I Tried 4 FREE Apps That Pay You To Watch Videos (My Results Revealed)

So, you may have seen these videos on YouTube or Tik Tok claiming that you can get paid up to $100 per day just for watching videos online. Now, this sounded way too good to be true. So, I decided to put it to the test. I downloaded four of the most popular free apps that claim to pay you just to watch videos. I tested them all and was surprised that some of them actually sort of worked, but not all of them. So, here in this video, I'm going to break down all of my results for you. The first app that I tried was one that I saw mentioned in a lot of these YouTube videos. It's freecashe. com. This is it right here. And taking a look at their website, you can see that they primarily say they pay you to test apps, games, and surveys, but you can get paid according to their website just for starting a trial of Netflix. There's also videos talking about how you can get paid to watch videos directly on freecashe. com. You can see the average user here they claim makes $38 uh yesterday. The average user made $38 yesterday and over $50 million has been paid out by the website so far. So, this one seemed very, very promising. Now, this is my account right here. I've already set one up. I started to use it. You can see up here on the top right that I already have over a $10 balance here. Clicking on this, you can see that once I hit a $25 threshold, I'll be able to redeem this. And there's lots of ways you can redeem this money. You can use Revolt and you actually get a bonus for doing that. You can cash out with PayPal. Google Pay. We also have Amazon gift card, Apple gift card, Visa, Bank Transfer. So, there are a lot of choices here on how you can get paid out. However, here's the catch. When I first logged into FreeCash, I actually didn't see any offers to watch videos for money. What I did see though was an offer to download a game and test it out and I would get paid $10 for that. So, I wanted to try it. I went ahead and downloaded it on my phone using the website. And sure enough, as you saw up here, that is how I got the $10 into my account. So, that definitely does appear to work. Going forward though, I wanted to see if I can make money watching videos. So, I came back here to the dashboard and still here on the dashboard, I haven't seen any offers to watch videos for cash. So, I started playing around. I started doing some of these surveys hoping that would unlock some videos that I can watch. But to date, after trying this so many times, I have never seen a single offer to get paid to watch videos. So, it seems like this website, maybe it changed, but as of right now, seems like all they want you to do is play games and take surveys to make money, but no videos. So, next up, I tried this Chrome extension called Swash. And I was really excited for this one because there were a lot of YouTubers who claimed that you can get paid up to $120 just for watching YouTube videos with this Chrome extension added. So, obviously, I really wanted to try this one out. Now to download this you can just come to swashapp. io or just search on Google for swash app chrome extension. You can click on this. That will then bring you to the Chrome store where you can then add it with the blue button that's right here. I already have it added here. Now according to their website, if you look down here, you can get paid and redeem for gift cards, cash, and crypto. And the way you actually earn points is just by surfing the web. Now, all that sounded great, but it didn't sound super specific to me. So, I dug into the settings and I saw that you actually get paid out in swash, which is a cryptocurrency, their cryptocurrency. And then you can change that to Bitcoin or cash or whatever else you want to change it into. And also in the settings, you can see that you actually earn money by turning these things on. So, you can turn on ads, which is the primary way to do it. And with that on, the Chrome extension will then add uh put ads on different websites for you and on any new tab that you open up. And that is primarily how you make money with this. So, I did that. I turned everything on and I've been surfing just using this browser for the past 4 days. Anytime I watch YouTube videos, anytime I do anything, I do it on this browser with this Chrome extension added. And as you see, these are the results. absolutely nothing. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here. I've dug into the settings. I've gone through their FAQ, but I have a Z swash balance. I've earned nothing with this app. So, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think that I am. I've checked my settings so many times. And what's even worse is that I read that you need even if you earn some swash with this, you need to keep this installed for 30 days before you can even withdraw it. And from what I've seen, it collects a crazy amount of data on you. Search history, social media

actions, browser activity, even audio. So, for me, this is a hard pass. I'm giving up on this. It just doesn't seem like it's working. And it's definitely not a way to earn $120 just for watching YouTube videos. However, Swash reminded me of something that I've already been using for about a year now and kind of forgot about. If you download Brave browser, which is like an alternative to Google Chrome or Safari, it's just another web browser. You can earn crypto just for using their browser and surfing the web. So, actually everything I've shown you in this video, all the websites that I've looked at, I'm doing this on Brave browser. That is what I'm using so I can earn some of this crypto. I don't use it for everything, but I do use it for a lot of things. And if we click up here, you can see that I do have Brave Rewards turned on. Now, admittedly, I haven't looked at this in probably close to a year. So, I don't know how much I've actually earned from this. So, I'm going to log in and actually take a look at how much I've earned in the past year just by using Brave browser. All right. So, these are my payouts. As you see, I'm getting paid out every single month. We have May 1st, April 1st, March 7th, February 4th. So, about every month. And you can get you can see I'm getting paid out like 20 cents, 10 cents, 11 cents, 15 cents, 7 cents, 11 cents. So in the past year, it looks like I've made about 60 cents from this. So not a whole lot, but 60 cents just completely passively. And it also depends on the current price of their cryptocurrency, which is BAT, BAT. If BAT goes down, it's going to be worth even less. So, you know, I've been running this for close to a year. I honestly don't think it's worth it. I think I'm just going to go back to Google Chrome because for 60s, hey, that's not very much at all. All right, so this next one I want to talk about is one that you're supposed to be able to earn up to $2. 20 per video, which sounds a lot more realistic to me than the $120 that other people were promising with some of the other methods that we've already looked at. So, this is a site right here. It's called Jumptask. And right when you log in, you'll notice that there is a whole section here devoted to making money watching videos. Here is it right here. So, finally, we have found a website where you can actually see that they are advertising even when you log in that you can earn money just by watching videos. So, very excited for this. I really wanted to try this out and wanted to see how well this does. So, let me show you how this works. Let's go ahead and click on one of these. And this will give us the instructions. So, it says you have to click start down below. You then have to go over to YouTube and search for security cameras. You then have to click on a specific video. So, if I click on this, this will show me the thumbnail of the video I have to click on. There it is right there. And then further down it says you have to watch the full video at onex speed. Um and then return back here there's a special hashtag you have to enter and then you go ahead and click submit. And for that you will earn one penny. That is it. And guys this is mad sketchy. It is definitely a violation of YouTube's rules. What this website is trying to do is get fake views. Right? These aren't people who are actually trying to watch these videos, uh, that are genuinely interested. The people that are watching these videos just want to earn their one penny. That is definitely against YouTube's rules. As a content creator myself, I'm not going to mess with that. I don't like that when other people do that on YouTube. Um, and for one penny, it is definitely not worth it. All right, so looking at the results of this experiment, the only two that kind of worked for me were Brave Rewards. Although for the amount you make even that is just not worth it. Um and that's why I said I'm going back to using Google Chrome for that. And the other one that sort of worked was which one was it? Earn app free cash I should say. Right. We did make some money with that but not any money actually watching videos. Um regardless it's pretty clear that you're not going to make any serious amount of money with any of these get paid to watch videos apps. your time would be much better spent building a real online business.
