No BS Guide To DROPSHIPPING in 2026 ($100/Day) For Beginners

So, I've scoured the internet looking for ways to drop ship that actually work and that are going to be worth your time. And in particular, I wanted a quick win. In other words, I wanted to make a sale pretty quickly so that I could prove to myself that it actually works before I invest more time into it. And I was only able to do that with one drop shipping model. So, in this video, I want to break down that method for you step by step in this sort of no BS guide to drop shipping. So, even if you've been trying other online businesses that haven't been working for you, try this one out because it's a lot different than anything else I've seen out there. And I really believe that anyone can do this. Now, let's first talk about where it is we are actually going to be drop shipping our products because there are actually a lot of different places we can do this. But for the purposes of this video, for this method, we are going to be drop shipping on eBay. com. Now, this may surprise you because eBay is not a platform that a lot of people think of when they think of drop shipping or e-commerce in general. They kind of think that eBay is a bit of an older website. However, the truth is that there are still a ton of customers shopping on eBay every single day looking for different products to purchase. And what makes this so powerful and so unique is that because this is an existing website with a ton of customers on it already, you don't have to try to drive customers to your brand new website. You can just go where the customers already are. And what I really love about eBay is that it's extremely beginner friendly, which really makes it work with this method. So, what we're going to be doing is we are going to be drop shipping products just like this onto ebay. com. Now, if you look at this product on this sales page right here, if you came in here and actually purchased this product, as 20 other people have done, what will happen is that the seller will just turn around and buy this exact same product for less money from walmart. com. And then Walmart will actually ship it directly to you, to the customer. So, you can begin to see now how this business model works. We're just going to find products on websites like walmart. com, amazon. com, retail websites like that. We are going to copy everything over to ebay. com. And then when a sale happens, we're going to have the retail website like Walmart ship the item directly to the customer, completely handsoff for us. So, I hope you see how beginnerfriendly this can be. Now, if you don't have an eBay account already, you'll want to come over here and actually register for an account by clicking on the top left of ebay. com and clicking on register. And then you want to select business account if you have it and just go through this setup process. You can pause the video and do that right now. I'm not going to walk you through it because it is very straightforward. Now, if you already have an existing eBay account, great. I would use that existing eBay account because there's really no benefit in starting a new account. And there's actually a lot of benefits to using an older existing eBay account that you already have. Primarily, what you're going to get with an older account are higher limits. However, on new accounts, your limits are going to be high enough anyway. So, I wouldn't be too concerned about that if you do have a brand new account. Once you have an eBay account, the next step is you want to connect your automation software. Now, as you're going through this, one of the things the software is going to do is it's going to ask you to connect your account with eBay. com. that will allow eBay to talk with the software to implement the full automation of your drop shipping store. Now, I already have an account. This is it right here. And I really call this the backbone of my drop shipping business because it is responsible for automating everything that I do with my drop shipping store. So, for instance, I could come in here and add any products that I want. So, I can just select my eBay store and then I can grab, let's say it's this product right here. I can go ahead and grab this URL. Go ahead and copy this and paste in that URL. And then I can click on this and begin the listing process, which I'll show you how to do in a few moments. Then once you have the product in here, everything else is automated from there. So, if the price changes on Walmart or whatever supplier you're using, the price will automatically be updated in your eBay account for you. If

the item goes out of stock, that will be automated. In fact, even if a customer orders the product from you on eBay, the software will actually order it from your supplier like Walmart and put in the buyer shipping address from eBay so that Walmart ships it directly to your customer. So, it's completely automated for you. So now all we have to do is find profitable products and put them into this software. So this step is called product research. And to do this, I always use this software right here. It's called Zeke. Again, if you want to try this one, my affiliate link will be the second one in the description down below. And with that, you'll also get an exclusive trial, uh, a longer trial for the software. So this is a software. I'm already logged in. And what I like about it is that it actually pulls data from eBay and reveals to you products that are selling the best and that are the most profitable. So this really speeds up the product research quite a bit. Now when it comes to drop shipping, I have found that the number one place where people make mistakes is with product research. So this part is very important. This is, I think, the only part that you really need to practice with and develop these skills. So, if you're paying attention, I think you're going to be able to learn a lot and really master this because most people are just listing random items and I think that's a big mistake. You actually want to come in here and find products that you know are already selling well. So, for instance, right here on the dashboard, Zeke actually gives you trending products. You don't have to do any extra searching. They literally give you these products right here. So, this one right here, for instance, it's this set of storage bins. It is sold uh four times in the past 30 days, eight times in total. And the profit on this is $41. So, that's quite a good profit. You can actually click right here. That will bring you right to the product on Walmart. And then again, you can add that into your eBay store, which I'll show you how to do in a minute. We also have this lamp right here. This is sold four times. This one has a $22 profit. Uh we have this some sort of motor oil, a $16 profit. So they just give you tons of these products right here that you can without any extra work just add into your store. But for myself, my favorite feature of Zeke, my favorite way to find products to sell is by using the trending drop shippers section. So what this does is this identifies for you other people on eBay that are already drop shipping. And I'm a big believer in copying what other successful people are doing. No matter what business you're in, so we know that other people are already successfully drop shipping on eBay. Why not see what they're doing and what they're selling and just replicate that yourself? That is the best place to start. That is the greatest way to jumpstart your success with this business venture. And right here, this makes it so easy to do that because what Zeke does for you is they actually give you a lot of these stores that people are already drop shipping on. You can see how well they're doing. So, this store is doing $32,000 a month. This one's doing $24,000, 31,000. So, first use that as inspiration. 23,000. Because this shows us that, hey, this is working. People are successfully drop shipping on eBay. But more importantly, you can actually scan their store. So, I'm going to click on one of these buttons right here. And that will actually analyze their entire store and tell us which of their products are doing the best. So, these are the results right here. And we can see at the top they put the most popular product right up here. And all the way down at the bottom will be the least popular product. So, I always like to focus on of course the top of the list. And we can see a great breakdown. So we can see that this product has sold uh 134 times in total, 78 times in the past 30 days, 53 times in the past two weeks, and 18 times in the past week. That is a ton of information, but it is important because if we see that a product is selling consistently in all of these time frames, that tells us that this is an evergreen product, meaning that it will continue to sell week after week after week, no matter what season we're in. And that is huge. You want products like that in your store. What you don't want as many of are those products that are just like a flash in the pan. They sell for a couple of weeks and then they don't sell anymore. That's fine. But the more of these evergreen products you have, the more sustainable your business is going to be. I think you understand that. So, I'm loving these numbers right here. Let's see what this is. So, these are picture frames. And actually, right below that, we also see more picture frames as well. So, I'm definitely now interested in listing picture frames into my eBay store. Now, this is where a lot of people get this wrong. they will go ahead see this and they're going to go

