How to use the Vivino app to find the perfect wine

everyone in this app of the day video I wanted to show you an app called Vivino and it's a really cool app to let you buy wine to pick the best wine the way it works is it's a platform to rate wine from wine lovers like you so if you enjoy wine this is a must-have app so instead of going to the supermarket or the restaurant and blindly picking out of wine you could just go ahead and scan it and then get recommendation get ratings and so on so let's download the app here I want to just show you a quick

overview of what the app has to offer and how you go about looking at a wine and its rating so when you open the app for the first time you're gonna see this page and this again the tagline for this app is it helps you find the right wine so we're gonna get started or you can see how it works but I want to show you how to use it so let's press get started here and it's gonna ask you to login because it's gonna use your profile here so you'll have to create an account here I'm just gonna go ahead and login with Facebook and once you finally login go through the login process you'll see this page which is your profile page here so again on the bottom of the page you'll see all the navigation of the app really simple like every other app you have your profile you have your friends you have your search and shop and in the middle you have your camera options where you could take a picture of a wine so what you do here is let me just go out a profile and go to shop so when you

go to the shop page is super simple it's really using all these recommendations here to show you what wine they have to offer and the price of the wine so you could go here and look just browse through all the different wines it's gonna give you the make and the brand of the wine here and then underneath that it's gonna have pic of the day just like half of the day it has picked out the day light at the time so for today's date this is pic of the day again you could click it learn more about that wine and then buy it right here let me go back here it has a shopping cart on top too as you add it you will add it to the shopping cart let me go back here on top and let's go to search this time so

search it's gonna let you choose buy white red and so on sparkling Rose a and you have your pairing who lets you pair it with beef lambs salmon and so on and you have your style so you could choose and browse that way or you could simply search here like Pinot Noir if you wanted to search for that you could go ahead and press search and it's going to give you some selections if you click on each one this is the big selling point of that it has a rating as you can see 263 people rated this wine 4. 5 stars so you could actually use that rating to make your decision here and the last thing I wanted to show you on this app is if you press the camera icon here you give it access to your camera it's gonna let you basically put a wine and then take a picture of that wine and then get the rating of that wine so if you're in a restaurant at a supermarket this option with the camera icon is really important and you have your friends option here because it can become a social media kind of platform to see what your friends have to say here and that's basically all there is to it so check it out it's a really cool way to not blindly pick out wine again so for your wine drinkers I think it's a really good app to test out I hope you found this app of the day video useful don't forget to subscribe I post these multiple times a week so you never miss the next great app and I hope to catch you next time thanks for watching
