In this video we’re going to be doing some dropshipping store reviews. My name is Paul J Lipsky, I help people learn how to dropship onto marketplaces TikTok Shop, eBay and Facebook Marketplace. Today we’re going to look at some eBay Dropshipping stores that are doing $0 per month in sales all the way up to $60,000 per month! And I’m going to show you what I think the sellers are doing right and how they can improve. Intro

in this video we're going to be doing some dropshipping store reviews my name is Paul Jay lipsky I help people learn how to drop ship onto different marketplaces like Tik Tock Shop eBay and even Facebook Marketplace today though we're looking at some eBay drop shipping stores that are doing $0 per month in sales all the way up to $60,000 per month in sales and I'm going to show you what I think the sellers are doing right and how they can improve their stores and hopefully you can learn something from this that you can bring to own eBay store so let's take a look

$0 Store

at the first store right here this store is doing $0 a month in sales and I'm going to tell you exactly why that is as you can see this store has only been around now for a few months but they only have three products in their store so right away that's just not enough products part of Drop Shipping is a numbers game on eBay and only having three products is not going to get you very far now when you're first starting out you do not want to list too many items too quickly but this store is now 3 months old they should have a lot more products in here in addition to that looking at their storefront right here you can see that they have this very generic username right here I'm not a big proponent of spending too much time thinking about what your store name is going to be I don't think it really makes or breaks the store but it can't help to have at least a nice sounding store name instead of whatever eBay automatically assigns you if you don't choose one so I would change this up and also just add in some nice imagery up here you can build out a nice sort of looking photo up here banner up here using something like canva which is free to do you might as well put it in because any buyers coming in here they're not going to feel very confident buying from you when you don't even have a reall look store and you only have three products in here so yeah not much really going on here you can see they don't even have any feedback obviously because they haven't made any sales but the other thing about feedback is that when you are a seller this feedback will not only show you the feedback given to you by your buyers but also from anyone that you bought items from so if you're starting out and you have absolutely zero feedback it doesn't hurt to start buying stuff on eBay so that you do get some posit positive feedback as a buyer which would show up here as well so you might as well do that what I usually tell people to do is hey start a new eBay store go ahead into that store and anytime you're looking to buy something like maybe you usually shop on Amazon instead of buying the stuff from Amazon find it here on eBay and buy it on eBay that way you help out your store you kind of help out your account Prime it and you're going to get some feedback for that as well so not a lot going on if we actually look at the product in here we can see that they do have nice images which I like to see and they have several images but one thing you should always do with your eBay listings is you should max out the number of photos that you can so this person only has four photos on this listing you can have up to 12 so you should even if that means you have to duplicate these four Images three times each in order to get to 12 so definitely do that because eBay likes when you have more images coming down here to the description I think this is totally fine right here I'm a big fan of just having these plain text description so this actually is good right here and let's take a look at your shipping and return policies real quick free shipping which is great and decent shipping times as well now one thing here it says that you are offering FedEx Ground economy that actually isn't totally accurate because as a drop shipper you have to use whatever shipping method is being used by your supplier and your supplier is Walmart and Walmart uses more than just FedEx so I wouldn't just put in FedEx I would just do regular economy which kind of applies to everything so yeah a lot of work to be done here quite frankly it looks like this store has actually just been completely abandoned uh which is kind of sad to see so don't give up because everyone starts out like this with a brand new Store with only a few products in it but as you're going to see you can get up to over $60,000 a month in sales with an eBay Drop Shipping Store and I'll show you that store in just a few moments but

