out many beginners are interested in eBay Drop Shipping because it is so simple all you're doing is selling physical products that you don't own on websites like eBay one cm sells you just buy it for less money from A supplier like Walmart or Amazon and then the item is shipped directly to the customer so for instance here I found this item on eBay this seller is selling it for 65 dollars it's like this cash register draw where you can put money into it if I were to buy this from the seller all they're going to do is go over to Amazon buy the exact same thing for less money but tell Amazon to ship it directly to me that way it's completely hands off for the seller so this seller they don't

own any inventory they only buy the item after someone has already bought it from them on eBay so you don't need to spend any money up front on inventory and that means your cost to get started is very low and you could do this from pretty much anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer and an internet connection now when I first got started with this the reason it used to work was because of convenience it's no secret that Shoppers on eBay could buy our items directly on Amazon for less money but the reason so many people still bought it from us on eBay is because it's more convenient for them to just buy it from a website they're already on or already familiar with a website like eBay and it's more convenient for them to just buy on eBay instead of looking for a better price somewhere else but if Shoppers have gotten smarter about saving money and as we have more competitors on eBay has that changed things does eBay Drop Shipping even still work anymore especially for beginners Well the first thing I want to show you is just by how much e-commerce is going to grow and explode over the next few years this chart right here shows us the e-commerce sales over the past few years and predictions going into the future it says for 2022 e-commerce sales were about 800 billion dollars but that's going to grow to much more over the next few years we are still in the infancy when it comes to e-commerce and as this expands there's going to be more people buying things online buying things that you could be selling so yes every year there are more competitors on eBay but there are far more buyers coming into the market than we see sellers who are starting to sell in these marketplaces as well but more importantly specifically for Drop Shipping let's actually look at some

sellers at their eBay drop shipping stores to see how well they're doing so this is a software that I use that helps us analyze different sellers on eBay it will help us find products to actually list up for sale ourselves right now I've just used it to scan other stores and what this says has identified for us are stores that are actually owned by dropshippers so these people are Drop Shipping exactly the way we've been talking about in this video so armed with that we can see that a seller such as this one has a really high salary rate but more importantly their sales for the past month have been about twenty one thousand dollars in sales now what kind of stuff are these sellers selling all sorts of things we see some cough drops we see iced tea we see roasted peanuts just like anything and everything these sellers are selling on eBay using Drop Shipping here's another seller right here they've done 25 000 in sales over the past month and looking at some of their products we see a mermaid tail for kids I mean like who would ever think of this stuff but this is the stuff that people are buying which is basically anything and everything we have some fans we have some shades we have some clothing as well all sorts of things here's another drop shipper right here who's done thirty eight thousand dollars in sales in the past month another one here who has done eighty three thousand dollars a month in sales and this seller who's doing over two hundred thousand dollars a month in sales so as you can see there are plenty of people who are making a lot of money with eBay Drop Shipping but let's get

real about this I want to always be 100 honest with you some people try eBay Drop Shipping and they never see success so why is it that some sellers are doing so well with this While others can't even make a single sale what is it that you need to know as a beginner in order to make up to 300 or more a day with this the first thing I'll say is that most beginners they over complicate eBay Drop Shipping by way too much and what I mean by that is there are many parts of this business that are simple and that you really don't need to worry about or spend a lot of time on for instance this software that I have on the screen right now I use it to run a lot of my eBay Drop Shipping Store for me it does a lot but I want to show you what you're going to be using it for when you first get started which is adding products so after you set up the software you can click on the top left where it says add product I'll choose single product and then you can grab the URL for any product from one of these major retail stores like Amazon so I'll just go ahead and copy this URL come over to the software and paste it in and now click on edit now quick now if I click publish to store that will just instantly list the item into my eBay store for me oh look exactly the same as the product that other seller had in their store but I'll click on where it says edit now quick just kind of give you an idea of how this works it brings in all the information like the title it chooses a category brings in all the photos the description everything is here if I wanted to I could change anything usually I would change up this title to make it better and to optimize it if it has different variations I would choose the ones that I want here you can update the item specifics you can do whatever you want or you can do nothing and just click save and import and actually list it into your store then once that item is live in your eBay store because you use this software to actually list it is now linked that item on eBay that you created with the actual item on Amazon so if this price on Amazon changes the software is going to update it on your eBay store for you automatically and if this item goes out of stock on Amazon what's going to put your item out of stock on eBay for you automatically in the background with all

