Why Most AI "Gurus" Are Actually Broke
Every single week there's a new video telling you how to make money with AI. Go build a chatbot, sell an automation, or start a software company. And when I see these videos, the thing that kills me is that almost none of the people making them actually have a proper AI business. They only make money from teaching AI. Now, I'm the co-founder of an AI software company that has an enterprise value of over $25 million. I also own a multi-seven-figure AI marketing agency. And between these two businesses, I've seen what actually makes money and what's a complete waste of time. So, in this video, I'm going to break down the top three AI systems that actually sell in 2026. And I'm not going to overhype them. These are the actual systems that businesses pay thousands of dollars a month for. And more importantly, I'm going to show you what not to waste your time on because I see so many people burning months vibe coding, going down the wrong path right now. So, if you're watching this thinking, "I want to make money with AI, but I don't know where to start. " This is the video. So
The Traps Killing Your AI Business
let's get into it. Let's start off with the traps and why most people get this wrong. Most people start with the technology and not the problem. They build what is exciting and not what sells. They chase the latest tool instead of solving a painful problem. Now, the number one rule is the closer to revenue we are, the more money we will make as an entrepreneur. Revenue-generating systems equal big money and then clients stay for years. We want to retain the clients that we actually work with. If we just have efficiency systems like petty automation, then we'll make small money and clients will leave very fast cuz we don't have anything that is sticky. So, the trap that most people fall into is building these petty automations. They document process They process documents. They build internal reporting tools. They build workflows on n8n or make. com. And a business owner can build these in an evening with ChatGPT now. Okay? And more business owners are doing it by the day. There is no measurable revenue outcome. There is no justification for ongoing fees. And so, you can deliver these in a week, which makes it attractive for people who don't have any business experience, but then the client cancels in less than a month and you're always trying to replace the clients that you got previously. And every time a better AI tool drops, you get replaced by a very easy subscription that somebody can sign up for. Now, the second trap is software without distribution or without depth. Anyone can build software with AI now. We must understand that. Building is no longer the hard part when it comes to building any kind of software or tech-based product. But without an audience, you're going to burn tens of thousands of dollars just getting users. And most people don't understand a market deeply enough in order to build something actually valuable that people want to buy, people want to come back for, and stay for a long time. The best software companies in the world are built by operators who felt the pain themselves before they then created this software. And so, an example would be clay. com, which has a $4 billion valuation. This is a company that I actually am invested in. The founder was the vice president of product at Mixpanel, which is an analytics platform. And so, he watched sales teams duct tape data enrichment tools together. So, basically lead generation tools. And he saw them failing. And so, then he built clay to unify it, to create a solution to the pain that he'd already witnessed. That company is now valued at $4 billion. It would only value at $2 billion last year, which is insane. We also have Hiyros by Alex Becker, who you may have seen on YouTube. He spent millions on ad spend across his various different businesses and he just couldn't trust platform tracking. He couldn't trust that the platforms were attributing his ad spend properly. And so, he built his own ad tracking tool for his own business, through his own real pain, and he had a $110 million acquisition. Someone bought out a majority share of his business for $110 million. The final one is Instantly that you may have heard of. The founders were running cold email for their own agency clients. And so, they were working with businesses and they were delivering cold email to them. They had deliverability nightmares. They had fragmented tooling across various different softwares they were using. And so, they built the tool that they needed for themselves. And they bootstrapped themselves, meaning they took no investment whatsoever. And they got to $20 million in annual recurring revenue in just 18 months. And the pattern across all of these businesses is that the operator feels pain. They then build a solution and then they turn it into a product because they have a deep understanding of what they actually need. But if we have no depth in a market, you are just guessing on what to build. So, software is a great end game. It's why I'm the co-founder of an AI software, but it's a bad starting point for most of you guys that are watching this video right now that don't have that depth yet. And that's okay. And so, I'm not saying that automation is worthless and I'm not saying never build a software. I'm just saying don't start there. The people who made real money with SaaS, which is software as a service, every single one of them built depth first. They understood the market so deeply that the software practically built itself. Becker didn't wake up one day and think, "I'm going to build a tracking tool. " He was spending millions on ads and the tools he was paying for were lying to him. And so, he built it because he had to. So, you build depth through services first. You get embedded in a market. You feel the pain yourself. And then if there's a product to build, you know exactly what it needs to be. So, you shouldn't be starting with petty automation and SaaS. So, where do we start? You start as close to revenue as possible. But before we get into that, I'm going to run a competition on this video. I want to know what the single biggest opportunity is that you see in AI right now. And comment it down below underneath this video. Follow me on Instagram at Jordan Platten and DM me the keyword AI systems. I'll send you the full notion. com this video. Plus, I'll pick one of you who comment down below to win a completely free coaching call with a senior member of my team. The winners will be announced in the community posts. Right. Let me show you what close to revenue actually looks like.
