Hey, it's Rashid from the coaching institute and we're having this conversation because the chances are you've already connected with us. We've been together maybe in a free training, a webinar of some sort. Maybe you've completed a quiz or in some way, shape or form you have connected with us with one of our coaches here at the coaching institute. So, I was curious if you are someone who's still thinking about what would it be like to be a professional coach? What would be your next step? what could the journey look like? And so I wanted to take a moment and come around share with you what is the journey of every single professional coach like when they become part of Australasia's largest coaching school. See we've been around for almost 22 years. We've had the privilege of educating over 150,000 people and we've been in over 101 countries. So, I want to share with you what is it that we do and how do we do it? Because we're not your typical coach who's running a training program out of a garage or a bedroom or a hide office. We're actually a proper institution uh here in Melbourne, Australia. So, right now I am standing in what we call the Emerald City room. And this room is our virtual space where a trainer like me from the school and we've got a whole faculty of trainers and mentors and professional coaches that are there to support you in your education. A trainer like me will normally stand here and have all these wonderful screens in front of us where when you tune in from your home uh and 100 plus other coaches every single time we have 100 to 200 people in our trainings. When you tune in, we are here with you live from this wonderful studio. Of course, this training room is also used to do live trainings when people come in. Uh there's a bit of a wall of photos here to my left where we uh gather the memories of everybody who comes along here. There's so many awesome things that happen in this school because one of the pillars based on which this institute is built is the pillar of community and belonging and a sense of authenticity. So if you want to be part of something where you can have not just support but you can be around some phenomenal highquality people that can help you raise yourself in life then it's a phenomenal place to be here. Now in this moment I'm entering what we call the matrix room and it's a wonderful space for live training. See, one of the things you're going to have experience of as a student here, uh, a professional college in the making is you will have the opportunity if you like to do some of your education in person as well. All of our education's available hybrid or virtually as well. But many coaches because of the nature of the work that you do as a coach. See, one of the things we do is we learn how to work with people on emotions. So you might want to know how to actually coach someone in a way that you can hold physical space for them. How can you be with them emotionally? And those kind of conversations happen best in a room like this. So this is a wonderful space where we get coaches come in and do their trainings together. And then of course the TV in the background that also has people who are tuning in virtually. So we've got students and professional coaches in over 101 countries. Uh and what I love is that our entire faculty is made out of students who have graduated from the school here. So they're carrying on the torch, passing on their learnings, passing on their legacy of what the school has been and the education which is all evidence and research based. Uh one of the things we love to do is support and collaborate with research organizations such as Institute of Coaching at the Harvard University. So, there are so many ways and so many epic things about this school that I could continue sharing with you. And there's a whole team of professional coaches. There is a in-person in-house team behind me. I don't know if they've kind of been moving or not, but there's a whole office in the back which is a student support team that is available to support you through your education. One of the things that is very common is that when you're transitioning out of a career, maybe you've got a job, maybe you're a mom, a dad, maybe you've got a business and you're thinking about how do I transition out of where I am to becoming a successful coach. One of the things you need when you're in that journey is a lot of support and collaboration.
