help you as much as I can. Can this be used with Oama? Yes, it can. Um, and let's go. Yeah, it's amazing stuff. All right, so I'm going to set up Netlify now. Hey, a question. I chose AP OpenAI in the clawbot setup, but I do not get any output. Then just check the API key. Uh, you know, you can always ask inside the setup instructions. If you go through the on boarding again, you can ask it to change the API key or you could switch to a different API provider if you prefer. And uh son of mankind says mercy bear cool. All right. Always happy to help. Glad it's helping. So I'm going to get a personal access token here inside Netleify. We're going to create a new access token like you can see. Um I'm just going to stop sharing my screen. Let's go to new access token. Generate token. I'll call it claudebot. Just doing this in the background. Obviously, I'm not going to share my screen when I'm creating a personal access token. So, it's saving the token now. It's going to create a quick test deployment. You can see we set up if you're waiting for it to load. Just look at the typing bit and you can see whether it's working or not. So, you can see here it's actually doing something. I will say it's a little bit slow to respond sometimes. And I don't know if that's because I'm using clawed or whether it's because it's clawed 4. 5 and I need to use an earlier version or maybe I just need to switch off reasoning if reasoning is toggled on. But just something to be aware of there. That's something I could probably optimize better. And DJ says, "What's up, big dog? We're just having the time of our life with uh Claudebot right now. " Boom. All right. It's created and deployed a new page here like we can see. So, it created a simple Netfly test as you can see right here. So if we say okay create a simple landing page for my SEO agency Goldie agency that looks beautiful, modern, elegant with a link to funnel traffic to this and deploy to let's see if it can do that. While we're waiting for that to load, let me talk you through some other stuff that you can do for this. All right, so from what I've seen, you can basically automate anything, right? any task that uses an API key, you can just turn this into something that Clawbot can do. And you can also save skills. So if you have a certain workflow that you do every single day with AI, you could say you could do it inside Clawbot and then say save this as a skill and then you can access that skill at any time and call it inside the chat, right? Which is pretty amazing. Um so far we've covered all of this stuff. You know, it could be, for example, morning, give me today's AI news, or create a video about the biggest story and edit it with uh remotion. You could say, post to Twitter about this and blah blah. Right now, if we go back to Clawbot here, we've created it, but you see how it's it looks a bit weird. So, I'm actually going to take that, go into Clawbot, and just tell it about the error. And if you see any errors, just screenshot it or give feedback to Clawbot, and then tell it how to fix it, right? How can I automate uh image creation on Higsfield? So what you can do is you can give it an API key, right? And then using that API key, it can generate stuff. So if Higsfield has an API key, you could do it that way. The other option that you have is that you could quickly um yeah, the other option that you have is you could give it the login details of Higsfield and then it could use browser automation to log into Higsfield and

Segment 5 (20:00 - 25:00)

start generating outputs that way as well. Right. So there's two different ways. API key if Higsfield has it or you could actually just give it the login details and it can just use browser control instead. Can it use anti-gravity and switch between other AI as if it were a human switching back and forth from chat to an app? Yeah, I think so. If it was um if it was running locally. What else we got here? Did you know that there's another YouTuber that does claw content? Yeah, he's a good friend of mine. That's Antoine. Antoine is an absolute legend. We actually we were we did a ice bath yesterday, myself and Antoine. And um we were talking about global pretty much all day. Yeah, it's insane. All right, so now we have the version working properly. So just to recap on this workflow, right, what we did is we gave Clawbot a prompt to create a website about SEO for my SEO agency and we gave it the API token, the personal token for Netlefi. So it could create and deploy websites to Netlefi, right? So it can code and it can deploy and then it can create beautiful websites like this. So if we click on this for example, boom, we've just deployed this to a subdomain. People can check it out. Um, and you can see here the website itself looks pretty good. Plus this will link directly to my free SEO strategy session page. Right? So now it can create and deploy websites in like one single prompt using Netlifi. It's better than I can design them. It looks better. Um, it looks pretty cool and it's pretty neat and elegant. Plus, it's got a link to funnel traffic directly to the um free strategy session. All right. What's the use of clawbot only for reading and writing emails? No, not at all. Right. Not at all. Uh, so just to recap here, what can it do? It can do avatar video generation, voice cloning, browser control, schedule tasks, thumbnail creation, document creation on Google Drive, email automation. It can code and then deploy websites like you can see right here. Um, we can create voice notes. It's insane. It does so much more than just writing and reading emails. It's not an email bot, right? How difficult is connecting everything? Yeah, literally all you do to connect things to clawbot is you give it the API token, right? So, if I'm like, okay, how do I connect me at julianoldie. com drive plus Gmail to you so you can use it? It will actually give me the details on exactly how to do that, right? And then we can go from there. orange hair to match the B. This actually a hat, but maybe I'll dye my hair orange. If it blows my mind that much, I will dye my hair orange just for a laugh. I thought you were made with AI. Had no idea you're real human. It's actually do human videos every day. I don't think I think 99% of people don't realize this, but I go live for like 90 minutes a day, every single day, and then I chop those up into human videos every day as well, right? So, if you want to see me live as a human, just join the live streams right here. We also have the AI profit boardroom. We have a four-w weekly coaching calls a week as a real human as well. So you can check that out link in the comments description or just go to aiprofitboardroom. com. All right. Um and you can connect with me via DMs and anything else too. This is open source. Yes. So it's available on GitH like you can see you can get access to it open source right here. Um you can also connect this to WhatsApp and anything else. You don't have to use Telegram. If we use local, can it switch between apps on the computer? Uh yeah. So, it can actually use apps on the computer, too. I'll be interested to know if it can actually use my laptop now that it's running inside terminal. I don't think it can, but we can try it out. So, I'm going to say, okay, can you open up anti-gravity locally on my computer? I don't think it can, but I'd be interested to know if it can. Um, otherwise, I think you have to configure it separately. Or you might be able to install an MCP like Apple script, and Apple script can actually run files locally for you as well. Or what you could even do, boom. Whoa, it can. That's crazy. So it can actually operate anti-gravity for me like you can see. Um and then it could use anti-gravity directly for me, right? It just opened up anti-gravity. Um yeah, so it can operate locally. It can use stuff locally when it's running in the terminal, which is uh crazy stuff. All right, I'm glad someone asked. Look, done. Anti-gravity should be opening on your Mac. Now, I'm going to just make a list of everything that's doing today. Uh just so it's easy for everyone to understand what we're doing and how we're doing it and why it works, etc. All right. So, let's add this to the list. It can open up programs locally plus run and operate them, right? Eg anti-gravity. So, if we went inside the chat here on Telegram, right, and we said, well, if we went inside Clawbot here and we said, right, okay, create a website with anti-gravity for the AR profit boardroom. Research what the AR profit boredom is first. Save that to your knowledge so that we don't have to keep telling it. and then create a website with anti-gravity to build it. And let's see if it can do that. Can claw code be able to do it. Yeah, we're running it inside claw code right here. Right. You can see we're running claw code directly with uh clawbot here. If you want to use clawbot

Segment 6 (25:00 - 30:00)

to operate it, which claw model do you recommend? I'm using it for Yeah, mainly I mean you can use it for a lot of personal tasks. So for example, if I was like, okay, I need to book a restaurant for tonight. Uh contact them via email, then it could easily do it for you. Um, so not just business, not just personal, you can do it for both. Anything that you do with AI, you can do with clawbot, right? That's how you want to train your mind. It's like, okay, how can I use this for whatever I want? Um, which Claude model do I recommend? So, I'm using Claude Opus 4. 5. Honestly, I don't know if that's the most optimized model cuz I've not tested others, but it it's what's working for me. Um, and it seems to be able to operate anything and do anything, right, which is pretty cool. Will it run on a Chromebook? Yeah. Yeah, it will. Uh, it can run on anything, even like a Raspberry Pi, you know. are using Linux. I'm not using Linux, but if you want to use Linux, you can use it with AWS. Did you do it with claw code to open it or was that a local AI model? Yeah. So, that was um so we set it up with claw code. So, you can see to actually operate it, we just used the local version of clawbot, right, which is like a gateway dashboard. So, this can control your laptop locally, etc., right? Um, I think it's currently researching the web about the a profit boardroom and then it will go to anti-gravity in a second and just build out that new project. Surely API bill must be expensive. Um, so not really. No, I don't think so. Let's have a look here. So, if we go to Oh, look. It's opening up anti-gravity now. And it's created the page. Look at that. So, it's created a new project called AI profit boardroom with the index html style CSS. Let's see what it does. Yeah. So, it's creating the Netlefi deployment as well inside a folder here too. And it's open up anti-gravity. So, it can operate anti-gravity. It can create new folders in there. projects. Um, it can run locally. It can run in the web. Whatever you want to do, right? Pretty simple and easy. Wow. Anyone else think that's mind-blowing or is it just me? Anyone else still not sure why it's so good? Let's have a look at the usage here. So, you can see here, no API costs, right? Um, from what I can see. Yeah, because I think it's connected to my actual uh clawed account, not my API, if that makes sense. So, it's just using the usage inside my main clawed account. It will rinse the usage inside here. Um, but it's not going to cost like loads in API because I'm not connected it to the API. Weren't you saying Claude was mid yesterday? What changed for you? It really it was my brain understanding what can it can do, right? So, when I first used it, I didn't realize how easy it was to connect APIs and different tools to it. Right? when I started adding like avatar video generation, voice cloning, browser control, schedule task, thumbnail creation, document generation, um opening up programs like locally, saving skills, eg posting to social media and also for example creating ideas plus content for YouTube videos and live streams. When I realized it could do all this, then I was like, wow, this is crazy stuff, right? It can even generate like podcasts, podcasts plus learning, right? So for example, if I go inside Clawbot here and I'm like, okay, generate a short podcast where I can learn about Claudebot. So research Claudebot, then create a podcast I can listen to about it, right? It will actually do that and it will generate it using my voice. It will script it, create it, record it, and then generate it inside the chat. So I can just listen back to this whenever I want, right? What free LLM do you recommend for Clawbot? I think you could use something like minimax with O Lama something like that. What was the name of your chatbot on how to set it up? So if you want to understand how to set it up, go to the AI success lab completely free community link in the comments description connects you with 49,000 people like you see right here. And if you go to the classroom and then you go to part three, you can see the setup instructions plus video tutorials on exactly how to set up right here. So you don't need to use chat cheap or anything like that. Um I'm not giving it to run on my Windows. Yeah. See, you can just um you can just set it up on AWS if you prefer. Or you can use claw code if you're struggling. Claw code will just set it up directly for you. Um and that might be the easiest way if you're not that technical. Or if you're an AI profit boardroom, just message me the details and I'll try and help you. Right. Did you change your mind? I did. Fat Jay was right all along. He was trying to persuade me that this is better than any other AI tool. Um and yeah, it's he's crazy good. It is exceptional, not going to lie. So, it created that website inside the air profit boardroom. It deployed a website for me as well. I'm just going to close anti-gravity now, but it can operate programs for you locally and I'll add that to the list of use cases here. Can it play chess online? Yeah, I think so. If you really wanted it to. By the way, we got the podcast ready. Should we listen back? Hey everyone, welcome to this quick episode where I am going to break down Clawbot for you. This is honestly one of the most exciting AI tools I have come across recently and I think you are going to love it. So, what exactly is Clawbot? In simple terms, it is your own personal AI assistant that runs on your devices and connects to all the messaging apps you already use, — right? So, he created this podcast. I could just walk around, listen to it, enjoy it. Um, and that was pretty fun

Segment 7 (30:00 - 35:00)

and cool to make, right? And I literally just created it whil talking to you. Um, and in the background, it was using anti-gravity. What is going on here? This is crazy. All right, let's try something else now. So, can it play chess online? I want to say, can you play chess online for me? Why do you need to run it on a separate computer? You don't. I don't computer. I just have it running inside Telegram on the cloud. But if you do run it on a separate computer, then it can run things locally for you. So it can, for example, like start using Google anti-gravity. You can start using the IDEs. It could leverage the local files that you have on your laptop, etc. Right? Um, and there's some other stuff you can get access to like some other programs, etc. Right. I wonder if flash models work well with clawbot. I'd be interested in that, too. Mr. Joe gives a great tip which is Mistra has a free API at the moment. Yeah, I'll be interested to try that too. Why don't uh why don't we need to run it on a separate computer? I've already talked about that. And you Yeah, I think you could do stuff like that if you wanted to as well. Right. So, it's opening up browser control and it should start playing chess now. Yes. So, it's navigated to this chess website. Let's see if it can do it. It's going to play the computer. All right. So, it's setting up again. Like I'm not controlling this. This is controlling my browser for me, which is pretty insane. Yes. So, it's selecting the strength. It's going to play the computer directly. It's choosing its color. It's going to play against the computer. And boom. We got clawbot playing chess for us like a savage. Now, it should start to make a move. Let's see what it does. Let's click on it's going to go to E2. I think it's going to have to install something. So, it says, "Let me use playright's mouse control instead directly. See if it can do that. " But you get the point. So, well, yesterday you did not think that. I'm allowed to change my mind. I think hopefully in life we all made mistakes. Thought for usage you can circumvent convert API C. Yeah, that's what I did. If you saw the screen share before um we haven't used any API tokens for this, right? It's off instead. So you're not rinsing your credits. Um how do you connect clawbot to your own clawed account instead of API? So you just go with the oorthth option instead. How do you listen to the podcast remotely on your device? You just open up Telegram, whatever uh messaging bot you selected, right? So, for example, if I wanted to listen to the podcast that we created directly inside, — we're talking WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord — directly inside Telegram, I just open up my mobile and click play. Right, that's it. Automate Nana Banana already have mate. So, if we go inside here and we're like, okay, create a thumbnail that's a better version of this. Right? And then all I need to do is just create or get a screenshot of an existing thumbnail that I like, like this one. So, we can copy that. We'll go back to Telegram chat and basically that can automate nano banana for us, right? So it can do image generation with nano banana uh directly inside the chat and it will come back to us with three thumbnails in a second. And if you have a certain style of images that you prefer, right? Then what you can actually do is say, okay, create the thumbnails like this or create the images like this each time I tell you to and then save that as a skill so that when I tell you to do this in the future, it creates better outputs. Right? wondering if you can go into Cap Cut and start editing videos. Yeah. So, the best I found with that so far is that I can say create a video like for example create an avatar video of Hey Jen using my voice as well and then from there tell it to edit the video itself using Remotion and what it will do is it will add animations to your existing video. So, you can chop it up and just edit automatically inside the chat. So, it's pretty crazy. It updated today by the way. That's pretty awesome. Uh what model are you using? Would it make sense to Max Studio? Um, yeah, it would make sense. If you want to get access and you want it to be running like 24/7 locally and you want to be able to operate different uh files locally, then you can use something like uh yeah, a Mac Mini or whatever, right? So, we got the thumbnail right here. Um, and we're going to get three different options for the thumbnail like you can see. And then we can just download that and upload it to YouTube as a YouTube thumbnail. Right. Let's create three different versions. I actually prefer that one the most. cuz I think that would probably do the best out of all three of these thumbnails. But again, like how easy was that, right? Um, literally all I did was just screenshot this say create the thumbnails with Nana Banana. Boom. Shack lacquer. We ready to go my friend. M says caught you live for the first time. Good to see you here. Fat J says crazy. Clawbot from Google. No, it's a open source project like you can see right here. And it is insane. It's insane what you can do with this, right? It's mind-blowing how good it is. Can it play a game for me? Yeah, I think it could run games for you as well in the background. Bear in mind like Claude can already do that. So, yeah, it can probably play games for you as well. Can you do videos on RLMs? Might add that to the list if there's demand. Yeah, thank you. I highly recommend run on a separate computer cuz it has full access to everything and do anything. Yeah, so you can run it on a virtual private server with AWS like I was saying. How to install it on Telegram and have it linked to your computer. So, if you want to see how to do that, uh, well, if you want to link it to your computer, number one, just follow the instructions from GitHub, like you see, you can just paste