The 3 Systems That Actually Print Money
So, let's get into it. The number one rule is the closer to revenue we are, the higher fees we will charge, and the longer retention we will have, meaning we will keep clients for longer. And so, a revenue-generating service, which could be lead generation, it could be sales, it could be generating appointments, we can make between 2 and 20,000 plus per month. I'm understating this. We've got clients paying us over $50,000 per month. You can see proof in various different videos I've got on this YouTube channel. And so, to know if we're on the right track, we have to ask ourselves, does our service directly put money in our clients' pocket? If yes, then we can unlock thousands per month. We get years of retention. Clients will stay with you for literally years. If no, you're going to be competing with $20 a month software or quick self-builds on ChatGPT or cold code. And so, the primary opportunity here being close to revenue is what I call AI lead generation. You can call it whatever you want. It's three distinct systems. Each of them are a standalone business. You're going to pick one of these systems. I'm going to break them all down in detail in this video. And I've got a crazy bonus for you guys that I'm going to run through later on. So, we start off with paid funnels. This is ads that we generate, then landing pages to drive that traffic to, and then we're going to have AI appointment setting on the back end. We then have outbound systems, so finding leads for companies, personalized outreach to those leads, so outbounding them, and then AI replies on the back end. And then we also have content creation. So, use UGC, which is user-generated content like kind of TikTok short-form content that you see, people talking about products and services. We then generate AI creative as well. And then we use them as ad assets, so in a paid ad account at scale. Now, all three of these sit directly on the revenue line. All three have recurring monthly revenue for you and all three can be started with minimal upfront cost and no experience whatsoever. Now, I want to go deep on each of these three systems, what they look like, why they sell, and why I believe these are the three biggest opportunities in AI right now. And these aren't hypothetical. These are the exact type of systems I run across my own businesses. Okay? So, when I walk you through these, I am pulling from what I
System #1: The AI Funnel Machine
see working every single day. Okay. So, let's start off with paid funnels. This is the system. Okay? I'll open this up. Hopefully you can see this nice and clearly. We start off with step one, which is where we run ads. Okay? And so, we're going to target the right audience for a company on Meta, Google, or YouTube. And if you're wondering who we're going to sell this to, I will cover all of that as well. And so, it doesn't really matter what platform you pick. That's going to depend on who you're actually selling to. The second stage is we are going to generate a landing page. So, the visitors land on a page designed to capture their details. Third step, the lead comes in. Someone fills out the form and becomes a lead. Fourth step, AI qualifies. So, AI is going to instantly reach out and ask the right questions to that lead. And then the fifth, the AI books an appointment. So, qualified leads get booked into the client's calendar. And then sixth, the client goes ahead and closes the deal. So, they make money. They show up to the call and they sell whatever product or service they are selling. Now, stage two or step two all the way to five is completely done for you by AI. We can generate landing pages with AI. We can handle all of the leads with AI appointment setting systems. We can book straight onto the calendar with those same AI appointment setting systems. The only human intervention is a little bit of human intervention on actually running the ads. Although, I was having a conversation behind scenes recently, I believe the actual running of ads called media buying will be completely automated by the end of 2026. But as of now, you do a little bit of manual ad running there. But with AI writing all of the text, helping you with the creative, the images, and so on. So, most of the work can be done automatically. And of course, the business has to actually close the deal. Now, why does this sell? Well, we're getting direct return on investment, okay? You spend X amount on ads, you get Y appointments, you close Z deals. It's very easy to track. And there are also many businesses already spending on ads, but they're leaking like 70 to 80% of their leads. And it's because they can't get to those leads fast enough. Human sales reps in any company sometimes is actually receptionist. Well, you're going to pay them $2,000 a month, absolute minimum. They're working 8 hours a day, and they respond in hours. Now, we can build AI appointment setters for a fraction of the cost. They work 24/7. They respond in seconds, and they improve over time because they self-learn based on all of the conversions they got previously. And so, all we