Eyes Bad After LASIK: Flax Seed?

Um yes well I first of all I'd say don't panic if you have had LASIK and you have had good vision I think I mean I'm proof that you can get back to good vision again after lasic um while I wouldn't have it again you know do have some hope I would say to those people um the first thing I would probably say um that I learned was obviously eyes are dry for whatever reason my eyes have always been fairly dry but they probably were drier after the LASIC. Um, and one thing I read and there are literature articles about this published peer-review journals about flax seed oil supplements to help the tear film. Um, and because without a an adequate tear film, you can't see properly. You know, you can even tell if you put an eye drop in and you're shortsighted, it makes things slightly better. You can see a bit more clearly, but you don't want to be putting in eye drops because they're just a quick fix. He like it to come