first let's check out this next store right here now this store is also pretty new but they're doing much better than the last one so you see they have a lot more products for sale here and a lot of different products in different sort of niches but a lot of them at the top have these like flashlights and things like this and what you'll notice about these is that all these items are shipping from China so what this person is doing is they are Drop Shipping from AliExpress you can see actually a very similar product for sale right here so I'm honestly not the biggest fan of Drop Shipping from China primarily because the shipping times are so long and the returns are such a hassle and just the customer service is a lot harder it's definitely a viable business model Drop Shipping from AliExpress to eBay but in the beginning I recommend you B you stick with us-based suppliers that are just going to get customers their items faster and just be a lot easier to deal with but hey you know what you're off to a good start you got a bunch of items and we can see here that you have 100% positive feedback which I love to see so if we come in here to the person's feedback we can see they have 81 uh feedbacks ratings right here no negative and no neutral which I love to see so you're doing well with that and you have some nice branding here again branding isn't the Make It or Break It but it's always just nice to have it's nice to have a nice name a nice little logo here and a nice banner up here at the top so kudos for you to you for doing that so let's look at one of these listings right here we'll open up this one and you can see that there are a bunch of images I've already looked at them there's at least 12 which is excellent to see you've maxed out your listings and they're good images as well now coming down let's look at the description real quick uh yeah you know what quite honestly I don't like this description all this sort of coloring is difficult to read again plain text descriptions are perfectly fine when you get into using all this sort of color stuff it's like hard on the eyes everything is bolded that's not the way you should do it your titles can be bolded but the actual information should just be in regular plain text without bold and without all this coloring so I would change that up and you don't need images in here as well you know when you put images in the description They Don't Really render really well a lot of times like scrolling down here this photo takes up the entire page and now I have to keep scrolling uh it just doesn't look very nice to be honest if you're going to have photos in your description you want them to be a lot smaller and side by side so you can see a lot of them at once it just doesn't look that good in here and then you can see there's some sort of code right here and this needs to be cleaned up as well because that shouldn't be in there now a lot of sellers on eBay like to include things like their return policy in their description or their contact information uh I would never do that in a description and the reason is because your policy may change they will probably change over time and if they do change you have to go back to all of your products all your listings and change it in all of them so don't do it it's really not necessary because when you get up here we got to scroll all the way up but when you get up here all the policies are in here anyway so yeah use this and don't use the one in the description because it just it's going to be a bigger headache in the future uh let's take a look at this you have free shipping which is excellent that's what you want 30-day return policy money back or replacement so for something like Drop Shipping from China I wouldn't offer a replacement I would only do money back because it is going to take so long for the customer to get the replacement so I would just do money back and it says buyer pays for return shipping that's fine but usually with the type of Drop Shipping we do I would Rec recommend saying that the seller would pay for return shipping because you're going to get free returns anyway on eBay with your suppliers so you might as well pass that along to the buyer because that's going to help your items rank even higher in the search results and finally here let's look at the title so we have this Surefire m600 B Scout light flashlight LED light for rifle hunting flashlight and the word doesn't even finish so you know to be honest this isn't a great title at all and I'm looking at the item on AliExpress it is a somewhat similar title so maybe there's even another listing that you took this from on AliExpress I'm willing to bet that this person didn't even change their title or maybe changed it very little and I think that's a mistake I think it's a huge missed opportunity because the more time you spend optimizing your listing in other words making the title better filling it with keywords that people are actually going to be searching for when they're looking for this type of flashlight that's going to have your items rank higher in the search results and you're going to make more sales on the same product so I wouldn't just use the default title that is given to you by AliExpress or whatever your supplier is you really want to optimize it for eBay fill it with those keywords now the other thing that I noticed about this is that this is $97. 99 and it has sold nine times so that's probably at a good price point but you can see well let's actually see how much this are this is so this is the m300 and you're selling the m600 so how much is the m600 took a little bit of looking around but I found it it's right here and as you see it's $25 right and it's discounted right now to 18806 and you're selling it for almost $100 on eBay so first of all I want to show you all this because this is proof that you can have quite a markup on your items on eBay but also for this seller I would actually lower this I think that's too much of a markup I mean it is working obviously but if you lower the price you're going to make more sales and that is going to have a greater benefit than just the big margin you have in here right now so I would actually lower it and see how much that increases your sales because I think you'll see even more sales when you do that now you may be wondering to

yourself how I found these drop shippers on eBay and for that I used this software called Zeke now what this software really does is it helps me find winning products to sell on eBay and one of the ways it does that is it actually identifies for me and shows me other people who are Drop Shipping on eBay so for instance right here on the dashboard I can see over here on the left it says trending drop shippers and it's showing me people that are Drop Shipping on eBay and I can actually look at their store and see how well they're doing so

