5 SIMPLE Ways To Start a Side Hustle With Just a Laptop and Wifi (Beginner Strategies)

So, I was able to quit my 9-to-five job back in 2017 because I was making more money from my laptop than it was at my corporate job. And ever since then, I've been obsessed with finding the simplest ways that anyone can use to start making money online with just a laptop and some Wi-Fi. Now, I'm not talking about some get-richqu scheme where you're going to be a millionaire overnight. All of this will require some work to get them up and running, but I've handpicked for you five different laptop-based strategies that I believe any beginner can do regardless of your experience. So, let's get into it. All right, let's jump into

the first method. And this one, I think, is perfect for beginners because you're going to literally be creating and publishing books on Amazon without ever writing a single word yourself. And I'm talking about creating different types of books such as these ones, which are these would you rather books. If you've never seen these before, basically they have a bunch of these questions in them that ask things like, "Would you rather only be able to smell sweaty armpits or dirty diapers for the rest of your life? " And even though you can easily make these yourself using chat GPT and Canva, there are still people that are making thousands of dollars per month with these. So to do this yourself, you first want to head on over to ChatGpt. And the first thing we're going to do is we're going to ask it to help us come up with a theme for our would you rather book. And looking through the results here, it's given us a lot of great ideas. I really like this one right here, which is a superpowers edition. So, I'm going to ask it to come up with a bunch of ideas for a Superpowers themed would you rather book. And I also asked it to put all the results in a table for me that has all the questions in one column and a funny title for them in the other. You'll see in a minute why that's important. And once you have the results right here, you can go ahead and download them by clicking on this button right here. So, I'm going to go ahead and do that. And that just downloaded it onto my desktop. Now, from here, we're going to head on over to Canva. And Canva, I'm sure a lot of you are familiar with it, but it's a website where you can create a bunch of great looking designs. And I'm going to create a new design here. I came in here, clicked on file on the top left here. I did create a new design and did custom size. Now for the size for the units you want to choose inches and then do six by 9 and then this was the size that I got. And then you want to click right here where it says design and what I searched for was quiz book for kids. I really like this design. Oops, where'd it go? This design right here. I think it's perfect for these would you rather books. So we're going to change this up a little bit. to say would you rather. So change this. All right. Then we want to get rid of extra stuff that we don't need like this or like this. And I'll get rid of this as well. And then in the text right here, you want to make sure that this fits exactly where you want it to be. So right now, you see how it expands outside of this actual box right here. I don't want that. You'll see why that's important in a minute. I want to keep it totally within this box. Just like that. Perfect. So that is now a template for our would you rather pages. Now, from here, we can click on the bottom left here where it says apps. And then I want to scroll down here to the one that's called bulk create right here. Now, from here, we're going to go ahead and upload that file that we just downloaded from chat GBT. So, I'm going to click on upload data. I will now select that file and click on open. And now we are going to map each column with where we want it here on the design. And sometimes this is done for you automatically, sometimes it's not. So I'm going to click right here. You can see that this automatically connected the first column, which is the question, with this block of text right here. So that's perfect. But if it doesn't do that, we can now click right up here and I'll click on connect data and then I'll select funny title. So now the second column, which is the funny title, will automatically be moved into that. And then I will click on continue. and create or generate 100 designs. And by the way, you could also do this with images. You can have chat GBT create images for each of these pages as well and add them as a different column. So that way all those images that are custom for that page will be uploaded to each page of the book as well. And now these are the results right here. This literally took about 20 seconds to make. It says invisibility versus flight. And then here's the actual question right here. And here's the next page. So, lots and lots of great pages that were automatically made for you just in probably a couple of minutes between using ChatgBT and Canva. Once you have this, you'll then want to add another page by clicking right here. And this will be your cover page. So, I'm going to move this to the top. And then we want to select actually a cover page. We can do book cover. and you can select whichever one that you want and fit it into this design and make it look like it really fits for this type of book. Once you have that, you can come on over to Amazon KDP, which is Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, and actually publish it inside of this. What's great about these is that they don't take a long time to make. They have pretty high margins because they don't cost you really anything to make either. And you can make like 10 of these every single day. Perfect. So, now that I showed you

