This Brand NEW eBay Store Made $19,000 Last Month (eBay Dropshipping)

I found this new eBay Drop Shipping Store that's been absolutely blowing up recently it's only a few months old but they're already doing $15,000 a month with just drop shipping and the more I thought about this store the more I knew I had to make a video about it unfortunately I hear a lot of people that think that Drop Shipping on eBay is oversaturated and that it's dead

but here's a second Drop Shipping Store that's also only a few months old and this one is already doing $199,000 a month in sales and the crazy thing is just a few months ago people were telling me that eBay Drop Shipping was dead at the same time though there were people like these sellers that I just showed you who were starting up their first stores so if you had just taken action on some of the stuff I teach here on my videos on this channel this could have been you now my strategy when it

comes to eBay Drop Shipping is to only sell products that are already in high demand and that people are already buying so today I'm going to show you how to find these products and then how to set up an automation that will essentially run your entire eBay Drop Shipping Store for you finally after all that I'll teach you a bonus strategy that has helped me rank hundreds of products to page one of eBay's search results just make sure you watch the entire video from start to finish because each of these steps are important and they do build on the last to start out let's actually analyze the

seller stores that I showed you before and I'll show you what they're doing well and what they can improve on so that when you start your own eBay Drop Shipping Store you can apply those when you get started so I'm using this software here that's able to analyze different stores on eBay so this first tells me that this seller is in fact a drop shipper as you can see up here now a lot of the information up here I honestly don't pay too close attention to but what I really like to see is their sales earnings because that's going to tell us how much they've done in the past 30 days so I'm able to see that this seller has done about $115,000 in sales in just of the past 30 days alone that's a really good sign because that means that they obviously know what they're doing and that's going to help us as drop shippers as we're getting started as well we can also see down here that the average price of the products they sell is about $25 and they have quite a bit of feedback as well now let's actually look at this seller story this is it right here I came to their store from and what I like to see is that they have a relatively simple name here it's waha bright but what I'm not thrilled about is that their logo right here is really hard to see I'm not sure even what this is personally if I was you I would just spend the 5 minutes 10 minutes necessary 15 minutes top to go on a website like canva and to make a nicer looking logo it's not the most important thing in the world but it certainly doesn't hurt to have a great logo up here so that when customers come to your storefront it looks a lot more professional now I'm also going to take a look in a minute at the products but let's first look at their feedback so we're going to click right here where it says feedback and I'm able to see that they have a lot of positive feedback over the last year and they have some neutral feedback and they have two negative feedback now you may not know this but neutral feedback really doesn't matter at all for eBay so if you have a neutral feedback it doesn't increase your score but it doesn't decrease your score either so if you have 30 neutral feedback I don't stress out about that I just leave neutral feedback alone seems like this seller understands that and they don't even bother trying to get them changed but they do have two negative feedback so let's take a quick look at that because I always like to if possible actually get rid of this negative feedback so this person said caution read the description not selling two but it holds two bushels I'm not quite 100% sure what is going on here but it sounds like maybe the product title is a bit confusing because two bushel Ultra H Ultra hamper so I think maybe what's going on here is that this person's selling some sort of hamper that holds two bushels but the title makes it seem like you're actually getting two hampers so you want to avoid anytime there's some sort of confusion like this especially if a customer messages you and they're confused you really want to clarify the title because you don't want to run into an issue like this one where the customer thinks they're getting one thing or thinks they're getting two of something but they're getting something totally different or a different quantity so I would definitely change this but I would also message eBay and say hey look this is really the customer who is confused here the title clearly says that this holds two bushels and not that you're going to get two of them and eBay should remove that feedback but they may not so it's worth it's always worth calling to ask and trying to get it removed if that doesn't work you can always contact the customer and work it out with them in fact eBay usually prefers if you try that first work it out with them say I'm really sorry about this I can give you a partial refund and then once they seem satisfied then ask them to actually revise the feedback this customer right here is upset about the product itself it seems like they're not happy with the quality of the product and again this is something that is technically removable although eBay is inclined to remove feedback more and more these days and the reason this feedback should get removed is because the feedback that you have as a seller is really supposed to be about how good you are as a seller not about the product itself there's actually a different place where they can review products this isn't it so technically you should be able to get this removed whether you're going to be able to do that or not it's kind of up to the representative you're talking to on eBay but same thing contact the buyer and actually try to resolve it with them and maybe they will actually revise it if they're satisfied but overall two negative feedback out of the feedback that you have really not bad at all so now let's actually look at the products that this seller has and we'll start to analyze them and this is where we get into the section where you begin to do product research and are actually able to find the products that you should be selling as well and to do that we're going to turn back to this software that

