Do THIS Instead Of Watching Endless Tutorials (Start Dropshipping FAST)

So, I'm about to show you the biggest mistake that I see people making when they try to start drop shipping. And I promise you, it's not what you think. Most people spend months watching tutorial after tutorial, joining Facebook groups, consuming endless content, and they never actually start selling anything themselves. And look, I get it. I make a ton of tutorials here on my YouTube channel. But today, I'm going to show you how to break out of that cycle and how to start a drop shipping store from scratch today. Now, of course, I can't promise you any success with anything I'm going to show you in this video. Starting an online business is always difficult, and even if you have all the right information and all the right tools, there's no guarantee of success. A lot of the success depends on whether you actually take action and get started, which is what this video is all about. So, let's jump right into it. Let's start by talking about why most people fail at drop shipping before they even get started. And it all comes down to what I call tutorial doom scrolling. You basically watch one video, then another one, then another one. You join some Facebook groups. You're bookmarking everything. You take notes, but you never actually do anything. And look, I get it because I was the exact same way when I first started this. I jumped from one idea to another idea. And you know what happened? I wasn't successful with any of them because I never stuck with one long enough to actually figure out how it works. But then I started doing something called eBay drop shipping and it changed everything. So let me show you quickly what this looks like. So I'm here on eBay. com and I wanted to show you this product that another seller is selling here. You see it's this bookshelf right here. Take a look at it what it looks like. You see it's being sold for almost $60 and there's already been 49 of them that have sold. Now, if you were to buy this item, like if I were to click this button right here that says buy it now, add it to my cart and actually purchase it, all this seller is going to do is then turn around and buy the exact same item for less money from walmart. com. And during the checkout process, they're going to enter in my shipping address so it gets shipped directly to me. In a nutshell, this is what eBay drop shipping is. We are grabbing items from other retail websites like walmart. com, listing them up for sale on eBay. com for more money and then selling them and having Walmart actually ship directly to the customer. Now, this isn't the only way to start drop shipping, but it is a way and I stuck with it and that's why I was able to be successful. That I think is really the key here. If you want to be successful with drop shipping, you need to pick one proven system and you need to stick with that system. No jumping around, no shiny object syndrome. Pick one and stick with it. And let's face it, there are already people out there who have been successful with this. The key is you want to follow one of those people and replicate what they're doing. Now, I don't care if you follow me or someone else. Personally, I know what my track record is. I know the track record of my students, but it's really up to you. And the point is, you just want to follow someone. Now, if you do want to learn how I do this and you want to learn my system, then I'm about to show you what I think is the easiest way to get set up for beginners. Okay, let's keep this simple. We are going to start at the beginning and move through this step by step. Don't deviate from what I'm going to show you. I've taught hundreds of people how to set up eBay accounts, eBay drop shipping stores. Follow what I'm going to show you step by step. So, step number one is you want to get your eBay account set up. This is going to take like 30 minutes max. Don't spend weeks researching like the best name for your eBay store. Just do this. So, come on over to ebay. com and click on the top left here where it says register. Now, there are two different accounts that you can set up here. A personal or a business account. Go ahead and select a business account if that's available to you. Don't ask questions. Don't ask me why. It's better. Just trust me. It is better to have a business account. So, go ahead and select that one. Go ahead and enter in all your details and click on create business account. Now, luckily, eBay from this point forward, it's very straightforward. They're going to walk you through everything that you need, tell you exactly what information to put in there, and you just want to give them all that information. Honestly, don't get caught up on any of the steps. If you're not sure, just do your best answering them. It's a very straightforward process. At some point, they're going to ask you what your eBay store should be called. Keep it simple. Don't over complicate it. Ask chat GPT if you want for a good name for your store and just throw it in there. Don't spend hours agonizing over the best name for your business. And then once you get through the initial setup process, don't do anything else. There's a lot of settings you can change on eBay, but quite frankly, most of them don't matter. I'm going to show you the important things that you need to concentrate on. Next, we're going to find some products to sell. Now, this is where people can get really, really stuck. First, a lot of people try to obsess over the best product research tool to use and then even when they find a tool, they second guess that tool.

