— A lot has changed in the tech world over the last decade. New people, new ideas, new tools, even new ways of working. But one thing that's remained constant is the trust that I found here. At Zoho, if you have an idea and if you're willing to put the work in it, people will listen. That's how many great things started here. A small, simple experiment, a tiny thought, and before you know it, it slowly grows onto something big. Over time, Zoho stopped feeling like a workplace. It feels like a place that I grew up in. Not just as a marketer, but as a person. The people here support you, guide you, challenge you, and constantly remind you that great ideas don't come fully formed. They come in small packages and slowly grow on to become something big. Zoho has this rare ability to give people space. Space to think, space to learn, space to even experiment and fail. And in today's world where technology constantly keeps changing, that freedom to experiment and adapt makes all the difference. When I joined Zoho 10 years ago, I was a kid trying to figure out how to do things and what to do. When I look back right now, the work that I've done, the people that I've met, and the experiences along the way, it's changed a lot. And yes, I've grown a little older, too. In my opinion, Zoho and I have grown together. 10 years later, it still feels like day one, and I'm still curious about what we can build next. Zoho just didn't shape my career, it shaped who I became. And for that, I will always be grateful to be part of this story.
