ChatGPT Just Released its Best Plan Yet - ChatGPT Teams

chat GPT finally has a new plan and is called team and it finally increases our message cap when we're using GPT 4 so if you have GPT plus and you've been frustrated when using it when building gpts when using Dolly this new version now for $25 per month per person will allow us to get a higher message cap it will let us use Dolly more frequently web browsing Advanced Data analysis it would also give us a brand new thing called create and share gpts with your workspace that is extremely useful we have a whole admin section here for workspace management and no training on your data okay this one is huge now the only thing is you do need a minimum of two so this is designed for teams of at least two people otherwise you have to use the single person plus version but two is great the inter Enterprise plan required a whole lot more than two and that was the only other plan we've had so far so I've been waiting for this for pretty much since the release of the plus version of gp4 so let me go ahead and update and then let me show you what's available here and if you have a big team they still have chat GPT Enterprise that you could learn about more here oh by the way to get to this page all you have to do is go to your chat GPT click right here upgrade plan it will bring you over here okay let's go ahead and name this workspace so this is how you would go and do this skill leap AI is our company select the billing option oh interesting so the advertise plan of $25 was only for the annual plan the monthly plan the month-to-month plan per person is $30 a month build monthly so that will be $60 a month let me just do this right now just test it out and then I'll probably upgrade to the annual plan since I've been paying for chat GPT since it came out anyway okay that brought me to this page After I filled out my credit card your team has been created invite members to join your workspace so continue there okay here's where you type in people's emails or you could put a CSV file if you have ton of people you could upload that here let me just go ahead and Skip for now okay workspace complete continue to chat GPT and this is just a popup you get every time you use chat GPT for the first time okay what's the primary role of your team member so I'm a business owner here and I'm going to do marketing here and project management continue okay and right here right on the bottom of this it says it's really small skill leap AI That's the workspace chats are not being used to train our models gpts can make mistakes and now look at this if I press my profile picture right here I have that skill leap AI workspace but I still have my personal account so it's letting you keep your personal account as you see right over here if I go to the explore tab all the 20 30 different gpts I've built are not here they're in my personal account that is really strange I use the same email but they don't carry over into your workspace so I guess you have to build those from scratch and it looks like I still have access to GPT 4 that gives me Dolly and web browsing and it says limit 100 messages every 3 hours so that takes us from 40 messages every 3 hours with the other version of it with the plus version the team is giving us 100 every 3 hours so still I was hoping for a little bit more but I think they're working on even another tier called business that I've seen in some of the posts community posts so we'll see if that comes up but you also have plugins available and over here you could invite members from this tab so I skipped that section but I'm obviously paying for two so I should invite a team member here and you could go ahead and fill this out now under settings we also have manage workspace so let's go over there and let's see the different options we have available here so we could again invite members from here if you want to leave the workspace we could do that from these three dots you could change the roles of people here once you invite other members from here pending invites will appear over here and let me go ahead and actually invite someone to show you a couple of these roll settings and when you invite a member here on the roles you can make him a member an admin or the owner too right now I'm the owner so I probably make him an admin here and send the invite and on the left side so we're on the member tab we could change our billing information here we have a settings tab now this allows us to do some other things so thirdparty gpts manage weather members can use gpts created outside of your workspace these may be able to do web browsing and things like that like custom actions too so these could interact with things outside of chat GPT so you could actually not allow this to happen and only allow gpts inside of your organization so you could go ahead and not allow this so that's an interesting and useful tool here for

privacy and security and it looks like all these other settings right now are only available to the Enterprise plan so the sharing options the workspace GPT option with the different capabilities you have the three different ones you can't turn these off right now when creating gpts inside of the setting let's go to analytics and analytics only available to Enterprise and this one is 2 and if I go under billing this is when I could see how many people are using it so I'm paying for two seats one has not accepted the invite yet this is where I could cancel my membership so let me go to the explore Tab and let me go ahead and create a GPT to see how we could save these and let me go ahead and build a GPT with access to our company policy documentation and I want to see the different save options I have again this just came out about an hour ago so I'm just taking this for a test drive to see all the different option it gives us and let me go ahead and click the save while it's building it okay so now I have a brand new Option only me we've always had that that's the private one anyone at skill leap so now my workspace could have gpts that is useful so a lot of the things that I was hoping for are still on the Enterprise plan but we now get messages 100 every 3 hours and we now have a workspace only GPT okay so we still have everyone with a link and we have the public one that goes to the GPT store which also rolled out the same day that this rolled out that I made a different video about okay I got far enough here that I could confirm this one so let me go ahead and save it now inside of my workspace let me go to the explore Tab and there we go my GPT we got this one available here anyone at skill leap AI could access it and if I go into it I could use it right over here so now having these gpts that you could control a lot more and having a longer message window of a 100 messages every 3 hours I could actually build a good GPT I had this issue with 40 messages constantly running out and having to wait 3 hours and we have an entire GPT course that we're rolling out actually tomorrow on our platform skill leap AI so that's going to show you all kinds of different things with gpts and I'll include all the new updates that are rolling out with gpts on that course and that gives you access to almost 19 or 20 different AI courses as well on the top AI tools and prompt engineering techniques so I will link that below as well I'll see you on the next video
