Mental Health with Sonali

Mumbai based Sonali Gupta is one of India’s leading clinical psychotherapists with twenty years of work experience. She works at the intersection of relationships, grief, anxiety, intimacy and compassion. She works as a consultant with Spotify India on Project Pause which focusses on mental health. Sonali was awarded the Elle Mental Health Expert Award for 2023 and the Cosmopolitan Mental Health Advocate for the year 2023-2024. Sonali writes a fortnightly column for the national daily Hindustan Times, called 'Adulting Sucks', and for Mint Lounge, called ‘Heart of the Matter’
