Ditched Glasses In 6 Months?!

So I normally had worn contacts rather than glasses. So um I kind of I decreased my prescription in kind of increments of 0. 5. So I started with for example minus 1. 75. I just kind of jumped straight onto there and um let my eyes adapt. And the entire thing was actually really quick. Um it only took about four weeks for my eyes to seemingly adapt about a quarter about 0. 2 25. Um, and it basically did that all the way until uh about minus0. 5 and then it's been slower since then.