Segment 8 (35:00 - 40:00)

in the instructions into clawed code like this, and then you're good to go, right? Or the other option that you have is uh go to the AI success lab, type in claudebot like this, right? And then just go to the video instructions like you can see, and it'll show you exactly how to set this up directly, right? Um, so that's probably the easiest way. So, you can just copy and paste the instructions plus you get the video tutorial from me directly, right? Hey, make one. Uh, what else we got? Hey, I'm planning to try running it on in the sandbox. Yeah, you can. Um, it's your own personal limitless bot. Yes, 100%. Are you hitting your claw rate limits? Not at all. No, it's been totally fine. Uh, so no issues there. Do you think this is secure, etc.? No, I would use it, you know, do your own research. Be careful with it. Uh, you know, if you're worried about that stuff, use it inside a virtual private server. Don't run it locally, etc. um try and be as careful as you can with this stuff, right? So, can it go to Google AI Studio browser and generate pretty much unlimited nano banana images? Yeah. I mean, like if I said, okay, if I said like go to AI Studio and code a website, right, Google AI Studio, um it could just open that up inside browser control. Pretty simple, like you can see. So, it's navigating to AI Studio right here. Um and then it can just use Google AI Studio and operate it. I say stop on that. Could I get it to remote desktop uh to other machines? Yeah, I think you probably could. Yeah, you can set it up in a virtual environment. Do you run it on AWS yourself? Yeah, I set it up on AWS yesterday. You can see the full video tutorial on that right here inside the AI success lab. Doesn't claw code. Already have access to anyway. Yeah, in a similar way. And what's the difference between API and OOTH, right? So OOTH would use the account that I'm logged into on Claude like this. Right. So with IF you just log in like this um to your account and you just click in like login with API you insert an API key from console. anthropic and that's the difference um and bear in mind like with oorthth you're using the usage limits inside claude on your login right whereas for example if you're using um API keys then you're getting charged for tokens. Charles says it's annoying with installation. It was actually really simple when we used it a second ago. As you can see right here, we just plugged in um claw bar right here. It was pretty simple and easy to set up, right? Just use claw code directly. Am I walking on a treadmill? Yes, I am. Yes, I'm getting the steps in whilst I do the live stream. I' got a walking treadmill on the desk. What real task can it do besides replying to emails and code that I can't just ask chat GPT to do? All right, good question. So, chat GPT, it cannot clone your voice, right? Whereas Clawbot can. Um Chat GBT, it can't generate AI avatar videos. Clawbot can, right? Chat GPT cannot control your browser. Clawbot can, right? Uh chat GPT cannot um run programs locally like anti-gravity. Clawbot can. So you see the biggest difference is here. I mean like chat GPT it can't generate podcasts and learn for you in your own voice whereas clawbot can. Right. So um and also chat GPT you can't use it inside telegram but clawbot you can. Right. So these are some of the biggest differences. Yeah, I did a fresh install on VBS. Um, check out the instructions inside they have success lab if you're struggling. What's the use with claw co-work with clawbot existing? I would agree. I think claudebot is a better version. N says problem with clawbot is it's rigid and only follows preset rules while other agency AI. Um, well, you can change your rules, right? So, you can save things as skills and then change the rules in the future. So, for example, if it does something you don't like, then you would say, okay, do it this way next time and save that as a skill. so you remember to do it and then each time you automate that task in the future, it'll follow your rules, right? And the rules that you give it. Toby says, "I thought you said you weren't impressed with this the other day. " Yeah, I wasn't. Um, but I did change my mind. I'm allowed to wrong sometimes. And, uh, since I've used it more and train my brain to understand it is 10 times better. How much you spending with Clawbot? As you can see with my API tokens, um, I'm not using anything, right? Cuz I'm using the usage inside my OF account instead. uh you set it up locally and AWS personally. Yeah. See, check out the video if you want to see me setting up AWS. Just check out the video inside the AI success lab. Difference between clawbot and claw code. Um clawbot runs inside telegram or whatever messaging app you use whereas claw code doesn't. And also claw code is running inside a terminal. So you have to reopen it every single time. It's not running 24/7. Can clawbot clean up a messy download folder? Yeah, I think it could. Um but yeah, these are some of the main use cases. So, what I want to do from here is start using Clawbot to automate my emails and that sort of thing. So, if we go inside Clawbot here and we say set up my emails, uh how to set up access to my Google Drive plus emails. Um again, if you want to get around the token limits, just use O Lama. You don't have to use Claude with this, right? So, if you're worried about token usage and that sort of thing, just set

Segment 9 (40:00 - 45:00)

up with O Lama directly instead. All right, so I've got to set this up. I'm going to do that in the background. Obviously, I'm not going to share my screen whilst I set up the instructions. All right. So, you can see here inside the chat. Here's what we did, right? Uh this is how to set it up with uh you know your Google account. So, what we did here is I went to my me at julian. com account. Then I clicked on create credentials. Uh from there you click on o client ID then desktop app. Download the JSON file. Upload the JSON file to Clawbot. Don't recommend this for everyone by the way. Like this is just something I'm being fully experimental with. Um I test this stuff so that you don't have to uh to save you time and also so that you don't you know just be careful when you're doing this stuff. Um and then you can see here for example we can check my emails and that sort of thing. Right? So we connected it. So now from here using uh Google Drive we should be able to say okay like let's see send an email to Julian Goldie atgmail. com about an SEO party happening Wednesday 700 p. m. Link to book a call is here. Let's see if it can do this. Right. So can it send an email from my business account to my personal account offering the SEO party? Wow. I think it's done it. Look at that. Email sent. Let's check this out. So, if I open up my emails now, you can see that we've connected it to um Gmail. It sent the email from me at julianer. com. It's like, "Hey, you're invited to an exclusive SEO partnering party happening this Wednesday at 7 p. m. We'll be deep diving into this. Here's when it's happening. Here's where it's happening. If you want to take your SEO to the next level, book a call here, right? And they'll actually funnel traffic here. " Right? So, inside Telegram, uh, we can now access our Google Drive. We can send emails. It was so easy to set that up, honestly. You just create the new credentials inside console. cloud, upload it into clawbot. Clawbot handles everything from there. So, just setting up these new tools. This is one of the things I love. It is like it's so easy to do this stuff, right? So easy to just get um get started with this. Uh, Fran Franco says, "The problem with local models is having hardware that supports a good context window and a good model. " So you can just use if you really want something that's fast and easy to use, then just use uh Gemma uh 4B. Gemma 4B on a llama is the fastest model. Like it's ridiculously fast. Let me open this up now. I'll show you an example. So if we go inside here, um and then we're going to try Gemma 34B and we'll say, okay, are you working? And this is just on like a basic map mini, so it's not that powerful. Pretty fast, right? Pretty fast to respond. So, if you're using this with a Lama, you can use Gemma 4B and that's one of the fastest models I've ever used locally. Uh, can I ask can you connect clawbots to claw code? Yeah, you can. Um, you can get it to open it. Who's behind the agent? How? Yeah, I would agree like how is OpenAI or one of these other tools not created this, right? So, for example, this is everything that Siri should have been, right? This imagine if Alexa or Siri could do this stuff. It would be the most powerful technology on the planet, right? um for the average person. So it is amazing that you can do this um and that it's open source and everything else. If we have a look who created it, so the contributors, you can see the contributors here. So you can see who's behind it and everything else, right? So for example, Peter is the guy behind it, right? And he's crushing it. He's created other projects like you can see here as well. Um but yeah, it's pretty insane what he's done here. Yeah, for sure. So you can see who's behind the projects. Just go to the GitHub and then check out the creator. So what cap does uh clawbot work with line app? I don't I've not seen anyone use it with line app. So I don't know if you can or not. I don't think so. Um why do you think claudebot suddenly got everyone's attention? I think that number one was marketing hype, right? But then number two, there's nothing else that does anything to this level. This makes uh the Ralph update from Claude, you know, the GitHub for Ralph look like a toy, you know? It's just it's so powerful. And I think that caught on and when the product's good enough, it just goes viral, right? It's just too good. Uh, Skully Pop says, "My buddy was at lunch, told Clawbot the restaurant was a really cool business model, and when he got home, it had already coded web pages, landing pages, business plans. Wow. I even asking. " Yeah, it's crazy like this. If I go inside here, and I'm like, "Okay, uh, create a landing page for my book, Link Building Mastery, right? Research it, the one by Julian Goldie, and then say, if you want the book, get it at UTM here, right? and then also include an image of it if you can plus deploy this to Netlfy. Right? So what it can do is it can actually code projects directly inside the chat and deploy them to Netify. So that's one way to code with this or the other way you can do this is you can open up something like anti-gravity locally and get a clawbot to run anti-gravity locally. So there's two different options for this. Can you do a fresh install on AWS? Yes, I've got

Segment 10 (45:00 - 50:00)

training on that inside the AI success lab. Completely free. comes with a video tutorial plus setup instructions link in the comments description. So you can see here now it's found the book so it's got access to the web as well. It can start doing this stuff. Um N says opener have agent mode in the browser but it's not very good. It's super slow. I think that's the reason that nobody uses it. Oh, this is good advice. So Rau says Mr. MB for personality code llama for coding. Both free via O Lama. Mistro handles chat. Code llama does a code. Good plan. Interesting. I've never tried either of those models but I love it. So, thanks so much for the advice there for everyone. Um, can it learn whilst watching you do task? So, I think what you could do is upload a video and then show it the task, right? If you screen share and record your task and show what it's doing. Um, so that's probably the easiest way to do this and then you can say, okay, save that as a skill, right? So, if you save it as a skill, we can do it later and just re-mbulate whatever you've done. Um, I'm using Claude now with API key. Too expensive what they do. So, you can just use Alama. Um, am I being paid to promote Clawbot? No, it is a free open source project. So, it's just I mean it's No, it's not. But I mean, show me another tool that can do all this right inside Telegram. Is it hard to install on Discord? No, I don't think so. You just give it the API and then it's good to go, right? What is it used to connect with WhatsApp? I think yeah, you just give it the API, I think, or like a personal access token. Can it manage servers? I'm not sure about that. I've never tested that out, but I haven't found any limitations to it yet. Can you set up with a sale? Yes, you can. Um, you could just give it the API. Can it scrape data off Discord? Yeah. So, it could like go onto a if it had your login details, it probably could do something like that. Or you could give it appy. Um, ampify could probably scrape stuff for you as well. So, it's deployed the landing page. Let's open this up. Boom. Shackleak. We just created a landing page and deployed it to a subdomain like you see right here. This is a nice little squeeze page for our book. We did it inside the Telegram chat. And then if we go, it sends people to our lead magnet right there. Right. How easy was that? It's crazy how easy that was. Um, Rich says you don't need to use the API key for clawbot. Yeah, that's it. Or you can use alarm. Um, you know, use it however you want. Be careful when you use this stuff. If you have any doubts, do your own research. Um, I'm not an expert on this stuff, but you know, you just want to check it out and see what it is, right? Francesca says, "That was crazy. " Yeah, I would agree. Um, can it control Da Vinci Resolve? I'm not even sure what that is. Um, but it can click within applications and it can see your screen and like screenshot it and then do stuff like that right here. Right. Let's try something else out now. So, I'm going to say, okay, create an SEO blog. Or do you know what? Yeah. All right. Create an SEO blog about SEO training Japan plus do this inside a Google doc Alexi style. Beautiful, interesting, the optimized article, right? Let's see if it can create a Google doc for us with a blog post. So, what we said here is create an SEO blog about SEO training Japan. Do this inside a Google doc, Alex Mo style, blah blah, and we'll see what it does. It seems to be doing something here. And by the way, all the resources inside the AR success lab. So if you want the video tutorials if you want to see how it works, etc. what it can do, why it's different, I've actually listed all the use cases I've used it for so far. Um, and then also I've given you a 30-day plan to implement this stuff. So if you want to learn how to use it, you can. And then additionally, uh, I've included 100 prompts on how to use this. So if we open this up, actually says the Google Drive API needs to be enabled, which I could probably ask how to do in a second. Um, but you can see how it works. But yeah, I mean, it created this page right here, which is pretty nice. It created this one, too. It linked to Google Drive, linked to Google Docs. Um, I, like I said, I've got a 30-day plan for implementing this stuff as well. Let's see what else I wanted to do today. So, we already got it access to Google Drive. Um, we can build websites and deploy to Netlify as well. I'm pretty sure if you gave it the login details, it could log into X and post for you as well. And it can do AICO workflows, too. But yeah, it's insane. It's insane what it can do. guy says, "Try using it for recording a task. " So, you can actually do that. Um, by the way, it's created the blog post as you can see. So, pretty nice blog post right there. Um, but yeah, if you want to just record a task, all you do is just say save this to my skills like that. And then it will just save it automatically. If you want to check your skills, you can go to um you can host it locally or you can ask inside the chat. And then, for example, if you go to the skills section here, you can see all the stuff that we've saved for later, right? So you can see um that we saved a bunch of cool stuff and it can just come back to those later. And we can also for example like schedule different tasks per day as well. So as an example of that you can actually see Claudebot running over here. And what this is essentially Clawbot is like a AI super agent. Now the more I think about it the more I get my head around why this is so different. And let me explain. All right. So one of the first things that you can do with Clawbot is you can run it 24/7 inside Telegram. Right. Um, so if I have a question, I'm like, okay, research Julian Goldie, something like that. You can see here now Clawbot is instantly typing and it's ready to go at