need to do is show them the gap between the spend and results, and the math sells itself. You're going to spend this much on ads, you're going to make this money on the back end. It's a very easy transactional sale. Now, what makes this sticky? Well, it's recurring revenue. The client is paying monthly while results flow in. So, as long as you're getting results for the client, they're going to stay for you stay with you for as long as you are making them a return. They will never leave you because you're making them money. You also get compounding data, so your targeting and your creative and your AI appointment setting will improve over time with more data. There are multiple touch points, the ads, the landing page, the AI back end, and the reporting. So, we're deeply embedded in the business. It's very hard to replace us, and that monthly retainer is between 2,000 and 10,000 plus per month. As I said, we've got clients paying us for very similar service up to 50,000 pounds a month. That's like $70,000. We actually just had a $100,000 invoice paid in just December for a service just like this. Now, I founded an AI appointment setting software called Appointmentwise too, which I mentioned at the start. Over 5,000 companies use it, and we process millions of leads through the platform. And one of the things I see consistently is agencies signing up their clients. And then within their first few days, the AI is booking appointments that the client's own team was missing. Not because the lead was bad, but because humans are just slow. And so, a lead fills out a form at 11:00 p. m. on a Tuesday, and the receptionist sees it at 9:00 a. m. Wednesday. And then by then, the lead's already spoken to two competitors. But the AI responds in seconds. And that's the entire edge with this system. And this is real for people just getting started in the industry, as well. People with no experience. I've got a guy called Nic Christian, who I'm currently mentoring right now. Now, he started cold calling 20 businesses a day, and he signed 11 clients in under 70 days of doing this. He's charging between $1,000 and $3,000 a month as a complete beginner. He went from nothing to over $10,000 a month in 2 and 1/2 months selling this exact system that I'm just breaking down. It's paid ads, it's AI appointment setting on the back end. And the beauty of this system is that virtually any business that needs more customers is a potential client. Dentists, med spas, real estate agents, gyms, coaches, law firms, home improvement services like plumbing, roofing, virtually any business you can think of that needs more customers. If they're spending money on ads or they need more appointments, this is a system that will work for them. Now, if you do want a full breakdown of how to actually get clients for a service like this, I have created a detailed video on that, too. And so, I'll put a link in the description of this one. Now, let me show you the second system. That is outbound systems. This is what
System #2: The Automated Outbound Engine
it looks like. Let's open that up. Now, the first step is finding clients. And so, this is actually the act of reaching out to potential clients on behalf of the clients we sign, okay? So, we're going to cold outreach on behalf of the clients, but we're not going to do it ourselves. We're going to build a system through AI that does it for us. So, that's the first step of this system is finding leads. We identify companies and decision makers that match our clients' ideal client. Step two, we get contact details, so we find that emails and phone numbers from multiple different data sources. Step three, AI is going to write the message, so the actual outreach. We're going to have personalized to each prospect's specific situation. So, every single outreach message we send will be personalized to the individual for a high conversion rate. We send it across multiple channels. That's email, that's WhatsApp, that's LinkedIn, that's voicemail, whatever works based on the client we're working with. And then step five, AI handles all of the replies just like with the paid ad or the paid funnel system, AI will figure out they're a good fit, and it will book in the meeting. And then obviously, six, the meeting is actually booked. The client turns up to the call, the client makes money, client is happy, the client stays with us for a very long time. Now, you'll notice with this system, the entire thing from end to end is completely AI automated. All we have to do is duplicate the existing system that we create for our first client across every new client that we sign. And once we've got this set up and all of these components are working in syndicate, then we can let it run, and it will self-build and self-grow. I'm going to break that down. This is a such a great system that actually was only made possible about 2 months ago. A system that I've been waiting to be able to build for almost 10 years. I've got a deep background in corporate sales. I used to do 150 cold calls a day. I used to go door-to-door. I would die back then for a system just like that. I couldn't