You were either felicular or you were ludial. And day one means you are felicular. Thank you. Ovaries. Uterus bleed. Ovaries get baby making eggs ready. So day five passes. Hopefully you're done bleeding and you get one week to be normal during the uterine proliferative phase. This just means the uterus wants to get thicker again cuz it just lost all its thickness. Understand? Then day 14, ovulation. Something gory happens. What do you think this is? The male cycle? The baby making egg literally explodes out of the ovary, somehow makes its way into the uterus, and it leaves a scar that secretes hormones that start the next phase of the cycle. This is crazy, bro. Day 15. Wo wo. Day 15 happens and the ovaries have had enough. Switch. Now we're ludal. No longer are we felicular. This means the body is searching and hoping and trying to get this egg to plant and have a baby. And on day 15, the uterus also enters its next phase called the secrettory phase. That scar we talked about now fades away and the uterus gets nice thick and juicy. Yeah, I'm sorry. That was kind of gross. But anyway, eventually it rage quits at the end of it and then it starts over from day one. What do I do with this information? How is it even helpful at all? Here's the partner guide.
