Introduction

You're looking at three years of chat GPT conversations organized by projects, scored by priority, and ready to upload to claw. This only took about 20 minutes. Now, if you're thinking about moving from chat GPT to claw for whatever reason that might be, you've probably seen two options. Option one, download the data and upload it to claw, but it doesn't work. The file is massive and claw can't do anything with it. Option two, Anthrop just launched a 60-cond memory import and that works for your preferences. But if your chat GPT account has real work projects, frameworks, years of thinking, that transfers a profile, not your history. There's a third way, and I already ran it and you're looking at the output

Why Exports Fail

right now. Before I show you how this works, let me show you what you're starting with because I've been trying to solve this for months. I've made videos about it. I've shared scripts that broke the conversations up into chunks. But here's the problem that you keep running into. These files are massive. When you export your data from chat GPT, they give you a couple of files, but the one that has your chats is just one massive file and you cannot upload that to any platform and expect the AI to make sense of it. So all of your conversations, projects, custom GPT conversations are crammed together in this one document. So, we have to find some type of way to break this file down and make it smaller because it's 1. 1 gigs. And the largest a file can be that you upload to cla is 30 megabytes. What you're looking at now is a copy of my old data because I requested a new copy of my data today at 4:31 p. m. and it's now 11:04 p. m. and I have not received it yet. So, if you request a copy of your data and it takes several hours or even a day or two, don't be surprised. is just keep your eye on your inbox to make sure you don't miss it because the export link expires after 24 hours. And if you miss it, you have to start the process all over again. If you downloaded my previous Python script, then you know that it works. But it only breaks the conversation up into chunks that are less than 50 megabytes, which is the size to upload a file to Notebook LM. But it does not organize the conversations by projects. them by custom GPTs and it definitely

New Skill Solution

definitely does not organize them by dates. But today I created a claw skill that does all of that. The first time I tested it, it worked like a charm. That means that you don't have to open terminal or copy and paste a Python script. The skill takes care of everything for you inside of Claw. So that's the starting point. Data you can't read and too big to upload. And I know that some of you are sitting on years of conversations just like I was.

Organized Output Preview

But here's what the same data looks like after the skill runs. If you look closely, you can see that all of the files are labeled by their year and their month. You can see that the custom GPTs are organized and even the projects. And when I open the agent builder protocol, I can see the full conversation. prompt, the messages, and everything. And if you want to, you could stop here and upload these wherever you want to any platform.
2:58

Folder Two Architecture

But the skill creates two folders. In the second folder is where your organized files become architecture. Folder number two is organized claw. This is where the system stops organizing and it starts thinking. It studies your entire conversation history and builds a personalized migration package. Now there are two files I want
3:16

Memoir and Memory Paste

you to see first. The first one is a memoir. This is a written narrative of who you are as a thinker and a builder extracted from your highest value conversations. not a bullet list of preferences, a profile built from years of actual work. And the memory pace is a condensed version you can drop directly into your claw settings. These two files are the real version of what anthropic 60-second import tries to do. That import reads your chat GPT preferences and transfers a summary. But these two are built from every conversation you've ever had. Your preferences, your projects, your frameworks, how you think, what you've built, not a profile, a full portrait of who you are. Then
3:55

Project Scoring and Maps

there's a personal migration guide that shows you how to get started with the platform and what you should do with your data first. I can see that it accurately identify all of my projects and it score them by recency, frequency, and length. It place my top five at the top to set up now and then I can see the rest of the tiers that follow later. And that's not all. The skill also gives you a project index so you have a list of all the projects you should create. It gives you an architecture map to let you know how you should set up your new claw account. It also gives you a list of skills that you could easily create based on your 3 years of chat GBT conversations as well as a list of recommended tasks for co-work to automate for you on a daily, weekly, or even hourly basis. Now, here's how to
4:34

Three Step Setup

run it for yourself. Three steps. That's it. Number one, export your data from chat GPT. Go to settings, data controls, export, and then you're going to get an email saying they're working on it. It's probably going to take a while to get it. I don't know why. Just keep an eye out for the email. Number two, when you download your chat GPT data from OpenAI, you're going to look for a file that says conversations. jso N. Upload that file to Claude Co-work. And number three, tell Claw to organize my chats. It's going to recognize that it needs the skill that you're going to download after you watch this video. And it'll probably take about 20 minutes, but that's a small price to pay to have three years of chat conversations organized in an intelligent manner that you can redeploy in any way that you please. The skill is free and if you want it, the link is in the description. One upload, two folders, and you're
5:22

Why Claude Cowork Wins

done. And so maybe Gemini is your favorite platform or chat GPT is. I don't have a problem with that. But if you're really looking to get work done, I highly recommend learning more about claw co-work because after you've used it a couple of times, you're going to see that Chad GPT really does not have anything that compares to it and it's super valuable and you get it on the $20 plan as well as the claw match plan. So
5:45

Final Takeaway

if you have the old script, don't use it and try to dump a raw file into claw. And definitely don't settle for a 60-second summary of your three years of chat GPT conversations. There is real value in those conversations. Treat them like it.