even fathom that this was possible, but now it is. Okay, so we have channel combinations. We're not just sending email, WhatsApp, and so on. This is going to be different combinations depending on the business that we're working with, which makes it very creative. Some we might be sending emails. a WhatsApp as well and doing a voicemail drop. This would be good for B2B services, the businesses working with businesses. Uh we can have Instagram DMs plus email plus SMS for other local businesses and maybe even coaches. We can send LinkedIn DMs plus email plus a voicemail on phone or even AI voice as well, so voice AI. That's for enterprise and software companies. Or you can have a mix depending on what your market is actually responds to. So, where are your clients' clients hanging out? That's where we want to be. But this is multiple touch points across different channels, and that is what equals the success of this system. We are hitting them from multiple angles, okay? And we're not giving up like most people would do when building an outbound system. And you weren't able really to do this previously because it took so much manual time in order to do this. So, now we can automate it. We can just do that we weren't able to do. So, why does this sell? Businesses need a predictable pipeline, period. Every single company needs a bubbling pool of leads. Manual outreach is like good weeks, bad weeks, dropped off weeks. It's just inconsistent. But whereas AI outreach runs every single day without variation. There is self-optimizing copy, and so we would bake into the system that it improves its own performance. And there's personalized outbound, which cuts through the generic noise, okay? So, we are personalizing every single outreach to the individual. We charge a fixed monthly retainer for this. On the low end, $4,000. On the high end, $10,000 plus. It is volume dependent, so depends on how much outreach we are actually doing. Now, I actually built one of these for my own agency, affluent. com. I put 52,000 leads that I scraped and enriched into the system. 3,000 personalized emails going out every single day across 300 email accounts. And the system writes its own copy. It tests variations of that copy, and then the winning copy automatically replaces the losing copy every 2 weeks. No human touches it. Now, you don't need to start at that scale, obviously. That might be intimidating for some of you. That is years of iteration, and our agency is already making multiple hundreds of thousands on a monthly basis. You can start with 50 emails a day and still book in meetings for your clients. The system scales at whatever level we want to run it, and once it's running, it doesn't stop. Now, the multi-channel piece is what really separates this, though. Email alone will get maybe a couple of percent response rate from everybody you reach out to. But when someone gets an email on a Monday, and they get a WhatsApp message on a Tuesday, and they hear a voicemail on Wednesday, the response rate compounds significantly. You're not being annoying when you do this. You're being very present in your intent to get hold of that individual. And you're doing what others aren't prepared to do. And so, you get paid what others don't get paid. Now, this system is perfect for any B2B company that sells high-ticket services, any agencies, consultants, software companies, coaches, but also a ton of other companies. Anyone who needs a steady stream of sales conversions to grow will need this. If their sales team is doing manual outreach, you can replace that with this machine. Now, I do have a full video also breaking down my entire outbound system that I built for my own agency. If you want to see the details, I'll put a link in the description. Now, the third system feeds directly into the first two, but it can also run
System #3: The Creative Goldmine
isolated on its own. And it is content creation, AI content creation. This is the system. What we do, first of all, is we start off with a brief. Now, what we're doing here is we are using AI to generate creatives, being videos and images that companies can use either on their organic socials or via paid ads. They can put money behind it in order to get return on investment. Mainly paid ads, that's where you'll make the most money building this system. Now, the first step is you would create a brief, and so you would define the goal outcome of your client and their target audience. Step two, AI would then generate the creatives. And so, we create studio quality photos, UGC clips, those user-generated selfie style clips, and ad variations in minutes. Now, we refine and review those, and we check the quality, we make adjustments, we ensure the branding is consistent, okay? Because sometimes we will get variations in AI, so we do want that refining step. Step four, we deliver it to the client, the finished assets, they get sent across ready-to-use. Five, the creative fuels the ads, so the content goes straight into their paid campaigns. We maybe don't even have to run those ads, by the way. You can make money just as an AI creative agency, but I do