Hey, it's Erikica from FitnessBlender here with an exciting announcement about a new four-week program. Over time, you might have noticed our growing library of walking workouts. They're inspired by steps, but make them 10 times more fun and dynamic. Walking workouts involve the whole body. They get you moving multidirectionally and through various ranges of motion. They engage your brain in a non-draining way. They steadily boost your heart rate, and their repetitive semi-riythmic nature is simply a fun way to work out and condition your body. This is what's going to make up the bulk of the program with three walking workouts each week. But we don't leave it there. Placed between each of those walking workouts, there's going to be two strength training workouts each week to make your training approach more comprehensive. So whether you're looking to get back into a consistent workout routine, you're looking to switch up your current one, or you just want to learn more about your body while being able to maintain total body conditioning, you're going to find success in doing this program.
