How can I protect my home and money from a nursing home in Florida?

Robert, when people are out there talking to their friends and family and neighbors and co-workers and they hear these words, "Oh, Mom fell. She broke her hip. She went to rehab. We thought she was going to go home, but it turns out she needs to go to a nursing home. " Also known as a skilled nursing facility. At nursing home is $15,000 a month. Everything she's ever worked for down the drain. Nothing we can do about it. Five-year look back period. We just want them to know, "No, that's not true. And what it really comes down to, yes, you're never going to get the same quality of care that you would give your own loved one at home, but you are going to get equal care that everyone else is getting. And the truth of the matter is the more you go see your loved one in a facility, they're you're going to get better care because the staff knows you're going to be there and they're going to help. So, the key is that if you have to put a loved one into a nursing home, the key is that you there's a home as close enough that you can go by and visit them on a regular basis. When the staff sees that family is coming by and visiting on a regular basis, hey, they're naturally just going to get some better care, more attentive more attention, you might say.
