DROPSHIPPING ON EBAY IN 2026 | Beginners Step By Step Guide ($100/Day)

if you're looking for a simple way to make money online then you'll really want to pay attention to this video because I'm going to show you the simplest method I've ever found that actually works in fact even as a complete beginner with no experience I was able to make over a million dollars in sales my very first year of doing this but do be sure you stick around for the entire video because each of the steps I'm going to show you build on the next and you need all of them to do this successfully first let's head over to ebay. com and create an account if you already have an account that's great you can use the same one for what I'm going to show you today but if you don't have one just head on over to ebay. com and click on the top left where it says register and it's going to ask you a bunch of questions make sure to answer them and you can get an account set up now you can also choose to sign up for what's called an eBay store subscription and that will save you money as you begin to list more items however for beginners who are looking to start as cheaply as possible the free plan is going to be more than fine and that's because every account on eBay has what's called a listing limit that's the number of items that a seller can list and sell on eBay within a given month the limit is set by eBay based on a lot of different factors such as the seller's account history their feedback rating and their sales volume so new eBay sellers they're typically going to have lower listing limits until they establish a track record of successful sales and positive feedback with eBay and as their reputation on the platform grows eBay should increase their listing limit to allow them to list and sell more items so even if your limits are low for now that's okay they will go up as you spend more time selling on eBay now as the title says we are going to be Drop Shipping on eBay now Drop Shipping is a business model where you're going to be creating listings on eBay for products that you don't own or even possess once the product sells for a markup you'll then purchase the item from A supplier who will ship the products directly to your buyers you never have to handle the products yourself but you're still going to profit from the difference between the sale price and the price paid to the supplier the benefit of Drop Shipping on eBay as opposed to other places is that you can leverage the existing customer base and Marketplace of eBay without the need to invest in building a separate website or even paying for advertising up front before you even sell your first product this means the risk is much lower with eBay Drop Shipping than it is with a lot of other online businesses that require you to pay for inventory or ads before you even get going what this also means is that you can run this business from anywhere in the world all you need is a laptop and an internet connection and you're good to go you don't need to be driving around to thrift stores or garage sales to find items to sell and you don't need to be taking photos of those items and boxing them and shipping them out yourself I've done this as a digital Nomad while traveling full-time and now I do it from the comfort of my own home the key though with Drop Shipping if you really want to be successful with it you have to learn how to do product research how to find the right products to sell which is exactly what I'm going to show you how to do right now real quick before we do that I do want to waste any of your time at the start of this video so I got right into the content if you appreciate that please give this video a thumbs up and please hit the Subscribe button it really helps me out so much and I would really appreciate it now let's move on to product research and I really encourage you to pay close attention to what I'm going to show you right now because this part of it product research is without a doubt the most important step when it comes to drop shipping if you master this everything else is just going to fall into place but if you don't Master this you can never be successful with Drop Shipping there are many different ways that we can do this but today we're going to look for items to drop ship from Walmart onto eBay using a product research software called Zeke analytics so this is Zeke analytics right here it has a whole bunch of different product research tools that are available to us on the left I'm going to show you some of these in just a moment but I'm not going to show you everything because there's quite a lot that it does so we're going to start by coming over here to walmart. com now our first goal right now is I want you to concentrate on finding people who are already Drop Shipping onto eBay from the

supplier that you want to use in that case this is Walmart so a great way to do that is by coming over to Walmart and clicking on departments we're just going to come to a random Department here I happen to like a lot Home Furniture Home Goods furniture that type of category I sell a lot of products within this broad category some of my top selling products of all time have come from home and Furniture category so we now have to choose like a subcategory here let's look at living room furniture it doesn't really matter where we end up here the point is we are trying to find what's a best seller on Walmart so if we're looking right here at this page of different items we can see some of them are labeled as best sellers now just because it's a bestseller here on Walmart does not necessarily mean it's going to do well on eBay but we use this as a jumping off point because a lot of drop shippers will grab the best sellers from Walmart and list them for sale on eBay so it helps us find those drop shippers so let's look at this one right here I'll go ahead and open this up and all I want to do is copy down part of the title you don't need the whole thing just like the first chunk of it I'll go ahead and copy that and then I'm going to come over here to Zeke analytics now the tool we want to use right now is called a product research tools the first one I'll click on that and I'm going to go ahead and search for what I just copied and what this will do is this will look through eBay to see if someone else is selling this exact product on eBay and if they are there's a really good chance that they're Drop Shipping it from Walmart onto eBay so I can see here that Zeke analytics found two different sellers that is that it's selling this one and this one now immediately I'm looking at this column right here which tells us how much feedback these sellers have this seller only has 27 feedback that's not a lot I want a seller with at least about 30 feedback that's a pretty hard cut off because the more feedback they have the more items they will have sold which is exactly what we want to look at so looking right here this seller has 3 700 feedback which is more than enough now before we move on I want to first check if they are in fact a drop shipper so the way I do that is I like to open up this listing by just clicking on it and let's look to see what it is that they're selling and how they've created their listing so first do they have the same title as Walmart and it is the same title that's a giveaway that they are a drop shipper but let's also look at the description and see if it matches the one on Walmart and coming down here this is the description right here and this one right here well I'm not actually seeing the same stuff so this person there's a chance they might not be Drop Shipping so right now I think we should go back and find another item on Walmart because we only found two sellers one's out and the other one is probably not Drop Shipping so let's go ahead and look at another item right here uh maybe one with a bit more feedback like this one right here let's go ahead and search for this it's a pretty short title so I can search for the entire thing and see what kind of results we get with that one so this has seven listings that came up and some of them have pretty low feedback but this one has 3 500 feedback let's go ahead and look at that listing and see if they're Drop Shipping so it's the same title the same images as well so that's all looking good that means they could be a drop shipper but I like to look at the description as well so the description on Walmart says let's get plastered and then has some bullet points here and I'm looking over here on eBay and it has the exact same thing so there is a really good chance that this person is in fact drop shipping from Walmart onto eBay and the final kind of giveaway is that the price is much higher here on eBay than it is on a Walmart so that's step number one we were able to find another drop shipper and the next thing we want to do is actually look at what items this seller is selling to see which ones have been selling well recently and I really want to emphasize recently because if an item that this seller has sold maybe like three years ago and it hasn't sold since