Segment 11 (50:00 - 55:00)

any time. Now, I did set this up on a Mac Mini. Some people say, do you need like a specialized device for this to run 24/7? You actually don't. It's pretty simple. All you need to do is set up the GitHub and then you would link it to whatever you want to use. The best thing that you can use for this from what I've seen is the GitHub Clawbot installed with Claude code. Now, it can also run inside your WhatsApp. Here's an example as well. So, you can actually add like Claude, for example, into a group chat as well, or you can chat one-on-one with it right here. You can see this is actually research me. So this AI um is ready to go whenever you say here's uh what I found on Julian Goldie blah blah right um and you can actually take it to a whole new level. Now, one of the things that I thought before was that with Claudebar, it's basically the same as using something like NA10, right? So, you could always link Claude inside NA10. Um, and then you could have it chatting to you inside Telegram or inside WhatsApp or whatever. But one of the biggest differences here that most people don't realize is like Claude can basically build extra workflows on top of this. So, you don't need to keep going into something like NA10 to build your workflows, right? So I had a friend for example and he wanted to get voice outputs directly from Claudeb and so one of the things he actually did was install uh Quen locally and then Quen what it can do is actually give you outputs in audio and then he can create audios on the fly. Another example would be like you can actually install Remotion directly into Claudebot and then it can create videos for you. So, for example, here we'll try this out. Uh, TVK says, "Minimal coding experience. Would like to use an iPad to set up Clawbot. " So if you're setting up Clawbot, what you can do if you want to use it on an iPad, for example, you I would recommend that you set this up on a laptop, use the terminal, use the terminal commands from GitHub directly, and then once you've started once you've set this up, you can link it to something like Telegram. Now, once it's linked directly to Telegram, then you can actually use it um on any device, right? So you could use it on an iPad, an iPhone, any device you got WhatsApp or Telegram or Discord um set up directly inside. You can see some of the channels actually uses right here. So, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Signal, iMessage, etc., right? Um, and you can also use this, for example, inside the Mac OS app. Um, there's all these different tools you can work it with, and it's pretty simple and easy to do. Now, we can also run it locally inside our terminal, too. Let me show you an example of that. And by the way, this is the video that Claudebot just made for us inside the telegram. So to recap there, we said use reotion to make a video about cats. It created the output. It's got the duration here. It's got the size. It tells you all the scenes that have happened. And now I've got this clawed bot that can create videos whenever I want. Right. So if we play this video back, we can see that we've now got a fun animation that we created. It's like a full slideshow presentation, but it's a video. And again, clawbot is free. And then also the video skill is free, right? And uh it looks pretty cool, right? And we just made a video about cats whilst I was talking to you and it opened up automatically. Pretty insane. So you get the sense for this. This is more than just using claw code. um any sort of AI super agent. It can do a lot more. It's got a lot more capabilities. We'll test out some other cool stuff today with it as well. If you have any questions as we go along, feel free to ask as well. So, you can also use your browser, I think, as well. If we say, okay, open up the browser and search for AI news today. Let's see if it can control our browser directly from Telegram.

Segment 12 (55:00 - 60:00)

Boom. Look at that. It can control the browser. Can open up a new browser from Telegram directly. I mean, this is crazy stuff. Like you imagine each of these workflows. So, for example, if you were using the workflow of opening up browser control, well, the problem with that is that with browser control, it would take a whole new workflow to set up, right? And then you have to link it to multiple APIs, blah blah. With Claudebot, you literally just set it up once and then you're good to go. And the same, for example, with the video production that we did with uh Remotion just a minute ago. That was pretty simple and easy. And again, that would be like a whole different workflow in itself with tons of APIs you have to link if you were doing it the old way inside NA10 or these other tools. Whereas with the new way using uh just a simple clawbot setup, you can do so much more with so little extra work. So it's pretty amazing. Now you can also get a web UI for this as well. So for example, we'll go into claw. We say okay how to run this locally and bear in mind just to recap here like this is just ready to go whenever I ask it right so I can just quickly I can bookmark this right and then I can come back to clawbot whenever I want to open up boom it's ready there it's on my phone it's on my laptop it's on any device I use on this Mac mini that I'm using right now and it's just running in the cloud 24/7 So, let me show you how this works. So, for example, here we're going to open up the terminal and then you just type in mpm install clawbot latest. That's going to start setting this up. And then if you want to run the installation for on boarding then you just run it right there. Right now you don't have to run this with uh claw uh with claude as well. You can link it to other APIs. I think you can even have OAMA running this as well. So it's pretty simple and easy. And then if we're like, okay, I want you to give me voice output, how to set that up, right? And we'll see if it can figure out how to output in voice. I think it's probably going to use something like Quen to do that, but I'd be interested to see, okay, how can we get voice chat set up on this so that it can actually create like mini podcasts for me on whatever I want to learn and then I can walk around outside and learn um with the audio that it gives me. It can already create videos. It can already use the browser, etc., right? Um so it's like, right, okay, here's what you're going to do. So you're going to get an API key from 11 laps. Then you're going to run this setup, right? set the API key and we're going to go from there. So let's try this out right now. I'm going to come out of this. We'll grab an API key from 11 laps and we'll run this too. All right. So, I should be if I'm using 11 laps as well, especially the API, then I should be able to generate the outputs in my own voice too using the pro clone. So, we'll test it out. If we go to voices over here, we've got a clone of my voice inside 11 Labs. Let me find it. There we go. my voice is and then provoed I think is that one. Let's try that out. — You could never know. — Yep, that's the right one. So, what I'm going to do from here is just grab an API key.

Segment 13 (60:00 - 65:00)

By the way, if you want the full setup guide for Claudebot, what I'll do is I'll put it inside the AI Success Lab. Just type in Clawbot at the top and then you can navigate to this page and you can see the setup instructions right there. Plus, if you want to set up on AWS as well on a free server, then you can do that using the instructions inside this guide. So, let's grab an API key from 11 Labs. Just going to create a key in the background. So, I've generated the key in the background and then I'm going to follow the instructions from clawboard light. You can see right here. So, let's test this out. Go to terminal. In the meantime, whilst I'm setting up, we got some questions. So, what we got here? Is Alama completely local? Yes, un unless you use the cloud models. Um, it can perform pretty well. Depends what model you're using and how powerful your laptop is. If you want a really good fast model to use, then I'd highly recommend using something like Gemma 4B. That seems to be the fastest so far. Uh TVK says, "Good idea. " Uh yeah, I've already got a video on that. If you want to check out my other video on Clawbot, you'll see how to use it on Border and everything else. And then Li says, "Is it run on local or VPS? " So, it's running locally. Um but once you've set it up, it's already running in the background and linked up. Okay. So, we'll set that up and it's updating the configuration file. I'll show you in a second what we did. Okay, Goober says just started building on Digital Ocean. It's been insane. That's what we're talking about. So if we go back to clawbot now see it says TTS. So text to speech is now config configured with 11 labs gateway is restarting and then it's going to test it out. So this is pretty cool because basically all I did inside the chat was I literally said okay here's my API key. Um can you set this up? blah blah and then it should be good to go. And just to recap here, we've empowered Clawbot to number one, run 24/7 in the cloud, number two, run across all my devices, uh, number three, generate videos, as you saw a minute ago, and number four to actually generate audio as well. So, it is insane what you can do with this. You see here it says 11 Labs work directly. Let me send you the audio file. So, if we play this now, it's configured

Segment 14 (65:00 - 70:00)

with my Julian Goldie voice, which is pretty insane as well. — Hello, Julian. This is testing your voice. — Whoa. My goodness. Did you hear that? Let me play that back. Let me This is scary. So, the AI figured out that I'm Julian Goldie. Then it created an audio version of my voice using just the API key from 11 Labs. Installed it without like terminal or anything like that. And then it's generated a voice output here where it says, — "Hello Julian, this is test of your voice. " — "Hello, Julian. This is a test of your voice. " And it sounds exactly like me. He's crazy. All right. And we just I'm shocked. This is a whole different level. We're playing at a different level of the game now. Um and it's crazy. All right. So, here's what we're going to try now. So, I'm going to say, "All right, I'm going to Japan soon. Give me some give me a voice note of phrases I should learn for Japan with the English equivalent. " just simple stuff so I can be respectful whilst I'm in Tokyo, right? And we'll see if that can generate like a basically almost like a mini podcast where I can learn Japanese whilst I'm walking around. You know, obviously it's going to be generated on my phone using Telegram. And then also the cool thing about this is it's going to be in my voice, right? So it's my accent and it should use a combination of 11 labs and just create this automatically for me. So if this works, this will be insane. Bear in mind like each one of these is like a completely separate workflow, right? So if you were in something like NA10, let me show you an example. Right? If you were in NA, let's say for example, the only other place you could do something like this is NA10, right? And inside NA10, for example, you could have like something like this or like that or like this, right? These different workflows. And you would have a different workflow for video, different workflow for audio. It would take about 5 hours to set up, right? We've set up a voice workflow and a video workflow and a research workflow and a podcasting workflow um in the space of 2 minutes using clawbot. Right now, it's not only given us the audio, which we'll check out in a second, but you can also see here that it's actually written it down for me. So, for example, hello, right? Go, good morning. I've probably totally butchered that, but you get the point, right? So, let's play this back now. Hey, here are some essential Japanese phrases for your Tokyo trip. First, greetings. So, just generated this by the way. — Means hello or good afternoon. Is good morning is good evening. Most important word is thank you very much. We use this constantly. A casual thank you is just arrogant. When you need to get someone's attention or squeeze past people, say it means excuse me and also works as sorry. At restaurants, when you enter, staff will greet you. Respond with the number of people like futari meaning two people. When you want to order, say to get the attention. Then point at the menu and say which means this one please. When you're done eating, say it means for the meal. And it's very polite to ask how much something costs. Say yes is high, no is high. And finally, when leaving a shop or restaurant, you'll hear from the staff. A small bow of acknowledgement is always appreciated. Enjoy Tokyo. That was my voice doing a whole teaching on Japanese. It's insane. This is scary stuff. Um, so what can it do? What is it? How is it different? That's probably what you're asking yourselves, right? So, what can this do? All right. So, number one, can generate voice notes in your voice, right? It works across any platform. It's an allin-one personal assistant. It's what Siri should have been, you know, like imagine if Siri or Alexa could do this. It would like be 100 times better, 100 times more powerful. But you can

Segment 15 (70:00 - 75:00)

actually do this with Clawbot, right? It's free. Uh you can run it with local models. You can communicate with Claudebot across any um major messaging platform. It can generate videos. It can install MCPs plus skills in like one click, right? Um and it can code for you or do anything like that. Plus, it's got browser control. All right? Because you've seen today, we've generated videos, we generated the voice notes, we did the browser control, we installed the 11 Labs uh MCP plus option to generate uh voice notes with 11 Labs in like one click. It works on Telegram. Um, and that's the other thing here is it works on any device, right? Some people think you need a Mac Mini to do this. Some people they think you need like a Raspberry Pi or whatever. No, no, no. just run it. Just install it once, authenticate it, get it running through uh Discord or Telegram or WhatsApp, and then it's ready to go on any device that you have that messaging platform installed, right? Pretty insane. Um yeah, this is crazy stuff for sure. King Cooper says, "You run it through different LLMs to control token advice. " So, if you're worried about tokens, I would just recommend that you focus on using a local API. So, you could use something, for example, like uh Lama and just run this through Alama instead. That way, you're not worried about token usage, but you wouldn't be using like different APIs for different stuff. You just use one uh authentication, one token. So, let's see what else we can do here. I'm actually going to take the whole conversation So, I'm like you see right here and then I'm going to go into something like Claude and basically uh just to recap as well. This replaces complicated workflow builders like NAN, right? Cuz it's way simpler. Um, and then if we type in the conversation here, I'm going to say, okay, what else could we do that's really fun or interesting with Claudebot? And then we'll grab this right here. I'm also going to say right inside this chat, I'll say right, how do I connect you to my emails? Eg me at julianongoldie. com. Can we do a one click off? See if it can just because I don't want to be messing around with the APIs and the keys, especially on a live stream. Let's see if we can just do a oneclick off setup with Claude bot in the meantime whilst we wait for Claude to give us some more ideas on what we can do here. Do you know what would be interesting is oh this would be crazy is like if you can link it to something like nano banana image API and then you can generate images using the API from Google that would be fun. We'll test that out in a second as well. Uh there's no one click off for Google. So you can set this up if you want. Takes about 5 minutes. Um you just enable the API latency here. Maybe what I could do is just get the API. So, you can set up clawbod to run um to create emails and send emails for you, but it's going to take a little bit of work like you can see, right? Um let's have a look here. So, I think if we get an API key from Google AI Studio and we plug that in to Claudebot, we should be able to generate images as well using Clawbot. That's going to be fun. So, I'm going to grab

Segment 16 (75:00 - 80:00)

an API key from AI Studio. Let's try this out. Well, it says it works in the background. Wow. Wow. All right. So, bear in mind that we It's shocking. It's actually shocking me using this. It's blowing my mind. So, what we've actually done now, as you can see right here, is we have created I've added my API key above, right? So, I got an API key from Google AI Studio, plugged it into Claudebot, and I said, use my Google AI Studio key to generate images inside Clawbot. Now, here's the cool thing about this, and this makes it totally different from anything else. If you're using something like, for example, um, Claude, well, Claude is super annoying because you can't create images inside there, right? And so, like, let's say, for example, I'm trying to create thumbnails for my YouTube channel, right? something that we do every single day. We actually have a full team that does it. Um, and it can get quite expensive, right? I'm not going to lie to you, right? Um, but what we could actually do now is we could use Claudebot to generate images and YouTube thumbnails and we could actually save that as a skill inside Clawbot. Right? So, let me show you an example. So, if we take a screenshot like this. So, I'll take this screenshot of one of my latest videos. This was uh pretty high performing video that we did earlier today. We're going to go into Telegram here. I'm going to paste in this and I'm going to say, okay, create a new plus better version of this YouTube thumbnail to test out on my next video about it. Right. And so Claude, bear in mind, can now Claude bot, sorry, can now generate audio notes using my voice. Right. So it can clone my voice. It can generate videos using Remotion because we plugged that skill in earlier. It can create images because we've plugged in our Google AI Studio key into this. And all of a sudden, it's 10 times more powerful, right? It can also search the web as you saw earlier. And it can control my browser because it creates a popup with the browser too, right? There's nothing this can't do at this point. It can also create voice notes. If I want to learn and listen something on the go, I can create a little mini podcast written exactly how I want it. Let's see what we get back in a second from this. And we've now got the new version. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of that, but that one we could actually use. Right. Um, and I would you can actually save that as a skill. Right now, this would be something fun and interesting to try. So, what I'm going to do, by the way, we got three different options for the thumbnail, which is pretty insane. Um, so it sent me three different variations as you can see using the Google AI Studio API. So what I could actually do here is I could take this thumbnail generator tool that I have, right? And I'll go inside here and say, give me the in custom instructions from this tool that I'll give to a personal AI assistant

