This one scheme gives you 90% of the money... and allows you to be 100% owner of your business while investing just 10% of the capital... This scheme is popularly known as 50:10:40... where 50% is the subsidy that the govt gives you, 10% is your own contribution, and 40% is in the form of a loan that you will be given to get started... The business can be in fashion, clothing, furniture, contruction, food and several other categories... And this scheme is called the National Bamboo Mission 2025... and has been made live across 24 states of India... The idea is to use Bamboo as a core raw material being processed to build your business... In clothes, it is bamboo fibre... in furniture, it is the use of rattan jaali design, in construction, it could be boards, doors, flooring, then there’s bio-energy, paper, herbal medicines, or even setting up a bamboo nursery... You make a project report which should be submitted with your State Bamboo Mission or the State Bamboo Development Authority... On approval of the report, you put in 10% of the capital, yourself, the balance comes in as loan from a scheduled bank... and the govt pays off 50% of the total cost of the project in the form of loan repayment after the project is completed... The registration for this has to be done online on the respective portal of your State’s Bamboo Mission... The reason for this is that India is the second largest producer of Bamboo in the world and we still import Bamboo from outside so the domestic demand is so high... and they want to incentivise people to not just grow bamboo, but also convert it to processed goods that would build the entire value chain... If people want to just set up bamboo plantations, the govt provides subsidy on the planting material as well as the infrastructure. Here are a few examples of products that you can build. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Like, Share, Subscribe for more! The government is now giving you 50% subsidy and this is one of the best schemes of the government where you start a business by just investing 10% of the project cost required to start the business. The government gives you 50% in the form of subsidy. The remaining 40% is given to you in the form of a loan which you can repay over a long period of time. Thus by investing just 10% of the capital. You get to be the 100% owner. And using this scheme you can start a business across several categories. It could be clothing, fashion, agriculture. It could be construction, furniture, and a lot more. And I'll explain what's really happening. Now, this scheme is under the National Bamboo Mission 2025, which was refreshed in April of last year. Under this scheme, the government wants you to either start building bamboo nurseries or build businesses which use bamboo in it. Which is why say bamboo fabric, bamboo cotton, bamboo clothing, you know, ratanjali furniture, bamboo boards, bamboo flooring, there are so many products that you can build using bamboo. Now, why is the government doing it? It's because India is the second largest producer of bamboo in the world. But despite that, we actually import bamboo because the demand is so high. Now what the government wants is it wants to incentivize people to actually not just grow bamboo in the form of bamboo nurseries but also process it and make value added products which can not just be consumed by the domestic market but also be exported. Now this scheme has brought in about 24 states under it and it will be implemented by the respective state agencies or the state bamboo mission. So how do you apply for this subsidy? Well, you prepare a project report and you go to the state bamboo mission website of your state. You register yourself, you submit the project report and once it is approved, you know, they will give you loan worth 90% from a bank to start the business. Your contribution will just be 10%. But on completion of the entire project, the government will pay off 50% of the total project cost to the bank in the form of loan repayment. Thus, your contribution is just 10%. There are a number of businesses that can be started and if you don't even know how to make value added projects, you know, you can just start a bamboo nursery. I've given a lot more in the description. Share it with someone who may need
