Surprising My High School Teacher With A New Car

That's Mr. B. Back in high school, he was my film teacher and he's the person who inspired me to become a full-time YouTuber. He changed my life forever. So now, after 10 years, it's finally time to pay him back. So, I spent a couple weeks searching for the perfect gift for him. And then I found this. All right, guys. So, this is the car we getting for Mr. B. It is a 2022 Tesla Model Y. And the reason why I got him a Tesla out of all the cars is because he recently had an incident with his health where he had to have his leg completely amputated, which is freaking tragic because this is one of the best guys that I've ever known in my life. And he doesn't deserve this, bro. I don't understand why bad things be happening to good people. So that's why when I heard that information, I knew we had to do this for him. So, this car comes with the full self-driving package, and it's going to help him getting to his doctor's appointments, getting to work every day, and just make his life a little bit easier. So, I'm super excited to give this to him. I think he's going to love it. We're going to clean it up a little bit right now, and then we're going to do the surprise. And for the surprise, I came up with a master plan. I got in contact with his daughter, and she set up a dinner at his favorite restaurant with his entire family. So, I'm just going to casually go into the restaurant while they're having dinner and accidentally run into my teacher. I think we're going to be so excited to see each other that he's going to invite us to sit down to chat for a couple of minutes and I'm going to tell him that I've been doing so good in my career that I just bought a new car and it's outside and I need to show it to him right now. When he steps outside, he's going to get the surprise of a lifetime. So, we took it to the car wash, got everything cleaned up and ready to go. But there was one last thing that I had to do. When I was in high school, he would always come to school wearing shirts with his fraternity. and it's just one of the things that matters to most of them. He even wore some crazy purple boots every single day. So, we got him a license plate cover with his fraternity on it. And we going to stick on maybe this one. a sticker on the back of there just to make it unique cuz all these damn Teslas, they all look the same. But this one, this one's a special one. So, let's get it right. All right. And the final touch, it's ready to go. — The only problem is we didn't get the license plate yet. So, there is like a 30% chance cuz he is black. He might get arrested driving this car tonight. But, it's all good. That's a risk we're willing to take. Let's do this. You guys really got to understand how legendary this guy, Mr. B, is he was really the first person that made me believe that I could do this for a living. making videos, editing videos, doing content. He was the first one that really put that battery in my back to make me feel like it was possible. He would also be the one that would force me to enter local film festivals and really just push me to do this thing at the highest level. I always had my mom in my life, but I never had anybody as like a male role model in that way. Nobody to really like push me in my career. and he was the first real like male role model I had when it came to this business and film thing. He really made me think I could do it. That's why we're giving this back to him today. It's been almost 10 years since I was in high school and y'all can save the uncle comments. I don't need to hear none of that. But the fact that 10 years later I still think about this man and the impact he had on my life should speak volumes to what he did for me and so many other people. So now it's finally time to surprise him with his new car. All right. So, we just got to the restaurant here. Found a parking spot for the car. I stopped in the middle of — Yeah. — I wish I was. I love teaching that class. That, you know, I don't want to teach anything else. That class — was me. It was lifech changing for me to be able to share that. — Yeah, — that's crazy that we ran into him, man. — Changing people's lives just by, you know, them watching him blog. — Yeah, I'm trying to have the same impact you had on me with the rest of these people. Just trying to give them that inspiration — more than anything. — You know, sometimes people just need a little push in the right direction. — I respect that you pushed through with your injury and everything. That was that would take a lot of people out the game. You know, — you can't let the Well, I used to always tell you, you can't let these things stop you. — You have to fight through, push through, do whatever it takes to try to get to the next point.
