hi this is Jensen and welcome again today's topic is on body language you are how you stand just imagine this if I were to stand like this or like this are you going to watch me again or continue watching for the next 45 seconds or so probably not therefore I going to stand like this and put on the smile because that in this way I would exert the confidence the motivation and the hope that you could feel just by watching me so how can you ensure that your body language speaks the right thing we're talking about posture today your posture has two influences number one your posture creates impression if you were to walk into the interview room on stage or in front of the camera like this therefore you're not going to create a good impression so you got to do it right number two is your posture will affect and changes your mental state do you know that you cannot hold a smile for more than a few minutes and yet still feel sad you can't try it because your mind and your body forms one system your brain and your body is so wired out that whatever you're doing to your body you're going to affect a mental state similarly what it holds in your mind you're going to affect your posture as well so you got to adopt the correct posture three things that you can do number one is you stand upright so ensure that your shoulders your entire body your entire spine is all upright you can even imagine there something pulling you at the top of your head so that you stand really upright two your hands must be in a new neutral position doesn't mean like this or like this the neutral position means it could be by your side or right in front of you at waist level and you can use your hand gestures lastly the single thing that you can do to bring yourself closer to the audience in the front of the camera is too small thank you this Jon
