Hi welcome today training video My name is UK and Today we are going talk about how to Come as confident during an interview you know in Asian cultures We normally are very modest people and whenever We ask this question So do you know how to perform this task and we usually Say yes I know how to do it a little bit now that isn't going to score you a lot of points during interview what you want to do is to front what you know so when you ask Can you perform this task come up confident and say yes I can and I can do it very well now what the First thing you do when you enter interview room you g to extend your hand and give a firm handshake right now everyone knows how what the firm handshake Is We g to Grip The Interview hand and Shake One Two and you let go now Here's a very small tip that Nobody talks about is not about the firmness of handshake but the warmth of your hand now how would it feel like if you shake a person's hand which is Cold you definitely know that the other person is probably nervous or is not feeling very well So what is this tip you got to warm your hands How do you warm your hands first you can ask for warm drink from the reception number two you can go to the washroom and use a hand dryer and the third way Which is the least appropriate and not recommended at all is to put your hands under your arm pits now this doesn't look very glamorous or confident does it neither Is it okay to put it in your pants right definitely no a warm drink or the toilet hand dryer now What if during the course of the interview you have exposed some of your weaknesses and The Interview says so your weakness is this and this What do you do don't fluster main thing sit straight Remain confident Stay Calm smile and says Yes I do recognize that These Are My weaknesses And I'm currently working on it by attending caes or taking up additional help coaching example and finally the last point How do you appear confident you have to appear confident from the start to the end of the entire interview So when you Enter The Interview room instead of putting a mindset I'm here for interview put into your mind here interview rest this put in interview room as manager in of a job seeker sit confident and The Interview This is Thank you for today training m
