— Do you think that HR should take on the lead that change AI literacy championing the new tools the new technology is that the role of the people leader? Yeah, I think that absolutely can be. I would say I think it's in partnership. I don't think I don't think it's an isolated activity because you have your partners in you know enterprise tech that maybe owning some of the systems and the platforms and so I think collectively are making choices around like the investments that you're making and then from an enablement perspective. I really do think of it as not only a change management, but it's a skilling like a reskilling upskilling activity which is our bread and butter. That's what we do in the people world and so I think there are cultural aspects that we can drive and support around the mindset like some of the things we talked about like how do we make this safe? I think there's the skilling piece that I think the people functions of really all businesses can and should take an active role in and then I think there's the partnership piece around the tools and the tech and some of the policies. I mean candidly the legal team is driving a lot of the policies around you know what and how we can use this technology responsibly.
