How To Use ChatGPT Atlas To Start a One Person Business (New AI Browser)

So, OpenAI just released their new AI browser called Chat GPT Atlas, and this thing is a complete gamecher if you're looking to start a one-person business. In fact, this thing is so insane, it almost feels like cheating. And in this video, I'll show you exactly what Chat GPT Atlas is, how to use it, and how you could potentially start a one-person business with it. All right, so this is Chat GPT Atlas. And at first glance, it looks like any other browser. But because it's built with Chat GPT from the ground up, it's so much more powerful than that. So, first of all, if you click on the left here, this left sidebar, this shows you all of your most recent chats with chat GBT. Now, right here, anytime you open a new tab, you're going to notice this box right here. Now, this serves a few different purposes. So, you can put in any URL that you want right here. Click on enter and it will of course bring you directly to that website. However, this is also like a superpowered search. So if I search in here for something like what are the most popular foods in America and click on submit, you'll notice that you get an answer here from chatgbt like same as if you were on chatgbd. com and just asking it or a question or putting in a prompt. But in addition to that, you also have these tabs up here. So the second one here is called search. These are search results from Google. The next one are image results. So you can see same thing. If you search on Google for the most popular foods in America, these same images would pop up. Videos and news as well. So with one search bar, you are combining both chatbt and Google search and all the results you would get with both of them. It's really cool and a lot more efficient than just using one or the other. I've pretty much used AI to replace Google for me, but there's a lot of times where I just want to get to the actual results, like the actual Google results. I know exactly what website I want to go to. And now this combined just makes that so much more efficient. Now, another cool feature is if you come back to a new tab, you'll notice, of course, the chat box comes up again and you have all these suggested prompts underneath it. And what's great about this is that just like with real like the regular chat GBT atlas actually has a memory feature built in. It is going to learn from you as you continue to use it. And the more you use it, the more personalized it is going to get to you. So these prompts that show up are going to be really tailored to you after a few weeks of using this. Another great example of this is let's say I type in here, what was that website I was looking at recently that taught you how to drop ship on eBay? and it's actually going to be able to go through my history and see what pages I have looked at as well as my search history to really pinpoint exactly what I'm talking about. And here it accurately identified that this was the website I was looking at. And check out that animation that was just so smooth, so cool. Anytime you click on one of those, it just brings it up nicely on the left. You can then look at the website that you visited again. And then if you want to close it and go back to chat GBT, you can just click right here. Now, as you are surfing the web, anytime you're on any page, like this one right here, you can access Chat GBT by clicking on the right here where it says ask ChatGBT, it will bring up this sidebar, and it'll give you some suggested questions or prompts right here. Or you can just say, "Summarize this for me. " And of course, it will provide a summary. But you could also have it quiz you on anything on this page. If you want to learn about this really in-depth, you can have it actually help you learn about whatever article or whatever website you are on. So, all of that is super cool. But without a doubt, what I think the most powerful feature about Atlas is their agent mode. It actually enables Chat GBT to access and move around the web as if it were you, a real person, which means that you can assign it tasks. It can then execute those tasks while you're off doing other work or maybe just enjoying your life. and it can work in the background. And that I think is really what enables this to be able to help you run a oneperson business. Okay, so now let's get into some examples about how you could potentially use this to start a oneperson business. But just to be clear, Atlas is just a tool. There's no guarantee you'll build a successful business just because you have access to it. But let's dive into the use cases and I'll show you what I'm looking at. All right. So, I think one of the most obvious ways to use Atlas is to help you with research. So, for this example, I'm going to show you how I use it to help me do research for my YouTube channel. Now, you can either use this method to create content yourself or any sort of research you need for your own business, or you can offer this as a service to other businesses or other content creators who need help with research. So, of course, when you come over to Atlas and you open up a new tab, you can just use this as regular chat GBT. So, I can say to it, research the top 20 YouTube videos about AI productivity

