What It Really Means to Become AI-Native

We had an on-site last week and we literally spent the whole two days talking about AI. And the focus was how can we become AI native? What does that mean? What should we be doing? What expectations should we be setting? What are the designers doing? What are they not doing? What's everybody's anxieties around using AI in the design workflow? How often are you using AI? Wow, y'all. I'm impressed that you've said daily or almost daily. using AI in your design work daily. That's pretty impressive. A few times a week, occasionally, rarely, not at all. Fair enough. You know, there is a lot of fear, uncertainty, and doubt around AI.