Segment 17 (80:00 - 85:00)

that can generate thumbnails for me. So, I want that AI assistant to be trained with your custom instructions to create the to create thumbnails for me, right? And I think what we can do is we can get the custom instructions from this thumbnail generation tool, right? And then and it's a pretty cool tool, by the way. If you if you've never seen something like this, we say like generate a few versions of this Um, it can actually like it can take an existing thumbnail and like create three better versions of it, right? It's a tool inside AI Studio. But the thing is I think I can actually do that inside Clawbot now using the custom instructions we've generated right here. Right? So if I go inside the chat, we'll copy that. Then we're going to go over to Claudebot like you can see and I'm going say save this as a skill for creating YouTube thumbnails when I request them. Right? And then basically I can save this workflow as a skill. It's already got access to Banana Studio. I can basically do the same thing I do inside this tool except I can do it on my mobile. I can give it to my team. I can add my team to this chat etc. Right. So if we hit enter on that prompt like so I think we can train clawbot now to generate thumbnails in exactly the same style that we can do using this tool. Now this tool is great but it's not as accessible as using something like Telegram where I can just upload an image and create new thumbnails. So, we'll test out in a second because if you have a look at these thumbnails that we generated, they're not bad, but they're not how I like them, right? And I've spent a long time tweaking this tool. So, it's going to be fun to try out. By the way, if you want to see the outputs of this tool, I'll show you what it looks like in a second just for fun. only for you unicorn says um inside the AI profit boardroom school community which is my AI automation community do I teach people how to create shorts just like I do I absolutely do as you can see right here and also if you want to know how we actually turn those shorts into something that generates leads and customers for us we've got a full training right here with the full setup right so if you want to get the same playbook the same uh teachings as me that inside the AR profit boardroom. It's available in the link in the comments in description or just go to arprofitboard. com. Um we actually have a 24hour deal running right now if you want to get it. And also um if you haven't already, you can check out the YouTube AI course right here that shows you how to scale a YouTube channel based on what's working for me, right? It guides you from start to finish exactly how to do that. So yeah, let's go back to Clawbot now. Boom. Look at that. We've got the skills set up now for YouTube thumbnails. So, if I upload a thumbnail, look at that. All right. I'm going to say, "Use your thumbnail skill to give me some options on this. " We should have like a uh this is going to be crazy cuz if this works, then I've basically replaced my the thumbnail designers. Like, it's pretty shocking. So, I'm interested to see what we get back. That's going to be crazy if that works. Wow. I mean, this is We're at the point now where you can fully It's scary and I want to be serious here. It's like if this works, we're at the point now where we can replace designers. Um, we have like an ultra powerful AI assistant that can do anything. You can create videos as you've seen today. You can create audio. You can create thumbnails. You can do design, right? You can link this to any tool in like one single click. It's never been easier. Doesn't require any coding skills. It's accessible on any mobile device. And it's so much more powerful. Claude just got so much more powerful overnight. It's crazy. Uh Kazra, it's funny. Kazra Dash is like awesome YouTuber for SEO if you haven't checked out his channel already. Um, but Casra and me were talking earlier this morning and I was literally telling him like this is not that interesting when I first tested it and I had about I've had about probably 10 hours to really think about how to use this tool, right? How to make it better, etc. Um, and I would say now it's, you know, with the power of like generating voice notes and videos and thumbnails and designing and images

Segment 18 (85:00 - 90:00)

honestly, this is 100 times better than anything else out there, right? Genuinely, it's become more powerful. And like I thought it was just a sort of fancy version of CL code or like a kind of like an NA10 workflow, but it's not. It's way better as you've seen today. It's way easier to use, too. Caser says, "That's what I'm thinking. " Yeah, I would agree. All right, cool. So, you can see we've now got a thumbnail generator like this, which is pretty awesome. And then what we can do inside here is there's two things I want to do, but I'm going to go with the first one, which is what are some interesting ways to use you? Uh, and it was based on the comments I got before. Shout out to DJ who says, "Give me a list of commands that would help me understand and use you better. " Right? And basically, we can ask the AI like, "What's the best way to communicate with you? " Cuz I bet there's a million things I'm missing that it can do that I don't even understand, right? Like half the battle is just training your brain to understand how to use this stuff. So, we'll wait for that to load. And you can see here for example you can now use Yeah. So we got a list of all this cool stuff that we can do. So we got slash commands like you see the status um you can actually toggle deep thinking with the forward slash reasoning compact. So you can compress your conversation to free up memory and reset to start a fresh conversation. Right. And then for generating voice and media you can generate voice messages in your client voice. You can create images with Gemini AI. You can create YouTube thumbnails with the new skill. All right. Um, you can also set up reminders. So, I could say, "Okay, every day now, I want you to tell me the latest AI updates in the industry, plus what tools are trending, right? And I'm going to go over to YouTube. I take all the videos from my channel here, right? I'm going to say schedule this in 5:00 a. m. each day, entire time. We'll plug in that information from my channel. The message too long. Let me uh one sec. And I'm going to say make sure they're the same style as the below topics, right? And so basically what it should do now once we extracted the titles for my channel, right, is it will actually use these YouTube titles as inspiration for my next videos, right? Like you can see. So if we close that, we go back to Clubbot, we list out the latest YouTube video titles. Then every day I want you to tell me the latest updates in the industry plus what tools are trending so that I can show them on my YouTube t uh YouTube videos plus live stream. Schedule this in so that when I wake up at like 4:30 a. m., I've got a full update. Make sure it's actually brand new or trended, right? And make sure they're the same sour as the below topics. The other cool thing about this is like if you're using something like Claude, you can't schedule tasks, which is weird, right? Why would you not be able to schedule tasks using Claude? But if you use Claude bot, you actually can schedule these tasks in and you can just say in plain English inside the chat, do this. Right? Now, the other cool thing as well is like let's say you're in let's say I'm in Tokyo, right? I'm in Tokyo. I can't communicate with a shop owner, but I've got Claudebot on my side. What I can actually do is I can say to Claudebot, right, give me a voice note in Japanese so that I can tell this coffee shop owner the coffee was the best I ever had in the world. Right? It actually generate in my voice the Japanese translation for that particular subject. Right? And so you could actually communicate with people, record nice voice notes for them, etc.

Segment 19 (90:00 - 95:00)

Um, and you're just using this right now. You can see here it said, "Dawn, scheduled your AI briefing, daily AI updates for YouTube. What time? 4:30 a. m. Thailand every day. Delivery Telegram DM searches. Latest 24-hour news, trending tools, new releases, what you'll get each morning. Boom. First run tomorrow 4:30 a. m. Want me to run it now as a test? You can see the format? " I'll say, "Yes. " Um, and how easy was that, right? Literally, it's insane. Like, what personal assistant would wake up at 4:30 a. m. for me and have all the latest AI news ready for me? No one, right? But I can easily get Clawbot to do that for me. Pandemic Soul says, "Did you set it up with your API key? " So, what I did was um I ran Claw Code, got the API from Claw Code, and then plugged that into um Clawbot. So, it's running off the API key from my desktop app inside Claude. If you want to see how I did that, check out the video. I'll leave it in the link in the comments description, actually. But if you want to see me do that live, you can check out this video right here. I have the full setup instructions. If you want to just copy and paste the setup instructions from me, check out the AI success lab link in the comments description. It's completely free. Connects you with like 49,000 different entrepreneurs interested in AI. And inside here, you can watch the full video, plus get the copy and paste commands from me. So, if you want to set this up yourself, you can. Right now, if we have a look here, we've got the full details of all the AI updates, like you can see. So I could just run through these um every day. Pretty simple and easy. So for example, it's even given me the names. So you can see here it's instantly come up with ideas. It's like chat GP Atlas browser update is insane, right? And I could easily just jump on a live stream, show that. Boom. Shackleacker, I've even got the link. Pandemic Soul says, I wonder what the cost will be like in a month. And so what we can actually do is we can go up to claude usage settings. It depends what you're on, right? What plan you're on. But you can see here the current session, we've only used 33%. It's not a big deal. Um weekly limits, pretty simple and easy. Let's see what plan I'm on. Bear in mind I got my team using this too. Yeah, not that bad. Not that bad. Considering I'm rinsing it for a live stream, it's not too bad. Ask a follow-up. Compare yourself to crew AI. Never used crew AI, but let's try it. Let's see what else we got here on the list. So, yeah, programmatic video creation, Google Workspace setup, uh, GitHub CLI operations, weather forecasts. It also uses a skill called bird, which can check Twitter, scan Twitter, see what's going on there, etc. um create YouTube thumbnails, set reminders, calendar management would be pretty cool. And then email would be very useful, right? And then research, obviously, you can already do like web search and browser automation and that sort of thing. So you can see here it's got the TLDDR. Claudebot is your personal AI butler that lives in your chat apps. Remembers you and is always available. Crew AI is a framework for developers to build teams of AI agents to work together on complex tasks. Um, but you could actually use Clawbot to orchestrate Crew AI uh workflows for you if you wanted. Vile Gamer says, "Does this work on Android? " Yeah. So, all you would do is you connect this to Telegram or WhatsApp or Discord and then it works on any device, right? So, it doesn't matter if you're using a Raspberry Pi, you could be using a Mac Mini, you could be connecting to Telegram on your Android. No problem at all. You can use this across any device. All you need to do is just connect it to a chatbot inspired. Michelle says, "Sorry, Julian, can you explain the difference between Claude Claw Code, Claw Coork, and Claude Bot? " All right, that's a good challenge. So I mean so

Segment 20 (95:00 - 100:00)

all right so essentially claude is just a chat in the cloud right so it's like chat GBT just a user interface like a simple chatbot then you've got claw code is fantastic for working offline um sorry for working locally for coding for building out like uh complex projects and for actually deploying like repositories from GitHub so for example if I wanted to set up like a video skill claw code would do that claw co-work is pretty good for running locally, right? So, it can interact with your local files, it can build out projects, it can organize your desktop, that sort of thing. It's kind of like Claude code but for normal people, right? Normal nontechnical people. So, for example, if you go to Claude like so um you will get a version of co-work and then you can use co-work to organize your files locally. And then the final version is clawbot. And clawbot is more like it's connected inside um a chat. So it's running 24/7 whenever you need it. But the difference between something like claude and claude bot is like number one this remembers your whole chat. And number two if you want to install for example like voice cloning it would take quite a long time inside the chat of claude right whereas you just plug in your API key from 11 labs or if you want to generate images you can plug in your API key from nano banana. Um and then you can do this all inside the chat here. And the difference here is like this runs across any device, any device with Telegram, etc. And also here's the other difference inside claw directly. You can't add your team inside the same chat, right? But you could easily add your team inside a group WhatsApp chat or a group Telegram chat or that sort of thing, right? Or a group Slack channel. So it can interact with your whole team, which is great for scalability, too. And then also you can see here, for example, it's generated uh voice outputs like this. Hey, here are some essential Japanese phrases for your Tokyo trip. First, greetings. — Um, and it kind of like thinks for itself a lot more. Plus, it can generate videos as you probably seen earlier in the video and all sorts of things. Inspire Michelle. says I saw that automatically can run tasks inside your chat. So you can't schedule tasks with uh with these other tools, right? Like if you go inside Claude desktop, let's open this up. Log out here. Sign up into the paid one. So if we go inside co-work for example like this, right? You can't really schedule a task like there's no scheduling option here, right? Um and also here's the other thing. These tasks run locally. They are not synced across multiple devices, right? So you can't schedule tasks inside Claude normally. And also it's not going to run across multiple devices. So that's a big difference. And then also like if you wanted if you had a chat here, you couldn't just go on your mobile and start having the same conversation, but you can't do that with clawbot, right? And then clawbot as well in whatever conversation, whatever chat you have, this is going to run the schedule tasks that we created. For example, like this one for finding the latest AI updates every day. Try to code a game in Claudebot. Yeah, sure. So if we say okay just create a simple snake game in HTML plus CSS something like that it should be able to just quickly code that out and then also it should be able to load the file as well locally um to preview it. George says are you an avatar? I'm not an avatar today, my friend. But yeah, that's basically how you can use the tool. Um, so you see it's typing with the output here. Oh, there we go. Look, it just created that game. Wow. Yeah. So, we just created that game straight away. Um, and then it's giving me the snake HTML right there. Plus, it opened up inside a browser over here. Right. Pretty insane. Um, that is amazing. So, as an example of that, you can actually see Claudebot running over here. And what this is essentially Clawbot. It's like a AI super agent.

Segment 21 (100:00 - 105:00)

Now, the more I think about it, the more I get my head around why this is so different. And let me explain. All right. So, one of the first things you can do with Clawbot is you can run it 24/7 inside Telegram, right? Um, so if I have a question, I'm like, research Julian Goldie, something like that. You can see here now Clawbot is instantly typing and it's ready to go at any time. Now, I did set this up on a Mac Mini. Some people say, "Do you need like a specialized device for this to run 24/7? " You actually don't. It's pretty simple. All you need to do is set up the GitHub and then you would link it to whatever you want to use. The best thing that you can use for this from what I've seen is the GitHub Clawbot installed with Claude code. Now, it can also run inside your WhatsApp. Here's an example as well. So you can actually add like Claude for example into a group chat as well or you can chat oneonone with it right here. You can see this is actually research me. So this AI um is ready to go whenever you say here's uh what I found on Julian Goldie blah blah right um and you can actually take it to a whole new level. Now, one of the things that I thought before was that with Claudebot, it's basically the same as using something like NA10, right? So for example here we'll try this out. Uh TVK says minimal coding experience. Would like to use an iPad to set up Clawbot. So if you're setting up Clawbot, what you can do if you want to use it on an iPad, for example, you I would recommend that you set this up on a laptop, use the terminal, use the terminal commands from GitHub directly. And then once you've started once you've set this up, you can link it to something like Telegram. Now once it's linked directly to Telegram, then you can actually use it um on any device, right? So you could use it on an iPad, an iPhone, any device. So you got WhatsApp or Telegram or Discord um set up directly inside. You can see some of the channels that actually uses right here. So WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Signal, iMessage, etc. Okay. Um and you can also use this for example inside the Mac OS app. Um there's all these different tools you can work it with and it's pretty simple and easy to do. Now we can also run it locally inside our terminal too. Let me show you an example of that. And by the way, this is the video that Claudebot just made for us inside the Telegram. So to recap there, we said use Remotion to make a video about cats. And uh it looks really cool, right? And we just made a video about cats whilst I was talking to you and it opened up automatically. Pretty insane. So you get the sense for this. This is more than just using claw code. um any sort of AI super agent. It can do a lot more. It's got a lot more capabilities. We'll test out some other cool stuff today with it as well. If you have any questions as we go along, feel free to ask as well. So it can also use your browser, I think, as well. If we say okay, open up the browser and search for AI news today. Let's see if it can control our browser directly from Telegram. Boom. Look at that. It can control the browser. Can open up a new browser from Telegram directly. I mean, this is crazy stuff. Like you imagine each of these workflows. So, for example, if you were using the workflow of, you know, browser control, well, the problem with that is that with browser control, it would take a whole new workflow to set up, right? And then you have to link it to multiple APIs, blah blah. With Claudebot, you literally just set it up once and then you're good to go. And the same, for example, with the video production that we did with uh Remotion just a minute ago. That was pretty simple and easy. And again, that would be like a whole different workflow in itself with tons of APIs you have to link if you were doing it the old way inside NA10, all these other tools. Whereas with the new way using uh just a simple clawbot setup, you can do so much more with so little extra work. So it's pretty amazing. Now you can also get a web UI for this as well. So for example, we're going to cla say okay how to run this locally and bear in mind just to recap here like this is just ready to go whenever I ask it. Right? So I can just quickly I can bookmark this. Right? And

