How to Be in Two Places at Once With Claude Dispatch

You can be at work right now and Claw can be at home working on your Mac, researching products, researching competitors, putting a launch plan together for your business. And by the time you get home tonight, it's all done. This is all possible now because of two major releases that Claude has released over the last few weeks. The first one is Claw Code Remote Control, where you're able to use Claude Code from your mobile app. And now they've released Claw Co-work Dispatch, where you're able to do the same thing with Claw Co-work. Cloud code is for developers and people who are familiar with and feel comfortable working with code and commands in the CLI. Claw co-work is for people who like a typical graphical user interface where there are buttons to click on labels and it's just plain text easy to use tell claw what to do. And in this video I'm going to show you how you can build and run your entire business from your smartphone with Claw Dispatch. But just in case you don't know me, my name is Corey Mlan and I create content for solarreneurs who want to use AI to grow their business. One thing that I'm aiming to do myself and help other people do as well is to use AI less by using it best. And that means that we have to create systems. One of the reasons this update is so huge is because if you're a soloreneur who's still working their day job, by the time you get home at 5, you've used a lot of your creative energy, your ideas throughout the day to do your day job. So, you get home, you have to eat, you have to decompress, shower, get comfortable. And so, it may be around 700 p. m. before you sit down at your desk to start doing work. In the first hour after sitting down, you might be thinking, should I research my product first or my competitors or should I work on my landing page? And before you know it, it's now 8:00 p. m. and you still haven't actually done anything. And so, you decide to reexplain all of your business context to Claw. And you tell Claude your whole business story again. And now Claw's trying to get you on the right page. And before you know it, it's 1000 p. m. and all you've done is converse with Claw back and forth, but you still haven't completed any tasks that move the needle forward in a meaningful way for your business. If you don't know this already, reexplaining your business content to ChatGpt, Claude, or Gemini is one of the most timesensive activities that you could perform. And I never have to explain my business context to Claw ever again because it knows everything. And when Claw knows everything about your business, it's much more capable of helping you figure out what you need to be working on next. And so now I'm going to give you a very simple demo of using Claw Dispatch to launch a product overnight and start making money in your business if you're stuck. And we're going to do it in five simple steps. We're going to research, build, write, create, and launch. His greatest claw dispatch is if you want to get the most value out of this feature, then there are several things you need to do before you actually turn your laptop on. And the first one is you need to use Brian Tracy's method of putting together your to-do list the night before. You need to have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve, what you need to achieve before you go to bed. That way, while you're sleeping, your brain can be working on the solutions, and when you wake up, you'll have a much clearer prospect of what lays out in front of you. and how to actually get those tasks accomplished. The next thing you want to do is you want to take that list that you create either with or without AI and you want to ask Claw Co-work to turn it into an implementation plan. Now, once you ask Claw to turn it into an implementation plan, this is going to be a full list of step-by-step sequences that Claw Co-work is going to be prepared to walk through in order to actually achieve everything that you've set out for to do for that day. Sometimes it might be 10, 12, or even 15 or more tasks. And Claw Co-work is more than capable of releasing single or multiple agents to actually get each of those tasks completed in the order that you ordered to do so. And if you really want to be productive and get ahead of people, then you're going to go ahead and take the implementation plan and instead of sleeping on it, execute it that night while you sleep and then get up earlier than you're accustomed to and look at the final result and see what needs to be done next. Do things need to be changed, etc. Quickly create a new implementation plan and then set that one in motion and go to work. And while you're at work, all you have to do is pull your phone out briefly for a few seconds to copy and paste a new instruction or to make sure Claude is still working to keep things going. And you can execute any workflow that you have set up that needs to be done for that day. And by the time you get home that night, you can have as much work done for your own business as you have for your day job if you do this right. So instead of you getting home and then saying, "Let me sit down and build this product," you'll just be launching the product because it'll already be built. Now, in order for you to have access to claw code remote control or claw co-work dispatch, you have to have a pro or a max account, you also have to download the desktop app for your Mac. And once

you do so, you just click on dispatch in the top left corner. Another thing that I'm noticing is that you can have different sessions of claw co-work. But as it is right now on the day that it launched, it seems that everything continues to be in the same individual thread no matter how many sessions you have, one after the other. Make sure you turn on keep awake when enabled. This is important because while you're at work, while you're out grocery shopping or running errands, if your computer goes to sleep, then Claude can't work. So, this is going to make sure your computer doesn't go to sleep. Allow all browser actions. This is going to allow Claw to browse the internet and get work done while you're out and about. Once you go into Claw Co-work and you click on dispatch, you're going to pair it with your mobile device. And once you've paired it, anything you say here is automatically going to trigger a session on your Mac. Here are my five dispatch prompts for this overnight launch method. And what we're going to do is basically we're going to take these five prompts and we're going to tell Claude to convert this into the implementation plan that we discussed earlier. And remember, you can execute this before you go to sleep. Get up earlier, look at your work before you go and create a second implementation plan. Or this might just be the one that you launch before you walk out the door. Convert this into an implementation plan that does not skip any steps and executes everything autonomously with no feedback from the user. The user will look at your finished work once it's done after several minutes or several hours and then they will give feedback. Make sure you don't skip any steps and make sure you're as thorough as possible to get all of this work done. And then we're going to send this message over. And then Claude is going to turn this into a fullscale implementation plan that all we have to do is copy and paste to get a lot of work done. While Claude is creating an implementation plan, let me show you something that's going to make your life so much easier using Claw Co-work and Claw Dispatch. And that's simply to create a single folder titled co-work. And with Claw Co-work Dispatch, it's going to be able to access all of the folders and files that are inside of this particular folder. The first thing we're going to do is start a new task inside of co-work. And then we want to choose the folder that we're going to work in. And so you can choose a different folder or let's just say we choose co-work because we want claw to have access to everything that we're working on so that it doesn't make any mistakes or if it needs anything while we're away or we're working, it doesn't have to come ask us for permissions or it's like I don't have access to that. So the first thing you want to do is you want to open up claude on your mobile device and then tap on the hamburger in the top lefthand corner. Tap dispatch. And now we want to paste in our implementation plan and then send the message over. And if we switch over to our desktop app, you can see the little thinking icon. And you can see that Claude has already started. And so Claw asked for some clarifying information about whether this is a video or to actually spin it up. We're going to say execute the plan. And now Claude on desktop is executing the plan. And the truth is with Claw Co-work, it's probably not going to take an 8 hour shift to get this done. It's probably going to take a couple minutes, maybe 15 to 30 minutes at the most. But come back and check it in about an hour, and you can start another task after that's done. And while you're at your day job, you can be using Claw to replace that day job by building your business for you because you planned out the work ahead of time and just passed it off to Claw Dispatch. And even though this video focused on a business example, this works for anything. This update essentially unties you from your desk so that you can use AI on the go, not just to ask questions and chat, but to actually get real work done.
