is when someone offers a service to a client but instead of doing the work themselves they hire someone else to do it for them they then charged a client more than what they pay the person who actually does the work and they keep the profit it's like being a middleman between the client and the person actually doing the work essentially you'll be able to offer a service without actually doing any of the work yourself now a great place to get ideas for this is right here on fiverr. com if you're not familiar with Fiverr it's kind of a place where you can come and find a bunch of people doing like these small quick gigs for you thing is not a lot of people know about it which kind of creates this Arbitrage opportunity for you so for instance it's really easy to find sellers on here who can set up websites for you so for instance I typed in here Shopify website design and there's all these sellers from 80 to 150 here's one for twenty dollars that's just going to set up your entire Shopify website for you and design the whole thing for you so what I would do if you're looking to do this is go around your local community and find stores shops different businesses that either don't have websites or have websites that aren't that great and reach out to them and say hey I noticed your website I notice there's not much there I can design a website for you and I just charge three hundred dollars for it if they say yes then you can come over here and buy one of these gigs for about eighty dollars get the whole thing set up for them and you keep the differences profit and the reason this works is because these businesses they see that as a business expense and again not a lot of them most of them don't know how to set up a website they don't know how easy it is to come over to Fiverr and to hire someone to do this for you so they would be willing to invest like 300 maybe even more money into something that they see as a very difficult task to do when you know that it can be done pretty easily just by coming over here to Fiverr and hiring someone so that's a really good option another great option is video editing I came over and searched for YouTube video editing and you see a lot of sellers here that will edit your videos for ten dollars forty five dollars seventy five dollars somewhere around there it depends on how long the videos are but we could say about fifty dollars per video so what you could do is you could reach out to different YouTubers and that's exactly what I would do you can go onto YouTuber channels go into their about section you can see their email address I would send emails to a couple hundred different YouTubers because a lot of them will say no but all you need is a few of them to say yes and if you charge them 100 per video and you only pay 50 on Fiverr to get it done you just made fifty dollars profit you do that for a few YouTubers every single week you can make an extra few hundred dollars every single week pretty passively without a lot of Hands-On work from yourself now drop servicing really only works if you as the middleman create a premium and personalized experience for the client so you'll want to make sure that you chat with them to really understand what their needs are and then you need to take the time to find the perfect freelancer here on Fiverr to do that work for you when you get the work back from the freelancer you need to be the one to check it to make sure it's up to your standards before sending it along to the client that's the value that you're bringing in this business as the drop servicer you see there are so many Freelancers here on Fiverr it can be overwhelming to navigate and to find a good one you'll be taking care of that for the client and making their life a lot easier by being that kind of quality checker for them the second side hustle I want to talk about is one that I have a lot of experience with in fact I've sold millions of dollars with this

on demand or pod for short pod allows you to sell t-shirts and hats and water bottles other kind of merch type items all with designs on them that you made but what makes pod so interesting is that the designs are only printed on the T-shirt or hat or whatever after an order has been placed by a customer this means that you don't need to create and store a bunch of products in advance instead you print the products only after someone places an order this makes it cheaper and easier for you to sell custom products like t-shirts mugs or phone cases and it allows you to offer different designs without having to keep everything in stock NOW the easiest way to get started with this is by using m Amazon's merch on demand program here it is right here you do have to sign up for it and get approved you can go over to merch. amazon. com and go through the whole sign up process now the way this works is you would create a design that you then upload into the merch on demand dashboard you can then say hey I want this to be available on t-shirts and sweatshirts and mugs so I have an example of that right here this is a merch on demand that someone created they created this whole design with this cat and all these words now Amazon doesn't have these t-shirts in stock they have the T-shirt but not the t-shirts with the design so if I were to order one of these in my size then Amazon would print it and then Amazon would ship it to me so all this seller had to do was create this design and upload it into the merch by Design dashboard and from that point on Amazon takes care of the rest if there are sales that come through Amazon gets a cut after they ship out the item and the Creator gets a cut as well now if you're anything like me you have absolutely no artistic abilities at all but if you're willing to invest just a little bit of money into this then you can actually get these designs made for you fairly cheaply and we're going to come back over to Fiverr for that right here I just searched on Fiverr from merch by Amazon and you can see that there are a ton of sellers here that are willing to create designs for you for Fairly inexpensively so you can come on here and negotiate some prices find some good sellers create a bunch of these designs or create them yourself and then just upload them into merch by Design but the other cool thing is that you actually don't need a ton of artistic ability in order to do this yes this one does obviously require some drawing skills but look at this one just some graphics on here or even some basic ones like this one and this one is just a plain T-shirt which is very plain writing on it but it's merch by Design line and it has over 11 000 feedback which means that a lot of purchase purchases have been made for this really simple t-shirt so you don't have to over complicate this if you have a funny saying or funny expression that could work really well on a t-shirt people love those and requires absolutely no design skills on your part the fourth side hustle that's perfect for beginners with no money is affiliate