Segment 22 (105:00 - 110:00)

then I can come back to clawbot whenever I want to open up. Boom. It's ready there. It's on my phone. It's on my laptop. is on any device I use on this Mac Mini that I'm using right now and it's just running in the cloud 24/7. So, let me show you how this works. So, for example, here we're going to open up the terminal and then you just type in mpm install clawbot latest. That's going to start setting this up. And then if you want to run the installation for on boarding, then you just run it right there. Now, you don't have to run this with uh claw uh with claude as well. You can link it to other APIs. I think you can even have O Lama running this as well. So, it's pretty simple and easy. And then if we're like, okay, I want you to give me voice output, how to set that up, right? And we'll see if it can figure out how to output in voice. I think it's probably going to use something like Quen to do that. But I'd be interested to see, okay, how can we get voice chat set up on this so that it can actually create like mini podcasts for me on whatever I want to learn and then I can walk around outside and learn um with the audio that it gives me. It can already create videos, it can already use the browser, etc., right? Um so it's like, right, okay, here's what you're going to do. So you're going to get an API key from 11 laps. Then you're going to run this setup, right? set the API key and we're going to go from there. So let's try this out right now. I'm going to come out of this. We'll grab an API key from 11 laps and we'll run this too. All right. So I should be if I'm using 11 Labs as well, especially the API. Then I should be able to generate the outputs in my own voice too using the Pro clone. So we'll test it out. If we go to voices over here, we've got a clone of my voice inside 11 Labs. Let me find it. There we go. My voice and then pro I think is that one. Let's try that out. — You can never know. — Yep, that's the right one. So, what we're going to do from here is just grab an API key. By the way, if you want the full setup guide for Clawbot, what I'll do is I'll put it inside the AI success lab. Just type in Clawbot at the top and then you can navigate to this page and you can see the setup instructions right there. Plus, if you want to set it up on AWS as well on a free server, then you can do that using the instructions inside this guide. So, let's grab an API key from 11 Labs. Just going to create a key in the background. So I've generated the key in the background and then I'm going to follow the instructions from clawboard like you can right. So let's test this out. Go to terminal. In the meantime whilst I'm setting up we got some questions. So what we got here is a llama completely local. Yes. Un unless you use the cloud models. Um it can perform pretty well. Depends what model you're using and how powerful your laptop is. If you want a really good fast model to use then I'd highly recommend using something like Gemma 4B. That seems to be the fastest so far. Uh TVK says good idea. Uh I've already got a video on that. If you want to check out my other video on clawbot, you'll see how to use the on border and everything else. And then li says is it run on local or VPS? So it's running locally. Um but once you've set it up, it's already running in the background and linked up. So we'll set that up and it's updating the configuration file. I'll show you in a second what we did. Okay. Goober says just started building on Digital Ocean. It's been insane. That's what we're talking about. So if we go back to clawbot now, see it says TTS. So text to speech is now config configured with 11 labs gateway is restarting and then it's going to test it out. So this is pretty cool because basically all I did inside the chat was I literally said okay here's my API key. Um can you set this up blah blah and then it should be good to go. And just to recap here we've empowered Clawbot to number one run 24/7 in the cloud number two run across all my devices. Uh, number three, generate videos as you saw a minute ago. And number four, to actually generate audio as well. So, it is insane what you can do with this. And you see here it says 11 laps work directly. Let me send you the audio file. So, let's test this out. So, if we play this now, it's configured with my Julian Goldie voice, which is pretty insane as well. Hello, Julian. This is testing your voice. Oh my good. Did you hear? Let me play that back. Let me This is scary. So, the AI figured out that I'm Julian Goldie. Then it created an audio version of my voice using just the API key from 11 Labs. Installed it without like terminal or anything like that. And then it's generated a voice output here where it says, — "Hello, Julian. This is a test of your voice. " — Hello voice. And it sounds exactly like me. It's crazy. All right. And we just I'm shocked. This is a whole different level. We're playing at a different level of the game now. Um and it's crazy. All right. So here's what we're going to try now. Bear in mind like

Segment 23 (110:00 - 115:00)

whole different level. Bear in mind like each one of these is like a completely separate workflow, right? So if you were in something like NA10, let me show you an example, right? If you were in NA, let's say for example, the only other place you could do something like this is NA10, right? And inside N10, for example, you could have like something like this or like that or like this, right? These different workflows and you would have a different workflow for video, different workflow for audio. It would take about 5 hours to set. Right? We've set up a voice workflow and a video workflow and a research workflow and a podcasting workflow um in the space of 2 minutes using Clawbot. Right now, it's not only given us the audio, which we'll check out in a second, but you can also see here that it's actually written it down for me. So, for example, hello. Right. Go. Good morning. I've probably totally butchered that, but you get the point, right? So, let's play this back now. — Hey, here are some essential Japanese phrases for your Tokyo trip. First, greetings. — So, just generated this by the way. — Means hello or good afternoon is good morning. It's good evening. Most important word is thank you very much. We use this constantly. A casual thank you is just when you need to get someone's attention or squeeze past people, say it means excuse me. and also works as sorry at restaurants. When you enter, staff will respond with the number of people like futari meaning two people. When you want to order, say to get the waiters attention, then point at the menu and say, which means this one, please. When you're done eating, say it means thank you for the meal. And it's very polite to ask how much something costs. Say yes is high. No is high. And finally, when leaving a shop or restaurant, you'll hear from the staff, acknowledgement is always appreciated. Enjoy Tokyo. — That was my voice doing a whole teaching on Japanese. It's insane. This is scary stuff. So, what can it do? What is it? How is it different? That's probably what you're asking yourselves, right? So, what can this do? All right. So, number one, can generate voice notes in your voice, right? It works across any platform. It's an all-in-one personal assistant. It's what Siri should have been, you know, like imagine if Siri or Alexa could do this. It would like be 100 times better, 100 times more powerful. But you can actually do this with Clawbot, right? It's free. Uh you can run it with local models. You can communicate with Claudebot across any um major messaging platform. It can generate videos. It can install MCPs plus skills in like one click, right? Um, and it can code for you or do anything like that. Plus, it's got browser control. All right? Cuz you've seen today, we've generated videos, we generated the voice notes, we did the browser control, we installed the 11 Labs uh MCP plus option to generate uh voice notes with 11 Labs in like one click. It works on Telegram. And that's the other thing here is it works on any device, right? Some people think you need a Mac Mini to do this. Some people they think you need like a Raspberry Pi or whatever. No, no, no. Just run it. Just install it once, authenticate it, get it running through uh Discord or Telegram or WhatsApp, and then it's ready to go on any device you have that messaging platform installed. Pretty insane. Um yeah, this is crazy stuff for sure. Kid Cooper says, "You run it through different LMS to control token advice. " So, if you're worried about tokens, I would just recommend that you focus on using a local API. So, you could use something, for example, like uh Lama and just run this through Lama instead. That way, you're not worried about token usage. But you wouldn't be using like different APIs for different stuff. You just use one uh authentication, one token. So, let's see what else we can do here. I'm actually going to take the whole conversation. So, I'm conversation like you see right here. And then I'm going to go into something like Claude. And basically, uh, just to recap as well, this replaces complicated workflow builders like NA10, right? Cuz it's way simpler. Um, and then if we type in the conversation here, I'm going to say, okay, what else could we do that's really fun or interesting with Claudebot? And then we'll grab this right here. I'm also going to say, right, inside this chat, I'll say, right, how do I connect you to my emails? Eg me at julianongoldie. com. Can we do a oneclick off? See if it can just because I don't want to be messing around with the APIs and the keys, especially on a live stream. Let's see if we can just do a oneclick off setup with Claudebot in the meantime whilst we wait for Claude to give us some more ideas on what we can do here. Do you know what would be interesting is this would be crazy is like if you can link it to something like Nano Banana image API and then you can generate images using the API from Google. That would be fun. We'll test that out in a second as well. There's no one click off for Google. So, you can set this up if you want. It takes about 5 minutes. Um, you

Segment 24 (115:00 - 120:00)

just enable the APIs like you see here. Maybe what I could do is just get the API. So, you can set up Clawboard to run um to create emails and send emails for you, but it's going to take a little bit of work like you can see, right? Um, let's have a look here. So, I think if we get an API key from Google AI Studio and we plug that in to Claudebot, we should be able to generate images as well using Clawbot. That's going to be fun. So, I'm going to grab an API key from AI Studio. Let's try this out. Well, it says it works in the background. Wow. Wow. Wow. All right. So, bear in mind that we It's shocking. It's actually shocking me using this. It's blowing my mind. So what we've actually done now as you can see right here is we have created I've added my API key above right so I got an API key from Google AI studio plugged it into claudebot and I said use my Google AI studio key to generate images inside clawbot. Now here's the cool thing about this and this makes it totally different from anything else. if you're using something like for example um Claude, well Claude is super annoying because you can't create images inside there, right? And so like let's say for example I'm trying to create thumbnails for my YouTube channel, right? Something that we do every single day. We actually have a full team that does it. Um and it can get quite expensive, right? I'm not going to lie to you, right? Uh but what we could actually do now is we could use Claudebot to generate images and YouTube thumbnails and we could actually save that as a skill inside Clawbot. Right? So let me show you an example. So if we take a screenshot like this. So I'll take this screenshot of one of my latest videos. This was uh pretty high performing video that we did earlier today. We're going to go into Telegram here. I'm going to paste in this and I'm going to say, okay, create a new plus better version of this YouTube thumbnail to test out on my next video about it. Right? And so Claude, bear in mind, can now Claude bot, sorry, can now generate audio notes using my voice, right? So it can clone my voice. It can generate videos using Remotion because we plugged that skill in. It can create images because we've plugged in our Google AI Studio key into this. And all of a sudden, it's 10 times more powerful, right? It can also search the web as you saw earlier. And it can control my browser because it creates a popup with the browser, too. Right? There's nothing this can't do at this point. It can also create voice notes if I want to learn and listen something on the go. I can create a little mini podcast written exactly how I want it. Let's see what we get back in a second from this. And we've now got the new version. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of that, but that one we could actually use, right? Um, and I would you can actually save that as a skill. Right now, this would be something fun and interesting to try. So, what I'm going to do, by the way, we got three different options for the thumbnail, which is pretty insane. Um, so it sent me three different variations, as you can see, using the Google AI Studio API. So, what I could actually do here is I could take this thumbnail generator tool that I have, right? And I'll go inside here and say, give me the in custom instructions from this tool that I'll give to a personal AI assistant that can generate thumbnails for me. So, I want that AI assistant to be trained with your custom instructions to create the to create thumbnails for me, right? And I think what we can do is we can get the custom instructions from this thumbnail generation tool, right? And then and it's a pretty cool tool, by the way. If you if you've never seen something like this, we say like generate a few versions of this. Um, it can actually like it can take an existing thumbnail and like create three better versions of it, right? It's a tool inside AI Studio. But the thing is I think I can actually do that inside Clawbot now using the custom instructions we've generated right here. Right. So, if I go inside the chat, we'll copy that. Then we're going to go over to Claudebot like you can see and I'm going to say save this as a for creating YouTube thumbnails when I request them. Right? And then basically I can save this workflow as a skill. It's already got access to learn banana studio. I can basically do the same thing I do inside this tool except I can do it on my mobile. I can give it to my team. I can add my team to this chat etc. Right? So, if we hit enter on that prompt like so, I think we can train Clawbot now to generate thumbnails in exactly the same style that we can do using this tool. Now, this tool is great, but it's not as accessible as using something like Telegram where I can just upload an image and create new thumbnails. So, we'll test out in a second because if you have a look at these thumbnails that we generated, they're not bad, but they're not how I like them, right? And I've spent a long time tweaking this tool, so it's going to be fun to try out. By the way, if you want to see the outputs of this tool, I'll show you what it looks like in a second just for fun. Only for unicorn says, um, inside the AI profit boardroom school community, which is my AI automation community, do I

Segment 25 (120:00 - 125:00)

teach people how to create shorts just like I do? I absolutely do, as you can see right here. And also, if you want to know how we actually turn those shorts into something that generates leads and customers for us, we've got a full training right here with the full setup, right? So, if you want to get the same playbook, the same uh teachings as me, get that inside the AR profit boardroom. It's available in the link in the comments in description or just go to arprofitboard. com. Um, we actually have a 24-hour deal running right now if you want to get it. And also, if you haven't already, you can check out the YouTube AI course right here that shows you how to scale a YouTube channel based on what's working for me, right? It guides you from start to finish exactly how to do that. So, yeah, let's go back to Clawbot now. Boom. Look at that. We've got the skills set up now for YouTube thumbnails. So, if I upload a thumbnail, look at that. All right. I'm going to say use your thumbnail skill to give me some options on this. We should have like uh this is going to be crazy cuz if this works, then I've basically replaced my thumbnail designers. Like, it's pretty shocking. So, I'm interested to see what we get back. That's going to be crazy. If that works. Wow. I mean, this is we're at the point now where you can fully It's scary and I want to be serious here. It's like, if this works, we're at the point now where we can replace designers. Um, we have like an ultra powerful AI assistant that can do anything. You can create videos as you've seen today. You can create audio, you can create thumbnails, you can do design, right? You can link this to any tool in like one single click. It's never been easier. Doesn't require any coding skills. It's accessible on any mobile device and it's so much more powerful. Claude just got so much more powerful overnight. It's crazy. Uh Kazra, it's funny. Kazra Dash is like awesome YouTuber for SEO if you haven't checked out his channel already. Um but Kazra and me were talking earlier this morning and I was literally telling him like this is not that interesting when I first tested it and I had about I've had about probably 10 hours to really think about how to use this tool, right? How to make it better, etc. Um, and I would say now it's, you know, with the power of like generating voice notes and videos and thumbnails and designing and images, honestly, this is 100 times better than anything else out there, right? Genuinely, it's become more powerful and like I thought it was just a sort of fancy version of claw code or like a kind of like an NAM workflow, but it's not. " Because I bet there's a million things I'm missing that it can do that I don't even understand, right? Like half the battle is just training your brain to understand how to use this stuff. So, we'll wait for that to load. And you can see here, for example, you can now use Yeah. So, so we got a list of all this cool stuff that we can do. So, we got slash commands like you see the status. Um, you can actually toggle deep thinking with the forward slash reasoning compact. You can compress the conversation, free up memory and reset to start a fresh conversation, right? And then for generating voice and media, you can generate voice messages in your client voice. You can create images with Gemini AI. You can create YouTube thumbnails with the new skill, right? Um, you can also set up reminders. So, I could say, okay, every day now, I want you to tell me the latest AI updates in the industry, plus what tools are trending, right? And I'm going to go over to YouTube. I'm going to take all the videos from my channel here, right? I'm going to say schedule this in 5:00 a. m. each day, entire time. We'll plug in that information from my channel. The message too long. Let me uh one sec. And I'm going to say make sure they're the same style as the below topics, right? And so basically what it should do now once we extracted the titles for my channel, right, is it will actually use these YouTube titles as inspiration for my next videos, right? Like you can see. So if we close that, we go back to Clubbot. We list out the latest YouTube video titles. Then every day I want you to tell me the latest updates in the industry plus what tools are trending so that I can show them on my YouTube t uh YouTube videos plus live stream. schedule this in so that when I wake up at like 4:30 a. m. I've got a full update. Make sure it's actually brand new or trended, right? And make sure the same sour as the below topics. The other cool thing about this is like if you're using something like Claude, you can't schedule tasks, which is weird, right? Why would you not be able to schedule tasks using Claude? But