from the past week and let me know the main topic of them, what makes them successful, and identify any topics that are not being covered that I can make content about. But, of course, this is no different from just using Chat GPT on the browser that you already have or inside of the app. So, what really sets Atlas apart is this right here. It's called agent mode. So, I'm going to go ahead and activate this. And this will actually allow Atlas to move around the web as if it were a real person, me actually doing this research. So, I'm going to give it the same exact prompt, but I'm also going to add create a table in a Google doc that summarizes all of the information that you find. And then I'll click on submit. Now, the first time you use agent mode, it's going to warn you that agent mode does introduce some risks and it's going to ask you if you want to use chat GPT logged in or logged out. The difference is that if you use logged in, it's going to allow chat GPT to really work a lot more deeply and a lot more automated than if you were using the logged out version of this. So, for purposes of this to really demonstrate how well it works, I'm going to use logged in. So, I'll click start logged in. So now you can see chatgbt actually working in your browser. This isn't a cloud browser that you're viewing. This is actually your browser that it's navigating through and has this really cool sparkly animation to let you know that this is chat GBT agent that is working for you. You can also see right here this pointer. This is showing you what it's doing in real time. So there's no question about the transparency. You can see exactly what it's doing. Now, contrast that with the original prompt that I sent just a regular chat GPT. It gave me results. You can see all the results right here. However, this is going to be so much better because it's acting like a real human searching through. And you can see it doing that. Now, while this is working, I can go ahead and open up a new tab, work on something else for my business, and let this run in the background automatically for me, saving me a ton of time. So now we can see it's opened up a Google doc. It's filling it with all the information. Actually up right now it's currently giving it a new title up here on the top left. Again, all this is being done automatically. In fact, if I open up my Google Drive, let's go ahead and go to drive. google. com and go ahead and open up this new document that they're working on. I can see exactly what chat GPD is doing. I don't know if it's finished yet, but this is a really nice, clean looking first draft. Let's return back and see if it's actually done. Okay, so it's been a little bit of time and it hasn't updated anything in quite a little bit of time. I think it's gotten a bit stuck. This is the first uh iteration of Atlas. So maybe there's a couple bugs have to be worked out because to me it looks like this document is finished and it's been finished for a while, but it just never told me in the chat that it is in fact finished. But here we can see the final report. This is beautiful. Like this is something that if I hired someone to do research for me, this is what I would expect. A full report like this with a nice introduction explaining what they did. Here's a summary of all 20 of those videos, including not only the titles, when they were posted, why or what was covered, and the reasons they worked, but also potential content gaps. Then down here at the bottom, we have a full summary of new opportunities for new content to make. So super powerful. And now I can run this every single day because I do research for my channel every day. I'm diving in looking at popular videos. And now I no longer have to do that because Atlas can do all that work for me and write up an entire summary like this while I'm doing other work. Okay. So for a similar example, let's say you want to run a social media management company. So, come over to Atlas, open a new tab, click on agent mode again, and let's say there's a company that runs a local gym or they want to have some sort of fitness influence on Instagram. Well, you can tell Atlas to go to Instagram, analyze five fitness accounts between 10,000 and 100,000 followers. And for each, just basically give a breakdown of which posts get the most engagement, what time they post, what hashtags they use, what makes their captions effective. And I say I'm looking for patterns. And this time I'm going to have it create a Google sheet that summarizes all of this info. So here we can see it is started to work. And on the right here it will keep you updated on what's going on. If there's any problems it will let you know about them. Also right here it'll tell you what tabs it has open. So right now it has Instagram open and a specific influencers account open. Now, at any time, you can come into the chat and tell it to do things differently or make any changes. Or you can totally stop it. You can click right here where it says stop and stop the agent from working. Or

you can take control. In fact, that's what I'm going to do right now because it's actually told me that in order to analyze the accounts, it needs to actually be logged into Instagram. So, what I'll do is click on take control and then I will log into my account myself manually. And then when I'm done, I can go ahead and tell it to resume and it can pick up where it left off. All right, so it looks like Atlas is now finished. You can see on the right everything that it did. And it says down here that it created the Google sheet for me. So it's all done. And here it is right here. This is all of the information that I asked for neatly organized inside of this Google sheet. Exactly what I wanted. And so now I can use this information to grow my own Instagram account or again I could do this for small business owners or as a service on websites like Fiverr. So as a business owner, one thing you're going to discover if you haven't already is that time is money and doing mundane tasks like answering emails can feel very tedious and distract you from doing the real work that you actually want to be doing to grow your business. So, I love how Chat GPT Atlas is so integrated with my different productivity systems like Gmail, which enables me to automate a ton of tasks. So, check this out. So, here inside Gmail, the Atlas browser can do some really cool stuff to help you manage your inbox. So, let's say you're replying to an email. I have this email here from a customer saying that they're on ebay. com and they don't know how to register for a new account. So, all I have to do is click on reply. I can draft out a reply saying something like, "Figure it out yourself. " And notice that that's not very professional, right? So, what I'll do is highlight that. I will then click on this chat GPT icon that pops up and I'll describe what changes I want to make. So, I'll say make this more professional and help him. And I'll click on submit. And now, what it's doing is it's not only looking at my reply, but it's looking at the full context of the conversation. It's actually able to see what the original message is from the other person and is able to answer that directly. So, I'll click on update and you see this is a fully detailed explanation about how to go to ebay. com and actually create a new account and it looks very professional. You could probably hack this a little bit more like if I delete all of this and just type in one letter and then click on the chat GPT icon and I could just say answer him. And here has pretty much given me the same exact response with zero input from me. So really cool. Another way you can achieve the same thing if you wanted to click on the right where it says ask chat GBT and say draft a reply and you can get your answer in here as well. Okay, but again we have agent mode. So let's go ahead and take advantage of that. So I'm going to go ahead and activate agent mode and I'm going to tell it go to my Gmail inbox. look at all the emails in the inbox and draft a suggested reply for all of them. So there we just saw it actually click on the email to open it up. And there it just drafted a whole reply for it, but it didn't actually send it cuz I didn't tell it to send it. Here's opening up the next message. Obviously this is one that it doesn't need to reply to. So I'm going to see if it's able to recognize that. Okay, it did draft a reply to that. So, I could have been more specific and maybe told it, hey, if it doesn't need a reply, don't draft one. And then finally, it's going to open up this third email right there. And it drafted a message there as well. I mean, how cool is that? So, now I can return back to Gmail. And you see each of these now has a draft. So, if I go ahead and open it up, I can just review this draft, make sure it's the way that I like, and make any changes to it if I need to, and then click on send. I mean, how much time is that going to save you? so much, especially if you give it specific instructions about how you want it to answer specific kind of emails. That is so cool. So, Chat GPD Atlas really is next level and there's no doubt to me that AI browsers are the future and they could save you a tremendous amount of time if you're looking to start your own business. Now, of course, I have to warn you here that all of these AI browsers do carry certain risks. you are letting a third-party tool remotely watch everything you're doing on your browser and there could potentially be some security risk with that. So, just keep that in mind and make a decision for yourself whether you want to use something like this.