think, like the ultimate evolution is when you run the ads. I will touch on that. Step six is the ads will generate revenue. Better creative equals better ads equals more money for the client. Now, steps one to three are completely AI automated. We can create a brief just by downloading information about the company from on boarding. The AI creatives are completely generated by AI, and that review and refining step, we would just need to create a quality control agent that effectively just monitors to make sure everything is great. The rest things, this is manual, but we're talking about a couple of very, very simple steps that it can actually be created with petty automation, as I would call it, through Zapier or Make or something like that to automate actually sending over those messages. Now, why is this massive? Like, this is such a huge opportunity at the moment. It's because ads burn out in one to two weeks now. Facebook changed their algorithm in on ads, it's called Andromeda. They changed it on the latter half of last year, and it meant that fresh creative is now always the bottleneck. We need more and more creative to fuel the ad account, because the actual media buying side, the targeting and so on, it's getting automated by AI. And so, creative is the number one focus, and so people have this pain in their businesses where they cannot create enough creative. And that's where people like you can make a ton of money. Now, traditional production is not a good solution. You have to get photographers, videographers, you have to get models in, you have to have locations, and it's expensive, and it is very slow when someone is trying to run their business. Now, AI creative in 2026, we get studio quality product photos, we get UGC clips without actors. The quality that we can create now is inseparable. You cannot tell the difference between a human, and then we get ad variations in minutes. We can take one ad, and we can spin it up into 10 different variations in minutes without having to re-record anything physically. Now, the quality threshold has been crossed. This is not AI looking anymore. And I can say this as the owner of a performance creative agency. We use AI to create creatives every single day. In fact, we generate hundreds upon hundreds of creatives every single month across all of the clients that we work with, because we work in the e-commerce space. There's the no niche that demands more creative than e-commerce. So, actually, I would recommend you getting into that space if you're considering this system. So, how does this all connect to the other systems that I just went through? Well, creative is the fuel for paid funnels, which is system one. Okay? Building paid funnels, running the ads, sending them to a landing page, and generating leads. The better the creative, the better the ad, the more leads, the more revenue. And so, creative plus paid funnels together is higher value, and it's higher retention. So, people pay more, they'll stay with you for longer. And this is how you go from 2,000 a month to 10,000 per month per client. Plus, this is how we have clients paying us 50,000, 100,000 dollars per month, because we're able to combine both of these things. Now, I would recommend you starting off with one of these things, and if you feel like, you know, adopting or merging the two, then absolutely do that. But start off with one. How do we price this? If you're starting off, 1,500 to 3,000 per month for ongoing creative, you may be thinking about anything on the low end from four to 12 creatives at this price point when you're starting off. When you get more established and you've got results behind you, you can say, "Hey, look, these creatives made this amount of money. " 3,000 to 7,000 all day long for creative and ad management. And in premium, when you've got exceptional case studies, you can charge up to 15,000 a month. You could do performance fees on the back end, which is what we do, and that's when you then also do some reporting on how the creatives actually have performed, so you can get nitty on the data. The bundle is where the real money is. The more we take over from the client, the more we can charge, the more they will stay with us. And I'll say this is where this gets really interesting, because when you can offer a business the creative, the ads, and the AI back end, the reporting, all in one package, you're not just another agency anymore. You are their entire client acquisition department. And that is very hard to replace. I'll see this across my own businesses. The content feeds the funnel, the AI converts the leads, and then every piece is AI powered now. It's one person in the department doing the work that used to require 10 people. That's the leverage. Any business running paid ads needs this. E-commerce brands, local businesses, coaches, agencies, if they're spending money on ads, they need fresh creative consistently. And right now, most of them are either paying a fortune for a creative agency, or they're doing it really badly themselves, and they're spending a lot of time. Now, there is a question that comes up at this point. People say, "Okay, I've got a client, I'm generating leads, I'm delivering results. What is next? How do I actually become irreplaceable? How can I build something
