— There are still many communities around the world that are underserved by business school educated business leaders. When it comes to a lack of access, there is the idea of not seeing anyone who looks like you take up space in places like this. What really varies across countries is actually the access to the basics due to poverty or the lack of infrastructure. London Business School has really helped me connect with the people and resources I need. Diverse voices in the room makes any conversation infinitely better. Being surrounded by people who think differently has made me more open-minded and much better at positioning my research. Our graduates are uniquely positioned to become future business leaders in their home countries where they drive positive change. When LBS receives a significant donation, I think it unlocks a world of opportunities. Fellowships allow talented students, no matter their background, to study here and just focus on doing ambitious research. What you're doing is you're creating networks of — diverse individuals, and these diverse individuals will not only learn from one another but have further perspectives to learn from the world around them, and that is the future of leadership.