Segment 26 (125:00 - 130:00)

if you use Claudebot, you actually can schedule these tasks in and you can just say in plain English inside the chat, do this. Right? Now, the other cool thing as well is like let's say you're in let's say I'm in Tokyo, right? I'm in Tokyo. I can't communicate with a shop owner, but I've got Clawbot on my side. What I can actually do is I can say to Claudebot, right, give me a voice note in Japanese so that I can tell this coffee shop owner the coffee was the best I ever had in the world. Right? It will actually generate in my voice the Japanese translation for that particular subject. Right? And so you can actually communicate with people, record nice voice notes for them, etc. Um, and you're just using this right now. You can see here it said, "Don scheduled your AI briefing, daily AI updates for YouTube. What time? 4:30 a. m. Thailand every day. Delivery Telegram DM searches. Latest 24-hour news, trending tools, new releases, what you'll get each morning. Boom. First run tomorrow 4:30 a. m. Want me to run it now as a test? You can see the format? " I'll say, "Yes. " Um, and how easy was that, right? literally it's insane. Like what personal assistant would wake up at 4:30 a. m. for me and have all the latest AI news ready for me? No one, right? But I can easily get Clawbot to do that for me. Pandemic Soul says, "Did you set it up with your API key? " So what I did was um I ran Claw Code, got the API from Claw Code and then plugged that into um Clawbot. So it's running off the API key from my desktop app inside Claude. If you want to see how I did that, check out the video. I'll leave it in the link in the comments description, actually. But if you want to see me do that live, you can check out this video right here. And I have the full setup instructions. If you want to just copy and paste the setup instructions for me, check out the AI success lab. Link in the comments description. It's completely free. Connects you with like 49,000 different entrepreneurs interested in AI. And inside here, you can watch the full video, plus get the copy and paste commands from me. So, if you want to set this up yourself, you can. All right. Now, if we have a look here, we've got the full details of all the AI updates like you can see. So, I could just run through these um every day. Pretty simple and easy. So, for example, it's even given me the names. So, you can see here it's instantly come up with ideas. It's like chat GP Atlas browser update is insane, right? And I could easily just jump on a live stream, show that. Boom. Shackleacker. I've even got the link. Pandemic Soul says, I wonder what the cost will be like in a month. And so what we can actually do is we can go up to claude usage settings. It depends what you're on, right? What plan you're on. You can see here the current session we've only used 33%. It's not a big deal. Um weekly limits pretty simple and easy. Let's see what plan I'm on. Bear in mind I got my team using this too. Yeah, not that bad. Not that bad. Considering I'm rinsing it for a live stream, it's not too bad. Ask a follow-up. Compare yourself to crew AI. Never use crew AI, but let's try it. Let's see what else we got here on the list. So, yeah, programmatic video creation, Google Workspace setup, uh, GitHub CLI operations, weather forecasts. It also uses a skill called bird, which can check Twitter, scan Twitter, see what's going on there, etc. Um, create YouTube thumbnails, set reminders, calendar map would be pretty cool. And then email would be very, very useful, right? And then research, obviously, you can already do like web search and browser automation and that sort of thing. So you can see here it's got the TLDDR. Claudebot is your personal AI butler that lives in your chat apps. Remembers you and is always available. Crew AI is a framework for developers to build teams of AI agents and work together on complex tasks. Um but you can actually use clawbot to orchestrate crew AI uh workflows for you if you wanted. V Gamer says, "Does this work on Android? " Yeah, so all you would do is you connect this to Telegram or WhatsApp or Discord and then it works on any device, right? So it doesn't matter if you're using a Raspberry Pi, you could be using a Mac Mini, you could be connecting to Telegram on your Android, no problem at all. You can use this across any device. All you need to do is just connect it to a chatbot. Inspired Michelle says, "Sorry, Julian, can you explain the difference between Claude, Claw Code, Claude Co-work, and Claude bot. " All right, that's a good challenge. So I mean, so all right, so essentially Claude is just a chat in the cloud, right? So it's like chat GBT, just a user interface, like a simple chatbot. Then you've got claw code. Claw code is fantastic for working offline. Um sorry for working locally, for coding, for building out like uh complex projects and for actually deploying like repositories from GitHub. So for example, if I wanted to set up like a video skill, claw code would do that. Claude co-work is really good for running locally, right? So it can interact with your local files, it can build out projects, it could organize your desktop, that sort of thing. It's kind of like clawed code but for normal people, right? normal non-technical people. So for example, if you go to claude like so um you'll get a version of co-work and then you can use co-work to organize your files locally. And then the final version is clawbot and clawbot is more like it's connected inside um a chat. So it's running 24/7 whenever you

Segment 27 (130:00 - 135:00)

need it. But the difference between something like Claude and Claude bot is like number one this remembers your whole chat and number two if you want to install for example like voice cloning it would take quite a long time inside the chat of Claude right whereas you just plug in your API key from 11 Labs or if you want to generate images you can plug in your API key from Nano Banana um and then you can do this all inside the chat here and the difference here is like this runs across any device with Telegram etc. And also here's the other difference. Inside claw directly, you can't add your team inside the same chat, right? But you could easily add your team inside a group WhatsApp chat or a group Telegram chat or that sort of thing, right? Or a group Slack channel. So it can interact with your whole team, which is great for scalability, too. And then also, you can see here, for example, it's generated uh voice outputs like this. — Hey, here are some essential Japanese phrases for your Tokyo trip. — Um, and it kind of like thinks for itself a lot more. Plus, it can generate videos as you probably seen earlier in the video and all sorts of things. Hi, Michelle says, "I saw that automatically can run tasks inside your chat. " So, you can't schedule tasks with uh with these other tools, right? Like if you go inside Claude desktop, let's open this up. Log out here. Sign up into the paid one. So, if we go inside co-work for example, like this, right? You can't really schedule a task. There's no scheduling option here, right? Um, and also here's the other thing. These tasks run locally. They are not synced across multiple devices, right? So, you can't schedule tasks inside Claude normally. And also, it's not going to run across multiple devices. So, that's a big difference. And then also like if you wanted if you had a chat here, you couldn't just go on your and start having the same conversation, but you can do that with Clawbot, right? And then clawbot as well in whatever conversation, whatever chat you have, this is going to run the schedule tasks that we created. For example, like this one for finding the latest AI updates every day. Try to code a game in Claudebot. Yeah, sure. So, if we say, okay, just create a simple snake game in HTML plus CSS, something like that. It should be able to just quickly code that out and then also it should be able to load the file as well locally um to preview it. George says, "Are you an avatar? " I'm not an avatar today, my friend. But yeah, that's basically how you can use the tool. Um, so you see it's typing with the output here. If you want to get all the setup instructions for free, you can check that out inside the AI success lab. Oh, there we go. Look, it just created that game. Wow. Yeah. So, we just created that game straight away. Um, and then it's given me the snake HTML right there. Plus, opened up inside a browser over here. Right. Pretty insane. Um, that is amazing. So, if we go back, it's crazy. So, if we go back inside the AI success lab right here, you get all the video notes and the instructions from today. If you want to set this up just like I have, it's pretty simple and easy. Literally 11, you know, for generating audio, images, and video. I did all of them in one click. And I've got the video training inside the AI success lab. This connects you with 49,000 AI builders. Like you can see, it's a free community. If you go to the classroom, you get all of these free trainings. And then if you go to this section right here, you will find the details on Claudebot with the resources, copy and paste setup instructions. I've also included a 30-day plan for implementing this stuff and mastering it. Plus, I've included a full list of over 100 prompts you can use and test this out with. Right? And it's got a full video training right here, too. It's completely free. Link inside the comments in description. If you are serious about building with AI, growing with AI, scaling your business, you can connect with me and 2,100 other AI entrepreneurs who are focused on growing their business and saving time with AI plus scaling up. We have a daily accountability group where you can learn um and set your goals each day inside the chat here. Uh you can also post inside the community, get help, get support whenever you need it. You can see that loads of people, not just me, are winning with AI. So, for example, Steve Light is crushing it with his AI YouTube challenge. You've got, for example, Justin building his first Hey Gen avatar. You've got Chris building his first custom GPT. Like, it's the tribe of winners who are just getting stuff done. So if you want to be part of that, join the AR profit boardroom. You can also jump on four weekly coaching calls per week. So you can jump on these live coaching calls, get help, get support whenever you need it. And then also inside the classroom here, you'll learn how to go from complete beginner to expert with AI in just for 5 weeks. Plus, learn how to build your first AI agent in under 5 minutes. On top of that, you'll see our full playbook on exactly how to automate shorts just like I do, newsletters, X. I mean you can see yesterday just on the last couple of days on X we reached what 563,000 people right there 568,000 people on Friday right and we show the full automation that we use inside the AI profit boardroom you can also see how to create AI avatar videos how we do screen shares etc um if you want to DM me any questions about clawbot inside the AI profit boardroom you're welcome to too and then also you can see here

Segment 28 (135:00 - 140:00)

for example we show you how to get more uh clients for your agency how to run coaching calls uh how to rank number one inside AI search engines and SEO itself plus how to build and scale a YouTube channel with this training right here that is based on what works for me why everyone is talking about this like there are three big reasons first reason it actually remembers things ask Siri what you told it yesterday it has no idea clawbot remembers your last conversation your preferences that random thing you mentioned two weeks ago it builds context over time and gets better at helping you this Sounds basic, but no mainstream assistant has figured this out until now. Second reason, this is the big one. It messages you first. Normal AI waits for you to open it. Claudebot can reach out on its own. Hey, you have three urgent emails in a meeting in 20 minutes. That stock you're watching just dropped 5%. Weather's bad tomorrow, might want to reschedule. It's like having a personal assistant who actually pays attention. Third reason, it can do things on your computer, not just answer questions, actually do stuff, fill out forms, send emails, move files around, run programs, control your browser. One person rebuilt their entire website while watching Netflix in bed, never opened a laptop, just texted Clawbot what to do. Think about that for a second. Now, here's where people are messing this up. I call it the Mac Mini myth. I've seen setups with three Mac minis stacked on desks, Raspberry Pies everywhere. People treating this like they need a data center. You don't the technical requirements a cheap cloud server or your own computer noses installed which is free software a claude or chat GPT subscription that's the whole thing no Mac mini required so how does it actually work simple version claudebot runs on a computer why it connects to your messaging apps you text it responds it can also do tasks on that computer uh slightly more technical version there's a gateway that runs in the background ground. Think of it like a switchboard operator. Messages come in from WhatsApp, Telegram, wherever. The gateway roots them to the AI. The AI thinks, responds, and can also trigger actions like opening a browser or running a script. Everything stays on your machine. Your data doesn't go to some company's server except for the AI calls to Claude. But first, let me show you what you can actually do with this thing. Real examples from people using it right now. Morning briefings, wake up to a summary, your important emails, calendar for the day, tasks you need to handle, delivered to your phone before you get out of bed, health tracking, connect to my Whoop, and give me daily summaries. Took someone 5 minutes to set up. Now they get fitness insights automatically, email management, unsubscribe me from all these newsletters. It logs into your email, finds the junk, handles it. Research assistant, find me the five best restaurants near my hotel in Tokyo. It searches, compares, gives you options, all in a text thread. Task automation every Friday at 5:00 PM. Send me a summary of what I accomplished this week. Said it once, it runs forever. The wild stuff. One user has Claudebot write custom meditations, generate audio with AI voices, add ambient music, and deliver them every morning, fully automated. Who made this? Peter Steinberger, a developer from Vienna who came back from retirement to mess with AI. The mascot is a space lobster named Claude. The community calls it early AGI. Andre Karpathy, one of the most respected AI researchers, endorsed it. It's open source, meaning anyone can see the code, improve it, or build on top of it. The Discord community has 30 plus contributions per day. This thing is moving fast. How is it different from chat GPT? Chat GPT is a chat window. Claudebot is an assistant that lives in your life. How is it different from Siri? Siri has the memory of a goldfish. Clawbot has a brain. Do you need to be technical? Honestly, a little bit. If you can follow instructions and copy and paste commands, you can set it up. It's not click a button and done. But it's not rocket science either. The documentation is at claw. bot. The install is oneline. Then you follow a setup wizard that walks you through connecting your messaging apps. If that sounds scary, wait a few months. The community is making it easier every week or find someone technical to help you set it up once. After that, you just use it like any other messaging app. Now, should you use it? Yes, if you want an AI assistant that remembers you. If you're tired of copy and pasting between chat, GPT, and everything else. If you want proactive notifications and automation. If you're comfortable with basic technical setup or know someone who is, maybe wait if you need something that works perfectly out of the box, if you're not comfortable running commands in a terminal, if you need enterprise level support and guarantees. This is early. It's moving fast. Bugs get fixed in hours. Features ship weekly. But that's also why the people using it now are getting ahead. They're automating things other people are still doing manually. They're getting notifications before problems happen. They're building while everyone else is still thinking about it. The bottom line, Claudebot is the AI assistant we were promised a decade ago. It lives in your messaging

Segment 29 (140:00 - 145:00)

apps. It remembers everything. It messages you first. It does real tasks and you don't need a room full of Mac minis to run it. One install command, done. The assistant should come to you. Not the other way around. That's Claudebot. And let me explain. All right. So, one of the first things that you can do with Clubbot is you can run it 24/7 inside Telegram, right? Um, so if I have a question, I'm like, okay, research Julian Goldie, something like that. You can see here now Clawbot is instantly typing and it's ready to go at any time. Now, I did set this up on a Mac Mini. So you can actually add like Claude for example into a group chat as well or you can chat one-on-one with it right here. So to recap there, we said use Remotion to make a video about cats. It created the output. It's got the duration here. It's got the size. It tells you all the scenes that have happened. And now I've got this clawed bot that can create videos whenever I want. Right. So, if we play this video back, we can see that we've now got a fun animation that we created. It's like a full slideshow presentation, but it's a video. And again, clawbot is free. And then also the video skill is free, right? And uh it looks really cool, right? And we just made a video about cats whilst I was talking to you and it opened up automatically. Pretty insane. So, you get the sense for this. This is more than just using claw code. um any sort of AI super agent. It can do a lot more. It's got a lot more capabilities. We'll test out some other cool stuff today with it as well.

