Laziest Way to Dropship on eBay in 2026 ($300/Day Beginner’s Guide)

so this is without a doubt the laziest way to start Drop Shipping right now because once you set things up it's just kind of going to be automated on the back end for you and the best part about this is that you can do this from anywhere in the world all you need is a laptop and some sort of internet connection and you're ready to go so let's get into it let me show you exactly how to do this so as you can see from the title we are going to be Drop Shipping on eBay so if you don't have an ebay account already come on over here to eBay and click on the top left here where it says register if it gives you the option definitely choose a business account now if you already have an ebay account great you can use the one that you already have if you're already selling on eBay maybe you're selling stuff like around your house or you're a flipper that's totally fine as well you can use the same account most people I think only need one eBay account I really don't recommend having multiple it just kind of confuses things so just set up an account the good news is that eBay these days increasingly are giving new sellers larger and larger limits meaning that you can sell more items as beginner than you used to be able to in the past so you don't have to worry about any sort of limitation on your account like we used to have to worry about and the really cool thing about eBay of all places to sell on rather than selling like on your own website is that there are already customers here so you don't have to worry about any advertising or marketing you don't have to go pay Tik Tok influencers to actually promote your products it's all right here organic traffic directly on eBay all right so once you have an ebay account and you're signed up for I'm not going to walk you through that it's pretty straightforward let's now connect the automation software that's going to be the backbone of your entire business so this is a software that I use right here if you want software for the first time it's going to actually integrate directly with your eBay account that you already registered and that direct integration is what allows this software to fully automate your store so that you can be as lazy as possible we're going to be doing some work now to get all this set up but then once you set it up that's when the lazy part comes in that's when you can actually just let it run itself and that's what this software is doing so the first thing you're going to be able to do with it which I'll show you in a few minutes is you'll actually be able to add products into your eBay store directly inside this software then once you get orders in you can see all your orders here and in fact this software will actually automatically order the items from your supplier for you and have the item shipped directly to the customers for you so you don't actually have to do the order fulfillment yourself lazy right you can also see any customer questions in here as well so you don't even have to log into eBay to see the customer questions uh what else does it do yeah that's there it does a little bit more than that but in terms of what we're looking for that's primarily what it does so when you again when you set it up you'll want to connect it up with your eBay account and then you need to actually find the items you want to sell in your store so for that I use a second software this is the one I use it's called Zeke is really designed specifically for eBay Drop Shipping and what it does is it finds you all the top selling products on eBay and so that you can sell those same products yourself so let's dive in find some products and then we'll use the automation software autods to actually add them into our store and just like with autods a link to Zeke is in the description down below if you want to try it out you do get a trial with that special affiliate link as well okay so coming in here let's actually find some products so right when you log into the Zeke dashboard they actually give you trending eBay products right here you don't even have to do any searching yourself they literally just give them to you so they're telling me that this book right here whatever this book is something about human anatomy this item has sold four times in total and two times in the last 30 days so that's really important information because that tells me that this item is popular it is selling and it has sold recently and what you can do is you can click this button and

you'll find the exact same product over on Walmart so you can add into your store pretty simple and again I'll show you how to add products in a second we have this product which is like garlic minc garlic and you can see this one is sold nine times in the past month right and the other cool thing is they tell you what the profit is so this is a $7 profit the last one was a $14 profit doesn't sound like a lot but you sell a few of those every single day and then every day of the month and you add more products like that you can really scale it up and that's the way this system works and again once you add the products in you don't do anything on the back end as soon as the orders come in the software orders it for you so it's $14 for a very minimal amount of work and then you'll continue to make that $14 every time the item sells and you'll see several items like that in here if you wanted to use a different supplier like let's say Amazon so you want to drop ship Amazon to eBay you can see those results here so this product has about a $4 profit $460 profit this is a $440 profit and that factors in all the fees as well and you can see these items are selling quite a bit right so one of my favorite features I love that one but let me show you what's probably my favorite feature of all which is the trending drop shippers section so this section right here actually finds for you popular drop shippers on eBay so we see that