How to Become Impossible to Replace
so valuable that I can sell it? " You're going to love this one. There is a secondary opportunity that I want to share with you. Everything that I've shown you so far is about getting clients and generating revenue. That is the foundation here. But the people who will really win in this space, the ones that are going to build businesses worth millions, they go deeper. They build infrastructure. And I want to be clear here. This is not where you start. You start with lead generation, you get embedded in a niche, you understand the business inside out. Then, once you've got that depth, you start building systems that make you genuinely irreplaceable. I just want to give you a taste of where this can go. So, let's get into AI infrastructure, the ascension path. Now, lead generation gets you in the door. Infrastructure makes you impossible to remove. You go from a service provider to a strategic partner. And so, 2,000 to 5,000 or 10,000 per month for lead gen becomes 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 plus, because we are embedded in that company. What does this look like? Well, we centralize everything that our clients know into one AI operating system, okay? Or one piece of AI infrastructure. We build their back end out. We connect all of their tools, their CRM system, which is their pipeline, their customer relationship management system, their ads, their calls, their emails, their revenue, their communication channels. We consolidate that all in one place. We build an AI that acts on that data. It gives them daily briefs on what's going on. It gives them decision support. They get clarity in the company, and we then can then build out automated operations. Now, once they have this, they can't go back. You are helping them revolutionize their entire business, because what we're doing is we're taking that company and we're moving them into the digital era, and they will trust us to do that, because we've already helped them increase their revenue and scale beyond levels that they previously couldn't get to without you. And we have to build that trust first. Now, why is this the end game? Well, the switching cost is enormous. Once we build out all the infrastructure for a company, we're embedded in their client acquisition, we're embedded in the back end, we're embedded in their operations. Switching over to another agency that's going to understand all of that, it's going to cost them so much money, it's not worth to do. And when we build something genuinely unique, that's intellectual property. Now, intellectual property, or IP, is the unique value that we've created in our business that nobody else has. It's the unique systems, it's the unique frameworks, it's our process on how we do things. And IP is what makes a business worth 10 times to 40 times revenue at exit right now in the AI space. And the exit is the real payout. It's all well and good making cash flow in a business. Many of you will be watching this right now thinking, "I just want to make some cash flow. " And fair play to you. That is exactly where I was eight years ago when I first started my company. I just want to cash flow. But you will earn cash flow through running any of these systems and being consistent with them. You'll get cash flow very, very quickly. And eventually, when you've made so much cash on a monthly basis, you'll get to a point where you want a big payout. You want to sell a company for millions. Maybe not all of you will do that, but some of you will. And if that sounds like you right now, you have to build intellectual property to make a business valuable. The difference of a company that sells for five times their revenue and 40 times is the amount of intellectual property that they have built, because that intellectual property can be deployed across many other companies and has much more value than just the entity itself. And the exit is the real payout, and we do that through building AI infrastructure. Now, I built an AI operating system for my own portfolio of businesses. And every single morning, I get a brief on my phone that tells me exactly what is happening across everything that I own. The revenue, the team performance, the customer sentiment, priorities for the day, and it's all pulled from thousands of data points automatically. And underneath that, there is a decision engine that actually learns from my decisions over time. It tracks what I decided, it tracks why, and it tracks what happened. And then eventually, it starts making decisions on its own. And that's the level that this is going to go to. And the people who can build that for businesses are going to be incredibly valuable. But you've got to earn the right to build this by getting depth first. It's lead gen first. It's gain the credibility. It's then infrastructure second, built upon the foundations in which we built with those clients that we've already got into bed