actually talk about the thing that really matters more than anything else when it comes to eBay Drop Shipping and that's product research in other words picking the right items to sell items that people actually want and will actually buy this is the most important thing that you need to master to be a successful drop shipper if you get this part down everything else is just kind of gonna fall into place so I think the best way to teach you how to do this is with an example So today we're going to be looking for some items to drop ship from Amazon onto eBay and to make your lives a lot easier we're going to be using that software I showed you before at the start of the video because it's actually designed specifically to help you find items to drop ship onto eBay so this is the software right here it's called Zeke analytics and if you do want to try this out for yourself there's a free trial of it inside that ebook that I mentioned before that's the first link down in the description but once you log in you're going to see that on the left there's a lot of different product research tools that are available to you I want to start with the tool called the product research tool I'll go ahead and click on that and what we want to do is come over to the supplier's website that you're going to be using in this case it's Amazon and what you want to find on Amazon is a best seller so we're going to come into the all categories let's come to a random Department here so go to see all let's come into pet supplies and let's come into let's see small animals I've never looked at this category before but let's see what we find and let's kind of go a little bit deeper let's go into toys here and like I said what we're looking for here is a bestseller something with a lot of feedback sometimes it will tell you if we sort by Best Sellers a lot of these websites have that so we see something right here and here's another one right here this one has 20 000 feedback this one has a thousand feedback so let's try this one now this is not necessarily an item that we're going to be selling this is just use to find other drop shippers so I'm going to go ahead and copy that title and come over to Zeke and paste it into the top of the product research tool and click on search and if we scroll down now you see a few people that are selling this there's a really good chance that a lot of these are drop shippers as long as they are using the same image that's here on Amazon so this is the image here this person right here they look like they're a drop shipper right because this is the exact same image so what you can do is since you've identified that they are a drop shipper and in fact Zeke analytics helps you out quite a bit because if they think the person is a drop shipper they'll actually add this drop shipper icon here to let you know so that's a good sign and what I can do now is actually click on this button here that says scan seller this is going to look at all the items in that seller store and let me know if any of them are selling now this person is only doing about 700 a month in sales so they're not doing that well but it doesn't matter all we're looking for are a few items that they're selling that are doing well so we see this one right here this is a dog harness it sold three times in the past month we have this harness that sold three times and we have this whatever this is that sold nine times in the past month they're selling a lot of pet stuff here so what I can then do is look for these same items on Amazon or similar items so these dog harnesses like these tactical dog harnesses seem to be doing quite well so I'm going to come over here and search for tactical dog harness and I would go ahead and find ones that are best sellers that are cheaper in price and sell those ones if I can't find the exact same one that this seller is selling here on eBay to be honest I wasn't crazy about those results I didn't get exactly what I was looking for that's part of the process when it comes to product research so let's kind of start over now we will come into a different category now let's come over to maybe home garden tools I always have a lot of luck in there let's come to kitchen and dining and let's come into let's say cookware and here we have two that are labeled best sellers right here this one has 67 000 feedback so let's go ahead and open up that one now this title is quite long so let's just grab part of this title I'll copy that and come over to Zeke and we're going to come back to the product research tool and I'm going to search for that so now scrolling down here we see a few people that are selling this and many of them are drop shippers so let's look for one that has a lot of feedback so one like this actually isn't the same item but they're still identified as a drop shipper and they have over a thousand feedback so let's go ahead and scan that seller store this may not be a good product to sell but again we don't care about the product what we care about is finding another drop shipper and scanning their store so coming down here on the results for that seller store there's a whole bunch of stuff here so like this item sold three times this one these all these items have sold a couple of times so these are all ones that you can now drop ship yourself