this drop shipper is doing $136,000 a month in sales this one's doing $60,000 $27,000 a month in sales this one's doing over $100,000 a month in sales so very successful drop shippers this absolutely does work and what we can now do is we can scan their store and see which of their products are doing the best so that's what I've done here I scanned one of the sellers and these are the results that we're looking at so what has done for us is again because we're lazy we don't want to actually search through all the listings ourselves we could do that we can go over to eBay go to the seller Store look at every single item they're selling and see how many times the items are selling but instead we can use the software which is literally just going to rank them for us so this item at the top is their most popular product the one that is sold the most in the past 30 days I should say so we can see that this which are these flushable wipes have sold 16 times in the past 30 days the next one is sold 14 times etc so what I like to look for is the items at the top basically but I also like to see how often they are selling recently so this item is sold 16 times in the past 30 days as you see but in the past week it hasn't sold at all so a lot of times what that tells me is that this item was listed up for sale it was really popular for a short period of time but it's not selling anymore now you could list this item into your store there's no harm in that and that's because on eBay with dropshipping there's no harm in listing items that are never going to sell if you list up an item let's say baby wipes right and let's say they never sell that's fine because it's not like you're sitting on all this inventory that you purchased and now you can't sell it instead you are just drop shipping so you're not actually buying the product until someone else has already purchased it from you so you can list it if you want there's really no harm in it but if we really want to optimize this you know I'm looking for items that are not only popular in the past 30 days but also the past week as well so we see a few of these like this one is still selling right this one has sold 26 times in the past week uh 12 times sorry 26 times in total 12 times in the past month and has sold at least once in the past week so that's a good sign so that's an item that I'm interested in what is this is a 27 gallon storage bin so now what I can do is I can come over to my suppliers website and I just searched here for 27g storage bin and what I'm looking for here is not the exact same one alth sometimes I will sell but usually I'm looking for something similar what I'm looking for is a similar product with that with similar features or similar Dimensions that is as cheap as possible while still getting great reviews and is actually sold by Walmart so if you want to rewind and write all that criteria down it's very important like put it down as a checklist but that's what I'm looking for we want a similar product with similar features we want it to uh be sold by Walmart be as cheap as possible while still getting great reviews so right here we see a 27 gallon plastic storage container this looks like it's probably the same one we know

it's sold by Walmart because it says save with Walmart plus that means it's sold by Walmart as opposed to this one which doesn't have it which means this is sold by a third party seller so I'm not interested in that I'm also looking for the cheapest one possible so this one is $10 this one is $15 right this one still has good reviews so this is a winner right here let's see if we can find a better one I always scroll down see if I can find a better one but that is a really good price I'm not seeing anything even close to $10 so I think that would be the one that I would list up for sale usually I don't like to sell the exact same one but in this case it's the clear winner so I would list up this one for sale but in this case you know I'm going to get a little creative here I'm going to type in maybe 26 gallon 25 gallon see if anything like that comes up and you know I did couple searches here I didn't see anything better so I'm just feeling a bit lazy now I don't want to search any anything more so I'm going to go back to that one and so this 27 gallon one is the one that I'm going to sell and I'll literally just go through every single product like that so coming back over here to Zeke I'll look at it for the next one look the same exact process and you can use any supplier that you want so even though this seller might be sourcing their products from Walmart if you didn't want to use Walmart that's okay you can just look for the product on Amazon for instance so that's what I've done here I searched for the same thing and I'm seeing similar results um I'm not seeing anything better than $10 so I'm not going to list any of these ones so if you're use multiple suppliers that's what I suggest you do search for it on both of your suppliers websites a lot of times you'll find that one is better uh or has the better product on their website but for another product it's on the other website so definitely um don't be afraid to search on multiple of your suppliers websites but this is the winner right here so let's go ahead and list up this one so this is very simple to do very lazy to do all you have to do is open up the product like this and I will go ahead and copy down the URL for this product now coming back over here to autods here we go I'll click on ADD single product not have to select which store app have to add it into if you're brand new you're only to have one store but if you're doing if you've been doing this for a while you can actually connect up autods with multiple eBay accounts you can also connect it up with Tik Tock shop with Shopify so it can be One login that allows you to run many stores dozens of stores in fact but I'll select the eBay store because that's what we're doing and I'll click on next