Segment 30 (145:00 - 150:00)

If you have any questions as we go along, feel free to ask as well. So, you can also use your browser, I think, as well. If we say okay, open up the browser and search for AI news today. Let's see if it can control our browser directly from Telegram. Boom. Look at that. It can control the browser. Can open up a new browser from Telegram directly. I mean, this is crazy stuff. Like you imagine each of these workflows. All right. So, I should be if I'm using 11 laps as well, especially the API, then I should be able to generate the outputs in my own voice too using the pro clone. So, we'll test it out. If we go to voices over here, we've got a clone of my voice inside 11 Labs. Let me find it. There we go. my voices and then provoed I think it's that one. Let's try that out. — You could never know. — Yep, that's the right one. So, what I'm going to do from here is just grab an

Segment 31 (150:00 - 155:00)

API key. So, I've generated the key in the background and then I'm going to follow The instructions from claw light. Okay, so we'll set that up and it's updating the configuration file. I'll show you in a second what we did. Okay, Goober says, "Just started building on Digital Ocean. It's been insane. " That's what we're talking about. So, if we go back to Clawbot now, see it says TTS. So, text to speech is now config configured with 11 Labs. gateway is restarting and then it's going to test it out. So, this is pretty cool because basically all I did inside the chat was I literally said, "Okay, here's my API key. Um, can you set this up? " Blah, blah. And then it should be good to go.

Segment 32 (155:00 - 160:00)

And just to recap here, we've empowered Clawbot to number one run 24/7 in the cloud, number two, run across all my devices. Uh number three, generate videos as you saw a minute ago, and number four to actually generate audio as well. So it is insane what you can do with this. And you see here it says 11 laps work directly. Let me send you the audio file. So, let's test this out. So, if we play this now, it's configured with my Julian Goldie voice, which is pretty insane as well. — Hello, Julian. This is testing your voice. — Whoa. My goodness. Did you hear that? Let me play that back. Let me This is scary. So the AI figured out that I'm Julian Goldie. Then it created an audio version of my voice using just the API key from 11 Labs. Installed it without like terminal or anything like that. And then it's generated a voice output here where it says, — "Hello Julian, this is test of your voice. " — Hello Julian. This is a test your voice and it sounds exactly like me. He's crazy. All right. And we just I'm shocked. This is a whole different level. We're playing at a different level of the game now. Um, and it's crazy. All right, so here's what we're going to try now. So, I'm gonna say, "All right, I'm going to Japan soon. Give me some give me a voice note of phrases I should learn for Japan with the English equivalent. " Just simple stuff. so I can be respectful whilst I'm in Tokyo, right? And we'll see if that can generate like a basically almost like a mini podcast where I can learn Japanese whilst I'm walking around. You know, obviously it's going to be generated on my phone using Telegram. And then also the cool thing about this is it's going to be in my voice, right? So it's my accent and it should use a combination of 11 Labs and just create this automatically for me. So if this works, this will be insane. Bear in mind, like each one of these is like a completely separate workflow, right? So, for example, hello. Right. Goasu, good morning. I've probably totally butchered that, but you get the point, right? So, let's play this back now. Hey, here are some essential Japanese phrases for your Tokyo trip. First, greetings. So just generated this by the way — means hello good morning is good evening most important word which means thank you very much we use this constantly a casual thank you is just when you need to get someone's attention or squeeze past people say it means excuse me and also works is sorry at restaurants when you enter staff will greet you respond with the number of people like futari meaning two When you want to order, say to get the waiters attention. Then point at the menu and say which means this one, please. When you're done eating, say it means thank you for the meal. And it's very polite to ask how much something costs. Say yes is high. No is high.

Segment 33 (160:00 - 165:00)

All right. So number one can generate voice notes in your voice, right? It works across any platform. It's an all-in-one personal assistant. It's what Siri should have been, you know, like imagine if Siri or Alexa could do this. It would like be 100 times better, 100 times more powerful. But you can actually do this with Claw, right? It's free. Uh you can run it with local models. You can communicate with Claudebot across any um major messaging platform. It can generate videos. It can install MCPS plus skills in like one click, right? Um and it can code for you or do anything like that. Plus, it's got browser control. All right, because you've seen today, we've generated videos, we generated the voice notes, we did the browser control, we installed the 11 Labs uh MCP plus option to generate uh voice notes with 11 Labs in like one click. It works on Telegram. Um, and that's the other thing here is it works on any device, right? Some people think you need a Mac Mini to do this. Some people they think you need like a Raspberry Pi or whatever. No, no, no. Just run it. Just install it once, authenticate it, get it running through uh Discord or Telegram or WhatsApp and then it's ready to go on any device that you have that messaging platform installed, right? Pretty insane. Um yeah, this is crazy stuff for sure. King Cooper says, "You run it through different LLMs to control token advice. " So, if you're worried about tokens, I would just recommend that you focus on using a local API. So, you could use something, for example, like uh Lama and just run this through Lama instead. This replaces complicated workflow builders like NA10, right?

Segment 34 (165:00 - 170:00)

Maybe what I could do is just get the API. So, you can set up clawbod to run um to create emails and send emails for you, but it's going to take a little bit of work like you can see, right? Um let's have a look here. So, I think if we get an API key from Google AI Studio and we plug that in to Claudebot, we should be able to generate images as well using Clawbot. That's going to be fun. So, I'm going to grab an API key from AI. Bear in mind that we It's shocking. If you're using something like, for example, um Claude, well, Claude is super annoying because you can't create images inside there, right? And so, like, let's say, for example, I'm trying to create thumbnails for my YouTube channel, right? Something that we do every single day. We actually have a full team that does it. Um, and it can get quite expensive, right? I'm not going to lie to you, right? Um, but what we could actually do now is we could use Claudebot to generate images and YouTube thumbnails and we could actually save that as a skill inside Clawbot. Right? So, let me show you an example. So, if we take a screenshot like this. So, I'll take this screenshot of one of my latest videos. This was a pretty high performing video that we did earlier today. We're going to go into Telegram here. I'm going to paste in this and I'm going to say, okay, create a new plus better version of this YouTube thumbnail to test out on my next video about it, right? And so Claude, bear in mind, can now Claudebot, sorry, can now generate audio notes using my voice, right? It can clone my voice. It can generate videos using Remotion because we plugged that skill in earlier. It can create images because we've plugged in our Google AI Studio key into this. And all of a sudden, it's 10 times more powerful, right? It can also search the web as you saw earlier. And it can control my browser cuz it creates a popup with the browser, too. Right? There's nothing this can't do at this point. It can also create voice notes. If I want to learn and listen something on the go, I can create a little mini podcast written exactly how I want it. Let's see what we get back in a second from this. This is like a personal assistant that just runs 24/7. So, for example, here you can see on the GitHub that Claude, this bot has been connected to WhatsApp directly, which means that you can uh use it 24/7 pretty much as you can see. Um, and it's like a personal assistant that runs on your own devices. So, it can answer you on the channels you already use, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Signal, etc. Um, and it can render a live canvas you control as well. Some people are actually using this directly um to clear inboxes, send emails, manage calendars, check you in for flights, etc. And you can see it can also run on your machine directly. So, for example, you know, a lot of people what they're doing right now is like buying a Mac Mini and then just having Claudebot running directly on it 24/7. It's pretty simple to install like you can see here. So, you just run the terminal commands and then you can go from there. And it also has a bunch of skills that you can connect with it called Claude Hub, right? So, basically you can connect your Claude bot directly to these Claude skills. So, for example, it could be like managing Trello or managing your Slack or managing your calendar etc. Um, it can also run on pretty much any device that you want. As you can see here, a lot of people are getting Mac minis for some reason. I guess it's a nice way to silo away Claudeb, but you don't have to. You can use it on pretty much any device that you prefer. And you can also use it with uh Mini Max as well as you can see right here. The other cool way that you can do this is if you don't have a Mac, if you're only on Windows, you can use a virtual private server. They actually have documentation to run it on a private server as well. So if you don't have a separate device or you don't have a Mac then you can install clawbot directly with uh VPS as well. There's also some really cool automations and skills that you can connect this with. So for example you see here we've got Homie home automation. You can um control like your home automation hub. You know control like smart home devices, lights, thermostats, sockets, etc. directly with Claude bot which is pretty insane. Um and you can see the installation instructions on how to set this up. If you actually have a look at the interest over time on Google Trends

Segment 35 (170:00 - 175:00)

this is absolutely blowing up as well. So, you can see how many people are checking this out. Like, look at the interest over the last 24 hours. If you've not already checked out Clawbot, you're probably already behind. So, you just want to make sure you check it out as well. Um, and then yeah, like we've talked about, you it just like for example with anti-gravity or no, if you've seen my other videos, you can connect clawbot to skills as well. Plus, it's free to use. Uh, you can use a VPS if you want to as well. Casford Dash has said, "I've bought a Mac Mini and I'm taking over the world with clawbuck. " There we go. There must be a lot of sales on Mac Mini over the last like 24 hours, something like that. Um, and someone says, "Guys, if you connect anti-gravity to your notebook and use it, that's what makes it totally autonomous and efficient. Pretty insane. " All right, it's going to be interesting to have a look at this. See what else we've done with this. So, here's the other thing as well. It's like you don't need a Mac Mini. You can use a laptop. You can use a gaming PC. You could use uh a cheap VPS or even a Raspberry Pi. Uh Raspberry Pi, sorry, not high. Um so yeah, you can run it anywhere pretty much. So Raymond says, "What can Claudebot do? " So you compile the list of what users have built, etc. So for example, for infrastructure, you've got like dedicated headless servers, isolated account setup, fully offline local models, Raspberry Pi, etc. for multi- aent system. So you could have this running on Docker with three different independent bots simultaneously, multiple bots with unique personalities collaborating. Um you've also got this for autonomous coding agents, CLI setups as well. And then this is one of the most interesting parts is the personal life automation. So for example, calendars, daily planning, etc. Health and sleep tracking. Pretty interesting what people are doing with this. And browser and web automation. So, for example, full browser control, web scraping, uh some people using it for voice memos, Spotify control. Pretty insane. Now, if you're wondering, okay, how does this work? How to set up, etc. What I've actually done is I've created a full guide to this inside the AI success lab using the Claudebot automation framework like you can see. So, this is like an open source project. Um, and what makes this insane is like it's not just a chat, chatbot. It can actually control a computer, browse websites, interact with applications, um implement multi-step workflows. You know, you're basically getting an AI assistant that can literally do tasks for you, right? And it could run on a full uh computer for you. You know, it can run on a Mac Mini or Raspberry Pi or anything like that. Um and you know, most AI tools are assistants right now, but Clawbot is different because it can actually implement stuff. You know, it can log into websites, it can fill out forms, scrape data, post content, monitor dashboards, right? um complete entire workflows and run 24/7 as a personal assistant and then that personal assistant can connect to for example like your WhatsApp and that sort of thing. So what I've actually done is I've set up a 30-day implementation plan like you can see here if you want to get this set up and you can see here we've got a bunch of use cases which I'll come on to in a second. So let's see what people are doing with this. So checking incoming mail, incoming mass uh messages, ordering things, sending reminders, creating issues on GitHub, syncing Google places. It's quite interesting that it can read X as well. So you can read all your bookmarks on X and then discuss them with you. Generate nice conversations um and summaries, etc. Keep track of stuff, time blocking, calendars, scoring tasks, importance and urgency. Some people are just, like I said, some people are just going all out and getting these uh getting a Mac Mini just for a cloth pot, which is crazy. People building like full weekly meal planning systems in Notion, creating servers. Someone said they cleared 10,000 emails from their inbox. I don't know whether I believe all of this stuff, but I like it. I like the sound of it. It says, "Do you need a Mac Mini? " No. So, you can run Clawbot on any device you want to. So, for example, it could be um a laptop, it could be uh a phone, it could be like an old gaming PC, a Raspberry Pi. You do not need a Mac Mini. Anest said, neat show stated that all truly great thoughts are conceived whilst walking. I would agree with that being on a walking treadmill here. Actually got a full setup guide. This looks interesting as well. So, let's see how this works. So, this is a tweet from Damian Player. He said, "Claw looks intimidating. " It's not. Here's a full setup guide in 30 minutes. So it's an open source AI assistant that runs 24/7 on the server. You can talk to it through WhatsApp or Telegram and it does actual work, right? So it's basically like an assistant that can just run remotely on a separate device 24/7. And the whole setup is copy and paste essentially. So the first thing you want to do is just get a free server. So you can actually set up for example AWS with Amazon. Create an account and then you're going to start setting up this directly here. Should we try and set it up? Let's create an account. Let's try and set this up. All right, I'm just going to sign up for an AWS account in the background. iPhone, I think you could if you wanted to joining in the middle. What's happening? We're signing up for a Clawbot account. Do I have Clawbot? We're setting up today live on AWS cuz I'm just signing up in the background here. All right, so we're signed up for the AWS account. We should

Segment 36 (175:00 - 180:00)

be good to go on that. Let's move on to the next part. Go to AWS, create account, search EC2. There we go. Oh, this is messy. All right, launch instance. There we go. Name it whatever you want. So we'll call this clawbot. Select Ubuntu. Search free for instance type. So see we got Ubuntu free tier. Okay. Launch instance. Then we have to click connect twice. H. So let's just plug that in and we'll take a screenshot of it. Figure out what we need to do next. All right. Enter a key pair name. Let's try that. Plug that in. Leave the pair settings as they are. Click launch instance. Blah blah. All right. Nice. Let's click launch instance here. It's downloaded the key as well. After the instance launches, go back to your EC2 dashboard which is over here. Click on instances in the left bar. There we go. Find your clawbot instance. There we go. Then click connect at the top. All right. So, just for anyone who's not clear what we're doing right now. So, we have set up AWS. We've created a new account, launched the Ubuntu sequence um for the instance, and then we can start plugging in the instructions inside terminal to install Claudebot. So, let's keep going. Right now, we'll go back to Damian's uh example. I'm actually going to put this Damian's guide seems really, really good. So, what I'm actually going to do is inside the live stream notes from today, I'm going to put a link to his guide, right? So, if you want to check out his guide, which seems to be awesome so far, I've put a link inside the description right there for you. So, now we need to copy and paste this line, paste that in. It's beginning to install this bad boy, and we should be installing the Clawbot now. So you can see it's installing clawbot directly to this window to this instance. Seems pretty simple so far. Even though it looks a little bit technical or intimidating, it's actually pretty chill. So it should take about 2 minutes to complete and then it will start the wizard automatically in the same terminal window apparently. So we'll see what we get in a second. Still installing Clawbot right now. So far so good. Now you might be wondering, okay, what is you know what's the difference between Clawbot and everything else, right? So, Clawbot is an open- source AI assistant that runs 24/7 on a server. So, you control it through WhatsApp or Telegram. It does real work. You can clear your inbox, schedule meetings, research companies, follow up with leads, write content, and manage your calendar, right? And you can set up with a free AWS server like you can see. I've actually included the full setup instructions like you can see inside the AI success lab, which is completely free. Link in the comments description if you want to get the copy and paste instructions. Right. Um, and then from here you would just set it up, run the wizard, set up the Telegram bot, uh, and you should be good to go on that once you've done that. Right now, you might be wondering, okay, like what's the difference here? Well, Clawbot is powered by Claude's intelligence, meaning it can just run autonomously on wherever you install it, right? So, you deploy Claude once, you configure with your business knowledge, let it handle unlimited conversations. Um, and it just frees up a lot of time. It's a lot more sort of autonomous than anything else I've seen. So, if we go back to EC2 now, this seems to have been seems to almost be stuck, doesn't it? Let's try it again. Now, you might be wondering, okay, what's the difference between Clawbot versus MCP versus regular Claude? Okay, so regular Claude, you know, you visit Claude AI via the website or the app to chat. Claude MCP use the same Claude interface, but now Claude can access your files and your tools, right? So, for example, Google Drive or GitHub. Claudebot comes to you on WhatsApp or Telegram or Slack or Discord. Plus, it's self-hosted, right? So, this is the difference. The old way is like you open up Claude AI, you type a message, you get a response, right? You're stuck in one interface, no voice interaction, limited to what's in the conversation, and it's cloud only. With MCPs, right, you open Claude, it can read Google Drive or different um apps. Uh, you know, and it's still in the Claude AI interface. Claude can access your data. more powerful, still cloud only, right? The new way of claude bot is that you send WhatsApp message, Claude response, you talk to your phone, Claude response, you message in Slack, Claude helps your team, right? And so you can use it in these different apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord. It runs on your computer and server, so you control everything instead of running on anthropic servers. The old way is it was type only. The new way is like you can talk to Claude like a voice assistant. Build way is each person has their own Claude account. The new way is that you have one claw bot that serves your whole team. And for automation, like the old way was manual copy and paste between Claude and other apps. The new way is browser control, um, web hooks, that sort of thing, right? And also the old way is like you visit Claude when you need it. The new way is Claude is always listening to you on your messaging apps 24/7, right? So you can see the difference here in terms of how it works. So you can chat inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, iMessage. You get voice interaction. It's self-hosted. You access your files, you got group chats, you got browser control, and it's 24/7 always on. So, this is the difference between them. So, you can see it's not that easy to install. We're just waiting for this to get fixed. Hopefully, it gets sorted out soon. Working through it. All right. Now, to be honest, the AWS method not very good at all. Uh, you can see it's a total mess. So, I'm going to show

