Tired of screening rums one by one? This AI agent does it for you. It reads every ré, compares it to job descriptions, and generates a complete report in seconds. So, in this video, I'll show you how to build your own rum filter AI agent using NAT. Once it is set up, all you need to do is just upload the resume and paste the job description link, and it'll automatically analyze each candidate, extract the key details, and neatly organize everything inside Google Sheets. You'll be able to compare strengths, weaknesses, and fit scores for multiple candidates in one place. So, if you're hiring or managing dozens of applications every day, this automation can save you hours of manual work and instantly highlight the best candidates. I'm Brand from Website Learners and let's get started. This is the N dashboard where I'm going to create this automation. If you don't have access to NA, you can watch this video to set it up. It's the best method to get access to NA. I've already prepared the workflow and kept it ready in this JSON. You can download it by clicking the link in the description. Now let's import this workflow. To do that, click here and select import from file. Here, upload the template. As you can see, we have successfully imported our workflow template into NA10. Let's see a quick overview of how this entire workflow works. It starts with the form submission note. This is where we upload the candidate's resume and paste the job description link. As soon as the form is submitted, the automation starts. The résé first goes through the extract from file node which converts the PDF into readable text. Then the set ré node prepares and formats the text so it is ready for analysis. At the same time, the HTTP request node pulls the job description directly from the provided link. The information extractor then cleans the content and extracts the actual job requirements. Once both the resume and the job description are ready, they're combined in the merge node and organized in the aggregate node before being sent to the recruiter agent. The recruiter agent is where the evaluation happens. The AI compares the resume with the job requirements and analyzes the candidates's fit and the skills and the gaps. It'll show their strengths, weakness, the overall fit score of the candidate for the role and a justification statement about them. This can help you choose the right candidate for the role. After that, the results pass to the final information extractor which structures the insights clearly. And in the last step, the append data node automatically adds everything into Google Sheets. To access the template, just click the link given in the description and then download it. Please note that it'll cost you a small amount. But if you already have a hosting with webspace kit, you will automatically get access to this workflow for free. All right. So, this is how a rumor filter AI agent functions. And now that you understand how your agent works, let's move on to the next step which is to set up the nodes and connect the required API services to make it functional. So to set up the nodes, we're going to do two steps. The first step is to connect OpenAI to NA10. OpenAI is used to review each resume, extract key details and turn them into easy to read points in the Google sheet. So to connect OpenAI to NA, open this node, click here and select create new credentials. This is where we need to enter the API key. To get the API key, click the link given in the description. Now go to AP keys. Click create new secret key here. Give it a name and click create. As you can see, we now have our API key. But keep in mind, you'll only be able to get an API key from OpenAI if you've added a payment method first. Now, let's copy this key. Go back to N8, paste it here and click save. Now go back, open the second OpenAI node, and it will be connected automatically. Great. We have now successfully connected OpenAI to NA10. Now let's move on to the second step which is to connect Google Sheets to NA. Google Sheets is used to store and organize the analyzed resume data. So to connect Google Sheets to NA10, open this node. Click here and select create new credentials. Here we need to add the API key. If you don't know how to generate these credentials, watch this video where I show you exactly how to set them up for Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and other Google apps. Okay. Once you have added the credentials, click save. Click here and sign in with your Google account. Then click here to give all required permissions for NAT to access your Google Sheets. All right, you can see our credential is now linked to N810. Next, we need a Google sheet where we can store the analyze RS data. To create it, click the sheets link in the description and it will open this template. We'll make a copy of this template to use in our workflow. So, just go to files, click make a copy

rename it, and click make a copy again. Now go back to N8. Click here and select the Google sheet we just created. All right, we have now successfully connected Google sheets to N8. Just click on save to store your workflow. So now we have connected all the required API services with our Nin workflow and it is ready to run. Before we execute the workflow, we need the job description link for the role that we are hiring for. So let's open the page where the job opening is posted. Copy the link. Come back. Click here to execute the workflow. And this form will pop up here. Upload the resume you want to screen and paste the job description URL we just copied. Once that's done, submit the form. As you can see, the workflow starts running in the background. Right now, the AI is reading the resume and comparing it against the job requirements. Once it's done, open your Google sheet and you'll see the full screening report generated automatically with strengths, weaknesses, risk factors, and the overall fit score for each candidate. Now, you can use this report to compare applicants instantly and shortlist the best fit for the role. So, that's it guys. This is how you can build and run your resume filter AI agent using NATM. Now, you can start building this workflow for yourself. Just click here and it'll take you to the page where we can download the workflow. Go ahead and start creating your workflows.