I showed you before so this software is called Zeke and it's really designed to scan different products on eBay different product categories different Sellers and give us real time feedback about which items are doing the best so that we can go ahead and sell those same products ourself so for instance I use the competitor research tool that's just one of the tools available here on Zeke and I put in here this seller's name and it gave us all this information about the seller but probably more importantly is down here it actually shows us which of their items are the most popular so I see that these cordless vinyl blinds have sold 127 times in the past month and this clear glass mason jar has sold 46 times in the past month we have a dish drainer drying rack that is sold 31 times in the past month so these are all items that we know are doing well we know other drop shippers are selling these products successfully onto eBay so what we can now do is we can go ahead and sell similar products ourselves so I'm eyeing right now this dish drainer drying rack but honestly I would go through every single one of these products and try to Source it from my supplier's website so here I am on Walmart and I just searched for dish drainer drying rack and what I'm looking for is something that's similar to the one that's being sold so here on eBay and one that's around the same price as well honestly the cheapest that we can get it for so here we have one that's $5 it's not free shipping so we will have to include the shipping cost but even with the shipping cost it's only about $10 which is the cheapest of anything I see here there are some here that get free shipping but this is about $20 so I think that $10 with shipping is about the cheapest that we're going to get so that is the one that I would list up for sale if I saw others around the same price I would list those ones as well but I'm not seeing anything that cheap that has shipping included so that's the one that I would actually list up for sale this first one right here about $10 where'd it go $10 with shipping and we know this product as well because there's someone else who's already selling it here on eBay so then I would do the same process for all these items so we have here a super loud air horn that sold 27 times in the past month so this time I'm looking on Amazon for this product and I see that there are a lot of choices again I'm really looking for the cheapest one that has free shipping so this one is 1378 um I don't see anything cheaper than that yet that might be the winner at oh here's one for $10 right here but it has a longer shipping time doesn't even say it gets free shipping so I don't like that one this one is $7 with $10 for shipping this one is$ 1052 but it's kind of weird looking compared to the other ones and it didn't get great reviews so I'm going to skip on that one I think this is the best price we're going to get $13 and change so that is the one that I would list up for sale right here now in order to get free shipping on this you do need Prime so I'm going to talk about that in a moment because normally you can't use prime to drop ship but I'll show you a trick that will allow you to drop ship products using Amazon Prime so we'll come back to that in a second so again I would just go through every single one of these products and do the same thing Source them on my supplier website and kind of get them all lined up in a row now before I actually show you how to automate this how to get these into your store let me show you the next store that I analyzed as well so this is the

