Edit Videos for Free - No Watermarks

hi there jamie keith here tonight teachers tech hope you're having a great night tonight today i want to show you something in canva that a lot of people don't realize is there and that's creating videos now canva you can create uh great posters infographics and everything starts from a template and it's easy to manipulate it so you can do this in video you can download a non watermark high def video using the templates that canva have for free all right so if you haven't had a chance to use canva before this is a great tool to make as i mentioned a lot of posters graphics you start from templates everything works very easily i'll put the link to the other video i have on camera about that down below in the description but now i'm going to start with video and you can see right away right over here video i'm going to go ahead and click on this but if it wasn't here you can search for video too so if i started typing you can see i get video collage video i'm just gonna click on this one that's 1920 by 1080p and as i mentioned i'm using my own account here my free account i do have a different paid for version but this is i'm logged in as a free one i'm going to use a template there's all these templates i can use through here i've really recently used this one i'm just going to use this for the example today so when i click on this one it shows me just the different uh parts of this one template there's four different designs in it so i it's blank but if i go ahead and click on this first one right here it adds it to uh so if i look at the top it says four seconds so what's the video if i hit this play button up here you can see that it's a four second video so far with some text some colors around it inside the circle these lines indicate that this is a stock photo from canvas so i would have to pay for that but i'm going to be replacing it with my own videos so it won't matter the lines will disappear when i replace it when you go ahead and download at the end and i'll show you when after i make this one it will show you if you have any things that you have to pay for and indicate where it is too but so we'll just start with this right here i want to replace this video of the girl with the glue with something else now i'm going to go to my uploads and i've already uploaded some of my some videos in here images and if i go over to videos you can see them right here i've uploaded some dog pictures all i have to do is hit upload from your device and then go find it on your computer or you can just drag them right in and that's all i did i have some video from a hockey game here for my kids and some dog pictures but i'm gonna start with this one right here it says 13. 8 seconds and you can see if i bring my mouse over it shows uh movement i'm gonna bring it in and drop it into the circle now this doesn't have any audio on it uh here but i'm gonna go ahead and hit the play up here you can see it's 13. 8 seconds and i've added that video and those lines are gone uh and it's something i wouldn't have to pay for i've added my own video to this now you can make some other changes in a hurry too so maybe rather than slime time i'll just put i'm going to keep this pretty simple for the demo here today i'll put just it's dog type and maybe i don't want this i can delete it i can add more text if i want if we go over to text over here i can click on different things and add more text and drag it around i can type whatever i want and put it there very quickly if i don't want it i can click on it and i'm just going to hit delete and get rid of it but i'm going to keep this simple i'm going to change my background a little bit i'll just pick a blue like this any of these shapes i can alter the color right up here you can see we can keep going back to color and i can quickly make those changes to it so uh very easy to make any changes i can also trim the video so this is 13. 8 seconds maybe i only want about four seconds i can click on the video see where this these scissors are if i click on this i can trim this so i can go from each end here and i'll just bring this down just so it's a lot shorter here and then i'll hit done the other thing i can do is hit crop i can adjust this so maybe i want this puppy more centered and like that and i'll do a little preview and i already have this video i could download it like this at one page or if i go back to my templates i could add another one so maybe i want this one as my second one so i'm going to add a new page right here and i'm going to just click on this one and you can see the lines are back because this is stock footage from canva but if i go over to my uploads i am going to place let's go this one i'm going to drag it in to replace it

those lines are gone again i can click on these shapes i can adjust my color uh two different ones if i wanted to you can see how quickly you can do that i can go back i can click on it again i can trim this i don't want it this long so i'm just going to make these a lot shorter hit done i'm going to leave the crop in the fade you can see how they have different ones uh to bring in as i uh any of the effects if i wanted any of these i'm just going to leave it as none but you can play with yours as you want there is audio here but i don't have audio in these clips so if audio was there you could hear it but if you didn't want it you could turn it all the way down or mute it and then the audio would be gone all right so i'm just gonna add another page i'm gonna go back to my templates i'm just gonna you can see there's four different ones but i'm just gonna i'm just going to put this last one in here oops i'm going to put one more page here first and then i'm going to click and i'm going to go back to my uploads and i'll put this dog in right here i'm going to click on it maybe crop it move it over so it's over a bit and we'll trim this down to let's see we'll just move this back down here just keep it like just like this and i'm going to hit done so let's see and i can alter my colors real quickly just to stay the same theme i have 11. 9 seconds i'm going to hit play on this i there's the beginning then it moves to the next one and then like i said i didn't have any audio of those so you wouldn't hear it let's say i'm all done uh let's see what happens when i download the video hit download mp4 high quality all three pages but notice it's saying it's charging me 1. 39 it's because on this last page this right here is something that i would need to pay for if i wanted it but for instance if i delete it now if i go back you can see it's gone so right now it's all free i want all three pages of it you can see i can select individual pages too but i want all three i'm going to hit download now and as this prepares then i'm just going to show you the end result here all right so i have the finished file i just open it up in my windows player here and you can see here it is the file there's no watermarks on it and it worked quite good it was all for free i used my free account deleted anything that needed to be paid for so take advantage of this uh this editing videos in canva it makes it super easy and you get some nice looking videos to be able to just drag and drop and then just do some trimming on it so i hope you like this tip here tonight on teachers tech let me know what you think if you've used it what other programs you've looked at to do the similar things just down in the comments down below thanks for watching this time i'll see you next time with more tech tips and tutorials