a way to sell some digital products, let me show physical products. And this is actually the strategy that has made me the most money online so far. I'm talking about eBay drop shipping. And the way I'm going to show you how to do this is incredibly simple and completely automated. So, I'm here on eBay. com. I just want to show you this product that's for sale on eBay. Take a look at what's going on here. So, we have this image of the product right here. Take a look at what it is, right? It says patio furniture set. We have some chairs here. We have an umbrella. We have a table. And check out how much it's being sold for. $157. Now, if I were to buy this product by clicking where it says buy now, all the seller is going to do is turn around and buy this same exact item for less money here on Walmart. And when it comes time to enter in the shipping address, they're going to enter in my shipping address so it's shipped directly to me. This, in a nutshell, is what eBay drop shipping is. It's very simple. We're not building our own websites. We're not paying for marketing. We're going on eBay where there's already a ton of customers and a ton of traffic. And we're just putting up for sale products we're finding on websites like Walmart. And then once they sell, then we buy them, which means that we don't have to risk spending a lot of money on inventory that may never sell because we are letting Walmart hold all that inventory for us. Now, we actually have some pretty powerful software that can automate all of this for us as well. So, this is the software that I use right here. I already have an account set up, but the first time that you do this, you will want to come into the settings and make sure it's all set up correctly. But once you do, you can see just how simple this is to use. I'm going to click up here where it says add a single product. And now I'm going to choose my eBay store because this actually works with a lot of different websites, but for now I'll be selling on eBay. And then I'll come over to the product that I want to sell. Now, let's say it's this product right here. All I have to do is copy down the URL for this product, return back to the software, and paste the URL in here and then I'll click on this orange button. That has now brought all of the details from Walmart over into here. So, for instance, we see that we have the title for the product right here. We also see that the software automatically selects a category for us. It automatically selects tags. It automatically selects the best shipping method. All of that is done for you automatically so that you don't have to manually do that yourself on eBay. Down here, you're also seeing that we have these different monitors turned on. Stock and price monitoring. So, what that does is let's say this item suddenly goes out of stock on Walmart. Well, the software will automatically put the item is out of stock in our eBay store as well. And if this price changes, then the price is going to be updated on eBay for you automatically. And finally, we also have auto orderering down here, which means that as soon as someone buys it from us on eBay, the software will automatically order it from Walmart for us and have it shipped directly to our customer, completely hands off for us. Coming over here, we can also see the full description is brought over as well. And we have the images in here as well. All brought in for you in a matter of seconds. The only thing I really suggest that you do is change up the title because this title is optimized for Walmart. It is not optimized for eBay, but luckily they have an AI image generator here. So, I'm just going to click on that. I'll go ahead and say I want a more sellable title and click on AI. Right. And it is now giving me a well optimized title right here. I can click on save. And that has now been brought in right here. And then once I'm ready, I can just click right here where it says save and import, and it will list this item with all the images with the description, and it will take this price and mark it up to cover the cost on Walmart, the shipping cost if there's any, any sales tax, any eBay fees, and more, so you actually make a profit. And like I said before, this is the number one way that I have made money online to date. And I'll actually be talking more about how you can learn how to do this at the end of the video. But for now, let's get into something that is very popular right now. Now, most people know

that you can make a lot of money with copywriting. For instance, I'm here on Upwork and there are people charging $75 an hour, $40 an hour, $20 an hour, I think is one of the lower ones. All for copywriting services. These are people that will help you write copy for your sales page, for your website, different things like that. And while most people have tried to use programs like Chat GBT to help them speed up their copywriting work, it usually fails. But I'm going to let you in on a secret. There is actually a better AI tool for writing that most people don't know about. And from what I've seen, it is years ahead of Chat GPT for copywriting and is allowing the top copywriters who know about it to really have a huge competitive edge. It's called Claude. And as you see right here, it is very similar to Chat GBT. We can just chat with it like any other AI chatbot. I'm just going to type in a very generic prompt here that says, "Write me a novel about a princess. " Now, I didn't really give it very specific instructions on how I wanted to do that. But I just did this to highlight one thing for you, and that is that it over here puts the entire copy, the entire copy over here in this separate pane. And this really makes it a lot more organized and better than something like chat GBT that doesn't do that. In addition to that, I have just noticed that the language that it uses is a lot more humanlike than other services like chat GBT. So this is excellent for things like blog posts, social media content, emails, different things like that. But what really makes Claude very powerful if you know how to use it correctly are their projects. So this is a project right here. I can click on new project and I'll call this my website copy and I'll click on create project. And then what you can do is over here you can upload knowledge documents into this project. So you could put in here a bunch of copy from other websites that you like that have done well or from other websites you have created that might have taken you days to create that copy. You can upload it into here along with specific instructions. Then any request that you make inside of this project will draw on all of this project knowledge. This literally creates a database for you of highly successful copy that Claude can then use as inspiration for your next project. This will allow you to create content much faster and more consistently as well. Once you have that down, you can start promoting your work on websites like Upwork. And because you have such a competitive edge, you'll really stand out from the competition.

