Atlassian is a teamwork company. Our mission has always been to unlock the potential of every single team. We are focused on making sure human-AI collaboration works at its best. We know that for AI to be successful, you've got to bring the tech and the human together. From sales, to marketing, to product, and engineering, all of our teams now rely really heavily on Rovo agents to get their work done. With Rovo, even our accountants are building. It's a super important culture signal: Everyone builds. Every aspect of the product development lifecycle is being transformed by AI. The most important thing is being able to respond to change quickly. We've gone from what typically might have taken a couple of months to imagine a concept, test it with customers, get feedback, deliver it. To now, something that is happening within weeks. In the last six months, we've seen over 12,000 prototypes created by our product managers and our designers. They've all been able to do a lot more than ever before. Product managers using Rovo every day at Atlassian are reporting anywhere between 1 to 2 hours a day speeding up a decision, a task they need to do. We believe that your AI journey should start with a people-first mindset. Our onboarding Rovo agent is the one-stop-shop for our new hires to go when they have questions. Onboarding related HR tickets have dropped by 35% and it's also saved our HR team over 12,000 hours. My team has probably generated over two dozen Rovo agents within the past year, and these agents do everything from analyze our pipeline better, help us with content creation and personalization, help us plan for events. Internally, we're seeing Rovo help build campaign execution 30% more quickly. We also personalize our content for email and in-product messaging, making sure that each recipient gets a tailored message. With external customers, we're seeing personalization has actually increased our customer engagement metrics by over 15%. Bring teams together.
