The Part Of My Job I Wasn’t Ready For

Nobody's a good manager. A funny story, I hired Kika, then she quit after a week. So, — good hire. And that was not because of her, but because of me. Maybe some people are good manager like when they get into the job, but I was the worst manager you can imagine because there was a girl that I hired that literally after a week of working with me decided, "No way. I'm not going to work with you. " I was shocked. I was like, "I give you money. I give you tasks. You work. " He's like, "Well, what's up with this? " She's like, "Why don't you want to continue working? " So, I continued full-time job a little bit more. I reached back out to Kika. After reading a few books on management, I reached out and said, "Hey, you know what? It's not you. It was me. " I was too aggressive because I thought that if I tell to somebody, design a template for wine, then I'm going to let her go for a week. I'm going to come back and that everything is going to be perfect. And it's not because I hired somebody straight out of college to go ahead and do the work that I myself know, but they don't know how to do it. Somebody quit the job after a week working with me. And right now we have 65 people.
