who are not familiar with Aliexpress can you kind of sum up what it is shoe so Aliexpress is it's a marketplace like Amazon or any other marketplace like Walmart and so on the difference is that its marketplace that only Chinese seller are setting in if you're not Chinese you basically can't sell in Aliexpress and there are over 56 million products in Aliexpress today different product location the products not only located in China you have also products ships from us and you and because of this huge variety of product which is I believe the number one important thing for dropshipping is variety of product it gives us huge opportunity to be unique to find profitable products with a competitive price and also to ship worldwide so yeah I think these are the main reasons of why Aliexpress is so good and the second thing is it's just very low competition most of drop shippers focus on your suppliers still even though all the changes so it still put us where there are 56 million products you can sell on eBay but very small amount of drop shippers are actually drop shipping from Aliexpress living why do you think that is yes so it's starting from the field people have from Chinese drop shipping is the long shipping and this is the most common question people bring up why should buyer from the US wait 30 days for product when he order it from eBay so of course shipping with the fast shipping is it's a better solution but there are so many buyers that when we look from up from the wide picture it's enough demand also for a long time shipping product so it doesn't really a barrier and yeah and also or the second thing is the quality of suppliers and the feel of having a low customer service bad customer service shitty product that is sent to the customers and so on but so many things change in Aliexpress that today I'll express itself as a website give you a guarantee if product got damaged you actually got full refund from Aliexpress they are covering this so it's not as dangerous as it was it's much safe now and the issue of shipping is something we can just put aside and focus on list more products and sell more products alright we'll definitely get into some

more of that in a minute but I kind of want to ask what types of products are on Aliexpress yes so it's a good question so basically we have all type of products but and the good thing is that they are not branded so this is another opportunity that lie inside Aliexpress if you want to start a bit drop shipping and you have money to invest or you don't have money to build your own private label yet so you just come it's cost you almost no money you just set up eBay account Aliexpress account and you start list products to your store and your star generate cells and once you find products that selling very well then you move to wholesale drop shipping or to even stock your own product now when you do it when you open our Express you are in the closest stage to this position where you can build your own product because you work directly with the Chinese and those product you can just brand them rent them later on or even do some small tweaks and do your own version of them and sexually this is where we are aiming for yeah it's very interesting what you're saying because when I was doing a lot of drop shipping from Amazon I found all these products that were doing really well drop shipping amazon to ebay and then I started to do some digging around and I found that those products that people were just getting them from Aliexpress or Alibaba the same exact product for so much less and I was like wow I'm just I'm acting as like a middleman to like a middleman and it's pretty fun if you can cut all them out and just go right to Aliexpress your margins I imagine could be much higher yes absolutely you know people they just find a product with demand and they just make a fancy logo some tweaks with the colors nice package nice description and that's it they sell it like three times more expensive on Amazon Wow and then we buy them yes and then we drop shipping to evening exactly that's what I was doing pretty funny yeah it's just put you closer to the sauce that's all and then from there you can move on and develop yourself okay so let's

talk about the shipping now so how long is it gonna take for the customers to get the items what's the best way to guarantee that the item will be delivered with tracking and on time things like that all right great question so it's really depends there is all type of shipping in Aliexpress you can go for free a packet which is recognizable by eBay and it usually take between 14 to 30 days and then there is all the low level shipping I can say which are all the China Post and all these Chinese companies which are not always recognizable by eBay but it really depends on the product price if you sell very cheap products it's alright to sell it with China post because lowest case scenario your profit is so high if you lost the product you either we found the buyer just send again but working with more expensive product then we have to make sure we're working with a reliable shipping company you can also by the way you can also upgrade your shipping or offer at least pay shipping faster shipping which can come up to seven days or even less to kill the item delivered it's cost money but you can offer this in your shipping policies and if you will check in eBay many items have paid shipping it's not that you are the only one that's gonna offer this so basically you have all type of shipping it's all about cost or product you choose to say yeah that's a good point personally I would recommend people starting out to start out with a packet feel like it's just a little bit easier but I know when I drop ship on Amazon we offer free shipping but the option for them to pay extra for expedited shipping and even though we actually do ship out faster than we say we would people still pay for the increased faster shipping even though it's not necessary and I imagine people would do that for a ebay to and some sometimes the cost I notice on Aliexpress could be like fifteen dollars for an upgraded shipping but it gets it to the customer much faster and I think some buyers would be willing to pay that yes the wok you know with Amazon and Walmart it's the wok is so easy that people forget that they need to put some effort you know sorry we're obviously just list product and everything is two days and they're all shipping czar same and you don't care we're not Express you don't need such a high amount of product your profit you profit in average is thirty to forty percent even more if you really invest into product research and you can get one product that sell thousands of time because you're open to sell worldwide and basically it's just a little bit different now when you sell products and you find product that's selling well you can contact the supplier get a better offer a better price better shipping but you always need to manage different shipping policies in your business policies to different products this will also give you the advantage on your competitors and it's a little bit more effort but the chances to make higher profit is there you just need to take the step Wow