Segment 37 (180:00 - 185:00)

you a different method instead cuz that took way too long. So, we're going to try running this locally instead, like you can see. And that seems to work way better, way faster latency. So you literally just mpm install it. Clawbot latest blah blah. And then we're good to go. We're going to click. It says I understand this is inherently risky. I'm going to go yes. Okay. And then we're going to select our API key pro provider. You can actually choose different API keys here which is interesting. So you can use uh miniax as well or anthropic. Going to go with anthropic. And I just need to go and get my API token. So if we go to console. anthropic anthropic. Then we go to keys over here and just create a new one. All right. So we got the key and then now we just have to set up the API that we want to use. So we can choose here between like Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. Uh let's go with Telegram. So I'm just going to set that up and get the token. Then I'm just going to link this to my phone and then I'll be back in a second. All right, back in a minute. All right, so we're back in the game, peeps. And then let's follow the instructions here. So, we need to open up the bot father, run new bot on my bots, and get a bot token. So, I'm just going to follow these instructions. Obviously, I have to get a token, so I'm not going to show this. All right, so I've grabbed that. And now we have this. So, I've entered the Telegram bot token, and from here, we've got a choice between these. So, I'm going to go with npm. Um, you can install these different skills as you can see right here. So, you've got like, for example, um, all this crazy stuff like passwords and stuff like that. I'm just going to Oh, let's see if we can go with something uh nice and chill. Super messy when you're using this. I'm going to skip it for now. And now we have Claudebot set up. Boom shack lacker. All right. So, this is linked to Telegram. I think you can install new skills over here. You've got nodes, sessions, instances, channels, etc. Overview. Pretty simple and easy. All right. So, let's try some of the wins that Damian recommends. Check my last 10 emails and tell me which ones actually need a response or research and give me a three point. Let's try this one. Research. I just don't want to show my emails on a live stream to be honest with you. Didn't fancy that. So, let's try this out. Research Goldie agency and give me a three bullet summary of what they do. Boom. All right, I got it working. All right, that was messy. Messy, messy. Tell you that for free. All right, so eventually got working. What I have to do is just restart the terminal, run through the instructions again, re get the token, and then input it in. And finally, you can see it works now. So, let's try this again. We're going to take the example like this, plug this in, hit enter, and now you can see that's beginning to work. And you can also see this is running inside Telegram as well. So, we said working and it said yes, I'm here. Let's go. And you can see now for example if we say okay um research Julian Goldie it actually do a web search about Goldie agency and it's found information about us. So this is actually working now which is awesome. So now what we can do is see what we got here inside the skills. I'm interested to know what the best skills to use with this to be honest what people are doing with this. Let's see what we can do with this. So let's see if we can connect it to our emails as well. We'll go inside here. Okay. Can we get email? It's got workspace here. We'll try and install it. So it can it's got three ways of doing that. It can do IMAP, email API, or browser automation. I'm going to say Gmail API. So try and set this up for let's see what we got here. So we got to run this in the terminal. Let's try that. That is a lot of work. Just to get this working. Um let's see what else we can do here. Honestly, I'm not that I still don't get it. Like compared to other stuff, it doesn't seem that interesting. Let's try and install Bird, which is this Twitter bot. So you can use Twitter CLI for reading, searching, posting, engagement, etc. And we'll go inside the chat here. And then you got to log in to actually search. I wouldn't like to connect Clawbot to my Twitter account to be honest. Like I think that's super risky. I think that's a little bit dodgy to be honest with you. Fat J says, "You read in the chat. The thing about it is this is basically a proto AGI if you understand. I'd like to know how you think it's an a photo a AGI compared to anything else. For me, what I've seen is like it's not really doing anything new, you know, like you can always already do browser automation. You can already control your browser with uh Claude and the browser agent. I'm not seeing how it's different versus anything else. How does it bypass things um if going on TikTok and face things like being recognized as a bot? So, it uses browser automation and then you have to log in manually from what I've seen. Um so, it's just not that useful compared to anything else. You can see that it's actually searched uh Twitter directly here using browser automation. But let's see if this is this actually like uh let's have a look here. Is this actually a quote? Is this a real quote? Yeah, it is. Yeah. So, I think what it's done is it's probably searched Google directly for Twitter cuz it couldn't get into to Google. You have to like log in with your own account. Um N says it's a skin at best for marketing MCP servers or automate workflows. Yeah

Segment 38 (185:00 - 190:00)

I would agree. It seems like a I mean you could already do this inside for example NA10, right? You could connect NA10 to Anthropic and then using Anthropic you could connect uh NA10 to that and then just go on your Telegram or your WhatsApp. I've shown videos about that before. It doesn't seem to do anything new that I've tested out. Also, you can't rein it in on your knees and it's proactive. Doesn't it now have access to your Google Workspace? It didn't actually work. Um it really struggled with that and it was pretty difficult to set up. It seemed more complicated than it needed to be to set up. I honestly think like co-work was more impressive when it came out. Abdus watching from Egypt. Good to see here. Guys says Claude, don't you know this stuff rarely works. Does the clawbot also have voice? Uh, so you can use Telegram, right? You can plug in the voice right here and just command it with voice if you prefer. We got some viewers from We got Anesso from Mexico and we got Muhammad from Pakistan. Welcome here. It's co-work with a brain. I'll be interested to know like what can for example what can clawbot do that co-work can't do that would be interesting to know what else we got here so view channels instances you can see the instances so you can see where it's running right here as well it's pretty useful sessions chron ah this is cool all right so we've got this chron job section here basically what you can do is you can schedule events and tasks right so you can say okay every single day um at this time on his schedule go off and do this. That that's pretty useful cuz he can't currently do uh schedule tasks inside Claude. But that would be great for example for us. Like we're always coming up with new ideas for the air profit boardroom. It could just go off and do that daily. So that's pretty useful. I would say that's probably the best thing I've seen about this so far. The skills don't seem to be that good compared to anything else I've used. I honestly prefer using claw code with skills or anti-gravity with skills seems to be way better. We've got nodes section here, config. You can actually add more skills inside this section as well. So you can load up skills. I think you can just add a zip file with all the skills that you want to install, which is pretty good. Let's see if you can do that. So we click on add. Nothing happens. You also see how I can't really scroll down here. Um the UI is a bit messy. Like for example, here if I want to go further down, I have to like zoom out. I can't just like scroll down normally. So it's not that responsive. It's okay. I mean it's interesting. I don't see what all the hype is about. It doesn't really blow my mind in any way. Chat GPT is scheduleuler and it's called Pulse. Yeah, but I mean Chat GPT. Who's using that in 2026 January 2026? Who's using Chat GBT? Does it have a reminder feature? Yes. So, you've got the scheduleuler. So, it can do that for you. Can the bot automate making videos like edit videos however would do or another service can do it. You can do that with Remotion, right? So, you can install the skill reotion and then from there go for it. All right. So, for example, if you wanted to edit videos or create videos with uh Clawbot, I think you could probably add this as a skill. So, let's try this out. And let's see what we got here. In fact, J says, "Okay, I'm going to make an example. You have an idea on the road about something, you tell it to clawbot, and it's going to work on it in the background. " So, you can do that with like pretty much anything, right? You can do that with claw code or co-work um almost anything that I can think of you can do that with, right? N says this is not unique at all. I would have to agree there. Remote Telegram access to Clawbot to have it to work. Yeah, but you can do that with N810 already. Edit Tik Tok videos. Splice them up together. Um, not sure whether it could do that, but yeah, I think you could with claw code. Can you tell Claude code to code something when you are not on a PC? Yeah, that makes sense. But you could do it inside the app, right? You could just get chat cheap. Uh, you could get Claude inside the web app to just code something up for you on the mobile app. So, that's what I would do. Uh, this is really struggling with the remotion skill. Overall, I'm going to say I think this is a bit too much hype for my liking and I'm the guy who calls everything insane. So, it's installed this now with Claudebot. In fact, Jay says, "I'm telling you the hype has a reason. " Trust. Tell me what the reason is, though. I'm not sure what the reason is. I feel like no one can articulate the reason it has so much hype. Why is everyone using Mac Mini with this? Cuz it can run um cuz it's kind of like siloed away, if that makes sense. and it can run autonomously on a Mac mini whilst you go and do other stuff. So remotion has been installed. So if we say okay create a video using remotion for an SEO agency to talk about SEO rankings. Let's see if we can do that. If you can't do this then you know what are we doing here? Let's see. AJ says it's basically a person that works for you and thinks about stuff by itself and comes up with his own ideas based on needs. I've not seen it do that so far whenever I've asked it to do something. Um and then also Claude does that already. So, if I need ideas and stuff, then I just ask Claude. So, let's see if it can work its magic here. So, say give me a cat a video of a cat dancing in the rain after we've installed Remotion. See if it works. Can it scrape expose? I think it can, but you'd have to log in if that makes sense. It did

Segment 39 (190:00 - 194:00)

actually scrape expose before, but it just did a quick Google, right? So, if we scroll up here to the results, you can see, for example, actually searched X here, and then it listed a bunch of the latest quotes from X, like you can see. So apparently it's created the video now. Let's see. Can you open up the video? Can it take a task to solve like agent zero? Yeah, it's basically like agent zero. That's actually what it exactly what it reminds me of. It's very similar to agent zero. Uh fat says you need to spend a lot of time to set it up. Sadly it can take hours people saying. I mean you've set me seen me set it up today and it took about I would say 30 to 40 minutes to set this up. See if it was that smart it would have just opened up this video right this one right here. So it's giving me the output details but it doesn't tell me exactly where it is. I will say this is Oh, there we go. All right, it's opened it up now. So, let me show you the video that it's created. So, this is the video that we've generated using a combination of Remotion with Claude Bot. So, let's play this back. That looks pretty nice. It's a cat dancing in the rain, having a great time on a 10-second loop. Um, but overall, I can't see it doing anything that Claude Co can't do. You know, it's just got a nice UI. That's the difference probably. It's like a nice rapper. It kind of, you know what it reminds me of? It's a bit like when Manners first came out. out, it was like this and it sort of blew everyone's mind. There was a lot of hype about it, but in reality, it was just like a small incremental step forward with AI. Can it use human avatars like Sor like quality, not just graphics? So, I think the best way to do that would just be to get Claudebot to open up Sora with browser control and just use it directly right there. Um, but that's basically it. That's how you can use this. So, I've shown you how to set up Clawbot. We've tested out. My rating, it's okay. It's not mind-blowing just yet. Maybe if you add some more skills to it, it would be really, really cool. Um, but honestly, from what I can see so far, it's not that impressive. Can it spawn sub agents? No. From what I've seen, you know, it's not going to run. Um, like anti-gravity, I would say, is probably still better for sub agents and stuff. So, thanks so much for watching. If you want to get the details on exactly how to install this, you can get them inside the AI success lab, completely free. All the installation instructions that I use to set this up are inside the AI success lab. I've also given you a 30-day plan on how to master this. I've shown you how it works, what people are building with it, how it works. Um, I've also included 100 prompts you can test inside the video notes from today as well with Claudebot. So, if you want to try this out yourself, you can. And if you've not already, check out the AI Profit Boardroom. This is an amazing community focused on helping you actually implement um the stuff that I teach on my YouTube channel, right? So, if you want to grow, scale, save time with AI, you can do that inside the AI profit boardroom. Each week, what I actually do is test stuff like this. I mean, you saw how long it took to set this up. I actually condense each week uh 80 hours of my work into a one minute update so that you know, okay, here's what's worth checking out and here's what's to ignore based on this, right? Um, and honestly like with Clawbot today, from what I've seen, maybe I'll do more tests, but so far from what I've seen, it's not that impressive. I would probably put it in the M category. Um, so feel free to check this out. Link in the comments description inside the community, you can ask any questions you have, get help and support whenever you need it. You can also jump on coaching calls if you need to get help in real time and ask questions in real time. And then also inside the classroom here, we've got a full course that shows you how to go from complete beginner to expert with AI automation, plus how to build your first AI agent in under 5 minutes. You'll see all my best playbooks for stuff that's actually useful. So, for example, if you want to learn how we automate X, how we automate newsletters, shorts, AI avatar videos, screen shares for AI avatar videos. It's all inside the AI profit boardroom. We also have a full agency course here that shows you exactly how to get more clients with AI. On top of that, you can watch about the coaching call recordings. If you want to learn AI SEO and how to rank and be visible inside AI search engines so that chat GPT and other AIs actually recommend your business, check this out. And then also you can see our full road map here. This is a full course on how to grow a YouTube channel based on what's working for me. The other thing that I would say here is it's not just me winning with AI. So for example, if we go inside the win section here, you can see all the cool stuff that people are building and creating with AI. Lots of people getting wins. It's not just me. Um, and this is just an empowered community that's focused on helping you growing and learning with AI. So, what we got here? G says, "These live videos are great. Always happy to help. " Um, and we have Mike who says, "I have it running a setup to run claw code and Gemini CLI together for stuff and orchestrating through GitHub like an actual dev team. " That's quite an interesting use case. Um, and it can run full clawed sessions. Appreciate as always and I will see you on the next one, peeps. Cheers.
