The Most Unsaturated Way to Dropship in 2026 ($250 Per Day)

So, I was able to quit my nineto-ive lawyer job back in 2017 because I was actually making more money from drop shipping than I was at my full-time job. And that's a decision that completely changed my life because it gave me the freedom to work anywhere in the world completely on my own terms. Now, I'll be real with you. This isn't some overnight success story and it's definitely not financial advice. In fact, I struggled with drop shipping for a long time before I had any real success. And I think the reason for that is because I was trying to do the same thing that everyone else was doing. But as soon as I discovered this unsaturated method that no one else was talking about, it completely changed everything for me. So, in this video, I'm going to show you the most underrated and unsaturated way to drop ship that I've ever discovered. And the best part is anyone can do this regardless of their experience level if you follow every step I'm about to show you. So, let's get into it. If you've spent any amount of time on YouTube or on Tik Tok looking for drop shipping videos, you've probably seen a lot of these gurus talking about the best way to drop ship, which they say is to do it on your own website using something like Shopify. Now, this is an example of a successful Shopify drop shipping store. You see they're selling here these fans. You can see all of them right here. This store has done very, very well. But this is the exception. It's not the rule. This right here, building out on your own website, it's one of the hardest and most oversaturated ways to drop ship. So, think about this for a moment. First, you have to pick a domain name. You have to pay for a domain name, in fact. You also need to design the website and make it look nice. Then, of course, you have to spend money on things like a Shopify subscription, plus even more money on advertising just to get a few visitors. So, there are a ton of upfront costs, which makes the risk very high as well, especially if you're brand new. And here's the kicker. Even if you do everything right, all the research right and have a greatlook website, you may never make any sales. You may have put all this money into this site and it may go absolutely down and you make absolutely no money with it. And that's why I always recommend you start with a platform like eBay instead. What I like about eBay is that when you start selling on here, you are instantly gaining access to millions of customers who shop on this website. They're already here. It's a trusted marketplace. There's built-in traffic. You don't need to spend a single dime on marketing to get your first sales. All you need to do is put the right product in front of the right customers. And I'm going to show you exactly how to do that. But first, let me show you an example of how this works. So, here we have a seller on eBay and they're selling this patio furniture set, right? You can see it's being sold here for $218. 89. And in fact, they've already sold this item once. Now, if you were to buy this item right here, all this seller is going to do is turn around and buy the item for less money from walmart. com. Substantially less money. Then once they add it to the cart during the checkout process, they're going to enter in your shipping address so that Walmart ships it directly to you completely handsoff for them. So in a nutshell, that's how this process works. We are just grabbing these items from retailers like Walmart, pasting them here on eBay, listing them for sale, and then having Walmart pretty much do the rest. Now, I'll be honest with you. There are a lot of people who are already using this method already. But I would still argue that it's unsaturated because most eBay drop shippers don't know how to do it the right way. And that all starts with product research. You see, when it comes to selling on eBay, what you don't want to do is you don't just want to list up random products for sale and hope that they're going to sell. You actually want to dig deep and see exactly which ones are already selling so that you can sell something similar. So to help us do that, I always use this software right here. It's called Zeke. This is made specifically for eBay drop shipping. It's able to identify for us winning trending products. Now, this isn't a free software, but if you use the link in the description of this video, you can get a $1 trial of it, so you can try it out and see if you like it. right here. I already have one. I'm logged in. And what I love about this is that when you log in, they have this really great section right here called trending eBay products. And what this shows you all right here are products that they have already found for you. You don't have to do any extra work yourself. They've found them for you. And these are all winning products that you can drop ship because other people are drop shipping them already. So here's one right here. If you were to sell this, you would make about a $23 profit. This one has a $20 an $18 profit. So lots of great items here. In fact, you can just click right here and that will bring you to the exact product on Walmart so you can then list it for sale on eBay, which I'll show you how to do in a few minutes. But I want to show you actually my favorite tools that I use. The first one right here is the trending eBay niches section. I love this because this actually identifies for us the top categories on eBay and we can then hone in on exactly which products in that category do the best. So, let's look at all these and let's look at one that I haven't done in a long time. So, for instance, this category, expandable garden hose. So, let's go ahead and click on that. Now, once you click on it, it will analyze that entire category and give us some really helpful information on how well that category is doing. So, right here, we can see that this category in the past 30 days has done over $114,000 in sales. Now, I don't really care honestly too much about the information up here. What I really care more about is scrolling down here. We can see the actual products that are doing the best. So, for instance, we see this one right here. This one has sold 824 times in the past 30 days alone. And total, it has sold over 4,000 times. Now, that's all a really good sign because that tells us that not only is this product popular in the past, but it's also popular in the past month as well. really good sign. Let's take a look at the next one. We have one right here. This one has sold 518 times in the past 30 days and 518 times in total. So, this tells me that this item was listed less than a month ago. It's a brand new item, but it's already doing very well. That's also a good sign. Here's another one right here. 396 sales in the past month, 1300 sales in total. So you can see with this method, with this drop shipping method, you could sell the same item over and over and over again to multiple sellers. All right. So what do you do with this information now? Well, what I like to do is I like to look here and at the top five or 10 results and see, do they have anything in common? Can we see commonalities? So the top few results, what I've noticed is that most of them are black. So that's common. And they all come with a sprayer hose as well. And they all come in different sizes from 25 ft to 100 ft, right? ft. That's pretty common for most of them. So, what I'm now going to do is I'm going to go over to my supplers's website, whatever supplier I'm using, and I'm going to look for all of these different attributes that we're seeing in common with these. All right. So, I searched up here for expandable garden hose 25 ft black with nozzle. So, I'm going to look for something like that. So, here we have one right here. It's $26. 