global shipping program right shipping directly from China to the customer right absolutely and that opens up a huge market I know when I start selling on the global shipping program it tapped me into a much bigger market and this is even faster it's even cheaper for the buyer because the global shipping program does cost buyers money which some of them don't like and this is a big opportunity it sounds like yes and I will give us a small tip in a small secret I can say there are three markets in eBay which are dominated by Chinese sellers number one is Australia Australian because there it's this country so far away so they are not usually ordered from us because they need to pay expensive shipping so a lot of products on eBay is selling from China to Australia this is number one second is Spanish titles using Spanish language on your listings this there is huge market of people that actually writing and surging in Spanish inside eBay from the US and from South America and they are usually buying the product from Chinese sellers just because the

shipping Wow so those are great tips golden nuggets right there now you mentioned before with the proper product research your margins could be even higher so what what the product research look like for Aliexpress so the easiest things to start as always is just doing competitor research now if you will do competitor research from Aliexpress right now it's like going back five years ago and doing comparator research for amazon drop shipping that people are working for such a high profit margin the competition is so low on products that only by doing competitor research you can already start and generate sales with decent profit what I'm asking from you if you finding sellers don't kill the profit try to keep the market as profitable as possible learn from what happened with Amazon I think it's sounding we only to take personal second thing is just go deeper with initially search really look for opportunities words the demand is very high where you can find a product on Aliexpress when you can sell with competitive price and just at least it was though yeah excellent so competitive research for those of you don't know it's when you go find someone else who's already drop shipping from Aliexpress and you can look at what they're already selling and just sell those same items right yeah absolutely I know Nahar would never say this

so I'm gonna throw it out there for him his software is the analytics makes it very super easy to do competitor research so I'm sure well I've made videos about that before I'm sure I'll be making more specifically for Aliexpress but those videos that I have I will link up down below as well as a link to Zeke analytics I want to talk about kind of the big elephant in the room the big question I get all the time about Aliexpress and that is what about returns on Aliexpress great question because I break it to three options first options I thought I mentioned it before these days Aliexpress they giving full guarantee if product is damaged so the procedure of handling returns is very simple someone want to return it and the item you ask white if you already say the reason if you say item damaged you ask for pictures without pictures you not move on you get a pictures you have approved item demand you give to Aliexpress you get the money back then you can dis ask the bio do you want to get a new product or do you just want to - you don't care about the return really so this is first thing second thing if it's not the buyer fault and it's not the seller fault I don't know something I don't know the product is just don't fit and it's in our hands there are two options one if it's very expensive product which i anyway recommend you to communicate with your supplier before for expensive product and make sure they accept returns so you have to try to process the return so you don't lose money but if it's very cheap product let's say you buy it for $3 sell it for $10 so you know use it as advantage these super generous just tell them listen I'm so sorry about the situation I'm here with you I will live on you or I will send your replacement you can keep the product with you and as simple as it is well as kc9 when you lose 3 5 $10 it's nothing compared to profit Aliexpress generate you great so it sounds like it's a little bit more customer service with these returns yes you need to be more in contact with the people with customers and to be more on top of the customer service now Alex price is a

marketplace like you said so there are different suppliers how do you know which ones are good and which ones are kind of junk suppliers alright so basically Aliexpress give us the information about every supplier first we can see how long this supplier is selling on Aliexpress this is the first metric we follow we want to walk with suppliers that at least nine months on Aliexpress we don't want to work with sellers which list so I don't know I start sell product they suddenly disappeared also it's not enough data to collect about it second thing you can see how their item is described rating shipping rating and communication rating and we will always focus on a both standard on it's four and a half or stars or more again you don't have to be super strict about it it's really depending on which type of product you sell if it's very cheap products with high profit you can take the risk because what worst-case scenario you lose a few dollars but the more expensive is the product the more strict you need to be on the seller level on the supplier level alright that makes sense so just to recap that you're looking for people that suppliers that have higher stars that have been around for at least nine months check their item not described and you know be extra careful for the more expensive items right yeah anything else you feel like we should know about Aliexpress for a complete beginner someone who's just looking at it and looking to get started drop shipping Aliexpress to eBay yes I think it's generally to people that start selling on eBay right now what I think is if you just created your eBay account don't rush maybe sell few products from your home few auctions secondhand products build some trust with eBay and then move on to list products from Aliexpress and try to use known API as much as possible and just you know move slowly raise your limits the same things that you do with any other supplier absolutely so I was wondering if maybe if we get enough thumbs up on this video whether you would be willing to come back at all I don't wanna pressure on you to come back at all maybe even dive into some product research for Aliexpress is that something you'd be open to if people want it well of course absolutely any time just call me an income awesome so if you guys want to