ahead and try to find this exact same product and sell this exact same one in their eBay store. That is a mistake in my opinion because what I have found is that if you do that, you are now in direct competition with this person who is already selling this product and already has a lot of sales history. Instead, what you should do is you should concentrate on finding a similar product, one that looks similar to this, but isn't an exact match. So, to do that, you want to head on over to whatever supplier you're going to be using. Whether that's Amazon, Walmart, or something else, it doesn't matter. Go over there and just search for what this product is. And that's what I did right here. I came to Walmart and searched for picture frame set. Now, here what I'm looking for is the best one that is as cheap as possible. So, by best one, I just mean one that has the best reviews and also that's sold by Walmart and not a third party seller. So, primarily what I'm looking for honestly is the price. The cheaper the better. So, these are $1. 74, but it's not really a set like the ones we were looking at. It's just a two set. So, let's see. Like, this is a nice set for $20. This one is $20. Um, oh, here we go. Right here. This one is $7. 84 before shipping. It's an eight pack. That looks like a winner right there. This one's a six-pack for a little bit more money. And we have this one as well. So, I think I found like three great ones. Or even here's another one as well. Like all of these packs that are just like under $10. I'm going to be listing all of these up for sale. This one, one, um, even this one, and this one. I'm going to list up all those for sale because they are all similar to what we were looking at over here with this one right here and this one. And I know these are going to do well because these types of picture frame sets do well on eBay. We see that information. We see that data. And I'm not going to pick just one of these because with eBay drop shipping, one of the beautiful things about it is that if I list up, let's say, this one and this one, and it turns out only this one sells, well, that's okay because it's not like we bought up a hundred of these and now they're all sitting in our garage rotting and we wasted all that money. That's not the way it works with drop shipping. We can list up a lot of different products and if some doesn't don't sell, who cares? We just need those few winners and we can do very well with eBay drop shipping. Now, returning back over here to Zeke, what I would then do is do the same thing for every single one of these products and go down the list. Now, one of the other things I love about Zeke that I want to show you because it's coming up right now is this. We're looking at this product and it has this warning sign. And this is basically warning you that, hey, this brand is not a brand that you should be selling on eBay because this will likely be taken down. This seller is getting away with it for now. That's fine, but they're not going to get away with it for long. And if you have a product removed because it's one of these brands, if it happens enough, it could put your store in jeopardy. So, luckily, this software warns you about it and tells you, "Hey, don't list this product. It is just not worth it. " it and I agree with them. All right. So, now that we have some products we want to list, let's actually do that using AutoDS. So, I'm going to pick this one right here. I really like this one. And I'm going to grab this URL and just copy the URL for this. Then I'll head on over here to AutoDS and I'll click on add single product. I will go ahead and paste in that URL and click on the orange button. And now without clicking anything else, without copying anything else, it is doing all the work for me. So we can see all of that right here. It brought over the title, which I can then come in and optimize and spend some time doing that. Automatically selects the category, tags, shipping method, turns on the stock and price monitoring. I mean, it really makes this very easy. Here's the description as well. Um, all the variations if you want. I don't do variations. I like to list one product at a time. and all the images as well. So, it makes it very, very easy. I just spend a few minutes again optimizing the title. Then I'll click on save and import and it'll be live in my eBay store. And from there, everything else can be run from inside the software as well. Like I can see all the products I've already listed, see all my orders, even answer customer questions, all from within the software. So, that is a breakdown of this entire drop shipping system. And again, I've tried so many different ways to make money online, drop ship. This one was the first one for me that actually worked. I was able to do over a million dollars in sales my

first year doing this. I'm not saying those results are typical, but that is what has worked for me and I've been able to teach this system to a lot of other people who have been very successful with this as well. So, give this a shot for yourself. I think you'll be really surprised how quickly you can make your first sale. And once you do that, you'll verify for yourself that this works and then you can then scale up from there.