then well it's not an item that people are interested in right now but if they have another item that sold 20 times in the past month well that's a really good sign that is an item that people really want right now and is in high demand so if we come over here to the seller and click on their name we can actually see all the items that they're selling once it loads by coming all the way down here to the bottom and clicking on see all this shows us all 11 sorry how many items have 1765 items that it has but the problem is it's going to take you a long time to open up each of these listings to see if any of them have sold because it will tell if it's sold right here these ones for instance have not sold so it's going to take a while to find the sold listings that's where Zeke analytics really shines because right here is the seller that we found that we open up their listing and right here I can click on this button that says scan seller and what it's doing is exactly what I just described but automatically for us see right here it shows at the top the most popular item in this seller store as of recently so these kitchen closet lights have sold three times in the past month this has is sold twice in the past month et cetera et cetera so this is basically telling us that we know that these items right here at the top that have sold multiple times in the past month these are items that are popular and hot right now so what I'm now interested in doing is hey can I find a very similar product to the ones that are up here at the top so step number two here was basically finding which items are popular and selling well which we've done the next step now is we're going to find a very similar product to these this one for instance this is a body weight bathroom scale selling for about twenty dollars it sold a couple of times in the past month so I'm going to try to find a digital scale basically that I can sell myself for about 21. 80 so you now want to go back to whatever supplier it is that you want to use so in this case we're using Walmart and let's see if we can find a digital scale and see what comes up so this one's selling for 17. 88 that's not going to work because that we're going to have to sell for more than 21. 80 and we want to be about around the same price so let's see if we can find something a bit cheaper um these are that's like a scale for food that's a smaller scale yeah I'm not seeing it I think it's gonna be pretty hard to find something that cheap so that oh here we go I know this is another kitchen scale so that's not going to work this is fifteen dollars and you still have to pay for shipping on it so that's not going to work either so right here I'm kind of running into another roadblock I could look on another website there are some cheaper websites but if we're sticking with Walmart I think right here at this one this is just not going to work for what we have or what we're looking for um yeah so let's move on to another product let's look for uh well whatever the one at the top is right here this is some sort of kitchen closet light so let's look for kitchen closet light and see what we can get here and here's something right here we see this for 6. 99 now you want to see if it's pretty similar and that you could sell it for a similar price as well but that even with shipping is going to be too expensive so you know I'm not seeing any great results here so I'm not seeing I'm not finding that this is really the probably the greatest seller to be trying to copy from their prices are just too low and they're not even selling that many of all these each month so let's try another seller here the seller has sold or sorry has 70 feedback which is more than the 30 that I'd be looking for so let's go ahead and scan their store now and see what we can find and I I'm glad I'm giving you guys like a realistic kind of view of what product research is like I'm not going to edit this down to really cut out all the stuff that I wasn't able to find in the beginning because that is exactly what this process is like it's going to take you time to look through different sellers see what they're selling find ones that are actually successfully selling products and then being able to