and I'll go ahead and paste in that URL and click on the orange button and so now what it's doing is it's pulling everything from Walmart in this case all the information so we can see it brought over the title here it automatically selected a category it automatically selected tags it automatically selected the shipping method that's what I want because I don't want to spend a lot of time on this because we're trying to do this quickly we're trying to be lazy about this and the more the software can do the lazier we can be most importantly though it turns on stock monitoring price monitoring and auto order and that does exactly what it sounds like if the price changes on Walmart then the price monitoring will update the price on eBay for you if the item goes out of stock it will put the items out of stock on eBay and if you get an order in it will automatically order it from Walmart ship it to the customer so awesome so we leave those on and we can see also it brings over the description over here brings over all the images in here the item specifics so it really does everything the only thing I change here is I come over the images and I check to see if there's anything here that I don't want to be in here all these images look great but sometimes like if there was two different colors and I'm only selling one of the colors I'll delete the one with the other colors right because I'm not selling those stuff like that I'll delete um but besides that I don't really change much in here the other thing I change is the title of the product so the title right here is the one that's optimized for Walmart but it is not optimized for eBay so we need to now optimize it for eBay how do you do that well luckily the software makes easy if you click right here where it says optimize your title that will open up a new tab where you can use the eBay title Builder tool by autods Zeke also has one so if we come over here to Zeke and I click on the left here where it

says title Builder where is it Zeke has one as well so they both work fine I'm just used to using the Zeke one so I'm going to use that one so I'm just going to type in here 27 gallon storage bin right you just kind of want to generally describe what this is not too specific okay so scrolling down I can now look at these results so what do these results show me well on the left here are the longtail keywords on the right are the generic all that means is that on the left are like phrases they're multiple words right plastic storage bin gallon snap lid we on the right they're just single words storage gallon plastic snap right so what this is showing us is that when people are looking for a 27 gallon storage bin what are they searching for well they're searching for these words these longtail keywords and these generic single keywords and they'll and autods and Zeke will put the most popular keywords at the top so what I'm going to do is I'm going to fill my title with as many of these keywords as I can that actually fit for this product so in this case this is a plastic storage bin I'll click on that and clicking on it we'll just add it right here and as you see we can use a total of 80 characters so all this is you know Zeke is doing this for us all you have to do is Click once this goes up as close to 80 as possible we're done we don't have to like manually write this out it makes it very easy so what else we have gallon snap lid does this snap on yeah it's snap on lid so I'll go ahead and add that on gallon snap lid um lid plastic storage those words we already have so I'm not going to include them again I don't like to put brand names in the title so I'm going to avoid this one as well as this one this is black so we already have storage bin container but we don't have black and this is in fact black so I'll include that in there we're about halfway through we need 40 more characters so let's go over to the right we have storage we have gallon we have plastic we have snap uh we have container oh we don't have container so let's throw that one in there uh we can use the word tough so I'll throw that one in there and let's go to the second page of the results this says tote so we'll do tote and heavy yeah I think like heavy duty probably heavy duty there we go so that's 73 of 80 maybe I could throw in one more word like Duty we have duty um yeah I think that's it I don't think we're going to fit much more so now what I'll do is I'll just rearrange these words to make the title just a little bit cleaner and a little bit nicer what I like to do is I like for the first few words to fully describe what this is so I'm going to see that the first few are plastic storage bin that pretty much fully describes what it is and that's the most search term so leave that right at the top or right at the beginning plastic storage bin uh let's see we will do snap lid container maybe tough snap lid container black heavy duty gallon tote right really again just the first few words have to describe what it is plastic storage bin the rest I just kind of throw in there try to make it make sense as much as possible so we have plastic storage bin tough snap lid container black heavy duty gallon tote that's it so now I can go ahead and click this that will just copy it come over here to autod DS paste it in and then I can click on the top right here where it says save and import and then that item will be in my eBay store with all the automation fully set up because I listed it with this software all right so there you go that's the laziest way to start Drop Shipping on eBay this year that actually works if you want to try this out for yourself again the links to Auto yes and Zeke are in the description of this video and with those links you do get special free trials or $1 trials if you sign up with those affiliate links so do be sure you do that if you like this video make sure to subscribe and give this video a thumbs up and then I'll see you in the next video bye for now