They second guess the products that they're listing. Don't do that. This right here is the only tool that you need. It's called Zeke Analytics. Are there other ones out there? Sure. But myself, all the top sellers I know, they use this tool. Now, I don't own this company. I don't work for them. And while I am an affiliate for them, I don't own them. But I genuinely think they are the best. So, the first thing you want to do is sign up for this software. Now, once you sign up, your dashboard is going to look similar to this. Now, what makes Zeke perfect for my system and the system I'm going to show you today is that we are not reinventing the wheel here. We're not going to guess what products are going to sell well. Instead, Zeke is actually going to tell us, it's going to give us the data and actually reveal to us which products are already selling successfully, and those are the type of products that you're going to sell yourself. So, for instance, I've logged into Zeke Analytics right here, and one of the first things they do is right here on the dashboard, they tell you some trending products that are already hot and popular right now. So, we can see that these vegetable juices, for whatever reason, are extremely profitable. A lot of them have sold in the past 30 days. In fact, 28 days, which means that this is selling about once a month. So, I can go ahead and try to find some similar What is this? Vegetable juice. And sell it myself. What else do we have here? A deflector shield. I don't even know what this thing is. And what you're going to notice is that you're going to end up selling a lot of different products that you don't even know what they are. And that's fine. A mistake that I see a lot of new drop shippers make is that they try to pick a store where they only sell one type of product in that store. That's not the way you want to do it on eBay. You want to sell anything and everything. So, you better believe I'm going to sell whatever this thing is because every time someone sells it, they're making about a $27 profit. So, you see here, it just gives you these winning products, a ton of them right here. But by far my favorite way to do product research here on Zika Analytics is by jumping into the trending drop shippers section right here. This section right here reveals to us other people on eBay who are already drop shipping successfully and then we can see what products are selling and we can sell similar ones. It's that simple. So, for instance, this seller right here is doing over $21,000 a month in sales. This one is doing $29,000 one's doing $31,000 a month in sales. So, we're going to pick one of these stores. I'm going to click on this button right here that says analyze competitor. And that will actually reveal to us all the products that they're selling. So, here are the results from the scan. You can see right here that this person has done over $34,000 in sales in the past month alone. Now, there's a lot of other data up here, but quite frankly, all I care about is down here, which are all of the products that are actually being sold. So, what Zeke does for you automatically is it will put the most popular product in the store right at the top for you. So, you don't have to search around. It is giving you the most popular products right here at the top. So, we can see the top product in this store is this 24Q plastic heavyduty milk crate that is black. You can see what the image is like right here. But what I really love is this information here on the right. It tells you how many times this item's sold in the past week, the past two weeks, and in the past 30 days. This is amazing information because this tells us that not only is this product popular in the past week, but it's been popular over the past 30 days as well. That tells us that this is a product that is continuing to sell week after week. If we saw that a product maybe sold a lot 30 days ago but hasn't been selling in the past week a lot, that is not a good sign because that means that it is a product that people are no longer interested in. But this is showing us that this is a product that is continuing to sell. In fact, all the ones at the top here are good products that are continuing to sell. So now what you can do is you can try to find a similar product on your supplers's website and you can use whatever supplier that you want. So in this case, we see that this milk crate is selling really well. So I just went over to Walmart and I searched for 24Q milk crate and we see a lot of different results here. So how do we narrow this down? How do we know which one to actually sell ourselves? So the first thing I do is I always look at this listing right here and just try to get an idea of what this product is and the specific specifications about this one in particular. So this one is black. I'm not sure that matters so much, but it's 24Q. It is a one pack. It looks like it's not like a two pack or a threeack. So, all of that information I'm keeping

in mind. So, here, like this is a three-pack and this is a fourack. That's not what we want. But this one is a onepack and it is available in black for just $12. Plus, we'll have to pay for shipping as well, which is okay because that will get added into the cost of the item. This one over here is also $12, but you'll notice that it's not available in black. So, I think that this one is a better option that more closely aligns with the one we saw on Zeke Analytics. So, what I'll do is I'll keep looking now to see if I can find another one that's maybe a good match, but maybe for a little bit cheaper. But coming down here, I'm not seeing that. I'm not seeing anything that is cheaper than $12 here. Keep looking. Nothing. Nothing. I usually just look at the first page of the search results because all of these suppliers are really good at surfacing for us the best products on page one. So, I think this is our winner right here. This one in black. Let's go ahead and open that up. Here it is right here in black. In fact, it's actually a little bit cheaper, the black version as well. So, great sign. This is exactly what I want to sell. So, that's literally all we do. We find products that are popular here on Zeke Analytics. Then we jump over to our supplers's website and try to find something similar that is the best price possible. And the key is really if you find similar products and not the same one, it's hugely beneficial