Source those products for a similar or a lower price so that you can then sell them at a similar price so I hope this is giving you kind of a realistic view of how this all works so this one right here at the top is sold five times in the past month which I like that's a lot of sales right there what is this is some sort of fabric cube storage bin so let's see if we can find a fabric cube storage bin on Walmart that we could sell for about 31 so we can do fabric storage bin this is what it looks like again we're not looking for the exact same thing here we want something that's similar because if you sell the exact same thing then you're going to be competing directly with this seller you sell something similar well then you give sellers more sorry buyers more opportunities to buy different products and then they'll buy from you so we're going to look for something like this obviously we see a lot of results here I think any one of these could be good let's see if we can find something that's you know maybe it looks a little bit more similar but something like this but that's way too much money but you get a lot more of them um just trying to find something that maybe has that would kind of handle there but I don't know if we're gonna find something that precise so I'm thinking that one of these ones at the top is just going to be perfect like this one right here it's the same size it's 12. 75 this is 12. 75 so this looks pretty good to me and you can even choose one of the colors that matches more like this one so at this price um at this price that one was actually out of stock so at this price even with shipping you're going to have more than enough room to sell at this price or even less than this seller so what we're going to do now is we're actually going to list this item onto eBay and we're going to try to compete against this seller by using a similar title but again we're not going to be in direct competition because we're going to be selling something that's different now like I said before product research is the most important thing to master when it comes to eBay Drop Shipping it's also the hardest part but as you're going to see everything else is pretty simple so we're going to use a software to help us do everything else like listing products and even repricing them if the price changes on Walmart or whatever supplier you're using the software I'm going to use is called Auto DS it does everything else you need to basically automate your Drop Shipping Store for you so to start out let's actually list a product with autods so what I'll do is come over to Auto sorry Walmart and just copy down the URL of the product I want to sell and this works with a lot of other suppliers as well so I'll copy down the URL come over to autods and click on the top left where it says add products now paste in the URL and click on edit now quick and what it's doing is it's pulling in all of the information from Walmart like the main image the title it has a title down here it chooses a category it pulls in the description if there's different variations like different colors you can choose to have those pulled in as well pulls in all the images it does all that and in fact if you just click save and import it'll just import it into your eBay store like that with nothing else different about it but I always like to change up the title I don't want to use the title that was given to me by Walmart because it's not optimized for eBay the buyers on eBay are different from the ones on Walmart and we can really make our items do much better by making better titles so what I always start with is the title that's given to us by the other seller on eBay we know that this title works actually gets people to click and buy the product at least a few times a month so I'm going to start with that I'll copy that come over to Auto DS and delete the existing title and paste that one in now what I would do next is actually go through this title and make sure that everything that's in here is actually correct so for instance this uses the word fabric I would check to make sure that this item on Walmart is made of fabric and not like metal for instance and if it says available in multiple colors well we're not selling multiple colors so I'm going to delete that one because that one doesn't apply then what I would do is actually do some further research to optimize this title even more fill it with even more keywords that people actually search for when they are looking for this item Zeke

analytics has a tool that helps you do that you can see it here on the left called the title Builder I'm not going to spend a lot of time talking about how to do that today but just be aware that is something that I do that I encourage you do as to do as well so that the title is very enticing and is one that people will actually find when they're looking for this item and it makes it very enticing for them to purchase it as well but once you actually create that title you can click on Save and import and that item is now live in your eBay store now autods does a lot in the background for you as well so if the price of this item changes on Walmart auto DS will update it on your eBay store for you automatically and if this item goes out of stock on Walmart it will go your eBay store as well finally if someone purchases this item from you on eBay all you have to do is come back here to Walmart click add to cart go through the checkout process it's going to ask you what your billing information is you'll enter in your credit card but for the shipping address enter in the shipping address given to you by eBay for that buyer and then Walmart will ship the item directly to your customer completely hands off for you now this may seem really simple and I would argue that it actually is really simple but simple doesn't mean easy this is going to require you to spend time and focus to learn how this system works and actually put the plan into action but in my opinion it is very worth it when I first tried to create an online business I tried a lot of things but I failed at all of them everything was just too time consuming too advanced too expensive when I discovered eBay Drop Shipping though it just made sense to me it was very easy for me to wrap my head around how this whole business model works and that allowed me to actually get started and get going pretty quickly now it did take me a few months before I was actually making enough to write home about but over time that has only grown and this has completely changed my life so I do think it is very much worth it for you to spend the time necessary to learn how this works and to actually put the plan into action now if you do want to learn how to do eBay Drop Shipping and you want a more in-depth step-by-step guide I do have a program that I put together that can teach you exactly how to do it all the information about it will be the first link down below it's one part of video course and another part a community because everyone who takes the course joins a community communicates in there talks with each other and helps each other along in this Drop Shipping journey and now I'm active in there as well so if you do want to join it is paid but you can find out more information about it at the first link down below but otherwise there you go that's step by step how to create an eBay Drop Shipping Store this year even if you're a complete beginner if you want to check out any of the software I mentioned in this video my affiliate links for them will be in description down below underneath the link to my program but if you want to watch another video here on YouTube check out this video right here where I show you more in depth how to do product research foreign
