people like to get outside and start to make their lawn and their house look more beautiful and that's why we see around april anything related to gardening just explode lots of people will buy them up because lots of people know that this is the time to start gardening and getting that going so the first product that i want to talk about or category of products are gardening tools these do really well going into the spring going into april as more people get outside to garden so if i come here to home depot but of course you can use any supplier that you're working with whether it's a retail or wholesale supplier and just look for some good gardening tools now a lot of times people when they think of gardening tools they might just think of single things like this hand trowel right here but i like to focus on the bigger items such as these tool sets that way they're higher in price people feel like they're getting a deal because they're getting the bag and more tools and because it's higher in price you'll be able to make more margin out of there so definitely look for bigger sets like that but you can also list individual items as well these things also do really well these are kind of like gardening tool sets that are also seats that people will sit on to garden and then they can get up and move it around so it's a little bit easier for them to garden now coming over here to zeke analytics again this is a software that we use to help us with product research and one of the great things that it does is you can come over here to the product research and type in an item or category of items like i typed in gardening tools here and it kind of gives you some idea of how well this item or this keyword is doing so right now it's telling us that gardening tools out of the 100 listings that are analyzed the average price of these items are about 15 and 50 cents 300 of them sold and in the past month 4 700 in sales that's not bad that's not it's not exactly where i want it to be but it's not bad either but also understand i'm making this video you know middle of march and this is going to really explode in april you're going to see gardening tools do a lot better in april so even though this kind of gives you an idea of where the trend is going also realize that that's what it's showing you where the trend is going right now it's rising up and in april it's only going to explode in price even more sell through raise 298 meaning that of all the items that are selling they're selling multiple times so coming down here you can see some of the more popular items so right here this column tells you how many times these items have sold in the past month and this is how much in total so we see right here these are actually pots this is not something i even had up here it's not one of my categories but nursery pots plant pots definitely do well in springtime in april so i would not sleep on these at all 20 for these and they've sold 120 times just in the past month we have these pruners gloves and then here's that toolkit i was talking about 20 piece toolkit sold 14 times so there's lots of opportunity here when it comes to

gardening tools now in addition to that

don't sleep on things like hoses i specifically want to bring this one up and talk about this one because this is one that i personally sold a lot of are hoses in various forms i've always been shocked how many of these i've sold but people buy a lot of hoses and the other thing that shocks me is how expensive they can be which is really good for us because it means more margin for us more expensive items means more margin there for us to make profit so these are items that are available for shipping on home depot you see like these expandable ones 30 bucks 42 dollars 50 for these and people buy these contractor grade ones as well about 40 65 80 and people buy a lot of these going into springtime so coming over here to zeke analytics again searching for hoses out of the 100 listings look at the sales in the past 30 days 300 000 dollars a sell through rate of 4 600 that means all these items are selling many times also what's really cool right here the number of successful listings 71 that's good so what that tells us is that of the 100 listings that it analyzed percent of them have sold that's a really good sign because if it was only one percent or two percent that means that just a few people are dominating this market of hoses you don't want that you want there to be enough room for you to come in as a competitor and sell hoses or whatever it is as well and this shows us that opportunity does exist not one person is dominating the market coming down here you can see all the different types of hoses that are selling so we see this hundred foot expandable flexible garden hose with spray nozzle if that one sold 419 times in the past month for 18 you better believe that i'm going to look and see if i can find that item from a supplier and drop ship that item myself now some of these aren't hoses of course but and some of these are for like sinks but here's another one a 50-foot expandable garden hose 246 times in the past month so lots and lots of opportunity here to sell hoses in april now while we're on

the topic of gardening and lawn care we have to talk about one of my favorite items to drop ship which are lawn mowers really surprised me when i first started selling them my first year because i didn't think that people would buy these online and i just thought they were too expensive too heavy to ship but i've sold a lot of lawn mowers and the really great thing about them is that they are higher in price which again means there's more margin in there for you to make more money so many of these will be sold in the springtime as people start to care more about their lawn and realize they have to buy these new homeowners buy a lot of houses in the springtime as well and a lot of these are available for shipping not just for local pickup again you'll find a supplier that works for you with different types of lawn mowers going over here to zeek analytics you can see over the past month 42 thousand dollars in sales 100 listings have a sell to rate of over 500 number of successful listings is only 45 i would like to see that at least half but hey it's pretty close and i think going into springtime you're only going to see the earnings go up and the number of successful listings go up and you're going to see more and more of these sell some of these are of course lawn mower parts hey this is what i love about zeek analytics right we're looking at lawn mowers and all sudden we're seeing that lawn mower parts are also doing really well why wouldn't you sell those if you have a supplier that you can get those from why wouldn't you sell those as well along with these covers for them that's not something i had on my radar but hey here's proof you sold 355 times 64 times in the past month you better believe i'll be selling these as well you can kind of go through and get an idea of what types of lawn mowers are doing well then you can go ahead and find those from your supplier and sell the same exact ones the next

i want to talk about this is one of my favorite categories this one has done some of the best for me ever when it comes to drop shipping and that is patio furniture in the springtime in particular you'll see a lot of patio furniture selling people love it and for some reason people are willing to spend a lot of money on it furniture is one of those categories where people just know it's going to cost a lot of money and they just bite the bullet and pay all the money for it and just don't really consider shopping around too much or worry too much about the price because it's always so expensive and i don't just look for singular items like this kind of rocking chair although that is a really good high price on there i like to look at these sets like this one this one all these are sets because when you sell sets they're gonna be more money like this one's twelve hundred dollars i probably would stay away from something that expensive but this one's only 250 dollars people see that 250 for this set they think they're getting a great deal that is a high price so again you're gonna get that margin there and be able to make some good profit on items like this and people just gobble these up in the springtime do not sleep on patio furniture is one of my best selling categories of items ever on ebay and facebook marketplace coming over to zeke analytics you can see over the past month over 200 thousand dollars in sales in the past month and a large reason for that is because of the higher price of patio furniture you can also see of the 100 listings 81 of them are successful that's really good the average product price of over 300 dollars which is awesome for us coming down here you can get an idea this is gonna tell you what type of patio furniture is gonna do well a four piece outdoor patio furniture set that's exactly what i said right you want these sets this one is another four piece this so look for four piece sets because those definitely do really well this is a three piece set and just looking at these i can see you know what people like they like chairs and some sort of ottoman right they want that pairing and you can find a lot of those right here like this is a chair or maybe i should say like a small table exactly what you get there this is here so home depot knows they're throwing it up there again you can find the supplier that works for you but these do incredibly well in april the

next category i want to talk about is one that has done really well for me even though it's a lot cheaper and that is any sort of cleaning product now if you come over here and you look at cleaning products they're generally not that expensive you can find ones here that are just like 10 bucks 20 bucks right not tear 5 bucks but the thing is people will buy a lot of these and they'll buy them over and over again so definitely sell things like these mops and buckets because those you know you got 43 dollars right there but even these things are like five bucks and 10 bucks generally i shy away from things that are that cheap but i often find that people will buy multiple of these like at once and then they'll keep coming back for more and more this is something called a replenishable is exactly what it sounds like you buy it you use it and then you have to go buy it some more and if you're the person selling it you're gonna be selling it over and over and over again you do see people come back and buy from you again and again so if you can find these from a reputable supplier don't sleep on them they do really well you know 52 thousand dollars in the past month 86 successful listings a really high sell through rate and just yeah just people will buy a ton of these as well as kind of the equipment to clean as well now if you
