Scientists found viral DNA quietly hiding inside millions of people

Researchers found high EBV viral load can raise the risk of Hodgkin’s lymphoma later in life. But for multiple sclerosis… the danger wasn’t the amount of virus… it was how aggressively the immune system reacted. And these viruses are incredibly common. Anelloviruses exist in up to NINETY PERCENT of people. Usually harmless. But sex, age… and even smoking… can shift what stays hidden inside you. Many viruses may never truly leave. They go quiet.