All right, next up, I'm going to show you how you can get paid to review products that you already own. And you don't even have to appear on camera or even use your real voice. So, if you come over here to Amazon, you'll notice that anytime you're looking at a product page, you can click right here where it says videos down here. And this not only shows you videos by the manufacturer, but also over here are videos from reviewers. And if you were to watch one of these videos and actually then purchase the product, this reviewer will make a commission. And they're doing that through the Amazon influencers program. Now, you do have to sign up to do this. You can just Google Amazon influencer program and sign up. But once you do, you can just take out your smartphone, anytime you have a product that you purchase on Amazon, take a video with it, and just explain what you like about that product. But I'm going to show you right now how you can actually level this up and really make a lot more money with this. So, I'm going to return back here to Claude again. And this time, I'm going to type in here, hi, uh, I'm an Amazon influencer, so I get paid to make videos about different products that I like. I'm reviewing this product. So, return back to Amazon and grab the title for this product. I will paste it in here. And I'm also going to throw in some additional information about it. So, I like to come over here and I'll scroll down to where we see a lot of questions from people or a lot of reviews from different people. And I'm going to grab this blurb right here under where it says customers say. I'll just copy that. And I will return back over here and I'll just say this is from the reviews and just paste that in. And then the instructions I'll put are I need you to make a script for a one minute video about this product as I show it. And then that created a one minute script for me with instructions or suggestions on how to actually show it on camera. So, what you can then do is you can grab this entire script and turn to a service like 11 Labs. You can paste it in here and 11 Labs will create a hyperrealistic AI voice for you that you can then use with that video. So, why is this helpful? Well, all you have to do is shoot footage of your videos with your camera, with your phone, and then send it to a virtual assistant or someone who can then use this program that I just showed you to actually make the voice. Then they can use a service like Cap Cut to put the voice with the video that you took and create a full video that you can then upload to the Amazon influencer program. And if you have multiple people in your family or multiple friends that want to work on your business as well, you can all be doing this. You can all order products. You can make videos with them. Just use Claude to write a script. then have a consistent voice using 11 Labs and have a lot of videos being produced very quickly. And for our final method, we're

going to kind of combine everything we've learned so far and use it to create a YouTube channel that will make us money even though we're never going to show our face or even use our real voice. You see, there are these channels just like this one right here that are making thousands of dollars per month even though the creator of this channel never shows their face ever. Here's an example of another one right here. This one likes to talk about a lot of facts or a lot of historical things. And again, the person who makes this never shows their face. So, let me show you how to get started with this. I'm going to come to Claude and I'll say, "Help me come up with some ideas for a faceless YouTube channel. " And here are the ideas. I came up with mystery and true crime, psychology, technology. And what's great about these is any one of these you can make videos without actually having to show anyone's face. So we're going to go with mystery. So I'm going to say write a script for me for a faceless YouTube video for a mystery thriller. Once this script is actually complete, we can then once again come on over to 11 Labs and plug it in here to get one of those hyperrealistic AI voices that we can then use. And the final software we're going to use with this is actually Canva because Canva, if you have a paid plan, I think even on the free plan, they have a lot of stock video footage. So, I can type in here scary house for instance, and we see that there are a ton of stock videos right here. I can throw one of these on the screen right here and just begin to put all of these together. So once I have the audio from 11 Labs, I can just drag it in right here down here. And then over that I could just start to begin to put some of this stock footage. And then I'll have a complete video that I can then export and upload onto YouTube. And once you figure out how to do this for one channel, you can easily outsource it to any virtual assistant who can run the entire channel for you while you go ahead and start a second or a third YouTube channel. Now, before we wrap this up, I want to be completely honest with you. While you can make money with any of these methods, if I had to pick just one of them for a complete beginner, it would hands down be eBay drop shipping. I mean, it is literally the business that allowed me to quit my job and replace my income. Once you get it set up, it's incredibly handsoff and you can literally be making money within your first week. Now, obviously, I couldn't cover everything you need to know about eBay drop shipping in this video because we went through so many different methods.