99. So, what I'm looking for here is I want one that's a good match. This one is a good match. It has all the same features, but I also want to make sure it has good reviews. This one is This one has a decent reviews, right? It's not great here, but it's pretty good. Just a few reviews, but I'm also looking at the price as well. So, really, those three things are the things I'm looking at. So, can we find since we found this one now, can we find one that is the same or very similar, but maybe it's a little bit cheaper than $26. 99? So, let's see if we can do that here. Scrolling down, we see one here that's $23. 99, but this one right here is not fully black like the other ones are. Um, this one is all black just with the blue ends. So, that's okay. This one is all black right here, but you see it's more money, so we're not going to use that one. This one is $19. 99, so it's a lot cheaper or it's a bit cheaper, I should say, but it doesn't have the nozzle on the front of it. So, that one's not going to work for us. Let's see what else. I'm not seeing anything else here that matches that closely for that low of a price. This one's $30, which is close, but not quite as cheap as the other one. So, I think the other one is going to be our winner. And I'll usually just go through the first page of the search results. I'm not going to go through every single page. Usually Amazon is pretty good at putting good results right at the front. So this is the best one right here. This uh this one right here for $26. 99. So that is the one that we're going to list for sale, which again I'll show you how to do in a minute. But let's go ahead and actually now find some other products because we're not done yet, right? You found one. You want to go ahead and find some other products as well. So, what you could do is go through this category and find other ones in this category or return back here to the Zeke dashboard and go through every other category or several of the other categories. But what I want to do for

now is actually show you my second favorite uh tool that Zeke has here, which is the trending drop shippers section right here. This part is so freaking powerful. It is such a gamecher once you know how to use this tool. So, what does this show us right here? Well, this shows us other people who are already drop shipping on eBay very successfully. So, for instance, we see that this seller right here, they have done over $22,000 in sales in the past month alone just with drop shipping because this software is actually able to identify for us other people who are drop shipping. This other seller is doing $22,000 a month in sales. This one's doing 17,000. This seller's doing 14,000. This one's doing 13,000. So, lots of great sellers here. So, now all we have to do is let's say we want to look at these stores. All we have to do is click on this button right here and that will actually scan their store and show us which of their products are the most popular. So, let's do that for one of these sellers. All right. So, these are the results right here. Now, again, I don't really care too much about all of the stuff that's up here at the top. It is kind of helpful to see the revenue. So, we see that this store has done $11,000 in the past month. And of course up here they also tell us that yes, this person is a drop shipper and they primarily drop ship from Amazon. That's what that logo means right there. But again, what I really care about are the products. So let's scroll down to the products and take a look. So here we see at the top is this weed killer. This one is doing quite well. And what I love about this product research tool is that they really break down for us how well these products are doing. So we can see not only the 30-day sales, but also the 14 and the 7-day sales. That's extremely helpful information because that's telling us that not only was it popular, you know, maybe four weeks ago, but it was popular two weeks ago and even within the past week alone. Very helpful information. So, what I'm going to do is I'm now going to go through all these products and do the same thing that we did before. So, for instance, right here we have this uh indoor folding TV tray table, right? This one is selling in the past month. It's been few days as well. So, let's see if we can find something similar to this on Amazon. All right. So, here on Amazon, we have a lot of results right here, but we're going to use the same criteria I showed you before, right? We want to find something that's similar to this one, but is as cheap as possible, still with great reviews. So, let's try to do that. So, this one is wooden. It's not quite the same, right? It looks a little bit different. Um, not bad, but not quite what we're looking for here. These look more like what we are looking for right here. Now, this is 32. 99. This one, this one is 27. 99. So, let's see if we can find something that beats that. Um, not seeing anything too much better, though. Here we have one that's 25. 99. So, that's not too bad right there. So, let me try to change these results. Maybe I don't have a good title in there. So, or good search. So, TV tray table. So, we'll just do TV tray table folding. Sometimes you just don't search for the right thing. But I'm not quite seeing anything better than what we had already found, which I think was this one right here. So, this might be the winner right there. But let's do a quick another scan. Yeah. And that's the one that we want to go with right here. Now, a question I get a lot is, shouldn't we be selling the exact same one that someone else is selling on Zeke or that we see is selling well on Zeke? But no, we don't want to do that because be competing with someone who's already selling that other item very successfully. We want to sell our own item, introduce our new own item into the marketplace. So that's exactly what we're going to do with this item. So now that we have identified that one, what I would then do is go through every single product here and do the exact same thing. Find all these same products, similar ones on whatever supplers website you're going to use, and then you can start listing products.

