From Zero to PowerPoint Pro: AiPPT Makes It Easy!

PowerPoint I'm going to go with create with AI as an example I want to point out you can connect your Google drive here too so you could go and connect Google Drive and then pull documents like Google Docs or Google slides to get your uh presentation generated in here and you can import from URL but I'm going to go to AI generate here and I'm just going to give it a very simple prompt it's going to be about electric cars uh benefits Tech models Trends and challenges I could add reference documents here just by clicking on this and uploading with this but I'm going to show you another demo with importing documents after this after you get your prompt in you can still do a little bit more customization with the pages output language tone audience and scenarios when you get all that set up just go ahead and send it and it goes through and creates an outline based on the prompt that I gave it now if you don't like the prompt when it's done you can see how quickly that happened uh you can go ahead and refresh this but I'm going to go now and pick a template so if I

pick a template you'll see all the different ones and I'll scroll down but I'm under all under the style uh you can see from if I go down there's lots and lots of templates to choose from I'm going to go to business I'm just going to keep this one U right here we'll keep this one here with the mountains in the background and once I pick it I'm just going to click generate the PPT so it goes ahead and generates and you're going to see how quickly this is all the live time right now that this PPT is being created um and it it's going to be like I said between that 10 to 15 slides uh as I go through you can see as I click on it I asked it to have the challenges the current market trends I believe there's some models here Tesla Nissan different ones now at this point right here I could download this as a PowerPoint so a type of file I can download this as a PPT PowerPoint file a PDF or an image I'm not going to do that at this moment here so what I'm going to do is Click continue because this is

where uh you can actually use AI PP to present from so you have some different choices here you can go through and edit everything just like a PowerPoint here so anything I click in uh you'll see that it's all editable so if I wanted to delete something and then click in and I can type something back if I click on any of the slides here any of the pictures all of these things can be changed if I look over on the side here I can choose replace crop I can make all the changes you could upload your own images from here now you can also present so I can play from beginning play from current page just like other presentation apps work so you have some

options but again you do have the download so I'm going to just download this one as a PowerPoint then I'm going to open it up in PowerPoint so you can see so as I click on it my PowerPoint will open up and now I'm in PowerPoint so that entire presentation that I just created with AI PPT is now as a PowerPoint and I can edit it all through here just like a normal PowerPoint so you can see how much time gets saved let me show you one more example if you want

to remove any of your works you can see with the three little dots here we can remove them from here let's go ahead and create one more and this time I'm going to import a document it's going to be a PDF you see the different options you can paste in information through this free input so you can copy paste in and it can make the presentation from there but I'm going to go ahead just click on it and I'm going to grab a PDF from here this one's going to be the role of AI in education so I'm going to open that up it will go through and create the outline based on that document and I will speed this up a little bit the outline is all created here so I go ahead pick my template let's say this time I'll go to a cartoon one and we'll just begin with this one here and generate the PPT this was the document that I uploaded here you can see it's just a straight PDF and then we have a preview over here it turned it into 22 different pages now that I could download here make any changes but downloaded as a PowerPoint stop wasting time today on tedious slide creation try AI PP today and see how easy it is to turn your ideas into presentations in minutes click the link in the description to start your free trial and transform the way you work with PowerPoint