$18k Store

for instance this seller right here is doing over $188,000 a month with Drop Shipping and if we look at some of their products right here I can tell that these are products that they are drop shipping from Walmart these are a lot of Walmart items and coming down here we can see that they have a Mainstays table and Mainstays is a brand that is owned and sold by Walmart so if you see a product on eBay that is a Mainstay product then it means that person is probably drop shipping from Walmart onto eBay which is exactly what this person is doing and doing over what was it $188,000 a month Drop Shipping Walmart to eBay and you can just see just a huge variety of different products that they have for sale so they have these cordless Vine uh yeah cordless blinds I should say this glass jar right here this hummingbird feeder uh dish drying rack coffee maker air horn like this is everything and anything and a lot of drop shippers they try to Niche down and only sell one type of product like maybe only pet products but that would be a huge mistake because you are limiting yourself so much and when you're selling on a platform like eBay the way people buy prodct products is they come over here they search for what they're looking for and they look through all the results and then they buy what they want what is high in the search results and showing up to them right away people don't really click through to the store very often it very rarely happens it's still worth it to make sure you have good branding up here but most people buy directly from the search results the important thing here is that people don't care if you sell pet products and curtains and blinds and coffee makers like people don't care they only care that you have the right product that they want so never Niche down and this is the proof of that because this person is all over the place with different categories and different niches and they're doing over $118,000 a month in sales so let's actually look at their most popular product right here and let's see if I can give them any advice maybe they're doing everything right so this title right here looks pretty good to me it looks like they filled it with keywords if we come down here to the photos they got a bunch of photos so it looks like they maxed out all of their photos which I love to see and what's also really cool is that they've done these variations so they have multiple different variations in here this is another great thing to do if it's available for the product a lot of products will be available in different sizes in different colors and you don't have to make separate listings for all of them all that can be inside one single listing and the benefit of that is that if this one sells with this size and this color that's one sale and if it's and if another size sells well that's a second sale and all of those are congregated together and you can see this item is sold 592 times but the thing is it's not this color and this size at a sold it is one of these colors and one of these sizes but they all add up to 592 sales why is that important because the more sales your listing has the higher up in the search results it will appear and the more that customers see that the item is sold the more likely they will feel confident buying it themselves so you want a listing with a lot of sales and this is a really great way to do it to make it even look higher than it actually is in some ways so coming down here let's look at the description hey this is a perfect description this is exactly what I want to see so this person nailed it with that and I'm sure that all their policies are great as well yeah have fast shipping because they're using Walmart this would arrive in just a few days seller pays for return shipping you know that's what I'm talking about money back guarantee 30 days everything I've talked about so far this person is doing right and you can see it is working because they are doing all of those things but now let's look at one actually two more stores one more before we get to the $660,000 a month store

$20k Store

this one right here is doing over $20,000 a month in sales and coming down here looking at some of the products real quick you can see that they just have a huge variety of different products this shampoo stuff and a kids violin something else here and what I wanted to show you about this person was that they actually have some of their listings in another language that's not English and this is a trick that you can try because there are non-english speakers who shop on eBay so if you list products up in a different language sometimes you will make sales on that product so just a little tip I wanted to throw in there for you but now I wanted

to show you the $60,000 a month sales store this one right here is doing $64,800 here and what I love about this is that this is one of my favorite categories is kind of like tools and Home Improvement stuff people just love to buy them on eBay and it's working for this person as well which I love to see now let's actually look at some of their products so let's open up this one right here so we can see that this is selling for 2750 they have a pretty good title right here it looks like it might be a little short you might be able to squeeze is another keyword in there um and only four photos which like blows my mind because duplicate these you should have all four of these photos two more times for a total of 12 and this person's not doing it and coming down here at the description um yeah they're making a lot of mistakes in here like so this shows you can still make mistakes and still do really well but uh personally I think this person could be doing even a lot better for all the reasons we've talked about their titles could be better they could have more main images they should get rid of this thing at the top because you can see it just didn't render very well it's like squished you know you don't want that just have the title and just have the description get rid of this photo it's just too big like this stuff looks very old school and again you don't need your shipping policy in here it just doesn't look good this actually looks like a picture it's a little like pixelated yeah so there there's a lot this person could actually be doing to make their story even better I mean it's hard to argue with results right but I think for most people if you really want to see success that other store that I showed you was really the one to duplicate because they are doing everything right when it comes to drop shipping and that's why they are doing so well with their store so if this video was helpful to you and you want to see more story reviews just let me know in the comment section down below and then subscribe to my channel so you don't miss the next one that I make also in the description of this video is a free guide that I put together that goes over exactly how you can start your very own eBay Drop Shipping Store so click the first link in the description down below and get that free guide and then I'll see you in the next video