second store right here and you can see that this store is based out of Canada now I really want to show you this store in particular because I get a lot of sellers ERS from outside the United States who don't think that they can drop ship successfully because they might have additional hurdles to doing that they may have additional fees for selling on ebay. com but I want to show you right here that this is someone who's not in the United States and yet they're doing really well with eBay Drop Shipping you can see they've done about $119,000 almost $20,000 in the past month just with eBay Drop Shipping and a lot of their items are in fact selling now coming down to here to the search results what I did was I sorted This Time by upload date so you can see that they've been selling for less than a year at this point so they are pretty new at this so I'll sort now by the 30-day sales and we can see they most popular items here at the top and they have some pretty simple stuff like ice cube trays adhesive glue shoe repair kit toilet paper different items like this now I really love when people sell toilet paper household items that are replenishable like that because as people use toilet paper they then need to buy more toilet paper so they're going to return back to where they originally bought it which means more sales for you so these are really excellent items to be selling now actually looking at their store they have a really great logo right here which I love so they're doing a great job with that and if we come over to the feedback we can see H you know they have a quite a bit of negative feedback which I'm not crazy about so looking at that negative feedback I would definitely spend some time getting rid of all this I mean some of this is quite bad um you know overall their feedback is positive they're at 96. 9 but I'm willing to bet you can get that much higher just by spending a little bit of time working through these and really trying to get some of these removed or working with the buyer to get it revised or even just responding to these to make them better let's look at some of their actual listings because I didn't do that for the last one um so let's for instance look at it doesn't really matter like this one right here and looking at this we can see that they have just one image which is kind of crazy to me if you're selling on eBay you really want to max out the listings that you have you don't want to have just one image Max that out you want 12 images in there and that's really easy to do I'll show you how to do that a moment coming down here to the description I mean it's an okay description there's not much going on here it's pretty short again you want a little bit more you're going to get this directly from your supplier and if your supplier has it you might as well include it let me just show you how to do that because this seller is doing really well but they could be doing so much better if they just optimize their listings a bit more so let me show you how

we do that so this is the second software that we use it's called autods and by the way I know that this is a lot of information I showed you the product research software I showed you this new automate for us as well let me show you what I mean all right I'll click now on where it says add product and single product and now I'm going to return back to one of those items that I'm selling let's use the Amazon product because I want to show you how we get free shipping on these so if this is the item I want to sell all I want to do is grab the URL for this so I highlighted it and I right clicked it I'll click on copy and now I'll paste it in here and by the way this doesn't just work with Amazon this works with AliExpress Home Depot Sam's Club Walmart Wayfair Amazon CJ Drop Shipping bang good Costco there's so many on this list there's Target there's wish there's Kmart there's Macy's there's Shopify there's Tik Tok in fact so there there's a lot on this list that it works with now I'll click here where it says edit now quick and that will pull all of the information from Amazon for me so grab the photos so grab the title grab the description and all of that will be brought in for me automatically and then we can come here and edit this as much as we want but luckily there's usually not much we have to change so the first thing you'll see here is the title this is something we're definitely going to come back to but as you can see it automatically selects a category for you it automatically selects tags I always make sure those make sense and it always does so this looks good and then it automatically selects a bunch of different shipping and payment policies as well now coming down here this is the real secret when it comes to autods and automation this is the monitoring section so what this will do is with all of these toggled on the first one is stock monitoring what that means is that if this item goes out of stock on Amazon autods will automatically put it out of stock in my eBay store for me the second one is price monitoring if the items price changes on Amazon that will be updated on my eBay store as well and then finally we can turn on auto ordering this does require you to go into the settings as well and set up a few things but with this enabled what this will do is anytime I get an order on eBay autods will actually buy this item for me from Amazon automatically without me having to even log in or do anything and the great thing is that by using autod DS's Auto ordering feature we can actually sell items that are under $35 and still get free shipping on them we can still take advantage in other words of Amazon Prime without having to have a Prime account ourselves so definitely for items that are under $35 this is the way we sell Amazon products using Auto ordering with autods that will really keep the cost down for the products then coming in here you can see the description so this is the full description a lot of times I might come in here and change stuff um usually what I'm looking for phone numbers email addresses warranty information all of that I'll delete out of here but generally speaking this is usually fine the way it is and this one looks good then we have the variations so let's say this item on Amazon was available in three different colors like a red a blue and a yellow I could sell all three of these if I want or I could delete different variations and only sell the one variation you have those options now images this is what I was talking about this is where you really want to make sure that you are you're doing this right so inside the settings for autod you can actually tell it hey if there's only a few images duplicate the images until there's 12 of them so I'm able to see all of the images in here and what it will do is when I actually list it will duplicate these until I get to 12 automatically for me you want that the more images you have on eBay the better your listing is going to do and that's what really good sellers are able to do on eBay now what I like to do in here is I like to spend just a moment to maybe change the main image this is the main image right now for some reason it's not loading right here but you can see it right here that's a pretty good main image but if you want to stand out you could select a different main image so I might select for instance this one I think looks really good so that's the one that I would pick that way my listing if anyone else is selling this will look a little bit different and then we have item specifics which are usually done automatically quite well all right so now let's actually spend some time on the title because this is the key right here if you get a good title you can really rank a lot higher in search results than other people cuz most people are too lazy to build their own title they're just going to use the same one from Amazon that everyone else is using but we're not going to do that we're going to optimize this title so our listing ranks higher and stands out so to do that I'm going to return back to Zeke because they have a title Builder tool built in so here on the

