hey everyone how's it going welcome back to another video today's video is going to be a little bit different instead of me just sitting there and talking um we're actually going to go and i will show you guys my dust setup first thing that we should start with is this one over here how cute is that oh my god it looks just like beef doesn't it tony could you put an overlay of vp i don't know who it is that made this but please if anybody knows i do want to give credit to this person because it's so cute so this monitor is my most recent addition to my office setup believe it or not i did not actually have a monitor before this one this was gifted from a really good friend of mine who updated his monitor so he gave me his old one but this is still amazing um it's just a dell monitor i'll put the stats over here i honestly don't know that much about it but it's awesome um and it's way better than not having

monitors next up let us talk about the laptop so this laptop i have talked about previously in my home office setup when i was still back in chicago it's the same laptop this is the aces rogue i think so yeah the aces broke something again i'll put the stats on the screen over here i've had it for three years now i got this during my master's degree um and this laptop is supposed to be a gaming laptop but i don't really use it for gaming that much i only play two games uh one of them is sturdy valley and pokemon and that's about it so it's my general purpose laptop i use it for streaming i use it just for like data science stuff general surfing youtube stuff like that netflix yeah so it's just my general laptop that i use on a day-to-day basis that is not for work because for work i have another laptop this over here is obs and this is what i'm currently using to film the audio

which is coming from the blue yeti over here so you guys are hearing me from the blue yeti over here um and this is the mic that i use for filming and for live streaming honestly like these your standard youtuber mic that everybody has really good quality for this price point so outside of that if i'm just having confidence with people where i'm just listening to music i don't actually use this i use this over here which is the anchor s500 no and this is the anker power conf s500 so this as well as this over here uh which is the anchor c 300 webcam were gifted to me from anchor um as part of their anchor work line for home offices so they pretty much told me just to try it out like no strings attached they gifted it to me and i really liked using it so i didn't have speakers prior to this either so this was really great and also for the webcam i'll talk a little bit more about that later but this webcam um i started using it to live stream because previously i was just using my phone connected to obs live stream i would say it's kind of like a hub for conferencing um it's a speaker and it also has a mic that's embedded into it and it has technology so it's able to isolate the sound i use this mainly for both listening to music where i'm just like streaming uh youtube or something like that or i use it for conferences so it has like these buttons over here that you can easily just press call mute now let's talk about this webcam so this webcam um it comes with this part and the thing i have over here um is my own mount and i just mounted directly onto here primarily for streaming purposes because i used to use my phone before so i just mounted onto here um and it's just a very good multi-purpose webcam okay next up to talk about is this ipad over here so this is an ipad pro i got it less than a year ago um and this is the 11 inch ipad pro i believe so i got it with the whole setup um this is the ipad i got the what it's called apple pencil this is the apple pencil and then i also got the magic keyboard and the case along with it all in white as you can see it is a little bit dirty because i use it so much it's definitely on the pricey side but it just has been a really big game changer for me pretty much whenever i don't want to pull up my laptop to do something i would just use the ipad instead and also if i want to take notes with the apple pencil it's been really good so let me know in the comments if you actually want me to go through the different apps that i use because yeah that in itself would be its own video so this is definitely a staple on the desk so is it time to talk about this beautiful amazing mechanical keyboard not yet i will save this for last because this is a labor of love in which i have not released the video yet about me building this mechanical keyboard um but yes this is my pride and joy so i will save this for last first let's talk about this table over here this table is a standing desk and you can move up and down it is made by autonomous um let me demonstrate it goes down like this and then also goes up like so because my neck is kind of messed up i usually try to leave it on standing position but i definitely especially after eating food i get very tired so i definitely also sit okay so next up is

this chair this is by far the most expensive thing part of my home office setup um because my back is really messed up and this is where i spend all my money so if your back isn't messed up yet takes this as a word of warning don't mess up your back um this is the hermann miller air on chair boop do you wanna this is the herman miller aeron chair um i got the full customization with lumber support with all the adjustments things like that cost me about 1 200 or more i think for this whole setup you want to go for a ride this family makes me want to murder people right so okay finally this keyboard here is the labor of love so this is also a pretty new edition um built this about a month ago i think i'll be releasing a separate video about the exact building process of this keyboard and all the details about it but this base is key crown and then all everything else is customized in terms of the switches and the keycaps um and some other stuff this is what it sounds like this is a tactile switch over here is the logo and this is pikachu over here let me know in the comments if you know what this one is it's my favorite character in naruto but yes separate video coming out about this keyboard so last couple of things

on my desk um this one over here is a cat pot and that help me help me because this cat pot i just put pencil and stuff in it sometimes it's here sometimes it's back over there i started this vision book a couple weeks before my 26th birthday and this is something that i like to remind myself which is memento mori remember that you will die but it's basically talking about how i envisioned this year the next few years and really just more concretely deciding what i want to do with my life um i also in it i have a description of my ideal day and i whenever i have free time i actually just like to flip through the book because it kind of just reminds me of why i'm doing the things that i'm doing and what it is i need to do so that i can achieve my goals but yeah that is it that i think is everything in my work from home desk setup if you guys want to actually see a home setup and a tour of the rest of the apartment do let me know in the comments as well but hope you found this video entertaining and hopefully helpful if you're looking for some ideas for your own desk setup as well i'll see you guys in the next video or live stream