Now, to list products, I always use this software. It's called AutoDS. Now, AutoDS pretty much takes the rest of the drop shipping process and automates it for us. Uh, I'll show you what I mean. So, if again, this is not a free software. If you want to sign up though, you you'll be able to get a $1 trial if you use my affiliate link in the description of this video. Uh, once you actually set it up, it will actually automatically connect with your eBay account. They'll walk you through that. I already have an account. This is it right here. It's already connected and everything. Uh, let me just show you how this works so you understand how cool this is. So, now that I have an account, I'm going to click on the top left here where it says add product. I'm going to click on single product. And let's go ahead and list up this item right here. So, what I'll do is I'll grab this URL. I'll click on copy on this and I will paste it in here. And now I will click on this orange button right here. All right. So, what's happening now is that the software is grabbing all of the information from Amazon and pulling it into the software. By the way, this doesn't just work with Amazon. It works with a lot of other suppliers like Walmart. Uh, so really it's all the best suppliers it does work with. So, you can see right here, for instance, they brought in the title right here. We're going to change it up in a minute. Um, what I like about this is that a lot of the stuff you don't have to worry about. So, it automatically selects for you a good category, good tags, good handling time, good shipping method, all that stuff. So you don't have to worry about that. Scrolling down here at the bottom, we have something very, very important. It automatically turns on these three things. We have stock monitoring, we have price monitoring, and we have auto orderering. So what does that do? Well, when we list this item, what it's going to do, what the software is going to do is it's going to take this price and it's going to increase it. it enough to cover our eBay fees. If we have to pay sales tax, it's going to cover that and more. So you actually make a profit. So all that's going to be baked into the price it's listed for on eBay. But what happens then if the price changes on Amazon? What if this price goes up? What if the price goes down? What if the item goes out of stock? Well, the software will keep track of that. It will keep looking at this listing over and over again. And anytime it detects a change, it will automatically change that in your eBay store for you. Then when someone actually buys the item from you on eBay, it will automatically buy it from Amazon for you and have it shipped directly to the customer all automatically for you. So that's what these do down here. We also see that it brings in a nice looking description here for us. So we don't have to worry about that. This is available in different variations. So we come over here to Amazon. You see that there's a one piece, two-piece, and four piece right here. Well, here we can actually list up all of these if we want. In this case though, I only want to list up the one variation, the one piece. So, I'm going to delete the other ones. That is completely up to you. I'm just doing that because I know that the one piece sells well because we saw that on Zeke. Only thing we have to do is two things. First, we have to optimize the listings. Uh, optimize the images, I should say. You see this listing right here is optimized for Amazon, but it is not optimized for eBay yet. So, we need to optimize it for eBay. And the first thing we have to do for that is the images. So, coming in here to the images, we just need to make sure that we delete any images that don't apply. So, first of all, we deleted the multiack, right? We only have the one. So, I'm going to delete this one, which is the two pack. All these are now the single pack, which is great, except for this one. I can go ahead and delete this one as well. Everything else looks good to me then. Now, the main image right here, this is the main image on Amazon. See that right here? Same image. We don't necessarily need to use the same image for eBay. We might if it's the best image, but if there's another image that's also really good, we want to use that one. So maybe I'm going to use this one instead right here because this one it's a it's still a great main image, but it will help me stand out from the competition. If someone else is using this one, sorry, using uh selling this item, then this will be their main image, mine will be slightly different. And in fact, I actually yeah, I think that's the best one. So we'll go with that one. So that's the first thing we have to do. The second thing we have to do is actually optimize this title right here because again this is optimized for Amazon. It is not optimized for eBay. So we need to optimize it for eBay. Now I'm going to be slightly lazy here and I'm going to use AI to do this. So I'm going to click right here where it says optimized with or optimize title with AI. Let's click on that. Under where it says tone, I always select make it sellable. And under temperature, I leave it as balanced and I click on AI. Right. So there we have a nice title right there. I'll click on save and that will then fill it in. So there you go. We now have a fully optimized listing with a great title with great images ready to be listed. Once you're done, you can click on the top right here where it says save and import and then that item will be live in your eBay store. Once you do that, you continue doing what we did before. You find the other items like that hose and you can go ahead and list that one. And once you do this a few times, you'll see that this gets faster and faster and you're able to list more and more items.