left we have the title Builder and what I'll do is search in here for just generally what this product is this is an airhorn right click on search and what this will do is this will tell me what keywords people search for when they are looking for an air horn so there's a bunch of short keywords here like single word keywords here on the right and a bunch of multi-word keywords here on the left so when people look for air horn they look for train air horn trumpet air horn waterproof motorcycle loud train air and then these words as well horn Train Truck loud superbat compressor motorcycle and these are ranked from the most search down to the least searched so I need to make sure that these keywords actually apply like the word train would that one actually apply here I don't think so I don't think this is a train horn but this is definitely applies to like boating which I saw in there so let's slowly start to build this we're going to use the word um let's see air horn let's see is waterproof one of the words no I don't think it's waterproof doesn't say it is in the tit all no I don't think it's waterproof so we're not going to include the word waterproof but we will include the word air horn right here so see if you click it automatically adds it and I always like to capitalize the title although autods does that for us automatically actually so we have horn train is not truck is not this is not one for a truck but it is loud so include that it is super loud you know it's very subjective so I think that's fine this is for boating so put the word boat in there doesn't have a compressor it's not a motorcycle how many decb is this does it tell us that 115 DB so that's not 300 DB so we're not going to include that one we can include the word loud that one's already in there so this is what we have so for so far uh let's go to the next page of the search results and is this blue it was blue right yeah blue so I include the word blue in there um it's not electric let's see what else all right so I've gone ahead and added a whole bunch of keywords in here and as you can see right here it says title contains 71 of 80 characters so all the titles on eBay the most number of characters you can have is 80 so we have 71 of 80 that's more than fine so what I'm just going to do now is re rearrange these and make this make a little more sense so we're going to change this to loud airhorn maybe super loud airhorn super loud air horn blue uh SPO sport boat safety 115 dbel compact hiking outdoor that's fine so normally what I like to do is I like to make sure that the first few words really describe what this is up front so this is a super loud air horn the rest of the words I just kind of th throw in there if they make a little bit of sense that's fine if they don't make sense that's fine as well as long as the keywords are in there so this is a well optimized title what I can now do is click copy here and return back to autod DS and actually delete this one and paste in the new one so now we have a well optimized toel a great title great photos well researched item that we know is selling well at a good price and I'll click save and import and that item will then be live in my eBay store and if anyone buy it will be automatically ordered for me without me having to do any more work and really if you want to

be very successful with eBay Drop Shipping this is the best way to do it because you don't have to spend a lot of time actually listing up all these items because it's so fast to do it with the software and you're not going to waste time listing a bunch of items that are never going to sell because we've done research and we know these items are popular like I said I know this is a lot of information so I've included that guide you can still get it at the first link in the description down below but if you want a more in-depth guide into specifically how to do Amazon to eBay Drop Shipping fully automated using this software then I highly recommend you check out this video right here because I show you step by step how to do that so click on this video and I'll see you there in just one moment
