So, ChatGpt just released a new study tool called Study and Learn that's perfect for students, parents of student students, teachers, even anyone who's just looking to learn something new in life. And it's available right now inside of Chat GBT. So, here I am inside my account. And to use this, you want to click right here where it says tools and you can click on study and learn. And this will give you the ability to deep dive into any subject and be quizzed on it. This is different than just using chat GBT to actually just ask it questions about a topic because for this it's really going to hone in and make sure that you understand the topic well enough so that you could actually take a test on it. So for instance, let's say you have a math problem. I'm going to upload a photo of that math problem and say help me with my math homework. And you see right here it breaks down for you the first step that you need to take. It doesn't just give you the answer. See if you just use chat GPT regularly like I did right here. I send it the exact same thing, the same photo with the same question, help me with my homework, and it just gives me the answer. It tells me how to do it, but it just gives me the answer right here. But with study and learn turned on, it doesn't give you the answer. It tells you and helps you walk through how to solve this problem yourself. So, the first thing it wants to do is how is figure out how many crayons are in the three boxes. So, this question is basically saying Samantha has three boxes of crayons. Each box has 24 crayons, and then she gives 18 away. How many does she have left? So, step one is figure out how many crayons she had in total when she started. 3 * 24 is 72, I think. And yes, I'm right about that. It says Samantha has 72 crayons. Step two, she gives 18 crayons to her friend. So, what is 72 * sorry, minus 18. And let's say I were to get this one wrong. I know the answer is 54, but let's say I say the let's say I accidentally add them together. So, what would that be? 90, right? I'll say 90. Just trying to see what it says when I give it a wrong answer. And it says, "Nope, you're not quite right. " But let's think of this another way. What if you do 72 - 10 and then subtract 8 more? So then I might give it the right answer. But it doesn't just stop there. Even though it says I got it right, it says, can you quickly explain how you got that answer just to lock it in your memory? And again, this is very different than if you were just using chat dbt the regular way. It's really trying to help you learn these concepts and get better at them. So, I might say something like, well, first I need to figure out how many crayons I had in total. So, I did multiplication. And then after I had the total amount that I started with, I subtracted the amount that I gave away, which was 18. And then once again, it verifies that I was correct. And then it kind of gives it its own little breakdown of the same information, but it says, "Hey, do you want to try this again? with a similar one? " So I might say, "Sure, let's really lock this in. Let's really make sure I practice this so it gives me another very similar example so I can really make sure I understand this concept. " All right, let's try another example. This time we'll do something a bit more advanced. So I'll turn on study and learn again. This time I'll say, "I'm studying for the bar exam and need help with contracts. I'm having trouble remembering the difference between two different types of contracts called bilateral and unilateral contracts. " So pretty advanced stuff, the bar exam. Let's see. Okay, let's make sure you really understand this and not just memorize it. So, quick check. Do you remember so far about what bilateral and unilateral contracts? Just a guess is helpful. So, I'm going to give it a sort of vague answer. I'm not going to answer it directly. I'm going to say something like I think like bilateral contracts are ones where both people agree to do something and unilateral where only one person agrees and the other person can agree later. It's not 100% right. It's a little bit off. So, let's see if it's able to catch up on that. And it says that's a pretty good starting point. And then it breaks down for me exactly what the two types of contracts are. So, I can read this and understand what I missed out on. And then it kind of gives me this quick tip right here, this trick to remember it. Bilateral equals both bound. Unilateral equals until performed only one is bound. That's a pretty good little trick to remember it. So, then we actually get tested on. It will test my understanding right here to really make sure I lock it in and understand this completely. And this is honestly blowing my mind. Like if I had this when I was studying for the bar exam, this would have made a huge difference because before this I was just reading notes on my phone just trying to memorize them. It was all memorization, just trying to read and memorize. But this when you're actually actively engaging with something that's trying to teach you, it really makes it a lot easier to actually remember what all these different concepts are. But let's say you're not a student, so you don't need to be studying for any type of exam. I still think there are some powerful use cases for this. So I came back over here to study. And you see down here they give you these different suggestions. So I'm going to select right here where it says explain a topic to me. And then it says, hey, what exactly are you studying or do

you want me to just pick something for you? So maybe I'll say I hear everyone talking about AI, but I don't quite understand what it is and I just want to get caught up. So when everyone's talking about it, I don't feel so stupid. So it begins to break it down. Again, just like before, we're doing this step by step. It's a lot different than just giving you a huge block of text that you can then read. This might be like a summary of an article. It's interacting with you. And it's interacting with you because it's not only giving you information, but it's then asking you to for you to draw a conclusion about what you read. So it explains what artificial intelligence is. And then it asks based on that, do you think AI is more like a robot brain or more like a superpowered calculator? So based on what I read, I'm going to say it's more like a robot brain. And then it clarifies and says, "Yep, you're not totally wrong on that, but is it is important to understand that AI is just a program. It doesn't have feelings, doesn't have goals or common sense. " So you see how it's building on the knowledge, right? It gives you a baseline of information, then builds on it. Then we move on to step two, which is building on it even more, talking about how AI actually learns. And then ask you another question to make sure that you understand the knowledge that you're learning. I think this is incredible. A new way to actually learn information. This is like having a private tutor in your house ready to teach you any subject that you want. Instead of just reading text online, you can actually interact and learn as you go along. So overall, I'm super impressed with this new chat G TBT feature. It's definitely something that I wish that I had when I was studying for the bar exam, but I'm grateful exists now. I think this is something I'm definitely going to use because I love diving into new topics and learning new things. Speaking of which, if you're at all interested in AI and want to be updated on all the newest features that roll out for different platforms or different tools like chat GBT or Claude or Gemini or Canva AI, make sure to subscribe to the channel because I'm constantly trying out new ones and making videos about them. Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video. Bye for now.