with. So, what is your path forward from here? Well, first of all, the framework, we start off with one niche, one lead generation system, be that paid funnels, outbound, or content. We then build depth, we get embedded in the business, we understand their problems intimately. We go deeper, we build infrastructure, and we become irreplaceable. I've got a mentee, Nico, who built his agency from zero to over 150,000 pounds, almost 200,000 dollars, in less than two years. He's built this incredible infrastructure across the dental industry at the moment, and he is building a micro-monopoly in the UK dental marketing space right now, and scaling so rapidly with the IP that he's built, the infrastructure that he has built through this custom data system that is tracking all the micro metrics that only dentists would care about. And he's built this moat around his business, and now his competitors, they can't get in. They can't touch him because he's built this infrastructure that the market now wants, and he was only able to do that because he's deeper than every single other person. But it was something he earned progressively by starting off with lead gen. And he built this IP, this reoccurring pain that the market is facing. In his instance, it was that dentists were using the CRM system and these data systems that basically had a monopoly on the industry, and they wouldn't let anyone else in. They were very hard to edit, they were just very old school. And so a new fresh mind came in with AI and won the hearts of the industry. And that is the future product is building intellectual property, but we've got to know what to build. So, what do we avoid? Well, we avoid petty automation that doesn't keep clients. We avoid all the A10 the work the make. com stuff. Like that is not what is going to get you rich in this industry, period. We do avoid software before we understand the market. Don't even touch it, it's expensive. I say that as the founder of a software company. You avoid chasing every new tool instead of building depth. It's so easy to get distracted by every tool that's in the space right now. So much is changing almost every single day. Shiny objects everywhere, and it's keeping most people in one place because they're not focused on the only thing that matters, which is building real value. And we avoid selling technology instead of outcomes. Business owners, clients, they only care about the tangible outcome, and their motivation for the outcome has never changed. They want to make more money and spend less time making that money. That's it. And so that's where our systems need to be focused. I've got some homework for you, simple. I've got links in the description for the various systems that I've mentioned in this video. I've also got a video going through the AI operating systems. We also go through, of course, how you can get clients for this as well, but I wanted to keep this high level just focused on the systems themselves today. And so that's the landscape that we are in right now. Those are the systems that actually sell. And I genuinely believe that if you pick one of these, you go deep on it for a specific niche, and you focus on delivering real results, you can build a business making tens of thousands a month within the next 12 months. Now, I've exposed you to what these systems are, why they sell, and what the opportunity looks like, but I haven't walked you through exactly how to build these step-by-step. And that is a much bigger conversation. We'd be here for another few hours at least, and I didn't want to overwhelm you today. In fact, I actually just came back from hosting a two-day in-person mastermind where I sat down with 36 and seven-figure entrepreneurs and taught them exactly how to build these AI systems for their businesses and their clients. And honestly, what they've built since that event is insane. And so what I've decided to do is host a completely free live virtual workshop where I'm going to do exactly the same thing again. And I'm going to teach you how to build a seven-figure AI systems step-by-step live. And the reason it's live is because it's interactive. I'll be working with you to make sure that you've got all of the grounds covered and that you walk away with a real plan, not just more theory from more videos that are on YouTube. Now, look, my mission has always been to give more away for free than other people would have you pay for. And we are in such a pivotal moment in entrepreneurship history right now. The window of opportunity is only going to be truly grasped by the few. And I want to facilitate as many people having that opportunity as possible. Because when I first started my business, I never had someone to show me the way. And that is what motivates me in creating these videos and hosting workshops like this. Now, this is going to be a one-time event. I won't be hosting this again. So, if you want in, click the link in the description and register now, and of course, turn up live. It is completely free to attend. Thanks for watching. Subscribe if you haven't already, and I'll see you on the next one. Cheers.