because then you're introducing a new item to the marketplace. And then once you have an item, you can then list it for sale. And I'm going to pause things here. I'm about to show you some really powerful software that we use for drop shipping. This software can list items. If the price changes here on Walmart or any of our suppliers website, it will automatically update on eBay. So, the price will increase or decrease. If the item goes out of stock on our supplers's website, it will go out of stock on eBay. And once someone actually orders it from us on eBay, the software will actually automatically order it from our supplier and have it shipped directly to our customer. All automatically. And the reason I'm pausing here is because even though I tell people about this software and them that I use it and the top drop shippers I know use this software, people still try to come in here and do something new and different. They want to try a different software or they come in here and try to list all these products onto eBay manually and do everything manually. My question is, why would you do that when we have a system that works, that works for me and all the top drop shippers that I know? Don't reinvent the wheel. Just do what works. Now, the setup process is very straightforward. So, it's just going to walk you through it. However, one spot where people get hung up is when it asks you to choose which package you want to sign up for. There is a very cheap package called import. That is not the one that you want. It doesn't have the full automation. you want the next one up, whatever that one's called, go ahead and grab that one because that one will get you started and it has the full automation in there. And then once you actually get signed up, you'll be able to log in and your dashboard will look like this. So, let me show you now how I use this to list products because it is very, very easy. So, what I'll do is I'll come over to the product I want to sell, which is this one right here. Now, all you have to do is copy down the URL for this product. So, I'm going to go ahead and click on copy. That is the only thing I'm going to copy. And then I'll return back here to AutoDS. And I'll click on the top left here where it says add product. And I'll click on single product. Now I'm going to go ahead and paste in that URL right here. And then I'll click on this orange button here that says edit now quick. And notice here what it's done is it's pulled in all of the information from Walmart. So we have the title right here. It will automatically select for us a category. So we don't actually have to manually choose which category we want. It chooses that for us. It will automatically add tags in here as well. So we don't have to add tags. All this stuff is automatically optimizing your listing for eBay. It will also automatically choose the cheapest tracking method. And it will turn these things on down here. This is stock monitoring, price monitoring, and auto orderering, which is exactly what it sounds like. So, if the product goes out of stock on Walmart, it will automatically go out of stock in your eBay account. If the price changes on Walmart, it will get updated in your eBay account. And if someone orders it from you, it will automatically get ordered from Walmart and shipped to your customer for you. So, all that set up and also when you list this product, it will automatically increase the price of it as well. So, here on Walmart, we can

see what the price of this is. It's going to factor in the shipping costs and all your eBay fees and more so you actually make a profit and that's how much it will list it for in your eBay store. We can also see the whole description here. It makes it look nice and clean. If this was available in different variations, which this one actually is. It's available in blue and black and white. You could have it list all the variations. However, I turn that off. I like to just list the one color that we know is doing well, which in this case is black. You can also see all the images in here as well. If you don't like any of them, you can go ahead and delete any of them. You can even change which one is the main image. So, this Maybe I'll set this one as the main image as uh instead. So, all that's done for you automatically. The only thing you have to change in my opinion is the title. This title right here is optimized for Walmart. It is not optimized for eBay. But luckily, they now have AI that can optimize for us. So, I'm just going to click right here where it says optimize title with AI. Under tone, I like to change it to make it sound more sellable. And then for temperature, I choose balanced and then click on AI. Right. So, this is the title it created for us right here. If I'm happy with that, I can just go ahead and click on save. And you can see that title has now been updated in here. And then, assuming you're happy with everything, you can click on the top right here where it says save and import. And then that item would be live in your eBay store, the price increased, the listing fully optimized and ready for people to purchase. Now, that in a nutshell is my entire system. So, once you do this, once you have a really good understanding of how it works. I think a lot of people sort of get hung up. They think there's a lot of steps involved and they sort of feel overwhelmed. Just follow a video like this, learn step by step from a proven system. Do it once and you'll become a lot more comfortable with it. And once you do, you just repeat the process. Come over here to Z. Go through every single product that this person is selling. Find similar ones on your suppliers website and then add them to AutoDS the exact way that I showed you. Then you can go and find other sellers on Zeke Analytics and do the exact same thing, just repeating this over and over again. But here's the brutal truth. If you've been learning about drop shipping for months and you haven't actually started your first store yet, you really need someone to push you. The pattern should be simple. Learn a little. Start your store. You may get stuck on something, but that's okay because then you'll learn specifically what you're stuck on and you'll learn how to fix that one problem and then you can keep going. So, here's my advice. Stop consuming and start doing. Pick a proven system, whether it's mine or someone else's, and follow it exactly.
