Analytics. All right. So, this is the Zoho Analytics console. So, let's quickly see how to create a user segment in Analytics. So, first, you'll need to navigate to the marketer section and click on segments under the behavior menu. And here, you can see all the segments that you've already created. So, if you want to say make a new one, you just need to hit on create a new segment. So, now, to create a new segment, you need to pick what kind of data we want to use to define the segment. So, in Analytics, as you see, you can segment by events, sessions, screens, or you can also choose all to combine everything. Say for example, uh if suppose if I want to target users who perform certain actions and visited certain screens, I would go with all. So, now, you need to define the conditions. So, you can click on this plus sign to add a condition, and here you can see all the options such as the event name, the screen name, or the session durations. So, now that we have created, let's Let me show you how to quickly condition. So, here, I'm adding an event name, and setting it. So, now you can decide if the users need to meet all these conditions using the and logic, or if you want them to only meet one or if you think if meeting only one condition is enough, you can use the or logic. Say for example, if I want users who viewed screen A and then click button B and spend more than 5 minutes in app, I'd use the and logic. But, if I only want users who did any one of those things, I would pick or logic. So, now, let me use the and logic and choose the event name. data Mhm. Okay. Let me choose the operator and add the value. Now, if you even want a mix of and or logic, you just need to create multiple conditions group. And now, uh as you as you've seen me building these conditions, you'll notice the segment summary here. That is the little diagram here showing how these conditions all connect. And on the right, the segment summary shows exactly who will be in the segment. So, once you're happy with the conditions that you've built, you can pick up a date range to see how many users match. Say for example, if I want the data of last 90 days, I click on it, and then you need to click view stats, and voila! You can see the number and percentage of users who meet the criteria. So, now that you've done building the segment, you need to save it. So, let's add a name, and then you If you want, you can add a description, and then you just need to save it and view the stats. Here, your new segment will show up in this list, and here, as you can see, you can see all the users included. And even their IDs and when they install the app or any other info if you're tracking. So if you ever need to change it later you can see the delete and edit and export buttons available here. So say if I want to edit I can edit the segment. And I just need to delete it. And move to And here it saves it it's saved successfully and updated. Now that we have seen how to set up user segments in Zoho Apptix let's also quickly see how to set up push notifications in our console. So first as the same as marketer section you need to navigate under channels and click on push notifications. So here before sending a notification the most important thing is you need to generate the credentials. So for Android you can get these from Firebase. And for Apple and for iOS you can get them from Apple developer account. So next you need to connect these credentials to the push services. So for Android you have FCM and APNs for iOS. So once you're done configuring them you need to upload the credentials in our console. So once this is done we are ready to create and send our first push notification. So click on the create new notification button. And here the first thing that we look at is when this notification should go out. Should it go out immediately or you can schedule it later or you can have it at recurring daily, weekly or monthly. So for today let's schedule it immediately. So once that's done click on next and here is where user segments really shine. So here as you can see I can pick a segment that I've already created or I can even make a new one on the spot. So for now I'm going with segment that's already created. So once I select it shows all the apps that match the audience. So suppose say if your app doesn't have valid credentials uploaded you won't be able to get the notification. So very important please make sure that those are set up first. And if you want you can also track the conversion. That is for example say if this notification is about a webinar you can see how many users actually register after receiving it. So now that we have picked up and picked the audience and everything let's move on to the title and the message. So first you need to add a title say for the demo let's give it as buy one get one offer. And you need to add the message. And you can even add an image or GIF to make it interesting. Also if you want to want your users to land on a specific page or screen in your app you can add that link too. So once that's done let's talk about the all the additional elements that is you can practically see how the notification behaves. So you can set up a sound if you want or you can decide whether an app icon should show the badge for Android notifications and even extra payload data if needed. And if you're using an Android app you have some more additional elements. Like you can select the notification channel and here you can add your app icon and you can even customize the color of the icon for a more polished look. Another cool feature is action buttons. You can add up to three of these to let users take action directly from the notification. And for each button you can set the label like reply, shop now, or click action behind the scenes to track what they actually do. And for iOS you can also set a category name which decides the button which decides which button appear. So as you build this notification you might have seen how it looks both on Android and iOS. You can see the entries that you have given here basically and even you can see a preview of how your notification will look on the phone. This is very super handy to make sure everything looks perfect before you can send it before you're sending it out. And also if you want to test the notification as in you want to see how it looks on your phone before you send it before you publish it actually live you can try it out too. You can go click on test push notifications and you can try it out on devices and you can use device tokens up to five time or you can test with email IDs of users tracked in Apptix. So once everything's look once everything looks good you can either save it as a draft or you can come back later and publish it. So immediate notifications go out right away and schedule ones as we already saw wait for the date and time that you choose and recurring notifications follow the frequency you set. So finally once the all the notification is sent so for now let me publish it. We can just add a name for internal reference. Webinar. So once you publish it you can see how the notification performed right here in console. For example if you click on this notification you can see the stats. You'll see the target count of how many devices were supposed to receive it success and failure how many were delivered or failed received that is how many users actually receive how many notifications actually reach the device and open means how many users interact with it and conversion means how many took the desired actions like for example signing up or completing a task. And just like with segments you can edit, delete, or pause or even use a existing notification as a template for a new one. So everything you need is right here and very super easy to manage. That is how you can use the push notifications feature in Apptix console.
