if your eBay sales have been slow then I have a three step action plan to help you reboot your sales what's up guys Paul here from dropshipping Titan is calm and about a month ago I saw a dramatic drop in my eBay sales now we can speculate all day as to what happened but at the end of the day the only thing that matters is results so I got to work and I created a three-step action plan that got my sales back up to where they were before and I want to share that with you today and make sure to stick around to the end because I'm going to show you proof that this actually does work now I do believe that this action plan can help any type of eBay seller whether you're a drop shipper reseller thrifter but it's not going to help you if you don't have the right foundation in place this means you need to set up your eBay store correctly and understand the fundamentals of selling on eBay now if you are interested in starting an ebay drop shipping business i do have a course that explains how to do that and that is the first link in the description below that shows you exactly how i started my million dollar ebay drop shipping business let's get into the three steps right now starting with step number one which is promoted listings are basically a way for you to pay to get your listings ranked higher in the search results so let's go over to ebay and i'll show you exactly what I mean so for instance if we come here and search for brown wooden chair you're gonna see here that these are the organic search results these are ranked based on eBay's super secret algorithm called cassini but if you scroll down you'll see ones that are called sponsored listings such as this one these are promoted listings these are ones that people pay to get here on the first page how the ranked depends on how much the person is willing to pay and we'll go over more of that in a minute but look how powerful this is let's get one of these as an example right here at the bottom the one on the bottom if we search for this title club chair, Brown you'll see that only shows up once on page one and that is the sponsored listing so this person would not have ranked on page one of the search results but now they do because they paid for a sponsored listing so even if you're not able to get on page one you can with a sponsor listing but let's look at this one called traditional brown fabric glider right you'll see it's now showing up twice the first one is organic and the second one is sponsored so this person has now doubled their impressions impressions now the number of times that your listing appears in a search result more impressions equal more clicks equal more sales statistically speaking and statistically speaking most buyers never go beyond page one of the search results so this is so powerful in fact yesterday fifty-eight percent of my sales came from promoted listings so make sure that you learn how to do promoted listings on your own and run a promoted listing campaign of your own no I'm just kidding I'm going to show you how to do it right now because I think this is super important and I do want to see you guys be successful so let's go into the computer inside my eBay account and I'll show you how to run a promoted listing campaign so here I am in my eBay account I will have to blur out a lot of this but what I did was just come over here to my eBay and clicked on selling that brought me to the seller hub and now I'm going to click here where it says marketing on this tab hover over it and click on promoted listings so your dashboard is going to look a little different than mine because I've already been running campaigns let's scroll down to where it says create a new campaign right here and click on that so now on this screen what you want to do is click on the right where it says select listings in bulk and now what you want to do is yours might look a little different because I've categorized mine into different categories but you want to make sure that you essentially check off all the boxes so that you select all your items once you do that click down here where it says continue and on this page is where you're going to determine how much you're going to spend on your promoted listing campaign and this is the way promoted listings works eBay takes a certain percentage of every sale that is made through a promotive listing so even if you're running a promoted campaign for one of your items if that item shows up organically and a buyer clicks on that organic listing and buys it you're not going to have to pay the promoted

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

listing fee however if they click on one of those sponsored listings that we saw before and then buy it then you're going to have to pay eBay a fee for that and this is a screen where you set how much that's going to be it's based on a percentage so if you choose one percent and the item sells for $100 you're gonna owe a $1. 00 for advertising your item your listing higher in the search results so what I'm going to do is click here where it says apply seam rate to all listings and select 1% and then click continue you're going to give this campaign a name I'm going to call it 1% campaign make sure to click this box that says I agree and then click launch there you go your campaign is now live after a few days you can come back into this dashboard and you can see the results of your campaign now I know what a lot of you guys are thinking right now you're probably thinking my profit margins are already so slim how can I afford to run a promoting listing campaign well what I found is that I'm still getting great results with this even after raising my prices so that it all evens out so I've raised my prices by one percent and ran a promoted listing campaign for one percent everything pretty much evens out but I'm still getting more sales so that's what I suggest that you do as well so those are the basics of how to run a promoted listing campaign obviously you can get more complicated with this or much more complicated for instance you can run campaigns just for items that aren't ranking on page one of the search results or items that only have high competition but I decided to keep it super simple for you guys because one what I showed you is exactly what I'm doing and second we have two more steps to get to so let's get to step number two that has helped my sales a lot and that is to increase myself through rate sell through a calculation commonly represented as a percentage comparing the amount of inventory a retailer receives from a manufacturer or supplier against what is actually sold to the customer for eBay that means the number of listings that sold at least once in the past month divided by the number of active listings in your store let's give an example let's say you have 80 listings that each sold at least once in the past month and you have a hundred active listings in your store so 80 divided by 100 is an 80 percent sell 3 now let's say you have 80 listings that sold twice in the past month and you have a hundred active listings in your store that's still an 80 percent sell-through rate remember the item has to sell at least once you can never have a selkie rate that is more than a hundred percent now eBay secret algorithm favors buyers with a higher souther rate so we want to keep it as close to a hundred percent as we can and the best way to do that is to delete what I call stale listings are what I consider things that haven't sold at all in the past 60 days or items that haven't sold in the past 30 days and are out of stock eBay really doesn't like items that are out of stock so if they are out of stock I'm gonna get rid of them fast than any other item this will require some work for you to do but spend a couple of days working on it hire a virtual assistant to do it for you have them do this on the first of each month or the same day of each month so that as you go forward you're continually deleting these items from your store that aren't selling well now we have finally arrived at action step number three which is just keep twisting this has kind of become a motto for the students in my course because they hear you say it so many times but I saved so many times because it's so important eBay really favors sellers who keep listing new items into their store and in addition it's going to reveal to you new items that have the potential to become some of your best sellers so just keep listing into your store and it's really going to help your store grow back up before I show you my results and proof that this does work I do have a favor to ask if you're getting value out of this make sure to give the video a thumbs up and if you want more tips and tricks for ebay make sure to subscribe to the channel but let's go inside my eBay account so I can show you proof that this actually is working so as you see before April 20th my cells were excellent I was doing four to five thousand dollars a day in sales April 20th and 21st the Trop in sales as you

see here and I played around with a couple of things nothing was working too well until I started to do everything I showed you in this video and then my sales slowly actually pretty quickly climbed back up now on back over $4,000 a day in sales it's still the morning right now which is why this is only 834 right now this is one of my accounts let me show you the other one so this is my other account it is a smaller one so it tends to go up and down a lot more before April 20th I was doing almost $1,000 a day and most days some days were over $1,000 April 19th was a little slow in the April 20th was a very bad day for me on this it stayed pretty low until I made these changes then it jumped up a hundred and twenty-five percent in one day and at the peak after I implemented these changes it jumped from the sixth to the ninth over two hundred and fifty percent jump right there it didn't stay up there but it's still doing really well this is very strong for this account so this does work but just remember that you do need to have that good foundation in place before you start seeing results like this and I do show how to do that inside my course which is the first link in the description below so there you go guys that's my 3-step action plan that helped me reboot my cells and get them back up to the way they were before I do call it an action plan because I want you guys to take action on it go ahead and run a promoted listing campaign increase your cell through rate by deleting stale listings and just keep listing more items into your store if you got some value out of this video I would have really appreciated it if you could give it a thumbs up by clicking below and if you want more great content like this then you should subscribe to my channel by clicking on the subscribe link underneath this video if you guys try everything in this video and it works for you let me know by leaving a comment below I would love to hear from you take action let me know how it works and I'll see you in the next video
